Abstract: This is a website for searching availability of any stationary product in the nearby stationary stores of the user, now including the online pharmacy feature and then the user can place the order in any of those stores. The user will enter the product name required. After searching for the availability of that product in the nearby store, the result will be shown (including a description of the product, price of the product, etc). Then the user can compare the price and quality of the product. After that, the user can choose a store from where they want to order the required product. The users can directly explore the website and can continue shopping. And once the order gets confirmed from the store the user will receive confirmation details. Once the order gets delivered the user will receive a feedback form about the experience of shopping with our website and also the delivery time, behavior of that delivery person. The user can also rate and write reviews on our website about the store they have placed their order.

Consumer satisfaction with the services provided in a prosthetics and orthotics (P&O) facility has seldom been studied. The aim of this study was to analyze consumer satisfaction regarding the services provided by 15 P&O facilities in The Netherlands. Consumers ( n = 1,364) of these P&O facilities who were fitted with a prosthesis, orthopaedic shoes, an orthosis, or another device, were asked to rate the overall services provided and whether they were satisfied with the device provided and its delivery time. Additionally, they filled in a modified SERVQUAL questionnaire (see Appendix). Consumers gave the service provided by P&O facilities a mean overall rating of 8.1. The highest ratings were given by consumers fitted with a prosthesis (mean overall rating of services: 8.4). In total, 78% of the consumers were satisfied with the device provided and 93% with the delivery time. The results of our study showed that, on the SERVQUAL, 50% of the statements fulfilled the criteria for a satisfactory quality of the services. The overall consumer rating of the service provided by P&O facilities is high and depends on the device provided. The outcomes on the SERVQUAL were moderate. In future, it is important to study consumer satisfaction more extensively in order to improve the quality of P&O services in daily practice. Additionally, specific questionnaires need to be developed to measure all aspects of prosthetic and orthotic care, with the aim to improve the services.

Abstract One of the factors that can decrease sugarcane productivity is the flowering, because it affects the quantity and quality of feedstock, due to sucrose consumption from the stem during inflorescence emission. Photoperiodicity is the main environmental factor involved in sugarcane floral induction, which occurs by the integration of gene regulatory networks in response to environmental and endogenous stimuli. One of the genes involved in those regulatory networks is the FLOWERING LOCUS T (FT), which is considered a phloem-mobile signal that stimulates floral induction in the shoot apical meristem. This work aimed to identify and characterize homologs of the FT gene in sugarcane, as well as to determine the putative function of these genes during floral induction. From this perspective, we have conducted in silico analyses of putative FT orthologs in sugarcane, as well as the expression levels in different photoperiodic conditions in a 24-hours-day-cycle of ScFT6 in different plant tissues in contrasting cultivars in terms of flowering time. Three new possible FT orthologs were found with high similarity to FT homologs in other species. Among three genes identified, we highlighted ScFT6, which has a conserved domain and amino acids at characteristic positions for the flowering inducer phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein gene family. Additionally, its expression occurs according to coincidental model, possibly being controlled by the circadian clock. Cultivars with distinct flowering time behavior display variable expression for the ScFT6 gene, suggesting a possible genotypic relationship for its expression. Therefore, sugarcane has at least one putative orthologous gene in relation to FT that promotes floral induction.

<p>Probabilistic predictions provide crucial information regarding the uncertainty of hydrological predictions, which are a key input for risk-based decision-making. However, they are often excluded from hydrological modelling applications because suitable probabilistic error models can be both challenging to construct and interpret, and the quality of results are often reliant on the objective function used to calibrate the hydrological model.</p><p>We present an open-source R-package and an online web application that achieves the following two aims. Firstly, these resources are easy-to-use and accessible, so that users need not have specialised knowledge in probabilistic modelling to apply them. Secondly, the probabilistic error model that we describe provides high-quality probabilistic predictions for a wide range of commonly-used hydrological objective functions, which it is only able to do by including a new innovation that resolves a long-standing issue relating to model assumptions that previously prevented this broad application.  </p><p>We demonstrate our methods by comparing our new probabilistic error model with an existing reference error model in an empirical case study that uses 54 perennial Australian catchments, the hydrological model GR4J, 8 common objective functions and 4 performance metrics (reliability, precision, volumetric bias and errors in the flow duration curve). The existing reference error model introduces additional flow dependencies into the residual error structure when it is used with most of the study objective functions, which in turn leads to poor-quality probabilistic predictions. In contrast, the new probabilistic error model achieves high-quality probabilistic predictions for all objective functions used in this case study.</p><p>The new probabilistic error model and the open-source software and web application aims to facilitate the adoption of probabilistic predictions in the hydrological modelling community, and to improve the quality of predictions and decisions that are made using those predictions. In particular, our methods can be used to achieve high-quality probabilistic predictions from hydrological models that are calibrated with a wide range of common objective functions.</p>

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of marketing mix on local product consumer satisfaction, to analyze the effect of marketing mix on consumer loyalty of local products and to analyze the indirect effect of marketing mix on consumer loyalty. This study used 140 respondents and the data were processed using SEM-WarPLS analysis. The results showed that the marketing mix: variable product, price, place, promotion directly has a positive and significant effect on the variable customer satisfaction. Marketing mix: product, price, promotion variables directly have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. place variable has a positive and insignificant effect on consumer loyalty. The importance of maintaining the quality of smoked beef products is emphasized in this study by paying close attention to the processed ingredients and packaging that are unique, as well as periodic product control. This is done so that the products produced can survive in the market and face competitors, as well as to establish more consistent pricing policies so that prices can be more competitive.

