<p class="abstrak">The purpose of this study was to analyze the Covid-19 Muhammadiyah Islamic boarding school with the complete independent isolation model. The subjects of this study consisted of Covid-19 patients and leaders of Covid-19 Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. This research was conducted at the Covid-19 Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School in Yogyakarta, which was located at the PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques using direct interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique followed the Miles and Huberman model, namely data display, data reduction, and data verification. The validity of the data using triangulation. The results showed that the approach model used was complete self-isolation, on psychosocial and neurospiritual aspects. With the development of social relations on the psychosocial aspects, patients feel healthy and not stressed. As for the increase in priests and spiritual neurospiritual perspectives, it helps the immunity of Covid-19 patients to remain stable and their good deeds are better. This research has implications for Covid-19 patients in repairing and coaching related to social behavior and religious behavior during the Covid-19 period.</p><p class="abstrak" align="left"><strong> </strong><em>Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pesantren Covid-19 Muhamamdiyah dengan model Isolasi mandiri paripurna. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari pasien Covid-19 dan pimpinan pesantren Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitataif jenis studi tudi kasus. Penelitian ini dilakukan di pesanren Covid-19 Muhamamdiyah Yogyakarta yang bertempat di Rumah sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara langusng, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengikuti model Miles dan Huberman yaitu display data, reduksi data, dan verifikasi data. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pendekatan yang diguanakn isolasi mandiri paripurna, pada aspek psikososial dan Neurospiritual. Dengan adanya pembinaan hubungan sosial pada aspek psikososial pasien merasa sehat dan tidak stress. Adapun peningkatan imam dan spiritual perpespektif neurospiritual membantu imun pasien Covid-19 tetap stabil dan lebih baik amal sholehnya. Penelitian ini berimplikasi terhadap pasien Covid-19 dalam perbaikan dan pembinaan yang berhubungan dengan prilaku sosial dan prilaku beragama di masa Covid-19.</em></p>

This research to describe the strategy of Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic boarding school dealing with modernization challenges. The focus of his research is the strategy used by Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School deal with the challenges of modernization? 2). the activities forms of the Boarding School's deal with it. 3). the supporting and obstacle factors in the implementation it. This study is a qualitative approach in the form of case study. Data collection methods are done through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display and verification. Al Urwatul Wutsqo's Islamic boarding school strategy dealing with modernization is providing integrated education of faith and piety in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith. The activities are to love Allah and the hereafter is amal sholih, thariqah, recitation, istighatsah, etc.

This study aims to understand the management of Child-Friendly Schools (SRA) of PAUD inclusive which was carried out at PAUD Cendekia Kids School and the All Kids Learning House in Madiun City, East Java. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. The technique of collecting data is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis technique starts from the data display, data reduction, until drawing conclusions. The results showed that; First, PAUD Scholar Kids School and the All Kids Learning House have their respective characteristics in implementing inclusive PAUD management, by adjusting to the conditions of existing institutions. secondly, child-friendly inclusive PAUD management at Cendekia Kids School is in the process of finding shapes while the All Kids Learning House had a shape; third, the obstacles in trying to realize the SRA at Cendekia Kids School are different from those at the All Kids Learning House; fourth, the biggest obstacle to management is human resource management competence; fifth, the two institutions do not have legality as child-friendly PAUD, but in its implementation, it is already appropriate as a child-friendly inclusive PAUD.

Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya menumbuhkan minat baca siswa melalui budaya literasi di SDIT Qurrta A’yun Kandangan. Metode penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus dan subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Waka Kurikulum Sekolah, Waka Kesiswaan Sekolah, Kepala Perpustakaan, Koordinator Perpustakaan, Guru, Siswa dan Orang tua. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis yang digunakan penelitia adalah reduksi data, display data, dan penerikan kesimpulan. Peneliti menggunakan trianggulasi Teknik dan trianggulasi sumber untuk memperoleh keabsahan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa upaya menumbuhkan minat baca siswa melalui budaya literasi di SDIT Qurrata A’yun Kandangan dengan upaya melalui kegiatan: 1) Penyediaan buku, 2) Jadwal Literasi, 3) Membuat Mading, 4) Reward, 5) Pojok Baca, dan 6) Perpustakaan Keliling. Faktor pendukung upaya menumbuhkan minat baca siswa melalui budaya literasi di SDIT Qurrata A’yun Kandangan adalah 1) Buku-buku Baru, 2) Motivasi Guru, 3) Fasilitas, 4) Lingkungan, dan 5) Motivasi Orang tua. Faktor penghambat upaya menumbuhkan minat baca siswa melalui budaya literasi di SDIT Qurrata A’yun Kandangan adalah 1) Buku yang tidak diperbaharui, 2) Gadget, 3) Waktu yang tidak mencukupi dan 4) Kurangnya dukungan orang tua.EFFORTS TO FOSTER STUDENTS’ INTEREST THROUGH LITERACY CULTURE AT SDIT QURRATA A’YUN KANDANGANAbstract: This study aims to describe the efforts to foster students 'reading interest through literacy culture at SDIT Qurrta A'yun Kandangan. This research uses a qualitative approach, a case study type with the subject of the Principal, School Curriculum Deputy, School Student Assistant, Head of the Library, Library Coordinator, Teachers, Students and Parents. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used in this research is data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Researchers used technical triangulation and source triangulation to obtain data validity. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the effort to foster students' reading interest through literacy culture at SDIT Qurrata A'yun Kandangan through the following activities: 1) Provision of books, 2) Schedule of Literacy, 3) Making Wallings, 4) Rewards, 5) Reading Corner and 6) Mobile Library. The supporting factors for the efforts to foster students 'reading interest through literacy culture at SDIT Qurrata A'yun Kandangan are 1) New Books, 2) Teacher Motivation, 3) Facilities, 4) Environment, and 5) Parents' Motivation. The inhibiting factors in trying to foster students' interest in reading through literacy culture at SDIT Qurrata A'yun Kandangan are 1) books that are not updated, 2) gadgets, 3) insufficient time and 4) lack of parental support.

<em>The purpose of this study is to describe the use of Central Java folklore as<strong> </strong>a strengthening of character building on Indonesian learning. This research is a case study which belongs to qualitative research and uses document as the data analysis. The object of this research is Central Java folklore, classroom observation result, lesson plan and syllabus of VII grade second semester, and the interview script of teacher and student. The technique of subject taking used is purposive sampling. The technique of collecting data is observation, interview, and document analysis. The validity test is using method triangulation and source triangulation. The data analysis technique is interactive analysis technique which consists of data reduction, data display, and building meaning and interpretation.The researcher found that, first, the intrinsic element of Central Javafolklore was encouraged by the characters in each story. Second, the value of character building on Central Javafolklore that existed in the characters. Third, the use of Central Javafolklore in Indonesian learning begins with planning in the form of lesson plan development based on the syllabus that has been prepared by the government. The planning, the implementation of learning begins from preparing the physical and psychological learners by providing stimulus in the form of motivation.</em>

Introduction. The research aims to examine knowledge transfer by a local community Rurukan Adat "Nabawadatala" in preserving local knowledge ion Citengah village – Sumedang, West Java. Data Collection Method. This research used qualitative approach with a case study method. Data Analysis. Qualitative data analysis was conducted iteratively and continuously until reach the data saturation. The three steps of data analysis were conducted, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Results and Discussion. Pattern transfer occurred in the study includes three processes, namely the preparation of sustainable work plan; the concept of learning and knowledge sharing; and the creation of knowledge to form a tourist area-based education. Conclusion. A cultural centre established by the Citengah village community leaders to support knowledge transfer is very useful, not only for people inside of the community, but also for people around the community.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran pondok pesantren An-Nur II Al-Murtadlo dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat sekitarnya, ditinjau dari perspektif ekonomi islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan strategi studi kasus. Teknik analisis dengan mendasarkan pada preposisi teoritis, yaitu mengikuti preposisi teoritis yang menuntun studi kasus. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber, yaitu menguji kredibilitas data yang telah diperoleh dengan mengeceknya melalui beberapa sumber. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pondok Pesantern An-Nur II Al-Murtadlo memiliki amal-amal usaha diantaranya usaha berupa SPBU, koperasi pondok pesantren, bengkel, Bank Wakaf Mikro dan juga budidaya perikanan. Amal-amal usaha tersebut menjadikan Pondok pesantren An-Nur II Al-Murtadlo ini bisa memberdayakan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar dengan merekrut masyarakat sekitar untuk dijadikan karyawan dari beberapa amal usaha yang dimiliki pondok pesantren, Pondok pesantren An-Nur II Al-Murtadlo juga membuka peminjaman dana (tanpa agunan dan bunga) di Bank Wakaf Mikro milik pondok pesantren bagi masyarakat yang ingin membuka usaha sendiri atau ada keperluan lain. Pondok pesantren An-Nur II Al-Murtadlo juga melakukan pendistribusian tahunan berupa parcel saat Idul fitri dan juga hasil qurban saat Idul adha. Pondok pesantren An-Nur II Al-Murtadlo juga membuka kerjasama dengan para masyarakat seperti disediakan stan untuk masyarakat yang ingin berjualan saat pondok pesantren mengadakan bazaar atau acara pengajian umum, masyarakat sekitar juga bisa bekerja sama dengan pihak pondok pesantren seperti menitipkan barang dagangannya ke pihak pondok pesantren (menitipkan di kantin & koperasi pondok pesantren);Kata Kunci: pondok pesantren, pemberdayaan ekonomi, masyarakat sekitar, ekonomi Islam ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the role of the An-Nur II Al-Murtadlo Islamic boarding school in the economic empowerment of the surrounding community, from an Islamic economic perspective. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study strategy. The analysis technique is based on theoretical prepositions, namely following theoretical prepositions that guide case studies. The data validity technique uses the source triangulation technique, which is to test the credibility of the data that has been obtained by checking it through several sources. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the An-Nur II Al-Murtadlo Islamic Boarding School has business charities including business in the form of gas stations, Islamic boarding school cooperatives, workshops, Micro Waqf Bank and fisheries cultivation. These charitable efforts have enabled the An-Nur II Al-Murtadlo Islamic boarding school to empower the economy of the surrounding community by recruiting local people to become employees of several charitable businesses owned by the Islamic boarding school. (without collateral and interest) in the Micro Waqf Bank belonging to the Islamic boarding school for people who want to open their own business or have other needs. Pondok Pesantren An-Nur II Al-Murtadlo also distributes annual parcels during Eid al-Fitr and also qurban results during Eid al-adha. The An-Nur II Al-Murtadlo Islamic boarding school also opens cooperation with the community, such as providing stands for people who want to sell when the boarding school holds a bazaar or general recitation event, the surrounding community can also cooperate with the Islamic boarding school such as entrusting merchandise to the boarding school. pesantren (entrusted to the canteen & pesantren cooperative)Keywords: Islamic boarding schools, economic empowerment, local communities, Islamic economy

