<p>Research is aimed to criticize the coaching model of students economic autonomy and community economic empowerment, the relationship between spirituality motivation and kyai leadership with students economic autonomy and relationship coaching that carried out by the pesantren with community economic empowerment. The data are analyzed by descriptive-phenomenological analisys, Rank’s Spearman and Kendall Tau correlation analysis. This study generated four conclusions. <em>First</em>, the model of students economic autonomy and community economic empowerment that performed by <em>pesantren</em> Al-Ittifaq. <em>Second</em>, based on Rank’s Spearman correlation analisys and Kendall Tau correlation analisys can be concluded that there was a positive and significant correlation between the spiritual motivation (creed motivation, worship motivation and <em>muamalah </em>motivation) with variable of students economic autonomy. It is mean, if the spiritual motivation of students is high, then the level of economic autonomy will be the higher. <em>Third</em>, the results of Rank’s Spearman and Kendall Tau correlation analysis also prove that there was a positive and significant correlation between <em>kyai</em> leadership variables with students economic autonomy variables. That is, <em>kyai </em>leadership very influential in the formation of the economic autonomy of students. <em>Fourth</em>, by using analysis of Rank’s Spearman and Kendall Tau, there is a positive relationship between coaching variables with community economic empowerment variables. It is mean, coaching have a positive impact to economic empowerment of communities.</p><p>Key word:           <em>Pesantren</em>, <em>Spirituality, Kyai Leadership, Economic Autonomy, Community Economic Empowerment.</em></p>

Through the application of a culturally sensitive coaching model, in a Sino-foreign education partnership, this chapter explores a non-directive coaching model and its positive impact on knowledge exchange and innovation. Whilst acknowledging the call from some quarters for the use of a directive approach to coaching, in mainland China, this chapter explores the positive relationship between the non-directive approach and socialisation of knowledge amongst teachers. The chapter also sheds light on the potential positive impact of the GROW model to support the ‘Coaching Dance' and facilitate movement towards a more non-directive approach to enhance knowledge exchange. It is also important of further research into both the GROW model and the development of a coaching approach built upon the foundation of Confucian culture.

This study aims to examine the relationship between loneliness and selfie-liking. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a positive relationship between loneliness and selfie-liking among college students. This research used correlational quantitative methods. Participants in this research was 64 students, which was taken by purposive sampling technique, with inclusive criteria: like to do selfie and in the last month post the selfie photos to social media as much as 4-6 times. Data were collected using the Loneliness Scale from UCLA Version 3 and selfie-liking measured by Selfie-Liking Scale.  The correlation was analyzed using the Spearman Correlation Test with SPSS 23 for Windows. The results showed there was a positive and significant relationship between loneliness and self-liking (r=.297; p=.009) which means the higher loneliness, the higher selfie-liking.

The relationship between leadership behavior of principal and the organizational culture with teachers work discipline of Public Vocational High School of South Tangerang. A field research is aimed to find out the relationship between behavior leadership of principal and organizational culture with teacher’s work discipline of Public Vocational School of South Tangerang. The result of the research shows that: First, there is a positive relationship between the behavior leadership of principal with teacher’s work discipline. The result of correlation analysis between two research variables is gained that the relationship between behavior leadership of principal and teacher’s work discipline which is calculated by Pearson correlation is gained correlation coefficient value was 0.533. The value of determination coefficient in this analysis is gained 0.284, its means 28.4%. The variable of teacher’s work discipline can be explained from behavior leadership variable. The regression line is Ŷ = 75,735 + 0,670 X1. Second, there is a positive relationship between organizational cultures to teacher’s work discipline. The result of correlation analysis between to research variables is gained that the value of the relationship between organizational culture and teacher’s work discipline is calculated by Pearson correlation, and it is gained coefficient of correlation value 0.487 as many. The coefficient of determination’s value in this analysis is gained 0.238 which means 23.8 %. The variable of teacher’s work discipline can be explained by the variable of organizational culture. The regression line is Ŷ = 75,792 + 0,592 X2. Third, there is a positive relationship between behavior leadership of principal and organizational culture simultaneously to teacher’s work discipline is calculated by Pearson correlation and its gained coefficient correlation value 0.624 as many, then it is gained the determination of coefficient’s value 0.390 as many, which means 39 % the variable of organizational culture. The regression line is Ŷ = 47,812 + 0,522 X1 + 0,402 X2. Based on the result of the research we may say that behavior leadership of principal (X1), organizational culture (X2) have the relationship with teacher’s work discipline (Y). According to general criteria there is a relationship between behavior leadership of principal and organizational culture towards teacher’s work discipline at Public Vocational High School of South Tangerang. Hubungan antara perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi dengan disiplin kerja guru dari SMK Tangerang Selatan. Sebuah penelitian lapangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemimpinan perilaku kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi dengan disiplin kerja guru dari SMK Tangerang Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, terdapat hubungan positif antara perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan disiplin kerja guru. Hasil analisis korelasi antara dua variabel penelitian diperoleh bahwa hubungan antara kepemimpinan perilaku kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja guru yang dihitung dengan korelasi Pearson diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi adalah 0,533. Nilai koefisien determinasi dalam analisis ini diperoleh 0,284, yang berarti 28,4%. Variabel disiplin kerja guru dapat dijelaskan dari variabel perilaku kepemimpinan. Ketiga, ada hubungan positif antara perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi secara bersamaan dengan disiplin kerja guru dihitung dengan korelasi Pearson dan nilai koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh sebanyak 0,624, maka diperoleh penentuan nilai koefisien ini sebanyak 0.390, yang berarti 39% variabel budaya organisasi. Garis regresi Ŷ = 47.812 + 0.522 X1 + 0.402 X2. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kita dapat dikatakan bahwa prinsip perilaku kepemimpinan (X1), budaya organisasi (X2) memiliki hubungan dengan disiplin kerja guru (Y). Menurut kriteria umum ada hubungan antara kepemimpinan perilaku kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja guru di SMK Tangerang Selatan.

