Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) keefektifan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw ditinjau dari kemampuan penalaran dan sikap belajar matematika, (2) keefektifan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI ditinjau dari kemampuan penalaran dan sikap belajar matematika, (3) model pembelajaran yang lebih efektif antara tipe Jigsaw dibandingkan dengan tipe TAI ditinjau dari kemampuan penalaran dan sikap belajar matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu yang menggunakan dua kelompok eksperimen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi: (1) one sample t-test yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan Jigsaw dan TAI pada masing-masing variabel; (2) analisis multivariat yang digunakan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan keefektifan Jigsaw dan TAI secara simultan; (3) uji lanjut dengan prosedur Bonferroni, yang digunakan untuk mengetahui model pembelajaran yang lebih efektif antara Jigsaw dan TAI ditinjau dari kemampuan penalaran dan sikap belajar matematika siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw efektif ditinjau dari kemampuan penalaran dan sikap belajar matematika; (2) pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI efektif ditinjau dari kemampuan penalaran dan sikap belajar matematika; (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan keefektifan antara model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan tipe TAI ditinjau dari kemampuan penalaran dan sikap belajar matematika. Kata kunci: Jigsaw, TAI, kemampuan penalaran matematika, sikap belajar matematika   THE EFFECTIVENESS OF JIGSAW AND TAI LEARNING IN TERMS OF  STUDENTS’ REASONING COMPETENCE AND MATHEMATICS LEARNING ATTITUDE Abstract This research aims to describe: (1) the effectiveness of cooperative learning model of Jigsaw type seen from the students’ reasoning competence and mathematics learning attitude, (2) the effectiveness of cooperative learning model of TAI type seen from the students’ reasoning competence and mathematics learning attitude, (3) the more effective learning model between the Jigsaw type or TAI type, in terms of students’ reasoning competence and mathematics learning attitude. This research was a quasi-experimental study using two experimental groups. The data analysis techniques consisted of: (1) the one sample t-test carried out to investigate the effectiveness of the Jigsaw-type and the TAI-type in each variable; (2) the multivariate analysis carried out to investigate the difference in the effectiveness of the Jigsaw-type and the TAI-type on two dependent variables simultaneously; (3) the post-hoc test involving the Bonferroni procedure carried out to analyze which one was more effective between the Jigsaw-type and the TAI-type in terms of students’ reasoning competence and mathematics learning attitude. The results of the research show that: (1) the cooperative learning model of Jigsaw is effective seen from the reasoning competence and mathematics learning attitudes; (2) the cooperative learning model of TAI is effective seen from the reasoning competence and mathematics learning attitudes; (3) there is no difference in the effectiveness, between the Jigsaw type and TAI type cooperative learning models in terms of reasoning competence and mathematics learning attitudes. The aimed of this research was: 1) to know the difference of the average of mathematics learning result of students obtained through Cooperative Script model with the average of student learning result obtained through STAD type cooperative learning model in class VII class material in SMP Negeri 1 Banyumas, and 2) to know the average of mathematics learning outcomes which is better between students whose learning is obtained through Cooperative Script model with students whose learning is obtained through STAD type cooperative learning model in class VII class material in SMP Negeri 1 Banyumas. The population in this study is all students of class VII even semester SMP Negeri 1 Banyumas academic year 2016-2017 with the number of 162 students divided into 5 (five) class. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. Obtained Class VII A amounted to 33 students as experimental class and class VII B which amounted to 33 students as a control class. Learning outcomes obtained through the test in the form of a description consists of 4 items. Data were analyzed using two-t test and one-party test. Data analysis using two-party t test with 5% real level obtained by result of 1,999 and 2,602, < , so reject H0 and accept H1 which indicate that there is difference of mean result of learning of mathematics between them. Analysis of data using t-test one party with 5% real level obtained ttable = 1.670 and tcount = 2.602 turns < , so H0 rejected and accepted H1 which indicates that the average mathematics learning outcomes of students applied Cooperative Script learning model more both from the STAD type cooperative learning model. The result of t test analysis concluded that there is influence of Cooperative Script model to the result of learning of class VII in SMP Negeri 1 Banyumas

