This research aims to determine: 1) The effect of Career Expectation toward Work Readiness student, 2) The effect of Career toward Work Readiness student, 3) The effect of Work toward Work Readiness student, 4) The effect of Career Expectation, Career Guidance, and Work Motivation simultaneoulsy toward Work Readiness student. This research is an Ex-post facto study with a quantitative approach, conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Bantul with the subject of student of XII Accounting Grader. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Before analyzing the data, a prerequisite test for analysis must be carried out, namely normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are: 1) There is a positive and significant influence between Career Expectation and Work Readiness with a value of r2x1y 0.153. 2) There is a positive and significant influence between Career Guidance and Work Readiness with a value of r2x2y 0.205. 3) There is a positive and significant influence between Work Motivation and Work Readiness toward Work Readiness student with r2x3y 0.124. 4) There is a positive and significant influence between Career Expectation, Career Guidance, and Work Motivation simultaneoulsy toward Work Readiness student with a value of R2(1,2,3) 0,283. So Career Guidance is a variable with the greatest influence among the three independent variables with r2x2y  0.205 so student can be more active in doing Career Guidance that supports Student toward Work Readiness. Keywords: Work Readiness, Career Expectation, Career Guidance, Work Motivation

The purposes of this study are: 1) To analyze the influence of learning achievement of computer accounting subject, career guidance and work motivation partially to the work readiness. 2) To study the influence of learning achievement computer accounting subject, career guidance and work motivation simultaneously to the work readiness. The samples in this study were the students of class XII Accounting skill program of SMK Negeri 1 Suboh Situbondo which amounted to 55 people. This research includes the type of explanatory research. Independent variables of this study are learning achievement of computer accounting subject (PB), career guidance (BK) and work motivation (MK) while dependent variable is work readiness (KK). Data analysis used is test of validity and reliability, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis test. Regression analysis results obtained equation of regression line. This can be seen from the linear regression equation as follows KK = 20,774 + 0,505 PB + 0,344 BK + 0,283 MK. The equation indicates that readiness of work influenced by learning achievement of computer accounting subject, career guidance and work motivation. The conclusions are: 1) learning achievement of computer accounting subject, career guidance and work motivation partially significant effect on the work readiness of class XII students accounting skill program in SMK Negeri 1 Suboh Situbondo. 2). Learning achievement of computer accounting subject, career guidance and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the work readiness of class XII students accounting skill program at SMK Negeri 1 Suboh Situbondo.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui: (1) bagaimanakah tingkat motivasi belajar, kinerja Prakerin, intensitas pembimbingan guru Prakerin dan kesiapan kerja; (2) pengaruh masing-masing variabel motivasi belajar, kinerja Prakerin, intensitas pembimbingan guru Prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja; dan (3) pengaruh secara bersama-sama variabel motivasi belajar, kinerja Prakerin, intensitas pembimbingan guru Prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Pariwisata Kompetensi Keahlian Jasa Boga di DIY. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 16. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Variabel motivasi belajar, intensitas pembimbingan guru Prakerin dan kesiapan kerja diperoleh kategori sedang serta kinerja Prakerin dalam kategori rendah; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel motivasi belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Variabel kinerja Prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja; (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel intensitas pembimbingan guru Prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja; dan (5) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama ketiga variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen.  THE INFLUENCE OF LEARNING MOTIVATION, PERFORMANCE, INTENSITY OF PRAKERIN MENTORING ON WORK READINESS OF STUDENTS IN TOURISM VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL YOGYAKARTA SPECIAL REGIONAbstractThis study aimed to find out: (1) how is the learning motivation, Prakerin performance, intensity of Prakerin teacher mentoring and job readiness; (2) the effect of each variable motivation, Prakerin performance, intensity of Prakerin teacher mentoring on work readiness; and (3) the influence of variables motivation, Prakerin performance, intensity of Prakerin teacher mentoring in aggregate on work readiness of students in Vocational High School Majoring in Catering Services in Yogyakarta Special Region.This was a survey research with ex post facto approach study. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis technique, simple liner regression analysis and multiple regression analysis with the help of software SPSS 16.Research conclusion shows: (1) variable learning motivation, intensity of Prakerin teacher mentoring and job readiness are in the fair category obtained and Prakerin the performance in the low category; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation on work readiness; (3) there is a positive and significant influence of Prakerin performance on job readiness; (4) there is a positive and significant influence of intensity Prakerin teacher mentoring on job readiness; and (5) there is a positive and significant influence of the three independent variables in aggregate on the dependent variable.

