Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Perbedaan pengaruh antara metode demonstrasi dan metode audio visual terhadap keterampilan groundstrokes tenis lapangan, (2) Perbedaan pengaruh antara persepsi kinestetik terhadap keterampilan groundstrokes tenis lapangan, dan (3) interaksi metode latihan dan persepsi kinestetik terhadap keterampilan groundstrokes. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SD Negeri Petinggen dan SD Negeri Terbansari yang berjumlah 75 siswa. Sampel penelitian 40 siswa ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes persepsi kinestetik dan keterampilan groundstrokes. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah horizontal liner space test dan memantulakan bola ke dinding. Teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAVA. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode demonstrasi dan audio visual terhadap keterampilan groundstrokes tenis lapangan (2) ada perbedaan yang signifikan keterampilan groundstrokes tenis lapangan antara siswa yang memiliki persepsi kinestetik tinggi dan rendah,dan (3) ada interaksi yang signifikan antara metode latihan dan persepsi kinestetik terhadap hasil groundstrokes tenis lapangan.Kata Kunci: demonstrasi, audio visual, persepsi kinestetik, groundstrokes tenis lapangan. The effect of training method and kinesthetic perception groundstroke skills of elementary school students in tennis AbstractThis study aims to investigate: (1) the difference between the effect of audio-visual methods and the demonstration of the skills of tennis courts groundstrokes, (2) the difference between the effect of kinesthetic perception of the skill of tennis courts groundstrokes, and (3) the interaction of exercise and kinesthetic perception of the skills tennis courts of groundstrokes. This study is experimental. The study population is students Petinggen Elementary School and Elementary School Terbansari totaling 75 students. The research sample of 40 students is determined by purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using kinesthetic perception tests and skills groundstrokes. The instrumen in this study is a horizontal linear space test and memantulakan balls to the wall. Analysis using ANOVA. results show that: (1) no significant difference between the methods and audio-visual demonstration of the skills of tennis groundstrokes (2) there are significant differences between the tennis groundstrokes skills of students who have a kinesthetic perception of high and low, and(3) thereis a significant interaction between training methods and kinesthetic perception of the results of tennis groundstrokes.Keywords: demonstration, audio visual, kinesthetic perception, tennis groundstrokes