This study aims to effect of the TGT learning model on student’s creativity and comprehension of concepts in mathematics learning. This study used quasi-experimental research. The population in this study were 256 students of class VIII SMP YPPSB. The research sample was obtained in class VIII-H of 32 students as the experimental class and class VIII-D with total of the students were 31 students as the control class. The test used to analyze the research data was the Independent Sample T-test on the posttest results. The results of the study showed that creativity and comprehension of concepts using the TGT learning model was better than the class that used conventional learning. The average creativity used the TGT learning model tcount = 4.080 and the average comprehension of the concept of tcount = 11.012 with ttable = 2.00 which means tcount> ttable. Thus, the TGT type learning model has a significant influence on student’s creativity and comprehension of concepts in mathematics learning.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan cooperative learning  tipe Course Review Horay (CRH) dan tipe Numbered Heads Together  (NHT) yang ditinjau dari sikap siswa terhadap matematika dan prestasi belajar matematika. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain pretest-posttest non equivalent group design. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelompok eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah tes prestasi belajar matematika dan angket sikap siswa terhadap matematika. Untuk menguji keefektifan pembelajaran matematika dengan kedua model pembelajaran digunakan analisis one sample t-test. Selanjutnya untuk membandingkan keefektifan pembelajaran matematika dengan kedua model pembelajaran data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji T2 Hotelling, dan independent t-testuntuk menentukan model pembelajaran manakah yang lebih efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif CRH dan NHT efektif ditinjau dari sikap siswa terhadap matematika dan prestasi belajar matematika dan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CRH lebih efektif dibanding model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT ditinjau dari sikap siswa terhadap matematika dan prestasi belajar matematika siswa.Kata kunci: pembelajaran kooperatif, CRH, NHT, sikap siswa terhadap matematika, prestasi belajar matematika siswa The effectieveness of cooperative learning CRH and NHT in terms of attitudes and mathematics learning achievement of students AbstractThis study aims to describe the effectiveness of cooperative learning Course Review Horay (CRH) type and Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type in terms of student’s attitudes toward mathematics and mathematics learning achievement. The data collecting instruments consisted of a mathematics learning achievement test and questionnaires for students’ attitudes towards mathematics. To test the effectiveness of the mathematics learning through the CRH and NHT cooperative learning model, the one-sample t-test was carried out. Then, to compare the effectiveness of the two model, the data were analyzed using the T2 Hotelling test, and the independent t test to find out which of the two model was more effective. The results of the study show that mathematics learning through the CRH and NHT cooperative learning is effective in terms of student’s attitudes toward mathematics and mathematics learning achievement and the CRH cooperative learning model is more effective than the NHT cooperative learning model in terms of student’s attitudes toward mathematics and mathematics achievement of student’s. This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of grade IX SMP Muhammadiyah Padang LuasKecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. This study aims to improve learning outcomes in mathematicslearning through STAD type cooperative learning with the RME approach in class IX SMP MuhammadiyahPadang Luas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. The subjects of this study were all classes IX in SMPMuhammadiyah Padang Luas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar totaling 26 people. The form ofresearch is classroom action research. This research instrument consists of performance instruments and datacollection instruments in the form of teacher activity observation sheets and activities. The results of the studystated that there were significant differences between students' mathematics learning outcomes before applyingthe STAD type cooperative learning model with the RME approach with after applying the STAD typecooperative learning model with the RME approach. The difference shows student learning outcomes after theaction is better than before the action with completeness reaching 80.77% or 21 completed. Based on the resultsof the study and discussion it can be concluded that the application of STAD type learning model with RealisticMathematic Education (RME) approach can improve the learning outcomes of grade IX students of SMPMuhammadiyah Padang Luas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar on statistical material.

