This study aims to identify the effect of the teacher professionalism and the students' learning motivation on the learning effectiveness of the students in Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 2 Wonosari. The study used a survey method with ex post facto approach. The population consists of 420 students of SMK 2 Wonosari from the Program of Civil Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Automotive Engineering. The sample was selected using random sampling technique. The data is analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results point out that most students’ perceptions on the level of teacher professionalism on productive subjects belongs to medium category, student learning motivation is in medium category, and the student learning effectiveness on productive is categorized into medium category. Teacher professionalism and student motivation have positive impact or is significant on the learning effectiveness of the students.

The effect of activity and learning motivation on the formation of the religious character of students in Makassar 7 Public High School is intended to increase the learning activeness and learning motivation of students in the subjects of Islamic Education to form the relativistic character of students. This type of research is ex post facto using a quantitative approach. The population amounted to 944, a sample of 94 students, using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The research instruments were questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, namely simple and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study gave the conclusion that the learning activities of students influence the formation of the religious character of students. This can be seen from the results of the analysis, namely the value of the calculated t variable X1 is greater than the value of the t table (10,233> 2,364) with a significant level below 0.05 which is 0,000. The results of the analysis of the value of the calculated t variable X2 are greater than the value of the t table (21,776> 2,364) with a significant level below 0.05 which is 0,000. Significant F value of 0,000 (<0.05), the hypothesis is accepted

Science competence of students continues to develop because it is influenced by factors of intelligence and participation. Lack of understanding of the importance of student participation in obtaining more optimal learning outcomes is no longer one of the priority factors, so students tend to feel lazy, and find it difficult to express opinions which cause the competence of science knowledge does not increase. This study aimed to analyze the significant effect of naturalist ability on the competence of science knowledge, the significant effect of learning participation on the competence of science knowledge, and the significant effect together of naturalist ability and learning participation on the competence of science knowledge of fourth grade students. This type of research is ex-post facto. The population in this study were all fourth-grade students, amounting to 490 students. The sample was determined by proportional random sampling technique and obtained a total sample of 214 people. Naturalist ability data collection and learning participation were obtained by distributing questionnaires and competence in science knowledge was obtained by recording documents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant effect of naturalist ability on the competence of science knowledge with a contribution of 12.68%, there was a significant influence of learning participation on the competence of science knowledge with a contribution of 35.44%, and there was a significant influence on naturalist ability and learning participation. to the competence of science knowledge with a contribution of 48.12%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that naturalist abilities and learning participation contribute to the competence of science knowledge of fourth grade elementary school students

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and motivation on the lecturer performance at private universities in Makassar. The research conducted on the lecturer of faculty of economics at three private universities in Makassar South Sulawesi by using mail survey and sending 150 questionnaires to the respondents. Sampling technique used in this study is random sampling. Data were collected at 101 and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis result showed that job satisfaction gives positive impact and significant on the performance of private university lecturers in Makassar, and motivation gives positive impact and significant on the performance of private university lecturers in Makassar. The results of multiple regression analysis showed motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously have positive and significant impact on the performance of private university lecturers in Makassar.

Motivation in learning has a role to foster a sense of pleasure, passion, and enthusiasm for learning. The lack of learning motivation in distance learning is caused by the process of learning, where students can become less active in conveying their opinions and thoughts, causing a boring learning process. Student learning motivation is also influenced by lecturer performance. The purpose of this study was to examine student learning motivation in online learning at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Warmadewa University. Various methods are applied in distance learning activities, including the google meet application, zoom application, google classroom, youtube, television, and whatsapp social media. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires which were used as research instruments. Sampling was carried out using the saturated sample method or the census method, namely 48 students who took financial management courses as respondents. To test the research instrument, validity and reliability were tested. Classical Assumption Test is used to test the Regression model. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the application of online learning and lecturer performance has a positive and significant impact simultaneously or partially on student learning motivation at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Warmadewa University. Thus, it can be suggested that to support learning more effectively, it is better to use more varied learning methods and learning support facilities need more attention.

