DINAMIKA KEHIDUPAN TAYUB ATAU TAYUBAN DALAM MASYARAKAT DAN KEBUDAYAAN INDONESIA - JAWA

Tayub or tayuban widespread until at least four provinces, namely Central Java, East Java, West Java, and Yogyakarta Special Region. Based on the type of rhythm, nuance, or character, consisting of  tayub grengseng (angkleng), tayub grengseng (arum manis), tayub grengseng (kijing miring), tayub grengseng (ketawang puspawarna),  tayub jepon (gunungsri),  tayub jepon (wolu-wolu), tayub jepon (cao glethak), tayub si Kucing, tayub Surobayan, tayub tawang mangu, and  tayub suwe ora jamu. This article trying outlines how the dynamics of life tayub or tayuban in Indonesia especially Java today.The art of dance in tayub regarding how a character speaks, being, and acting in conjunction with another character in a performance. Space dimensions concerning symmetry, asymmetry, balance, variety, contrast, and protrusion while the time dimension    associated with rhythm, aritme, tempo, and also balance, variety, contrast, and protrusion. As well as the dance performances, tayub or tayuban require reference aesthetic value: sem, nges, greget, and banyol. Arrangement of makeup and fashion shaped in such a way that the actor can portray a certain character in art tayub. Structuring the lights and the stage is a unity that creativity coordinated with other aspects of the firm, so that the stage had been set in accordance with the scene shown (right background).The results of the discussion of  "Dynamics of Life Tayub or Tayuban  in Society and Culture of Indonesia - Java" can be formulated as follows: ( 1 ) Art tayub or tayuban still has powerful functions, positive, constructive towards Indonesian society, especially in Java; (2 ) Art tayub up now has a function, either as a means of ritual ( ceremony ), vows or nadar, togetherness, education, communication, and entertainment; ( 3 ) Necessary raising funds good effort from central and local government as well as private sectors to support conservation efforts tayub or tayuban the art performed both at the sanggar and perwadahan; ( 4 ) the existence tayub or tayuban art scattered in various provinces, both in West Java, Central Java, East Java, and Yogyakarta Special Region is the wealth of local arts flourish in Indonesia. Although the Yogyakarta Special Region and Central Java are two independent provinces with different regulations, these economies were integrated as a unity that interacts with each other, so this study examined whether the growth spillovers between regencies/cities occurred in these provinces. The data included economic growth, education, working-age population, and asphalted road published by the Central Bureau of Statistics for 2001-2018. This study used a regression analysis based on the Dynamic Ordinary Least Square (DOLS) model. The results showed that there were growth spillovers. The economic growth of a regency/city was positively influenced by economic growth in its surrounding regions. A particular regency/city obtained benefit from economic growth occurred in its surrounding. Meanwhile, an increase in the working-age population and the asphalted road positively affects economic growth. However, the increase in education did not affect economic growth. Therefore, the local government needs to improve connectivity between regions by building road networks and enhancing intergovernmental cooperation.JEL Classification: J6, O1, R1How to Cite:Susanto, J., & Udjianto, D. This study is part of Islamic economics research that aims to determine the relationship between the minimum wage and poverty rate in Indonesia, especially case studies in West Java, Central Java, East Java, Special Region of Yogyakarta, and Banten during the period 2007-2013. In addition to the primary independent variable, there are six control variables are used, the level of education, the GDP per capita, unemployment rate, inflation rate, average wages and economic growth. The analysis technique used in this study are Arellano Bond Dynamic GMM (Generalized Method of Moment). The results of this study found that the minimum wage is not a significant effect on poverty levels in 2007-2013, especially in the districts/cities in West Java, Central Java, East Java, Special Region of Yogyakarta and Banten. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that government has responsibilities and sufficient role to reduce poverty through minimum wage standardization, the state also has responsibilities to create social security, both for those who are unable to work, informal workers and vulnerable workers, so that the level of wages (income) they can meet any basic needs according to Ibn Hazm include food, clothing, health, education and housing.