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh metode massed practice dan metode manipulasi jarak servis terhadap hasil keterampilan servis atas (top spin) bola voli (2) perbedaan hasil servis atas (top spin) bola voli yang memiliki koordinasi mata-tangan tinggi dan koordinasi mata-tangan rendah terhadap hasil keterampilan servis atas (top spin) bola voli, dan (3) interaksi antara metode latihan dan koordinasi mata-tangan terhadap hasil keterampilan servis atas (top spin) bola voli. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2.  Populasi penelitian ini adalah anak latih ekstrakurikuler SMP di Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta, yang berjumlah 42 orang. Sampel penelitian ini 22 diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes koordinasi mata-tangan dan servis atas bola voli dengan menggunakan tes russlle-lange volleyball serve test. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Anava. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan servis atas dengan menggunakan metode latihan massed practice dan metode latihan manipulasi jarak  terhadap hasil servis atas (top spin) bola voli, (2) ada perbedaan yang signifikan hasil servis atas (top spin) bola voli antara anak latih yang memiliki koordinasi mata-tangan tinggi dan koordinasi mata-tangan rendah, dan (3) ada interaksi antara metode  latihan servis atas dan koordinasi mata-tangan terhadap hasil servis atas bola voli.Kata kunci: massed practice dan manipulasi jarak, koordinasi mata-tangan, hasil servis atas (top spin) bola voli. The Effects of Training Method and Eye-Hand Coordination on the Results of Volleyball Serving Skill AbstractThis study aims to investigate: (1) the difference of the effects of massed practice method and serving distance manipulation method on the results of volleyball topspin serving skill, (2) the difference of the effects of the volleyball topspin serving with high eye-hand coordination and low eye-hand coordination on the results of volleyball topspin serving skill, and (3) the interaction between the training method and eye-hand coordination on the results of volleyball topspin serving skill. The study employed experimental method with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The research population comprised students joining the extracurricular of volleyball at SMP Kalasan, Sleman, Yogyakarta, with a total of 42 students. The sample consisted of 22 students, selected by means of purposive sampling technique. All data obtained through this study to test and measure eye-hand coordination tests and results of volleyball topspin serving were measured by Russell-Lange volleyball serving test. The data were analyzed by ANOVA. The results of the study are as follows. (1) There is a significant difference of the effects of topspin serving training through the massed practice training method and the distance manipulation training method on the results of volleyball topspin serving. (2) There is a significant difference in the results of volleyball topspin serving between the students with high eye-hand coordination and those with low eye-hand coordination. Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan koordinasi dan metode latihan terhadap keterampilan sepaksila atlet sepaktakraw pelajar DIY. Secara spesifik untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan keterampilan sepaksila ditinjau kemampuan koordinasi; (2) perbedaan keterampilan sepaksila ditinjau metode latihan; (3) ada tidaknya interaksi antara kemampuan koordinasi dan metode latihan terhadap keterampilan sepaksila pada atlet sepaktakraw pelajar DIY. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, dengan pendekatan faktorial 2x2 desain blok. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet sepaktakraw pelajar DIY, dan sampel diambil sejumlah 28 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian: (1) ada perbedaan yang signifikan keterampilan sepaksila ditinjau kemampuan koordinasi (2) ada perbedaan yang signifikan keterampilan sepaksila ditinjau metode latihan dan (3) ada interaksi yang signifikan antara kemampuan koordinasi dan metode latihan terhadap keterampilan sepaksila pada atlet sepaktakraw pelajar DIY.  THE ABILITY OF PLAYING SEPAKTAKRAW WITHIN THE STUDENT ATHLETES OF THE SPECIAL REGION OF YOGYAKARTAAbstract This  study aims to investigate the effect of the coordination capabilities and training methods on the sepaksila skills of sepaktakraw student athletes in Yogyakarta Special Territiry (YST), especially to find out; (1) the difference in the sepaksila skills in terms of the coordination capabilities; (2) the difference in the sepaksila skills in terms of the training methods; (3) the interaction between the coordination capabilities and the training methods on the sepaksila skills of sepak satkraw student athletes in YST. This study employed the experimental method with the 2x2 factorial block design. The research population comprised all sepaktakraw student athletes in YST and the sampel, consisting of 28 athletes, was selected using the purposive sampling technique. The conclusions of the study are as follows. (1) There is a significant defference in the sepaksila skills in terms of the coordination capabilities; (2) There is a significant difference in the sepaksila skills in terms of the  training methods; (3) There is a significant interaction between the coordination capabilities ant the training methods on the sepaksila skills among the sepaktakraw student athletes in YST. <p>Kemampuan dasar matematika sangatlah penting untuk siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD). Salah satunya adalah kemampuan melakukan operasi hitung bilangan. Kondisi di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) tentang operasi hitung bilangan masih rendah. Hal ini terjadi karena aktivitas siswa di sekolah pada umumnya masih dibatasi oleh guru, sehingga membuat anak-anak menjadi cepat bosan saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Oleh karena itu, diperlukannya suatu suasana pembelajaran yang baru dengan berbantuan media sehingga dapat membuat pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan serta membuat siswa lebih aktif. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang akan digunakan adalah <em>Games Memorize Card. </em>Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan <em>Games Memorize Card</em> serta pengaruh <em>Games Memorize Card</em> terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Adapun subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III SD XYZ di Kabupaten Tangerang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em>. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra-eksperimen dengan menggunakan<em> one group pretest-posttest design</em>. Instrumen yang akan digunakan di dalam penelitian ini berupa tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji Wilcoxon dan menghitung nilai N-Gain. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa penggunaan <em>Games Memorize Card </em>mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas III SD pada operasi hitung bilangan.</p><p><em>Basic math skill is very important for elementary school students. One of them is ability to do number arithmetic operations. Based on the fact show that elementary school students learning outcomes about number arithmetic operations still low. This case happen because activity at school in general still limited by teacher, so that make children become easily bored when learning be held. Therefore, need a new learning environment with assisted media so it can make learning becomes fun and make students active. One of the media that will be used is Games Memorized Card.  The purpose of this research for see the difference in learning outcomes before and after use Games Memorized Card and the influence of Games Memorized Card on student learning outcomes. As for the subject of this research is 3<sup>th</sup> grade students in XYZ elementary school in Tangerang district. The sampling technique had been used purposive sampling. This research is a pre-experimental design that used the one group pretest-posttest design. The instrument to be used in this research is test. The data analysis technique to be used are Wilcoxon test and calculate the value of  N-Gain. The result of research obtained that use Games Memorized Card able to increase learning outcomes 3<sup>th</sup> grade students elementary school on the number arithmetic operations.</em></p>

The aim of the research is to investigate that emotional intelligence and self-esteem in male and female school students. The present research design is research cross sectional design.  Sample contained 200 students (100 =male, 100= female)   (mean age = 14.16, SD = 0.740) all belonging to the upper, middle and lower Scio economic status. Whole sample was collected from different schools of Karachi, Pakistan with the help of convenient sampling technique. First, the confidentiality about the participants demographic information was assured after that about the purpose and procedure of research explained to participants. The participants who given consent of participation in research, the demographic form, Urdu version of Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (Rosenberg, 1965), and Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue) (K.V. Petrides) were administered on them. Statistical Analysis (t-Test for independent) applied to assess the difference of emotional intelligence and self esteem among male and female.The results reveals there is significant difference among emotional intelligence of male and female school students (t (198) = 6.597, P< .05) and there is also significant difference in self esteem of male and female school students (t (198) = 2.837, P< .05).

