Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui program apa saja yang dapat mewujudkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) unggul era 4.0 dan untuk membuat kerangka konseptual baru dalam manajemen pendidikan yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan era 4.0. Artikel ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode literature review dengan pendekatan mapping review.  Proses literature review ini dilakukan dengan cara mencari artikel yang relevan, mengevaluasi dengan cara ekstraksi, menganalisis, dan selanjutnya mensintesis. Database yang digunakan dalam pencarian referensi menggunakan JSTOR dan Springer Link. Hasil dari literature review ini adalah bahwa program-program pendidikan yang menunjang adanya revolusi industri 4.0 berkaitan dengan digital transformation pada aspek-aspek manajemen pendidikan. Kerangka konseptual yang dibuat berkaitan dengan aspek manajemen yang meliputi SDM, Kurikulum, Pembelajaran, Pembiayaan, Sarana Prasarana, Humas, dan Kompetensi Lulusan.AbstractThe purpose of this article writing is to find out what programs can realize superior human resources (HR) of 4.0 era and to create a new conceptual framework in education management that can improve the quality of education in the 4.0 era. This article was written using the literature review method with a mapping review approach. The literature review process was carried out by finding relevant articles, evaluating them by extracting, analyzing, and then synthesizing. The database used in searching references was JSTOR and Springer Link. The results of this review literature are that educational programs that support the 4.0 industrial revolution are related to digital transformation in aspects of educational management. The conceptual framework created is related to management aspects which include HR, Curriculum, Learning, Financing, Infrastructure Facilities, Public Relations, and Graduates' Competencies.

Educational management is an important reference in the management of industrial-based Islamic boarding schools. When the management of a leader must go through several things, including planning, organizing, and planning industry-based learning. This research includes a qualitative descriptive approach to da'wah management. The data source used in this research is a literature review. Collecting data in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. Islamic boarding school Darussalam Al-Fatah Cilacap is an industry-based Islamic boarding school. This was done to follow developments in the industrial revolution 4.0. Therefore, researchers feel it is important for the management of Islamic education at the Darussalam Al-Fatah Islamic boarding school in Cilacap. The results of the application of Islamic education management include, a) soroggan, with the bin-nazhr method, the tahfidz method, the talaqqi method, and the tikrar method, b) taddabur, c) habituation of the Hasbanah and Isyraq prayers, d) rewards for students, e ) the application of industrial learning, and f) the benefits of evaluating industry-based learning at the Darussalam Al-Fatah Cilacap Islamic boarding school.

<p>The development of the industrial revolution 4.0 revolution affected various aspects of life also the environment. This is seen by the technological advances in the health sector, namely telehealth. Telehealth is one of the solutions in providing nursing care, one of which is patients with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Telehealth for patients with PTSD enables patients to be able to get treatment wherever and whenever the patient wants. The presence of telehealth will enable patients to reduce the symptoms of PTSD. Telehealth service systems use the internet with videoconferencing, eMental, telehealth video systems at home. With telehealth this also helps to erase the distance between communities, disabilities and elderly people living in rural areas, so they can get the right treatment. The writing of this scientific paper is expected to be able to describe the use of telehealth in patients with PTSD. This research method uses a literature review that focuses on the use of telehealth. The application of telehealth will have an impact on reducing the symptoms of PTSD. The results of this review literature found two of the five articles found containing a comparison between direct treatment and treatment via telehealth. Two studies on the application of telehealth at home and one article on the effectiveness of telehealth use in patients with PTSD.</p><p><strong>BAHASA INDONESIA </strong>Perkembangan revolusi industri 4.0 memengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan dan juga lingkungan sekitar. Hal ini dilihat dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi dalam bidang kesehatan yaitu telehealth. Telehealth merupakan solusi dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan, salah satunya pasien dengan posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Telehealth bagi pasien dengan PTSD memampukan pasien untuk dapat mendapatkan treatment dimanapun dan kapanpun pasien mau. Adanya telehealth akan memampukan pasien untuk menurunkan gejala dari PTSD. Sistem layanan telehealth menggunakan internet dengan system video conference, eMental, video telehealth di rumah. Dengan adanya telehealth hal ini juga membantu menghapuskan jarak antara masyarakat, disabilitas dan usia lanjut yang hidup di pedesaan sehingga mereka mampu mendapatkan treatment yang tepat. Penulisan karya ilmiah ini diharapkan dapat mendeskripsikan penggunaan telehealth pada pasien dengan PTSD. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan literature review yang berfokus pada penggunaan telehealth. Penerapan telehealth akan berdampak pada berkurangnya gejala-gejala dari PTSD. Hasil literature review ini menemukan dua artikel dari lima yang didapatkan berisi tentang perbandingan antara pemberian terapi secara langsung dan treatment melalui telehealth. Dua studi tentang penerapan telehealth di rumah dan satu artikel tentang keefektifan penggunaan telehealth pada pasien dengan PTSD.</p>

