Purpose: We aim to assess infertility stress, gratitude, and changes in couple relationship of the women under reproductive treatments and to identify the relationships between variables. Methods: The subjects were 212 infertile women receiving reproductive treatments. The data were collected by self-administered questionnaires from June to August in 2019. The questionnaire consisted of the questions about infertility stress, gratitude and changes in their couple relationships. Descriptive statistics, t-tests, 1-way analysis of variance, and correlation coefficient were analyzed using the SPSS 26.0 Windows program. Results: The level of Infertility stress, gratitude, and changes in couple relationship averaged 3.23±0.59 (range of 1 to 6), 4.85±1.06 (range of 1 to 6), 3.03±0.55 (range of 1 to 5), respectively. Infertility stress had a negative correlation with gratitude (r=-0.322, p<0.001) and changes in couple relationship (r= -0.371, p<0.001). Gratitude also had a negative correlation with changes in couple relationship (r=-0.370, p<0.001). Conclusion: The results revealed that infertility stress has a negative correlation with gratitude and changes in couple relationship. Thus, psychological interventions that can alleviate negative emotions should be provided.

In this paper the author develops some of the themes discussed in an earlier paper (Ruszczynski, 2006) in which he explored violence in the couple relationship. As in that paper, he is interested in considering whether some of what can be learned from working clinically with especially disturbed forensic and anti-social patients, can be adapted to clinical work with some types of more disturbed couple relationships and with some parts of the relationship of perhaps many couples. The question explored is, if action predominates over reflection—a central characteristic of the types of patients described, that is, those who act out—how do clinicians offer a psychoanalytic experience to such patients for whom the capacity for symbolisation, thought, and reflection is, at best, partial or fragmented?

The question of compensation in addition to sensitive to be driving someone to worl due to an effect on morale and discipline employees. Therefore , any  agency or any organization should be able to provide compensation equal to the workload  to create a workforce that efficient and effective manner can be realized. Amaore than that, the company’s goal to improve performance. Performance assessment is a subjective process that involves human judgments. Thus, performance assessment is very likely wrong and very easily influonced by sources that are not actual, so it must be taken into account and considered reasinable. Frformance appraisals are considered  to meet the target if it has a good impact on new employees who rated their performance. Simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 12:00 data processing obtained tegression equation Y = 0,487 X 74 + with an explanation of X = award, 74 = constant, 0.487 = coefficient awards, and Y = performance based on simple linear regression equation in case of increase of one unit of the  performance award will be increased 0.487 units. If company policy negates the performance award will remain at a constant rate (74) units . (A) Test results obtained thitung significant constants of (12.574) > t table for (1.960 then reject Ho constanta significant meaning. (B) significant Test award coefficient t count the results obtained by (2.164)> t table foe (1.96) then reject Ho the mean coeffent of appreciation affect the performance . (C) correlation coefficient analysis is done by calculating the product moment corration (pearson)  to test  whether or not a strong  relationship between the variables X  dan Y , based on the results of cakculations with SPSS  table valuse obtained by calculating the  correlation coefficient r (0.3100> r on the table for a = 0,05 (0.291) then reject Ho, which means there is a relationship of respect for performance. When we enter these valuse in the table shows the interpretation of the correlation coefficient between the interval from 0.20 to 0.399 which has a low relationship

The study was carried out to find out whether there were influence and correlation bet-ween : a) Reward received by the IRDABI’s employees on their job satisfaction. b) style of the leader-ship on the job satisfaction. c) Reward together with style of leadership on the job satisfaction of IR-DABI’s employees.The result of the study showed that there was significant correlation and influence between the reward on the job satisfaction with was shown by the value of partial correlation coefficient of 0.6185 and coefficient of multiple regression for reward variable (β1) of 0.412. The influence of variable for style of leadership on the job satisfaction was also significant with the partial correlation coefficient of 0.5495 and coefficient of multiple regression (β2) of 0.355.In the test of Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) on the equation of multiple regression show that F-value was bigger that F-table (F = 58.97 > F-table = 3.098) or the Probability Value smaller than 0.05. At showed that there was significant correlation and influence between reward variables all together with style of leadership on the job satisfaction of employees. The value of multiple correlation coefficient (R) was 0.751 and R Square (R2) was 0.564. Value of R Square (0.564) meant that 56.5% of variation pro-portion total of job satisfaction can be eliminated of equation of multiple regression was used as the es-timator rather than using average value of job satisfaction as the estimator.