This study aims to analyze the pattern of implementing the 'ngabdi' system applied to the Bahrul Mahfiroh Islamic Boarding School in the context of HRM. This research is actually focused on the development of human resources in the Islamic boarding school Bahrul Maghfiroh Malang. This is very interesting because there is an integration between pesantren culture and HRM theory which is carried out in the economic and business spheres. In addition, acculturation of human resource development theory and Islamic boarding school culture is also discussed in this study. One of the ways to serve the pesantren is to increase the quality of the output of the students. The method used is a qualitative approach and is included in the descriptive scope because it describes the phenomena that occur in this study. The Miles and Huberman approach model is adopted for the data analysis technique performed. The results prove that 'ngabdi' also applies the HRM theory even though several factors are acculturated with the wisdom of the pesantren itself. In general, the implementation pattern of service in Bahrul Maghfiroh applies the HRM theory starting from recruitment, training, compensation, and termination of employment, although there are modifications according to the needs of the pesantren

The background of this study is the existence of a business in Q-Mas M which was established by the KH. Mas Mansur Orphanage. This phenomenon encourages researchers to raise research that discusses the contribution of Q-Mas M to the KH. Mas Mansyur in improving the welfare of orphans. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Data collection is done through interview techniques with relevant parties and related documents. The validity test of the data carried out in this study is the source triangulation technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is explanatory manufacturing techniques. The results of this study indicate that the business contribution of Q-Mas M in improving the welfare of orphans has not been fully successful. From the five basic needs that must be fulfilled by orphans, only two that succeed, there are the fulfillment of food and residence needs for orphans.Keywords: contribution, Q-Mas M, welfare, orphanage KH. This study aims to explore the role of the tax intelligence unit in increasing tax revenues in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach, particularly the case study method, using the Bali Regional Tax Office as a research setting. Through in-depth interviews and a data analysis that comprises of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification, this study shows that the tax intelligence unit performs effectively in boosting tax revenues through three main steps: investigation, security, and accumulation. The findings of this study present substantial implications to the Indonesian tax authority in strengthening its tax intelligence and maximizing the tax revenues. Baduy  is a tribe that applies isolation from the outside world. They are not familiar with school, because school as formal education is opposed to their lifestyle. This study aims to explain the background and development of Baduy people whom are neglected, marginalized, and overlooked despite they live in Java island. The research method used is descriptive, case study type. The case is about why the Baduy tribe is neglected, marginalized, and overlooked. The Baduy tribe lives in Kanekes village, 39 km from Rangkasbitung city, 120 km from Jakarta. Data collecting uses interview and observation from January 2012 to June 2013. Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis technique. The results show five phenomena in the origin and development of the people which lead them to be neglected, marginalized, and overlooked. This study leads to conclusion that Baduy people need humanitarian assistance; and Paulo Freire’s conscience is one of the alternatives in providing humanitarian assistance to them.