The purpose of this research was would know if there are effect mathematics connection ability and disposition to mathematics achievement student class XI SMA Negeri 2 Balikpapan in the Academic Year of 2017/2018. The research used in this study is quantitative and the type of ex-post facto research. The research sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study were in the form of tests and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using f-test and t-test as a partial test to determine the independent variable mathematical connection (X1) on learning outcomes (Y) and mathematical disposition independent variable (X2) on mathematics learning outcomes (Y) , but before testing the hypothesis it is necessary to test the classical assumptions of normality test, linearity test, independent test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results in this study are 1) there is an influence of mathematical connection ability and mathematical disposition on mathematics learning outcomes; 2) there is an influence of mathematical connection ability on mathematics learning outcomes; 3) there is an influence of mathematical disposition on the learning outcomes of mathematics.

Learning achievement plays an important role in measuring how much understanding an individual gets in the learning process that has been followed. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of learning motivation and spiritual intelligence on the learning achievements of accounting students at the Faculty of Business Economics and Tourism, Hindu Indonesia University. The sample collection method used is a nonprobability sampling technique with a saturated sampling method, so that the number of samples used in this study were 68 students. Research data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The test results in this study prove that learning motivation and spiritual intelligence have a positive effect on student learning achievement.

Abstract : Organizational commitment is one of the important thing to be considered by the company to observe the extent to which employees are responsible toward their responsibility merupakan suatu hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan suatu perusahaan untuk melihat sejauh mana karyawan tersebut lebih bertanggungjawab terhadap kewajibannya. PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan engage in port services which has good performance. However, on March-August 2015 the employees performance of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan showed declining trend. This declining in performance are assumed to be influenced by several factors such as work stress and organizational commitment. This study aims to analyse the influence of work stress toward organizational commitment at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan. The problem identification of this study is how to increase the organizational commitment by considering work stress inside the company. The theory used in this study is human resources management related to work stress and organizational commitment. The method used in this study is survey method, this is descriptive quantitative study ant the nature of this study is explanatory research. The number of samples used in this study are 72 people. The samples are drawn by using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is simple multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The result shows that partially wotk stress conflict has negative and significant influence toward organizational commitment. Key words: Stres  kerja dan Komitmen organisasi

The study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, promotion variables to tourist satisfaction and interests to revisit. The researcher collected the samples by distributing questionnaires to respondents thought survey method. The sampling technique applied wa purposive sampling. The total samples were 96 respondents. IBM SPSS Statistics 21 applied to analyze the data. The analysis tools applied were validity test, reliability tast, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and simple linear regression. The partial test (t test) proves that the quality of service, price and promotion significanty affected the tourist satisfaction and tourist satisfaction significantly affected the interest to come back. The simultaneous test (f test) indicated that the service quality, price and promotion significantly affected tourist satisfaction.

This study aims to partially determine the effect of the school environment and learning motivation on social science learning achievement and to determine the simultaneous influence of the school environment and learning motivation on social science learning achievement. The type of research is causal. The population of this research  was all of the students of  grade VIII  SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in the academic year 2019/2020. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling and the number of samples were 77 students. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, documentation and observation and data analysis of this research is  multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that (1) the school environment has a significant effect on student achievement with a sig value of 0.016 < 0.05, (2) learning motivation has a significant effect on student achievement with a sig value of 0.015 < 0.05, (3) the school environment and learning motivation simultaneously significant effect on student achievement with sig. obtained is 0.015 <0.05.

Abstrak Pendidikan di Indonesia sangat diperhatikan perkembangannya. Hasil belajar seseorang bisa dipengaruhi oleh motivasinya dalam belajar serta fasilitas yang menunjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar serta fasilitas saat belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Sebanyak 79 orang siswa dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) hasil belajar dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh motivasi belajar. (2) hasil belajar dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh motivasi belajar. (3) fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh signitifikan dan positif pada hasil belajar. Kata Kunci : Hasil belajar, Fasilitas belajar, motivasi belajar   Abstract In Indonesia education is one of the factors that has been considered in its development. There are several factors that affect learning outcomes, namely learning facilities and learning motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in economic subjects. The method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study were 79 students. The results showed that (1) learning facilities has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. (2) learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes.