Young learners require developmental benchmarks to improve awareness of the phonemes in a new language. This study aimed to extend our understanding of Japanese elementary school students’ general and specific phonemic awareness across four years of English instruction. A public elementary school 3rd-6th year students in Japan (n=261, ages=8–12) participated in this study. The phoneme-identity test used consisted of fifteen items employing words during students' regular English classes. The effect of year on achievement and the difference between grades was tested. There was a significant effect of students' year on test score (p&lt;.05). While there were no statistically significant difference years 4-5, and between years 5-6, students’ phonemic awareness increased two-year increments. Moreover, patterns of specific phoneme difficulties were identified. The present study provides preliminary guidelines for understanding the intersection between first and foreign languages, instructional context and their shared contribution towards listening and reading development in primary schools.

Anxiety is an unpleasant emotion that is characterized by worry and fear. A lot of subject matter is memorized and learning tends to be boring make students suppressed and can cause anxiety to accumulate during exams. This study aims to analyzed exam anxiety among vocational school students in professional placement based on male and female, and identify the differences exam anxiety among vocational school students in professional placement based on gender. This research is quantitative research with descriptive and comparative methods. With a sample of 115 students using a proportional random sampling technique. Data obtained by providing instrument kecemasan siswa dalam menghadapi ujian praktik kejuruan. Data were analyzed descriptively by determining the mean, standard deviation and percentage. To see the difference in anxiety among vocational school students in professional placement based on male and female was used the t-test technique with analyze Independent Samples Test. The results showed that exam anxiety among vocational school students in professional placement of male students was generally in the low category and exam anxiety among vocational school students in professional placement of female students was generally in the high category and there was a significant difference between the exam anxiety among vocational school students in professional placement of male and female students. This research shows the need for efforts to reduce exam anxiety among vocational school students in professional placement of students so that students can exam effectively.

The purpose of this research is for background abilities Passing Triangle and Passing Zig-Zag futsal extracurricular in SMA Negeri 2 Kendal. This research is an experimental study with a two group pretest-posttest method. The subjects of this study are 15 students of SMA Negeri 2 Kendal in the 15-17 age category, the sample taken is using purposive sampling technique, the instruments used in this study were wall passing, accuracy. The results of the research on the effect of the soccer resistance test training to improve the passing conditions of extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 2 Kendal during the football test had an increase as indicated by the value of Sig. (0.001) <? (0.05) which means that H0 is rejected. So there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest in the practice of the football test in terms of increasing the accuracy of triangular passing and zigzag passing in the futsal ball extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 2 Kendal so that there is an effect of passing practice on increasing the accuracy of triangular passing and zigzag passing on extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 2 Kendal. Character development in students is very important to be a better individual and understand the values that apply. Character development is done by instilling basic ethical values such as one of which is cooperation. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the increase in the value of cooperation of elementary school students in the city of Singkawang through the application of the traditional <em>Lompat Tali </em>game, as a form of preserving the nation's culture and building the nation's cultural character. The method used in this research is quantitative research. The study population was all elementary school students in Singkawang. Samples were selected using a purposive sampling technique as many as 50 groups. The type of data used in this survey research is quantitative data obtained from interviews, observations, and attitude scales. Analysis of the data in this study used the N-gain test to see an increase in student cooperation attitude. The results of the study based on the N-gain calculation show that the increase in the cooperative attitude of elementary school students is 0.38, which means that students of the traditional game of <em>Lompat Tali</em> can increase the cooperative attitude of elementary school students.

