Statistical analysis which aims to analyze a linear relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is known as regression analysis. To estimate parameters in a regression analysis method commonly used is the Ordinary Least Square (OLS). But the assumption is often violated in the OLS, the assumption of normality due to one outlier. As a result of the presence of outliers is parameter estimators produced by the OLS will be biased. Bootstrap Residual is a bootstrap method that is applied to the residual resampling process. The results showed that the residual bootstrap method is only able to overcome the bias on the number of outliers 5% with 99% confidence intervals. The resulting parameters estimators approach the residual bootstrap values ??OLS initial allegations were also able to show that the bootstrap is an accurate prediction tool.

At this study, meditation effect of aggression was analyzed using Baron and Kenny’s mediation analysis method. Baron and Kenny (1986) indicates that to analyze the effect of mediator variable 3 criteria have to be actualized:

1. Independent variable have a significant effect on a mediator variable (way a)

2. Mediator variable have a significant effect on a dependent variable (way b)

3. Independent variable have a significant effect on a dependent variable (way c)

PROCESS program were used the meditational effect, it is an extra macro that is downloading to the Daniel and Hayes’s (2016) SPSS program. In this program mediation effect could be evaluated as; total effect, direct effect and indirect effect scores of mediation variable effect on dependent variable (Preacher & Hayes, 2008).

PD. Asia Agung Pontianak is the only official distributor of Ajinomoto in the West Kalimantan region. Every year this company needs to find out the amount of turnover that will be obtained in the coming year. Unfortunately, the company only makes predictions using the average income from each year which is very less accurate. This research is conduct to create visualizations and predictions using multiple linear regression methods to predict the turnover obtained in the coming year. Multiple linear regression is a regression analysis method that can use more than 2 variables in the prediction process which is divided into 2 parts, namely the dependent variable and the independent variable. The results obtained in this research are prediction results in 2019 using data from 2010 to 2018 as a basis. Prediction results show that the longer the data used the smaller the error rate obtained. The original data from the company is visualized using a dashboard on tableau software so that the data could be easier to analyze by the company.

There is an increase of megaproject construction worldwide. At the same time, risks involved in megaprojects have also become a wide concern. Extending from the macrolevel of qualitative analysis focusing on complexity, politics, and morality, the research conducted the microscopic empirical analysis on twenty-two typical cases by adopting the quality comparative analysis (QCA) from the auditing perspective. Different from the traditional analysis method taking each causation as independent variable, the results in the study revealed that there was complex multiple concurrent causation among eight conditions; additionally, the configuration of those would be divided into six types, among which, the coverage of the three types, namely, project management risk, preliminary and construction risk, and tendering and contract management related risk, was almost eighty percent. Finally, megaproject risks in China were caused by complicated and changeable combination conditions, which would provide a new breakthrough for seeking analyzing megaproject risks through this quantitative analysis method, and indicate the researchers and practitioners to control the megaproject risks from a more systematic way.

e15504 Background: Perioperative chemotherapy (QT) with platinum and fluoropyrimidines with or without anthracyclines is recommended option in patients with resectable gastric cancer (GC) at least cT2 or nodal involvement. Another option is surgery followed by QT with radiotherapy (QT/RT) or QT without RT in patients with D2 lymphadenectomy. Unfortunately, a considerable percentage of patients progress during neoadjuvant-QT (neo-QT) and some cases become inoperable cancer. These patients could benefit from curative surgery after diagnosis without neo-QT. Currently, histological/molecular markers have not been established to predict which patients can benefit from neo-QT. As potent analysis method, study of blood metabolites of resectable GC patients to establish a profile to differentiate responder patients (R-P) or not-responder (NR-P) to neoadjuvant-QT is promising. To establish a metabolomic profile or metabolomic signature and correlate with chemosensitivity, defined as pathological and clinical response is our endpoint. Methods: To this end we performend an untargeted metabolomic analysis by LC-HRMS of serum samples from resectable GC patients before neo-QT (n = 20 vs n = 10 healthy controls). Chemosensitive tumors were defined as those with good pathological response (Mandard 1 or 2) and partial response by TAC and chemoresistance tumors, defined as those with poor pathological response (Mandard 5) or/and progression by TAC. Reverse phase and HILIC chromatographic modes were applied to deal with highly polar as well as hydrophobic as required for untargeted metabolomics. For identification of potential biomarkers, we used in combination 2 independent variable selection techniques: principal component analysis and Student t test. Results: 11 patients were R-P and 9 patients were NR-P. We observed differences in metabolic profile between patients with GC & healthy controls and R-P & NR-P to neo-QT. Seven identified metabolites contributed most to the differentiating between R-P and NR-P. Conclusions: There are different metabolomic phenotypes among patients R-P and NR-P to neo-QT. It is necessary to validate a metabolomic signature to allow effective chemosensitivity prediction in patients with resectable GC.