This chapter aims to propose a conceptual framework for e-government risks identification through a literature review of papers specifically focusing on e-government risks. To achieve this objective, a content analysis of papers on e-government risks is made. This allows proposing a conceptual framework comprising a list of seven categories of risk factors, the negative consequences on the e-government project, and their impacts on its stakeholders. This conceptual framework can be useful for both researchers and practitioners. It offers a first step to enhance awareness of the various risk factors, their negative consequences on the project deployment, as well as their impacts on e-government stakeholders. Project managers can use it as a diagnostic tool of the risks of e-government projects, which will help better assessment and management of risks. For future research, it may be appropriate to investigate e-government risk factors using empirical research and draw conclusions about risk factors categories of e-government projects and their failure risk.

With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, businesses are adapting to the use of digitalisation which requires the digital transformation of their existing business models. However, there is limited empirical research on this phenomenon. The purpose of this study is twofold: (i) to develop a framework for businesses to digitally transform their business models and (ii) to examine literature in order to identify and analyse the constructs underlying the three concepts of Digitalisation, Digital Transformation and Business Model Innovation. The study is qualitative in nature and is based on a narrative review. Relevant articles were identified by using international bibliographic databases and scrutinised using thematic analysis. The findings reveal that the first two constructs require digital capabilities and a digital strategy. The third construct requires digital transformation in the realm of customer-centricity, resources, processes and profit. A set of propositions was formulated and the commonalities were mapped. Based upon this map, a conceptual framework was developed. The findings will assist in the development of future instruments that can guide businesses to digitally transform existing business model elements. This study aims to fill the gap on how business model innovation should be pursued through digital transformation by developing a conceptual framework.

Analyzing corruption is a topic of interest to many and is indeed very complex due to its inherent difficulties with its identification and quantification. Past studies present several variables, indices, computational models, and approaches, but their relevance in the fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0) has been debatable. This chapter addresses the need to revisit the mathematical models and approaches in the Industry 4.0 context. The chapter provides a foundation for this argument through a compressive literature review followed by a proposal of a three-stage concept for corruption identification. The chapter illustrates two case studies from which a strong justification derives for considering the digital transformation and use of big data to deal with corruption and improve the external and internal perceptions about corruption in general.


This research synthesizes study findings about job specifications in the era of disruption and industry 4.0. Industrial revolution 4.0 era, based on digital technology, artificial intelligence, robotics, and automation, changes the type of jobs in the workforce to keep accelerating and unpredictable. The journals studied are from 2015 to 2019. This research focuses on the problem of job specifications in the era of disruption and industry 4.0 era in Taiwan. Revolution industry 4.0 brought more significant changes to all aspects, including education. The assessment and comparison of education management in Taiwan has led to the industry 4.0. Besides analyzing the types of jobs and competencies that graduates must have in accordance with industry 4.0 demands, this research also discusses job specifications that will still exist and new competencies that must be developed in order to face industry 4.0 in Taiwan. Vocational education as an education that creates job-ready graduates, must be ready to face industry 4.0. Therefore, this research discusses the ways in how to anticipate this problem. The research method used in this research uses literature review by analyzing journals related to job specifications and industry 4.0 competence. Based on several studies that have been carried out, the types of jobs that will still survive and the types of new jobs that will exist to face industry 4.0 can be classified, as preparation for the development of vocational education.