A group approach having an excess because its scope broader, and in accordance with communal culture of the people. Group dynamics and independency farmers become a yardstick to judge whether the programs the government (the course of development) involving group cattle farmers cut is sustainable or not, so that it can be evaluated for sustainability the next. The purpose of research are (1) analyze group dynamics formed in the group spr mega jaya, (2) analyzed levels of independency of farmers in the farmers spr mega jaya, (3) analyze relations group dynamics and independency of farmers with the success kejar farmers spr mega jaya. Data analysis of analysis descriptive statistics (a frequency, the percentage, on the average), and statistic analysis inferential by test a correlation coefficient rank the spearman. The research results show that group dynamics spr mega jaya tends in category high, and independency of farmers spr mega jaya tends in category enough, while test relations shows that there is a positive connection welfare between group dynamics the cattle farmer and independency of farmers with the success kejar cattle farmers cut. Dinamika kelompok dan keberdayaan peternak menjadi tolok ukur untuk menilai apakah program pemerintah (program pembangunan) yang melibatkan kelompok peternak sapi potong bersifat sustainable atau tidak, sehingga dapat dievaluasi untuk keberlanjutan program selanjutnya. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah (1) menganalisis dinamika kelompok yang terbentuk dalam kelompok SPR Mega Jaya, (2) menganalisis tingkat keberdayaan peternak pada kelompok peternak SPR Mega Jaya, (3) menganalisis hubungan dinamika kelompok dan keberdayaan peternak dengan keberhasilan program kelompok peternak SPR Mega Jaya. Analisis data berupa analisis statistik deskriptif (frekuensi, persentase, rata-rata), dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan uji koefisien korelasi rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dinamika kelompok SPR Mega Jaya cenderung pada kategori tinggi, dan keberdayaan peternak SPR Mega Jaya cenderung pada kategori cukup, sedangkan uji hubungan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara dinamika kelompok peternak dan keberdayaan peternak dengan keberhasilan program kelompok peternak sapi potong. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin dinamis kelompok SPR Mega Jaya dan keberdayaan yang dirasakan peternak tinggi, maka keberhasilan program kelompok peternak yang tercapai semakin tinggi.Kata kunci: dinamika kelompok, keberdayaan kelompok, sekolah peternakan rakyat

В статье представлены материалы о взаимосвязи продолжительности продуктивного использования коров с характеристикой устойчивости к деградации, с возрастом отела и удоем. В исследованной, разнородной по происхождению, группе животных для прогноза продуктивного периода коров, обусловленного устойчивостью к деградации и возрастом первого отела, пригодно уравнение регрессии, аргументами в котором являются индекс устойчивости, возраст первого отела в первой и второй степенях. Коэффициент корреляции межу предсказанными значениями продуктивного периода и его фактическими величинами в I группе составляет 0,502, во II - 0,604. При этом крайние варианты прогнозируются со статистическими ошибками 5 мес при оценке индекса устойчивости по 2 лактациям и 4,1 мес по 3, а средние варианты, соответственно, 1,6 и 1,51 мес. Индекс устойчивости к процессу старения является важной характеристикой биологических особенностей коров, определяющий их продуктивное долголетие. Его оценка по первым 2 и 3 лактациям имеет прямолинейную связь с продуктивным периодом (r=0,4109 и r=0,5270), соответственно. Зависимость продуктивного периода от возраста первого отела криволинейная — с увеличением возраста первого отела сокращается срок продуктивного использования, при возрасте первого отела более 1400 дней срок продуктивного использования колеблется от 1,33 до 1,41 лактации. Коэффициент корреляции между этими характеристиками коров составляет - 0,2164 в I и - 0,2620 во II группах. The article presents materials about the relationship of the duration of productive use of cows with the characteristic of resistance to degradation, with the age of calving and milk yield. In the studied group of animals, which is heterogeneous in origin, the regression equation is suitable for predicting the productive period of cows due to resistance to degradation and the age of the first calving, the arguments of which are the stability index, the age of the first calving in the first and second degrees. The correlation coefficient between the predicted values of the productive period and its actual values in group I is 0.502, in group II - 0.604. At the same time, the extreme variants are predicted with statistical errors of 5 months when evaluating the stability index for 2 lactations and 4.1 months for 3, and the average variants, respectively, are 1.6 and 1.51 months. The index of resistance to the aging process is an important characteristic of the biological characteristics of cows, which determines their productive longevity. Its estimate for the first 2 and 3 lactations has a direct relationship with the productive period (r=0.4109 and r=0.5270), respectively. The dependence of the productive period age at first calving curvilinear with increasing age at first calving reduces the time to productive use, while age at first calving of more than 1400 days, the period of productive use ranges from 1.33 to 1.41 lactation. The correlation coefficient between these characteristics of cows is-0.2164 in I and-0.2620 in II groups.