This study determined the influence of the principal's leadership style and work motivation on the performance of high school teachers. Data in this study were collected through distributing the questionnaires to respondents. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. Population in this study was all high school teachers in Air Kumbang subdistrict of Banyuasin district totaling 85 people. The sampling technique used was saturation. The research sample was 85 high school teachers. The results showed 1) there was a positive and significant effect of leadership style on teachers’ performance; 2) there was a positive and significant influence of work motivation on teachers’ performance; 3) there was a significant influence simultaneously of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of high school teachers in Air Kumbang sub-district Banyuasin.

The focus of this study was to determine the effect of teacher perceptions about the principal's managerial ability and work motivation on the performance of teachers at Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Bandar Lampung City. This research uses associative quantitative research with a total population of 123 teachers and a sample of 94 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the effect of teacher perceptions about the principal's managerial ability and work motivation on teacher performance was 54.9% while the remaining 45.1% was influenced by other factors. So it can be concluded that the better the teacher's perception of the principal's managerial ability and work motivation, the higher the teacher's performance.

This study aims to determine and describe the relationship between financing management and the quality of diniyah education in Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah in the Bandung Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) and documentation with a sample of 37 people. The data analysis techniques used are research instrument trials, partial analysis, correlation analysis, and coefficient of determination (contribution) analysis. The results showed that the achievement of financing management and the quality of diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah education in Bandung Regency showed a significant relationship between financing management and the quality of diniyah education. The linearity test of financing management (X) and the quality of diniyah education (Y) obtained a value of F = 1.611 with a significance level of 0.218, so it can be interpreted that it has a positive and significant linear relationship. This study has implications for the importance of effective financing management in improving the quality of madrasah.

The purpose of this study was to (1) To determine the significance of partial effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (2) To determine the significance of the simultaneous effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (3) To find out which of the factors Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects that have a dominant influence on work motivation Head of the Village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. Methods used are causal research. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires given to 90 respondents. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) There is a significant influence on the Simultaneous Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. (2) There is a significant influence on the Partial Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the work motivation and job satisfaction to employee performance either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is associative with the method of analysis used are simple and multiple regression analysis. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to all employees of Mutiara Bunda Hospital. The results showed that there are positive and significant influence between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance

ABSTRACK This study aims to determine (i) The Effect of Parents' Attention on Social Studies Student Achievement at SDN 130 Karambua. (ii) The Effect of Learning Independence on Social Studies Learning Achievement of Students at SDN 130 Karambua. (iii) Effects of Parental Attention and Learning Independence together on Social Studies Achievement of Students at SDN 130 Karambua, Rinjani Village, Wotu District. This type of research is expost facto. Data analysis used was a simple regression analysis technique for the first and second hypotheses and multiple regression analysis for the third hypothesis. Before analyzing the data, an analysis of the requirements for testing is carried out including: normality, homogeneity, independent t test and linearity test The results of this study are: (i) There is a positive and significant influence of Parents' Attention on Social Studies Student Achievement at SDN 130 Karambua, with rx1y = 0.516; r2x1y = 0.266; and tcount is greater than ttable, namely: 3.85> 1.701. (ii) There is a positive and significant influence of Learning Independence on Social Studies Achievement of Students in SDN 130 Karambua, with rx2y = 0.372; r2x2y = 0.138; and tcount is greater than ttable, namely: 2.119> 1.701. (iii) There is a positive and significant influence of Parental Attention and Learning Independence together on Social Studies Achievement of Students in SDN 130 Karambua, with Ry (1,2) = 0.631; R2y (1,2) = 0.398; and Fcount is greater than Ftable namely: 5.542> 3.35 at a significance level of 5%. The regression line equation Y = 0.615X1 + -0.252X2 + 51.198.

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of students' perceptions of the teacher's sosial status on student motivation to become a Primary Teachers; (2) the effect of students' perceptions about teacher professional education programs (PPG) on student motivation to become teachers; (3) the effect of students' perceptions about the sosial status of teachers and teacher professional education programs (PPG) on student motivation to become teachers. This research is an ex post facto research with a quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were the 7th-semester students of the University of Mataram's PGSD study program, amounting to 315, then samples were taken using the Slovin formula so that 177 students were obtained. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis; analysis prerequisite test consisting of normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test; and regression analysis consisting of a simple linear regression test and multiple linear regression test. The results showed: (1) There was a positive and significant influence of students' perceptions about the teacher's sosial status on motivation to become a teacher. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of students' perceptions about PPG on motivation to become a teacher. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of students' perceptions about the sosial status of teachers and PPG simultaneously on the motivation of students to become teachers.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. Keywords: motivation, discipline, performance ABSTRAKSIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan displin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 responden dan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut Y = 4,604 + 0,476X1 + 0,336X2 + e. Dari persamaan regresi tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa variabel Motivasi kerja dinyatakan terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dapat pula dikatakan bahwa semakin motivasi kerja maka akan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Variabel disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hal ini berarti, setiap ada peningkatan disiplin kerja akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: motivasi, disiplin, kinerja