PurposeIndustry 4.0 has brought about a paradigm shift in value delivery with the introduction of disruptive technologies. This has resulted in efforts by organizations to re-invent their business processes and reskill their workforce while attempting to realize digital transformation. Quality management in the context of Industry 4.0 is still in its nascent stage with researchers trying to identify key and relevant components of quality management with respect to Industry 4.0. The current study attempts to address the knowledge gap through a literature review and subsequently provide a conceptual framework for quality in the digital transformation context.Design/methodology/approachAn integrative literature review was conducted to analyze and abstract knowledge from the literature on Quality 4.0 and a conceptual framework was developed based on the review.FindingsThe review revealed the motivators, building blocks and challenges for Quality 4.0. The conceptual framework discusses the salient points relevant to Quality 4.0 with respect to the people, process and technology dimensions and their sub-dimensions that can be used to build 4.0 capabilities. The proposed framework is represented to depict the conceptualization and the relationships among its components.Originality/valueThis study aims to contribute to the model building efforts of researchers towards Quality 4.0. The points discussed here provide an actionable direction to augment the efforts of practitioners and organizations in quality management in the context of Industry 4.0, especially digital transformation.

Abstract. Aims: To discuss and review the latest research related to gambling expansion. Method: We completed a literature review and empirical comparison of peer reviewed findings related to gambling expansion and subsequent gambling-related changes among the population. Results: Although gambling expansion is associated with changes in gambling and gambling-related problems, empirical studies suggest that these effects are mixed and the available literature is limited. For example, the peer review literature suggests that most post-expansion gambling outcomes (i. e., 22 of 34 possible expansion outcomes; 64.7 %) indicate no observable change or a decrease in gambling outcomes, and a minority (i. e., 12 of 34 possible expansion outcomes; 35.3 %) indicate an increase in gambling outcomes. Conclusions: Empirical data related to gambling expansion suggests that its effects are more complex than frequently considered; however, evidence-based intervention might help prepare jurisdictions to deal with potential consequences. Jurisdictions can develop and evaluate responsible gambling programs to try to mitigate the impacts of expanded gambling.

We are witnessing how new technologies are radically changing the design of organizations, the way in which they produce and manage both their objectives and their strategies, and -above all- how digital transformation impacts the people who are part of it. Even today in our country, many organizations think that digitalizing is having a presence on social networks, a web page or venturing into cases of success in corporate social intranet. Others begin to invest a large part of their budget in training their teams and adapting them to the digital age. But given this current scenario, do we know exactly what the digital transformation of organizations means? It is necessary? Implying? Is there a roadmap to follow that leads to the success of this process? How are organizations that have been born 100% digital from their business conception to the way of producing services through the use of platforms? What role does the organizational culture play in this scenario? The challenge of the digital transformation of businesses and organizations, which is part of the paradigm of the industrial revolution 4.0, is happening here and now in all types of organizations, whether are they private, public or third sector. The challenge to take into account in this process is to identify the digital competences that each worker must face in order to accompany these changes and not be left out of it. In this sense, the present work seeks to analyze the main characteristics of the current technological advances that make up the digital transformation of organizations and how they must be accompanied by a digital culture and skills that allow their successful development. In order to approach this project, we will carry out an exploratory research, collecting data from the sector of new actors in the world of work such as employment platforms in its various areas (gastronomy, delivery, transportation, recreation, domestic service, etc) and an analysis of the main technological changes that impact on the digital transformation of organizations in Argentina.