This research is an explanatory research, because it explaining about the relationship among the hypnotized variables. This research aims to knowing about the relationship and the influence between the accounts, location to the other bank, and loans to the net margin in Bank Jatim Madiun. The results are between accounts to net margin has positive relationship, between location to another bank to net margin has negative relationship, and between loans to net margin has positive relationship. Together, the variables have strong enough relationship to net margin, it showing by coefficient of determination value is 0,956, it means that the value close to 1. So, 4,4% of Profitability Net Margin influenced by the others variables.The method of research was by using field research that including observation, interview and library research.The analyzing data method was by using Multiple Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, and Coefficient of Determination Analysis.

Abstrak  :  The  Relationship  Between  the  Ability  of  Teachers  in  Managing  the Learning  Environment  to  Early  Childhood  Learning  Motivation. This  study  aims to determine the  relationship between the ability of teachers in managing the learning environment to early childhood learning motivation.  This research using correlational. The  study  subjects  were  13  teachers.  Data  collection  techniques  in  this  research thorough  a  questionnaire  containing  the  ability  of  techers  in  managing  the  laerning environment  and  a  questionnaire  about  the  child’s  learning  motivation.  The  data analisys  technique  used  quantitative  desciptive  data  analysis  with  several  stages including  the  validation  peocess,  realibilitas,  correlation  analysis  and  conclusion.  The results showed a 100%  ability of techers in managing the learning environment in both categories.  Both  the  magnitude  of  correlation  0,584  so  it  can  be  concluded  there  is  a positive  relationship  between  the  ability  of  teachers  in  managing  the  learning environment to the children’s learning motivation. Recommendations given to teachers, teachers  are  expected  to  further  enhance  their  ability  to  manage  the  learning environment  because  it  is  not  directly  the  ability  of  techers  in  managing  the  learning environment influence the creation of early childhood’s learning motivation.Abstrak:  Hubungan  Antara  Kemampuan  Guru  dalam  Melakukan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Belajar dengan Motivasi Belajar Anak Usia Dini. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  hubungan  antara  kemampuan  guru dalam melakukan pengelolaan lingkungan belajar dengan motivasi belajar anak usia  dini.  penelitian  ini  menggunakan  metode  korelasional.  Subjek  penelitian berjumlah 13 orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, yaitu melalui  angket  yang  berisi  kemampuan  guru  dalam  melakukan  pengelolaan lingkungan  belajar  dan  angket  mengenai  motivasi  belajar  anak.  teknik  analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif dengan beberapa tahapan  diantaranya  adalah  proses  validasi,  reliabilitas,  analisis  korelasi,  dan penarikan  kesimpulan.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  100%  kemampuan  guru dalam  melakukan  pengelolaan  lingkungan  belajar  dalam  kategori  baik,  dan 100%  motivasi  belajar  anak  usia  dini  dalam  kategori  baik.  Besarnya  korelasi keduanya    yaitu  sebesar  0,854    sehingga  dapat  disimpulkan  terdapat  hubungan yang positif  antara kemampuan guru dalam melakukan pengelolaan lingkungan belajar  dengan  motivasi  belajar  anak.  Rekomendasi  yang  diberikan  untuk  guru yaitu  guru  diharapkan  lebih  meningkatkan  lagi  kemampuan  guru  dalam melakukan  pengelolaan  lingkungan  belajar  karena  secara  tidak  langsung kemampuan  guru  dalam  melakukan  pengelolaan  lingkungan  belajar  ikut mempengaruhi terciptanya motivasi belajar anak.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosional dengan penyesuaian pernikahan pada istri yang menikah berbeda suku dengan pasangan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 100 orang istri yang menikah berbeda suku di Kota Samarinda yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini skala penyesuaian pernikahan dan kecerdasan emosional. Kedua skala tersebut disusun dengan skala model likert dan diuji menggunakan analisis kolerasi person product moment dengan bantuan program komputer SPSS (Statistical Packages for Social Science) versi 23.0 for windows. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai sebesar Rhitung=0.512, Rtabel= 0.197 dan P=0.000, nilai 0.512 merupakan nilai r hitung > r tabel, dimana angka ini menunjukkan kolerasi atau hubungan yang cukup kuat antara kecerdasan emosional dengan penyesuaian pernikahan pada istri yang menikah berbeda suku dengan pasangan di Kota Samarinda. Hubungan yang terjadi antara kecerdasan emosional dengan penyesuaian pernikahan adalah hubungan yang positif.This study aims to determine the relatioship between emotional intelligance and mariage adjusment in wives who are married to diffrent ethnic groups with their partners. The subjects of this study were 100 married wives of different ethnic groups in Samarinda City who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument used in this study is the marriage adjustment scale and emotional intelligence. The two scales were complied with the likert model scale and tested using person product moment correlation analysis with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Packges for Social Scieice) computer program version 23.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate a value of Rcount= 0.512, Rtable= 0.197 and P= 0.000, the value of 0.512 is the value of r count > r table, where this number shows a fairly strong correlation or relationship between emotional intelligence and marriage adjustment in wives who are married differently tribes with partners in Samarinda City. The relationship between emotional intelligence and marital adjustment is a positive relationship.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi kerja karyawan dengan kompensasi. Penelitian dilakukan di “PT PAI”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT ”PAI”, sampel sebanyak 20 orang karyawan diambil dengan teknik convenience sampling. Perangkat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah perangkat kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan induktif. Perangkat analisis data yang digunakan adalah tabel distribusi frekuensi dan korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif kuat sebesar 0,983 dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja karyawan dengan kompensasinya pada PT ”PAI”. Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between employee motivation and compensation. The research was conducted at "PT PAI." This research is descriptive. The population in this study were all employees of PT "PAI." A sample of 20 employees was taken using the convenience sampling technique. The data collection device used is a questionnaire device, and the method used is descriptive and inductive methods. Data analysis tools used are frequency distribution table and Spearman correlation. The results showed a strong positive relationship of 0.983 and significant between employee motivation and compensation at PT "PAI."

