Introduced species are species which exceed their natural distribution limits (native range) by a certain mode of introduction (vector). Natural movements are responsible to a limited extent. Introduction of a species could influence the susceptibility of a species to environmental stress no matter if introduced purposely or un purposely. Introduction of species could happen by natural movement i.e. organism can movement influenced by current and some organism can migrate to one area to another area; and human activity either purposely i.e. aquarium trade, aquaculture or un purposely such as accidentally through fouling on ship hulls. However, a dominant vector which has large contribution on species introduction is transported by ship hulls and ballast water tanks. Furthermore, the objective of this experiment is to investigate whether the organism can increase their tolerance during transport. The experimental design to mimicking transport condition in short term lab experiment and compared pre-stress group and non-stress group on the second stress. Afterward, looking forward the survival of the organism. Chosen of Green Mussels (P. viridis) from Muara Kamal, Jakarta Bay, and hyposaline stress. The response variable these experiments are survival and byssus. The results of this study showed that the group of pre-stress and non-stress group was no difference in the simulation of transport for survival. Byssus thread increase when recovery long enough and decrease when getting double stress.

Lecturers are responsible for implementing the three main responsibilities in university (Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi) with 12 credits to 16 credits each semester. However, many lecturers feel that the workload is very excessive. The purpose of this study was to describe the mental workload of lecturers at the Faculty of X Padjadjaran University. The method of this research was quantitative descriptive by using a total sampling technique involving 43 lecturers. Data collection used NASA-TLX instruments. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics. The results of the study showed that overall the mental workload of the Faculty of X Padjadjaran University lecturers was included in the high category both in education and teaching assignments (74.4%), research assignments (76.7%), and community service assignments (74.4%). ) Effort dimensions have the highest mean value that is equal to 51.8, while the dimensions that have the lowest mean are Perfomance dimension, namely 9.4, where the greater the mean dimension shows the large contribution in the mental workload felt by the lecturer. The conclusions, this study show that most lecturers have a high mental workload. It is suggested that the lecturers need to have balance numbers of tasks according to their abilities, balance the time working with recreation, and meet the needs of rest. The results of this study need to be followed up by examining methods or efforts that can reduce the lecturers' mental workload.

Data Mining is an information discovery by extracting information patterns that contain trend searches in a very large amount of data and assist the process of storing data in making a decision in the future. In determining the pattern classification techniques do to collect records (Training set). Regional income is generally derived from local taxes and levies, local taxes are one source of funding for the region on the national average has not been able to make a large contribution to the formation of local revenue. By utilizing Regional Revenue data, it can produce forecasting and predictions of Regional Revenue income in the future to match the reality / reality so that the planned RAPBD can run smoothly. Simple Linear Regression or often abbreviated as SLR (Simple Linear Regression) is one of the statistical methods used in production to make predictions or predictions about the characteristics of quality and quantity to describe the processes associated with data processing for the acquisition of regional income. So that in the testing phase with visual basic net can help in processing valid Regional Revenue Amount data. The scarcity of safe drinking water is one of the problems faced by the majority of cities in the world. Kirkuk city is one of these cities, which suffer from a shortage of drinking water. People have adopted the use of different rooftop tanks to overcome this problem. This research focuses on studying the effect of storage time on the five main characteristics of drinking water, which include, acid index (pH), electrical conductivity (EC), total suspended solids (TSS), total dissolved solids (TDS), and turbidity (Tr). Three types of tanks were used predominantly (galvanized metal, plastic, and aluminum tanks). By analyzing the results, the characteristics of three samples of municipal source water obtained. Three samples were taken from each tank at different periods (4, 8, and 12 days). The results showed that the storage time affected the characteristics of drinking water. These characteristics differed from one tank to another. Metal tanks showed an increase in total dissolved solids, due to the evaporation process, even as plastic and aluminum tanks showed an increase in pH. The properties of all storage water tanks changed with times, but overall, the results were within the Iraqi limitation for drinking water. It was not easy to only depend on the results of this study to believe that any one type of water tank was better than the other, as the values of most of the variables studied had varied from one type to other. However, many studies have indicated a number of health risks, and most significantly with regard to plastic tanks, which are said to contain dangerous organic compounds that can be transferred to water. Metal tanks can cause zinc leakage, caused by a number of environmental factors at high levels. Aluminum tanks also can have an effect on the water in tanks.

Podarcis siculus (Rafinesque-Schmaltz, 1810) or Italian wall lizard is one of the most invasive reptile-species. Recently, this lacertid lizard has been introduced to Mediterranean areas of southern Europe, South-West Asia (Turkey) and North America (USA). An abundant population of P. siculus was discovered on one of the sites of the Natural Ornithological Park in the Imeretinskaya Lowland, on an area of over 0.22 km2 (Sochi, Russia). The data were collected in the May of 2020 in a strip survey method in the Imeretinskaya Lowland. To identify the colonization area of the invader, we examined all 8 sections of the Natural Ornithological Park in the Imeretinskaya Lowland and adjacent urbanized areas. More than 150 animals were observed. These Italian wall lizards, undoubtedly, belong to the northern-central Italian morphotype (presumably P. s. campestris). This is the first record of this species in the former USSR area and, also, this is the species’ north-easternmost locality. The population inhabits secondary natural biotopes and urban area. Among them are the banks of artificial water bodies, areas with cultivated trees and shrubs, as well as parks, and house lawns in the urban area. Population density was estimated from eight to 40 specimens per 100 m of the transect. A moderate proportion of young specimens (more than a 40%) would indicate a healthy and continued growth of the emerging population. To determine the possible period of the species introduction, space images of the Imeretinskaya Lowland were analyzed beginning from the transformation of its landscape for the Winter Olympic Games of Sochi 2014 until the May of 2020. The introduction of the species presumably occurred with the delivery of large-sized ornamental trees and shrubs from Italy in 2012–2013. Podarcis siculus should be included in the list of herpetofauna of Russia and particularly of the Caucasus. This is an alien species with a proven ability to become an invasive species, what will lead to a greater undesirable and unavoidable contact with native small lizards of the genus Darevskia Arribas, 1997. On the other hand, as it is often observed with new invaders, a sudden rise in population abundance could be followed by a sharp decline. A continuous monitoring of the area in question and of the number of local Italian wall lizards is necessary to confirm or refute the assumed scenarios of further invasion of P. siculus on the Black Sea Coast of the Caucasus. Further action plans for this population should be developed depending on supposed future trends.

As a result of urbanization, the pollutant discharges from sources such as treatment plant effluents and polluted stormwaters are responsible for an unacceptable water quality in the receiving waters. In particular, combined sewer system overflows may produce great damage due to a shock effect. To reduce these combined sewer overflow discharges, the most frequently used method is to build stormwater storage tanks. During storm water runoff, the hydraulic load of waste water treatment plants increases with additional retention storage. This might decrease the treatment efficiency and thereby decrease the benefit of stormwater storage tanks. The dynamic dependence between transport, storage and treatment is usually not taken into account. This dependence must be accounted for when planning treatment plants and calculating storage capacities in order to minimize the total pollution load to the receiving waters. A numerical model will be described that enables the BOD discharges to be continuously calculated. The pollutant transport process within the networks and the purification process within the treatment plants are simulated. The results of the simulation illustrate; a statistical balance of the efficiency of stormwater tanks with the treatment plant capacity and to optimize the volume of storm water tanks and the operation of combined sewer systems and treatment plants.