This article focuses on citizen engagement analysis on local government twitter through data mining analysis. Based on the concept of measuring citizen engagement from Haro-de-Rosario in 2018, this article analyzes three official twitter accounts of the Central Java provincial government, East Java province and West Java province. Data were collected by data mining with Scrape Storm software with measurement dimensions consisting of love, reply, retweet, tweet, and followers. The measurement results reveal that the level of citizen engagement varies widely, the highest value of citizen engagement is the account of the province of East Java (0.00068), and the second rank is the province of Central Java with a value of 0.00031 and the third rank is the province of West Java with a value of 0.00023. The design of public communication policies on social media should consider aspects of the level of citizen engagement as a benchmark for government efforts to increase public participation interest in managing local government.

This research deals with the impact of Local Tax and Retribution Receipt to Local Government Original Receipt of Regency/City in Central Java from 2008 to 2012. This research utilizes the data of actual of local government budget from Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (Direktorat Jendral Perimbangan Keuangan). Methods of collecting data through census. The number of Regency/City in Central Java are 35. But the data consists of 33 of Regency/City In Central Java from 2008 to 2012. Total of samples are 165. Karanganyar Regency and Sukoharjo Regency were not included as samples of this research because they didn’t report the data of actual of local government budget to Directorate General of Fiscal Balance in 2009.The model used in this research is multiple regressions. The independent variables are Local Tax and Retribution Receipt, the dependent variable is Local Government Original Receipt. The research findings show that Local Tax and Retribution give the significant impact partially and simultaneusly on Local Government Original Receipt at real level 5 percent. All independent variables explain 91,90 percent of the revenue variability while the rest 8,10 percent is explained by other variables.Keywords: Local Tax, Retribution, and Local Government Original Receipt

Da’wa that done by Da’i in Indonesia can not be detached from the efectivity of rethorical use. By shape the form of narration, choosing the nuances of the exact word meaning, also choosing the linguistic and interested word, will help da’i to get the interesting programmatic, so that can made and influence audiences to listen. The research method of this writing is descriptive qualitative analyziz. The data that used is a form of rethoric in the programmatic of oral da’wa of all da’i in Jakarta, West Java, and central Java. The research sources are the programmatic of oral da’wa that located in the published book and also recording. The collective data method are; reading, and repeatedly listening into the da’wa subject of da’i. Analyziz data technic are; understanding and interpretation. The result of this research is that in generally, the da’i used the literature linguistic style in delivering the subject of da’wa in shaping the proverb (amsal) and hikmah, whether came from Arabic or Indonesia. The linguistic that used by da’i, came from Al-Qur’an, Al-Hadist, wise word and from qaol Ulama dan Hukama.  The style of rethorical that used by KH.Zaenuddin MZ is to change belief, and in this term the da’i can change the attitude of audience. In a rethorical that used by Aa Gym is to inform, because many educational information that been accepted by aim to explain the things that has not known before. Meanwhile, the rethorical of UJE (Jefry alBukhory) has the unique style from other, because supported by his good voice while chanting the verse of Al-qur’an. Also, the rethorical style that used by Ahmad al Habsyi and Wijayanto that has similarity from the subject point, that used the beautiful style of locution by amtsal and hikmah---Dakwah yang dilakukan oleh para da’i di Indonesia tidak dapat terlepas dari efektifitas pemanfaatan retorika. Dengan menata bentuk-bentuk tuturan, memilih nuansa makna kata yang tepat serta memilih gaya bahasa dan kata mutiara  yang menarik akan lebih sempurna  bagi penutur untuk mendapatkan wacana yang menarik sehingga mampu mempengaruhi pendengar.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif analisis. Data yang digunakan berupa bentuk retorika dalam wacana dakwah lisan para da’i di  DKI, Jawa Barat, dan Jawa tengah. Sumber data penelitian  berupa wacana dakwah lisan yang terdapat dalam buku-buku yang telah diterbitkan dan rekaman. Teknik pengumpulan data, meliputi: membaca dan mendengarkan secara berulang-ulang materi  dakwah para da’i. Teknik analisis data, meliputi: pemahaman,dan  interpretasi. Hasil temuan, bahwa secara umum para dai menggunakan gaya bahasa sastra  dalam menyampaikan materi dakwahnya dalam bentuk peribahasa (amsal) dan kata mutiara (hikmah) baik berasal dari bahasa Arab maupun bahasa Indonesia. Gaya bahasa yang digunakan oleh para dai mayoritas bersumber dari Al Qur’an, Al-Hadist, kata-kata bijak dari qaol Ulama dan Hukama.  Bentuk retorika yang sering digunakan oleh KH. Zaenuddin MZ adalah to change belief, dan dalam hal ini penceramah mampu mengubah sikap.  Sedangkan bentuk retorika yang digunakan oleh Aa Gym adalah to inform (pendidikan) karena banyak informasi pendidikan  yang diterima dengan bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hal- hal yang belum diketahui sebelumnya.  Retorika UJE memiliki gaya khas dari yang lainnya, karena didukung  suaranya yang merdu menjadi pengikat hati ketika melantunkan cinta Allah dan Rasulnya. Demikian juga bentuk retorika yang digunakan oleh Ahmad  al Habsyi dan ustadz Wijayanto ada kesamaan dari sisi materi, yaitu menggunakan style gaya bahasanya yang indah dengan amtsal dan Hikmah