Cheating is an academically dishonest behavior about which there has been a thrust of research. However, it has not been extensively researched in an Iranian context. Therefore, the current study was conducted with 310 Iranian students. A cheating questionnaire was devised and administered to the participants. Certain demographic variables were investigated. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were employed to analyze the obtained data. The results of the descriptive statistics revealed that cheating was common among participants, and most students did not harbor any negative attitude toward cheating or at least were neutral about it. The most common method of cheating was “letting others look at their papers while taking exams.” The most common reason for cheating was “not being ready for the exam.” As for inferential statistics, one-way analysis of variance, an independent t-test, and correlational analyses were used to test the effect and relationship of demographic variables on and between the cheating behaviors of the participants. It was found that none of the two demographic variables of gender and year level had any effect on students’ cheating behaviors. Furthermore, achievement scores and age were not significantly correlated with cheating behavior scores.

To study the relationship of parents' attitudes towards teachers, school, and education with the academic achievement of their children, a questionnaire was given to the parents of 1021 Standard 7 pupils (369 boys and 652 girls) randomly chosen from the Standard 7/Year 9 population of 14,765 boys and 26,109 girls. Analysis of variance indicated a positive relationship between parents' attitudes and the academic achievement of their children regardless of whether the children's parents were deceased or alive.

ABSTRACTThis study is descriptive analitik, aims to describe the relationship of perceptions about the physiotherapy profession with the motivation to learn students of the Academy of Physiotherapy UKI. Data collection through questionnaires to students of Physiotherapy Academy UKI level 1, 2, and 3 with a sample of 53 students, then give a score of each statement of questionnaire.The result of correlation analysis shows that p = 0,584> α (0,05) ho is accepted, so there is no significant relationship between the two variables. To measure the closeness and intensity of the relationship between the two variables, test of correlation coefficient and simple linear regression. The result of correlation coefficient test (r) obtained by -0,077, lies below the value of -0.30 (very weak) thus can be said there is no relation between perception about physiotherapy profession with motivation learn student Akfis UKI. Result of linear regression analysis obtained equation: Y = 73,52 + (-0,088) X. This means that every 1 point decrease of perception value will influence motivation value equal to 0,088 times.Keywords: Perception, motivation, physiotherapy profession, and learning achievement. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada siswa Fisioterapi Academy UKI tingkat 1, 2, dan 3 dengan sampel sebanyak 53 siswa, kemudian memberikan skor masing-masing kuesioner pernyataan. Hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa p = 0,584> α (0,05) ho diterima, sehingga tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel tersebut. Untuk mengukur kedekatan dan intensitas hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut, uji koefisien korelasi dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil uji koefisien korelasi (r) diperoleh sebesar -0,077, berada di bawah nilai -0,30 (sangat lemah) sehingga dapat dikatakan tidak ada hubungan antara persepsi tentang profesi fisioterapi dengan motivasi belajar siswa Akfis UKI. Hasil analisis regresi linier diperoleh persamaan: Y = 73,52 + (-0,088) X. Artinya setiap 1 titik penurunan nilai persepsi akan mempengaruhi nilai motivasi sebesar 0,088 kali.Kata kunci: Persepsi, motivasi, profesi fisioterapi, dan prestasi belajar.