Objective - The purpose of this paper was to assess the influence of Value Added Intellectual Capital (VAIC) towards company performances such as: profitability and productivity of Islamic banks of Indonesia measured by ROA, ROE, ROI and ATO. Methodology/Technique - This research conducted purposive sampling method. Correlation analysis was applied to measure the influence of ICE on company Performance. SPSS 18 was applied for correlation test. VAIC was calculated for measuring intellectual capital efficiency. Findings - VAIC had a positive relationship to company performance such as financial performance and productivity. The highest value of correlation was the relationship between VAIC and ATO. The lowest value of correlation was the relationship between VAIC to ROE. Novelty - This research assessedthe influence of VAIC towards 11 Islamic Banks in Indonesia. The research indicates that attendance meeting times of independent director and the supervision proposal have great positive impact on corporation performance, but strategic proposal has negative influence on corporation performance. And the quantity of proposal has certain positive relationship between corporation performance.

Research in the world of education is expected to contribute ideas in thedevelopment of knowledge, especially the development of quality education process ininfluencing students in meeting the ability to create blogs in State Junior High SchoolLemahwungkuk District, Cirebon City. Practically, this research is expected to providevaluable inputs for schools that are the location of research, and other schools that havesimilarities related to the relationship between the use of facebook media and thecreativity of student learning with the ability to create a blog. This research is adescriptive analytic survey research at SMP Negeri 3, SMP Negeri 13 and SMP Negeri15 Kecamatan Lemahwungkuk Kota Cirebon with affordable population of 749 studentsand analyzed by using correlation analysis and linear regression, both simple linear andlinear double. The results show, firstly, there is no significant positive relationshipbetween the use of facebook media on the ability to create a blog. Second, explainingabout the positive relationship that is not significant between students' learning creativityto the ability to create a blog. Third, it was found that there was no significant positiverelationship between the use of facebook media (X1) and students' learning creativitysimultaneously on the ability to create blog (Y).Based on the above results, this studyprovides advice to the Education Department of Cirebon City for socialization to the entirecommunity, especially students in the City of Cirebon about how the use of social mediais good.