The purposes of this study are to determine: (1) which one have a better mathematics achievement, students who taught by cooperative learning model STAD or TPS type. (2) which one have a better mathematics achievement, students who have high, middle, or low achievement motivation. (3) is there any interaction between learning model and achievement motivation towards mathematics achievement. This study is a quasi experimental research with 2x3 factorial design. The population of this study is all students XI Grade SMA N 1 Kwadungan in academic year 2016/2017. Sampling was done by random technique. The total of sample is 28 students, with details of 14 students for class experiment one and 14 students for class experiment two. The instruments used to collect data are test of prior knowledge in mathematics, achievement motivation questionnaire and mathematics achievement test. The trial of test instrument includes content validity, difficulty level, discrimination power, and reliability. The testing of hypothesis uses two-way analysis of variance with unequal cell. The testing of hypothesis concludes that (1) Students who taught by cooperative learning model of TPS type have better mathematics achievement than students who taught by cooperative learning model of STAD type. (2) Students who have high achievement motivation have better mathematics achievement than students who have middle and low achievement motivation, also students who have middle achievement motivation have better mathematics achievement than students who have low achievement motivation. (3) There isn’t interaction between learning model and achievement motivation towards mathematics achievement.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cooperative learning model of group investigation type against scince generic skills of students. This research was a quasi-experimental. The population in the study was a grade VIII MTS Nurul Falah NW Lajut with 36 students. Sampling was derived by random sampling where the 16 students of VIII A as on experimental class and VIII B as a control class with 20 students.Based on pretest data analysis, obtained an average value of 31,25 experimental class and control class was 42,2.Posttest analysis showed an average grade of 65,75 experimental and control class was 61,6.  The data analysis technique was t-test. It show t- test= 5,80 and t-table = 1,67. Because of  t-count is greater than the  t- table, it can be concluded that there were the effect of cooperative learning model of group investigation generic against science skills of student.

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa antara model discovery learning dan jigsaw. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen semu. Tempat penelitian diaksanakan di SMP Negeri 18 Kota Bengkulu. Populasi pada penelitian seluruh siswa kelas VII. Sampel penelitian dipilih secara acak sederhana yaitu kelas VII.1 sebagai kelas eksperimen 1, pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model discovery learning, kelas VII.5 sebagai kelas eksperimen 2, pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw, dan kelas VII.3 sebagai kelas kontrol, pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kelas eksperimen 1 memperoleh nilai rata-rata tes akhir (post-test) kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa yaitu 12,13, nilai rata-rata eksperimen 2 yaitu 11,45, dan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol yaitu 9,26. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji anava satu jalur, dengan signifikan 0,05 diperoleh 𝐹ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔 = 𝐹𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙 = 0,34, maka H0 ditolak. Artinya ada perbedaan signifikan rata-rata kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa pada kelas eksperimen 1, kelas eksperimen 2, dan kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan uji beda nyata (BNT) menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran yang memberikan hasil penalaran matematis yang berbeda adalah model pembelajaran discovery learning dengan konvensional, dan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw dengan konvensional. Sedangkan pembelajaran dengan model discovery learning dan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw tidak memberikan hasil kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa yang berbeda. Model discovery learning dan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw memberikan hasil lebih baik bila dibandingkan dengan model konvensional.Kata kunci: kemampuan penalaran matematis, model discovery learning, model Jigsaw AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine students' mathematical reasoning abilities with discovery learning models and jigsaw type cooperative learning models. This type of research is quasi-experimental research. The population in this study were all students of class VII SMP Negeri 18 Bengkulu City in the   academic year 2019/2020. The sample of this study was selected by simple random sampling, namely class VII.1 as experimental class 1 using the discovery learning models, class VII.5 as experimental class 2 using the jigsaw type cooperative learning models, and class VII.3 as control class using conventional learning models. Data were collected by means of tests of students' mathematical reasoning abilities. Based on the results of the one-way ANOVA test, there are significant differences in students' mathematical reasoning abilities in the experimental class 1, experiment class 2 and the control class. The results          of the real difference test (BNT) show that learning that gives different results is the discovery learning models with conventional learning models, and the jigsaw type cooperative learning model with conventional learning models. Meanwhile, learning with discovery learning models and jigsaw type cooperative learning models does not give different results for students' mathematical reasoning abilities. