Motivation in learning has a role to foster a sense of pleasure, passion, and enthusiasm for learning. The lack of learning motivation in distance learning is caused by the process of learning, where students can become less active in conveying their opinions and thoughts, causing a boring learning process. Student learning motivation is also influenced by lecturer performance. The purpose of this study was to examine student learning motivation in online learning at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Warmadewa University. Various methods are applied in distance learning activities, including the google meet application, zoom application, google classroom, youtube, television, and whatsapp social media. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires which were used as research instruments. Sampling was carried out using the saturated sample method or the census method, namely 48 students who took financial management courses as respondents. To test the research instrument, validity and reliability were tested. Classical Assumption Test is used to test the Regression model. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the application of online learning and lecturer performance has a positive and significant impact simultaneously or partially on student learning motivation at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Warmadewa University. Thus, it can be suggested that to support learning more effectively, it is better to use more varied learning methods and learning support facilities need more attention.

The 2013 curriculum is a competency-based curriculum designed to anticipate 21st century competency needs. In this century, as we can witness together, the ability of creativity and communication will be very important. Intelligence in processing a science is an important thing to do, one of which is to sharpen multiple intelligences in students to produce a maximum student achievement, especially in thematic learning. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of thematic learning and multiple intelligence on student learning outcomes. This research is an experimental quantitative research, this research was conducted on science class 5 subjects on the theme of plants and animals. The subjects in this study were 25 students. When this research was conducted in January-February 2017. The instrument used for data collection was the questionnaire / questionnaire method. Testing the credibility of the instrument using the instrument validity and reliability test. Data collection procedures in this study used observation, questionnaires / questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique of this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed there was a significant influence between integrative thematic learning and multiple intelligence in improving student learning outcomes.

This study aims to identify the effect of the teacher professionalism and the students' learning motivation on the learning effectiveness of the students in Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 2 Wonosari. The study used a survey method with ex post facto approach. The population consists of 420 students of SMK 2 Wonosari from the Program of Civil Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Automotive Engineering. The sample was selected using random sampling technique. The data is analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results point out that most students’ perceptions on the level of teacher professionalism on productive subjects belongs to medium category, student learning motivation is in medium category, and the student learning effectiveness on productive is categorized into medium category. Teacher professionalism and student motivation have positive impact or is significant on the learning effectiveness of the students.

Abstrak Pendidikan di Indonesia sangat diperhatikan perkembangannya. Hasil belajar seseorang bisa dipengaruhi oleh motivasinya dalam belajar serta fasilitas yang menunjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar serta fasilitas saat belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Sebanyak 79 orang siswa dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) hasil belajar dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh motivasi belajar. (2) hasil belajar dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh motivasi belajar. (3) fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh signitifikan dan positif pada hasil belajar. Kata Kunci : Hasil belajar, Fasilitas belajar, motivasi belajar   Abstract In Indonesia education is one of the factors that has been considered in its development. There are several factors that affect learning outcomes, namely learning facilities and learning motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in economic subjects. The method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study were 79 students. The results showed that (1) learning facilities has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. (2) learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of risk profile, asset familiarity, investment objectives, investment awareness, and portfolio management on investment behavior. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire aimed at the people of Batam. A total of 100 questionnaires were collected and then processed using SPSS. The study continued with testing the validity and reliability. For testing the hypothesis the author uses multiple linear regression analysis. From this study it can be concluded that risk profile, asset familiarity, investment objectives, investment awareness, portfolio management have a significant positive effect on investment behavior. Overall the independent variable can explain the dependent variable by 51.8% while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the study.

