The engineering and technical service of an agricultural enterprise is the core of the production management system. The level of its organization largely determines the effectiveness of equipment and technologies used in production. The strategic goal of agricultural engineering services at all levels is to change radically the system of machine and technological security of agricultural producers. (Research purpose) The research purpose is in determining the economic and social tasks of engineering and technical services in the agro-industrial complex. (Materials and methods) In order to assess the efficiency of engineering departments, it is necessary to analyze the level of use of the company's machine-tractor and automobile fleets. Improving the reliability of the machine and tractor feel now becomes a priority. The majority of experts present this task in the set of measures that practically do not affect the question of perfection of the engineering service. (Results and discussion) The article shows that the development of innovative processes in the field of mechanical engineering contributes to the entry of new equipment and technologies into production and causes the need for farm engineers to study novelties and ways of their effective application. The promising version of the engineering service offers its structure and material support, which will not only provide high production indicators, but also allow specialists to constantly analyze technological processes, search for their reserves using modern information technologies. There is an urgent need to develop models of information support for engineering services, automated workplaces for engineers, the formation of on-farm databases and specialized computer programs to work with it. (Conclusion) The expected efficiency of implementing research results will reduce the cost of maintaining technological machines and equipment.

The development of diversification of integrated structures of the military–industrial complex, as well as the need for their modernization in order to accelerate innovative development, necessitate the improvement of their management efficiency. The most important direction for solving this problem is the creation of information systems for managing diversification activities. The relevance of the study, the results of which are presented in the article, is determined by the urgent need to improve the theory and tools of managing information support in modern conditions. Previous studies by various scientists of the process under consideration were focused on the economic conditions for the development of integrated structures, which are fundamentally different from modern ones. The article presents the methodological foundations of the development of rational solutions governing the information support of the diversification of integrated structures based on optimization models for the management tasks that are being solved. The results of the study allow us to develop certain aspects of the theory of strategic management, the theory of financial management, the theory of economic and mathematical modeling. Their practical application provides an increase in the quality of management of the diversification process of integrated structures and an increase in the efficiency of their activities.

The article summarizes scientific knowledge about the innovative development of the economy. Currently, there are conflicting views in scientific papers on the conditions for the emergence and spread of innovation, especially in times of economic crisis. Therefore, the aim of this study is to reveal the views of scientists on the role of innovation in economic development and substantiating the principles of forming areas of financial support for innovation to overcome the effects of economic crises and strengthen the country's competitiveness. The study of the main fundamental theories of innovative development allowed to summarize the views of scientists on the relationship between economic development and innovation processes. Based on the theoretical views of scientists, two paradigms of post-industrial society have been identified, which are based on understanding the relationship between the nature of cycles of economic development and innovation, as well as the presentation of innovative development as a factor of economic growth. The analyzed theories of innovative development reveal innovations as an integral factor of economic growth of any society. The main reason for the cyclical nature of economic development according to the theories of innovation is the uneven nature of the introduction of innovations, which causes periodic violations of economic equilibrium. The study of these patterns makes it possible to justify the direction of innovation processes and develop a financial mechanism for their stimulation. Today, innovation should become a top priority in efforts to accelerate the economic development of states, which will ensure the implementation of intensified investment processes and the implementation of ways out of the crisis. That is why, in our opinion, the study and use of theories of innovative development in times of economic shocks should be the basis for developing a long-term innovative model of economic development.

The concept of environmentally sustainable farming, in which the emission of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere is compensated by the accumulation of organic carbon in the arable horizon and deposited in the subsoil, is substantiated. The rationale for agrotechnical methods to reduce greenhouse gas emissions is given. Authors discuss new approaches to the management of soil fertility, plant productivity, and resistance of agrocenoses, based on the principles of bio-farming, the laws of soil fertility, root-circulation, and the management of edaphy and epiphytic processes. Their use allows one to improve soil fertility and purposefully increase the potential and effective resource of agricultural production. The large-scale implementation of the principles of bio-farming in agricultural production during the global warming requires the elaboration of special programs for the development of the agro-industrial complex, its geo-information support, including monitoring of land fertility using GIS technologies.

The article improves the theoretical and methodological foundations of information support for the management of sustainable development of the enterprise. On the basis of a comparative analysis, the author's approach to the essence of the concept of "information flow" is presented, the classification of information flows is expanded. Today, information support of the management decision-making process at enterprises is imperfect. An empirical study was carried out to determine and assess the degree of satisfaction of enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of the Kharkov region with information support. Identified problems in the provision of current and operational information to management personnel; there is no formalization and systematization of it; some enterprises do not use planning, in particular financial planning, which is a significant obstacle to building an effective enterprise for the future. Information support of the enterprise by management levels and information flows is proposed. Based on the tasks facing the information support for the management of sustainable development of an enterprise, an algorithm has been developed for its functioning as a type of activity. It is based on a project-based approach, according to which stages are gradually implemented.

Today, SCADA is the main and advanced method for automated management of complex dynamic systems (processes). Supervisory control of technological processes in various branches of the agro-industrial complex is an essential factor in improving their effectiveness and fulfilling the tasks of increasing productivity, competitiveness, and profitability of production. Due to the introduction of SCADA, the company manages to facilitate and improve the production process. The article deals with an example of supervisory control of the production of a drink based on plant roughages. In order to decrease capital costs and further maintenance costs during automation, the functions of the controller level are united with the operator level, and dispatching functions are combined with the level of the administrative automated process control system. SCADA TRACE MODE was selected as the development framework for the technological process information support of the drink. The structure of the SCADA project and the key screen forms allowing dispatching the technological production process of a drink based on plant roughage were designed.