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Perbedaan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang diberikan perlakuan model pembelajaran ARCS dengan model pembelajaran Active Learning. (2) Perbedaan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi, sedang dan rendah. (3) Interaksi antara model pembelajaran (ARCS dan Active Learning) dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2 x 3. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMKN 2 Batam tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Sampel diperoleh kelas X Akutansi-2 sebagai kelas eksperimen-1 dan kelas X Akutansi-4 sebagai kelas eksperimen-2. Instrumen pada penelitian ini adalah tes dan angket Uji prasyarat meliputi uji normalitas dengan metode Lilliefors dan uji Homogenitas dengan metode Bartlett. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis variansi dua jalan dengan sel tak sama. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) tidak terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar matematika antara siswa yang diberikan perlakuan model pembelajaran ARCS dengan model pembelajaran Active Learning. (2) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar metematika antara siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi dan rendah. (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan motivasi belajar siswa.Kata Kunci: ARCS, Active Learning, motivasi belajar, hasil belajar matematika Abstract. This study aims to determine: (1) The difference in learning outcomes of student who study mathematics using ARCS learning model with Active learning model. (2) The difference in mathematics learning outcomes in student who have hight, medium and low motivation. (3) Interaction between learning model (ARCS and Active Learning) with student learning motivation. This research is quasi-experimental study with factorial design 2 x 3. The population in this research is all of students class X SMKN 2 Batam with academic year 2016/2017. The Sample in this research from class X accountant-2 is used as sampling for 1st experiment and class X accountant-4 for 2nd experiment. Instrument of research are mathematics achievement test and questionnaire student motivation. The test requirement is normality test using Lilliefors method and homogeneity test using Bartlett method. Hypothesis testing in this study uses two-way analisis of variance with defferent cells. Conclusion in this study: (1) there is no difference between student math result between ARCS learning model with Active learning model. (2) there is difference between result of student math between learning high motivation with low motivation. <p><strong>Abstract</strong>: The aims of this research were to find out the different effect of each categories of learning model, students interpersonal intelligence and their interaction towards students mathematics learning achievement on the subject of plane geometry. The research was quasi experimental with 3×3 factorial design. The population was all students of grade VIII State Junior High School in Madiun City on the second semester of 2013/2014 academic years. Sampling was done by stratified cluster random sampling technique. The sample of this research consisted of the students of SMP N 3 Madiun, SMPN 7 Madiun, and SMPN 10 Madiun. The sample consisted of 260 students. The hypothesis test used unbalanced two ways analysis of variance at the significance level of 0,05. Based on hypothesis test, it can be concluded that: (1) the cooperative learning model of <em>Jigsaw</em> type gives a better mathematics achievement than cooperative learning model of NHT type and direct learning model, and the cooperative learning model of NHT type gives a better mathematics achievement than direct learning model; (2) students with the high interpersonal intelligence had the same achievement as students with the medium interpersonal intelligence, students with the high interpersonal intelligence had better achievement than students with the low interpersonal intelligence and the students with the medium interpersonal intelligence had the same achievement as students with the low interpersonal intelligence; (3) on the cooperative learning model of <em>Jigsaw</em> type, NHT type and direct learning model, students with the high interpersonal intelligence had the same achievement as students with the medium interpersonal intelligence, students with the high interpersonal intelligence had better achievement than students with the low interpersonal intelligence and the students with the medium interpersonal intelligence had the same achievement as students with the low interpersonal intelligence; and (4) on students interpersonal intelligence high, medium and low, the cooperative learning model of <em>Jigsaw</em> type gives a better mathematics achievement than cooperative learning model of NHT type and direct learning model, and the cooperative learning model of NHT type gives a better mathematics achievement than direct learning model.</p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>:  <em>Jigsaw</em>, NHT, interpersonal intelligence</p>

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Predict, Observe, Explain (POE) learning model in mathematics learning for VII grade students of SMP Negeri Selangit. This research is in the form of quasi-experimental. The population is all grade VII students of SMP Negeri Selangit in the academic year 2019/2020, totaling 98 students and as a sample are class VII.3 students, amounting to 24 students. Data collection is done by test and non-test techniques. The collected data were analyzed using t-test at a significant level α = 0.05. Based on the results of the study showed the effectiveness of the Predict, Observe, Explain (POE) learning model in mathematics learning with an average score of 74.44 with the percentage of students completing 79.17% of students' responses to learning in the good category with a percentage of 72.44 %, and student learning activities in the quite active category with a percentage of 28.45%.