The development of sustainable model of aquaculture by applying Sato Umi concept within coastal area of Indonesia has expanded from the center of first experiment in the northern coastal area of west Java to central Java (western Indonesia) and Bantaeng in the South Sulawesi of central Indonesia. The similar program has also been proposed for Maluku Province in the eastern part of Indonesia. In the next 5 years, Indonesia is developing the Techno Parks Program in some areas, in which aquaculture and fisheries activities development on the base of Sato Umi concept in the coastal area are involves in this program. The development of Techno Parks are directed as a center application of technology to stimulate the economy in the regency, and a place of training, apprenticeship, technology dissemination center, and center business advocacy for the public. Hopely, Sato Umi concept that has a similar spirit with Techno Park can be applied to support the implementation of Techno Park program in Indonesia

Abstrak   Kemuning adalah desa di kecamatan Ngargoyoso, Kabupaten Karanganyar, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Secara geografis batas Desa Kemuning  sebelah barat berbatasan dengan Desa Ngargoyoso, sebelah timur berbatasan dengan Desa Segoro Gunung, sebelah Utara  berbatasan Kecamatan Jenawi dan sebelah selatan berbatasan Desa Girimulyo. Desa ini memiliki Misi yang ingin diwujudkan  yaitu Desa Wisata. Pemerintah setempat  memberikan pelatihan untuk membuat produk inovatif guna melengkapi kebutuhan sebagai desa wisata kepada pelaku UMKM dan Penrajin. Produk Inovatif tersebut akan dijual kepada pengunjung wisata sebagai oleh-oleh. Akan tetapi pelaku UMKM dan Penrajin memiliki kelemahan pembukuan usaha terlebih lagi dalam penetuan biaya produksi produk inovatif. Mereka hanya memperhitungkan biaya bahan baku sebagai komponen biaya produksi.   Tim pengabdian FEB Universitas melaksanakan pengabdian  untuk memberikan materi mengenai konsep perhitungan biaya produksi yang dilakukan dengan interaktif.     Kata Kunci: Desa Kemuning, Harga Pokok Poduksi, Smart Village   Abstract:  Kemuning Villages is one of the villages located in Ngargoyoso district, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java Province. Geographically, Kemuning Village is bordered to the west by Ngargoyoso Village, to the east by Segoro Gunung Village, to the north by Jenawi District and to the south by Girimulyo Village. Kemuning village has a mission to be realized, namely the Tourism Village. The local government provides training to make innovative products to complement the needs of a tourism village for MSMEs and craftsmen. These innovative products will be sold to tourist visitors as souvenirs. However, SMEs and craftsmen have weaknesses in business bookkeeping, especially in determining the cost of producing innovative products. They only take into account the cost of raw materials as a component of production costs. The Team from FEB University Pancasila carried out the service to provide material on the concept of calculating production costs which was carried out interactively.     Keywords: Desa Kemuning, Cost of Good Sold, Smart Village