This study discusses online learning based on SPADA, environment, and infrastructure on learning motivation for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, PGRI Kanjuruhan University, Malang. This study aims to analyze: 1) The effect of SPADA-based online learning, the environment, and infrastructure on learning motivation, 2) the influence of SPADA-based online learning on learning motivation, 3) the influence of the environment on learning motivation, 4) the influence of infrastructure on learning motivation. . This research is a quantitative research. The total population in this study was 330 students consisting of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business class of 2017, Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire in the form of a Google Form. The validity of the data was obtained through a trial from 30 respondents outside the sample. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. ABSTRAK Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan survey di sekolah. Untuk memperoleh data digunakan instrumen penelitian berupa angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS 20. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Pengaruh konsep diri dan motivasi belajar secara bersama- sama terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. 2) Pengaruh konsep diri terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. 3) Pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Adapun yang menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini karena masalah utama pendidikan di Indonesia adalah masih rendahnya hasil belajar siswa di sekolah, terutama untuk mata pelajaran IPS yang dianggap sulit dan siswa cenderung tidak menyukainya. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa diantaranya karena siswa memiliki konsep diri dan motivasi belajar yang kurang. Hasil uji hipotesis menyeluruh ini: (1) konsep diri dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai Sig. 0,00 < 0,05 dan Fh= 20,842 dengan kontribusi X1 & X2 sebesar 37,3% terhadap Y; (2) konsep diri berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai Sig. 0,001 < 0,05 da th = 3,584 dan; (3) motivasi belajar berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai Sig. 0,00 < 0,05 da th = 3,802. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep diri dan motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil atau prestasi belajar siswa di SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Serang. The background of this study is the main problem of education in Indonesia, which is still low student learning outcomes in schools, especially for social studies subjects that are considered difficult and students tend to dislike it. Some of the factors that influence the low student learning achievement include because students have a self-concept and lack of learning motivation. the results of the hypothesis test indicate that: (1) self-concept and learning motivation have a significant effect jointly on learning achievement in Social Sciences. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the Sig. 0.00 <0.05 and Fh = 20.842 with contributions X1 & X2 of 37.3% to Y; (2) self-concept has a significant effect on learning achievement in Social Sciences. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the Sig. 0.001 <0.05 and th = 3.584 and; (3) learning motivation has a significant effect on learning achievement in Social Sciences. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the Sig. 0.00 <0.05 and th = 3.802. The results of the study showed that self-concept and learning motivation had a significant influence on the results or student achievement in the State Middle School in Serang District. An employee's positive attitude towards work can be seen from the level of job satisfaction of the employee. There are many factors that can affect job satisfaction including human relations, work discipline, and motivation. This research was conducted at PT. Orchid Boga Utama with the aim of knowing the effect of human relations, discipline, and motivation on employee job satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study were 75 respondents with a saturated sample method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination, t test (partial regression), and F test (simultaneous regression). The results of this study are human relations have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and human relations, discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. employee work at PT. Orchid Boga Utama.

This study aims to determine the effect of transparency in financial management of village funds and community empowerment on community welfare in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods and primary data using questionnaires. This study took a sample of residents who were divided into 11 hamlets in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunung kidul Regency. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to people’s homes, attending social gatherings and routine meetings held by community members. It aims to obtain more data from respondents directly. The number of questionnaires processed was 120 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that community empowerment has a positive effect on the welfare of the people of Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency, while transparency in financial management of village funds does not affect the welfare of the community in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency.

This study aims to identify the determinants that influence the attitudes of consumers of green purchases and the willingness to pay more on green products, specifically on energy-saving lighting products. The variables studied included environmental knowledge, environmental awareness and perceived effectiveness. The sample of this study was 196 students, but out of 196 respondents after the questionnaire was distributed only 189 could be processed. Validity and reliability test results show valid values of loading factors of more than 0.4 while for reliability testing using the cronbach’s alpha criteria above 0.5 indicates reliable. Through the multiple linear regression analysis, the variables of environmental knowledge, environmental awareness and effectiveness are felt to have a positive and significant effect on the attitude of buying and willingness to pay more. Green purchasing attitudes and willingness to pay more have a positive and significant effect on green purchasing behavior. Green purchasing attitudes have a greater influence on green purchasing behavior compared to willingness to pay more.

This research is aimed to examine the influence of brand image and product quality to car purchase decision at PT. Mitsubishi Krama Yudha Motors and Manufacturing. Data analysis method was used, is quantitative analysis, by using validity and reliability test, coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression analysis. Result of regression equation is: Y = 0,665 + 0,517 X1 + 0,416 X2 Simultaneously testing of brand image variables and product quality to purchase decision, shown by F count equal to 85,955 bigger than F table 3,159 or with sig. F 0.000 is smaller than alpha 0.005. Based on the test results simultaneously, can be seen that the independent variables (brand image and product quality) have a positive and significant impact on the car purchase decision at Mitsubishi cars At PT. Krama Yudha Motors and Manufacturing. Suggestions which can be given for future developments and determinations of policy are, companies should pay attention to brand image, product quality, to make customers more satisfied and keep using Mitsubishi cars as their choice.