Wanita menjelang menopause akan mengalami penurunan berbagai fungsi tubuh, sehingga akan berdampak pada ketidaknyamanan dalam menjalani kehidupannya. Untuk itu diperlukan sikap positif dengan diimbangi oleh informasi atau pengetahuan yang cukup, sehingga wanita lebih siap dalam menghadapi menopause baik siap secara fisik, mental, dan spiritual. Kesiapan sangat penting dimiliki wanita menjelang menopause baik pada wanita yang bekerja maupun yang tidak bekerja namun sejauh ini masih sedikit laporan terkait perbedaan tingkat kesiapan menghadapi menopause antara wanita yang bekerja dengan yang tidak bekerja. Tujuan Penelitian: mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kesiapan menghadapi menopause antara wanita yang bekerja dengan yang tidak bekerja. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain komparatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 57 responden. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner kesiapan menghadapi menopause yang diadopsi dari penelitian Hidayatiningtyas yang valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Mann Whitney. Hasil: 58,6% wanita tidak bekerja memiliki kesiapan cukup dan 27,6% memiliki kesiapan kurang. Sedangkan pada wanita yang bekerja, 60% memiliki kesiapan cukup dan 32,1% memiliki kesiapan baik. Ada perbedaan bermakna pada kesiapan menghadapi menopause antara wanita yang bekerja dengan yang tidak bekerja (p=0,022). Diskusi: Pada wanita yang bekerja memiliki kesiapan yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan wanita yang tidak bekerja.  Hal ini karena wanita yang bekerja cenderung memiliki pandangan dan cara berpikir yang lebih luas sehingga akan memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup, salah satunya dalam hal kesiapan menghadapi menopause.  Kesimpulan: Petugas kesehatan disarankan dapat memberikan pendidikan kesehatan dalam rangka menyiapkan wanita pra menopause menghadapi masa menopause.  Bagi wanita, khususnya yang tidak bekerja, diharapkan mempersiapkan diri menghadapi menopause dengan aktif mencari informasi.Kata Kunci: Menopause, wanita bekerja Differences in Menopause Readiness Levels Between Working and Non-Working WomenABSTRACTMenopause-approaching women will experience a decrease in various body functions, which will cause discomfort in living their lives. Therefore, it requires a balance between a positive attitude and sufficient information or knowledge so that women are better prepared to face menopause physically, mentally, and spiritually. Readiness is crucial for women before menopause, both for working and non-working women. However, to date, there are few reports related to differences in the levels of readiness to face menopause between working and non-working women. Objective: to reveal the difference in readiness levels to face menopause between working and non-working women. Methods: This research employed a comparative design with a cross-sectional approach. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 57 respondents. The instrument used in this research was a valid and reliable questionnaire of readiness to face menopause adopted from Hidayatiningtyas. The results of the research were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test. Results: 58.6% of non-working women had sufficient readiness and 27.6% had insufficient readiness. Meanwhile, 60% of working women had sufficient readiness and 32.1% had good readiness. There was a significant difference in readiness to face menopause between working and non-working women (p = 0.022). Discussion: Working women are more prepared to face menopause than non-working women. This is because working women tend to have broader views and ways of thinking so that they will have sufficient knowledge, one of which is in terms of readiness to face menopause.  Conclusion: It is advised that health workers provide health education to prepare pre-menopausal women to face menopause. Moreover, it is expected that women, particularly those who do not work, prepare for menopause by actively seeking information.Keywords: Menopause, working women

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan bench press menggunakan barbel dan latihan bench press dengan menggunakan medicine ball terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru, (2) Perbedaan pengaruh antara yang memiliki motivasi tinggi dan motivasi rendah terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru dan  (3) Interaksi antara latihan bench press dan motivasi terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru. Sampel penelitian adalah 16 mahasiswa yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis varian (ANAVA) dua jalur pada taraf signifikan α = 0,050. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan bench press barbel dan medicine ball terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru. Medicine ball memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar daripada barbel, (2) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi tinggi dan rendah terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru,. Motivasi tinggi memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar daripada motivasi rendah, dan (3) Ada interaksi antara metode latihan bench press dan motivasi terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru. Efektivitas peningkatan tertinggi adalah pada kelompok mahasiswa dengan motivasi rendah yang diberi latihan menggunakan medicine ball dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 33,92%, disusul motivasi tinggi dengan latihan menggunakan medicine ball 22,61%, motivasi tinggi dengan latihan menggunakan barbel 20,03%, dan motivasi rendah dengan latihan menggunakan barbel 13,42%.Kata Kunci: Latihan bench press, motivasi, kemampuan tolak peluru. THE EFFECT OF BENCH PRESS EXERCISE AND MOTIVATION ON THE SHOT PUT ABILITIES AbstractThis research aims to determine: (1) The difference of the effect of bench press exercise using a barbell and bench press exercise using a medicine ball on the shot put ability. (2) The difference of the effect of high motivation and low motivation to shot put ability, and (3) Interaction between the bench press exercise and motivation to shot put ability. The research sample of 16 students were taken by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique used in this research was two tracks of varian analysis (called ANAVA) on significant rate α = 0.05. The result shows that: (1) There is a significant difference between exercises barbell bench press and medicine ball to the shot-put capability. Medicine ball has a greater influence than the barbell, (2) There is a significant difference between high and low motivation on the ability of shot put. High motivation to have a greater influence than the low motivation, and (3) There is an interaction between the bench press exercise methods and motivation to shot-proven capability. The highest effectiveness was in the group of students with low motivation given exercises using medicine ball with an average increase of 33.92%, followed by a high motivation to exercise using a medicine ball 22.61%, higher motivation to exercise using a barbell 20.03% , and low motivation to exercise using a barbell 13.42%.Keywords: Bench press exercise, motivation, ability to shot put.