The development of culinary business in Indonesia, particularly in Surabaya, is growing and developing increasingly. Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery is one of the bistros in Surabaya and is located on Jalan Taman Puspa Raya A2 No. 11, Sambikerep, Surabaya. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of quality of product, price, quality of service, and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya. The method used in this study is quantitative research by giving a questionnaire statement to 100 participants who are customers of Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya. This research was tested using the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test), F Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Determinant Coefficient, and t test. In the t test, the research results showed that the variable quality of the product (X1) 1.648 < 1.985 with a significant level of 0.103 > 0.050, which means that quality of product has no significant effect on customer satisfaction at Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya, variable price (X2) 0.176 < 1.985 with a significant level of 0.861 > 0.050, which means that price does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya, quality of service (X3) 3.755 > 1.985 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.050, which means that quality of service has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya, and the store atmosphere (X4) 2.280 > 1.985 with a significant level of 0.025 < 0.050, which means that store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya. The conclusion of this study is that the product and price quality variables do not have a major impact on customer satisfaction because the quality of products and prices given by Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya are not much different from other cafe or bistro in Surabaya, whereas the service quality and store environment variables at Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya have an impact on customer satisfaction.

The task model has been formulated for users of freight flows at a distribution transport terminal, which enables gauging vehicles possibilities (dimensions, carrying capacity), delivery time limitations, resources of vehicle time and general costs. The synthesis of the topological structure of the freight road transport regional system has been performed. It enables the evaluation of an impact on the functioning of the system exercised by various structural system characteristics, thus improving the quality of project solutions at the stage of synthesis of the system structure.

Context: Widgets are reusable User Interfaces (UIs) components frequently delivered in Web applications.In the web application, widgets implement different interaction scenarios, such as buttons, menus, and text input.Problem: Tests are performed manually, so the cost associated with preparing and executing test cases is high.Objective: Automate the process of generating functional test cases for web applications, using intermediate artifacts of the web development process that structure widgets in the web application. The goal of this process is to ensure the quality of the software, reduce overall software lifecycle time and the costs associated with tests.Method:We elaborated a test generation strategy and implemented this strategy in a tool, Morpheus Web Testing. Morpheus Web Testing extracts widget information from Java Server Faces artifacts to generate test cases for JSF web applications. We conducted a case study for comparing Morpheus Web Testing with a state of the art tool (CrawlJax).Results: The results indicate evidence that the approach Morpheus Web Testing managed to reach greater code coverage compared to a CrawlJax.Conclusion: The achieved coverage values represent evidence that the results obtained from the proposed approach contribute to the process of automated test software engineering in the industry.

This study was conducted to obtainmentor and student teachers’ views on the mentoring practice during their 16-week clinical experience program (CEP). This study involved 22student teachers who had completed their 16 weeks CEP and 19 mentor teachers. The research employed qualitative research design whereby data was collected using written feedback form. Data was analyzed using thematiccontent analysis to look for emergent themes.The themes emerged related to issues faced during CEP werecategorized according to three dimensions which are affective, professional and technical and linked to the five-factor mentoring model developed by Hudson (2007).Mentor feedback and mentor mentee relationship are two themes that emerged under the affective dimension while pedagogical knowledge and mentoring knowledge were categorized under professional dimension. For technical dimension, the theme time limitation emerged as a dominant theme. This study values mentor and pre-service teachers’ feedback as the crucial factors in revisiting the mentoring program. It is hoped that better understanding of thementoring practices during clinical experience for pre-service teachers can help in improving the quality of mentoring during CEP.

The World Wide Web has become an interesting opportunity for companies to deliver services and products at distance. Correspondingly, the quality of Web applications, responsible for the related transactions, has become a crucial factor. It can be improved by properly modeling the application during its design, but if the whole life cycle is considered, the availability of a consistent model of the application is fundamental also during maintenance and testing. In this chapter, the problem of recovering a model of a Web application from the implementation is faced. Algorithms are provided to obtain it even in presence of a highly dynamic structure. Based upon such a model, several static analysis techniques, among which reaching definitions and slicing, are considered, as well as some restructuring techniques. White box testing exploits the model in that the related coverage levels are based on it, while statistical testing assumes that transitions in the model are labeled with the conditional probabilities of being traversed.

IntroductionThis analysis explored relationships between memory/cognitive issues, quality of life (QoL), and employment among patients with epilepsy (PwE) in Australia.MethodsCross-sectional surveys were completed by PwE, or caregiver proxies, recruited via the online pharmacy application MedAdvisor and Australian PwE Facebook groups from May–August 2018. Data were collected on adverse events from antiepileptic drugs (AEDs), comorbidities, epilepsy severity and management, QoL (using QOLIE-10-P total score)1 and demographics. Descriptive statistics were stratified by employment status: employed; not looking for work (NLW); looking for work (LW); or unable to work (UW), and differences in means or distributions were analysed using chi-squared, Mann-Whitney U or Kruskal-Wallis H tests. Regression models were constructed to explore associations between memory/cognition-related variables and QOLIE-10-P within each employment group.Results950 eligible responses reporting current AED use were included (71% via MedAdvisor, 29% via Facebook; 55% seizure-free for >1 year). Mean QOLIE-10-P score was significantly different across employment groups (p<0.001): 49.61 in employed PwE (n=493), 48.87 in NLW (n=227), 32.75 in LW (n=52), and 25.97 in UW (n=178). After controlling for possible confounders, presence of memory problems from AEDs was associated with a -7.50 decrease in QOLIE-10-P only among employed PwE (p=0.002). The extent that PwE felt bothered by memory difficulties, however, was significantly associated with QOLIE-10-P in all employment groups; generally, as level of concern about memory difficulties increased, estimated QOLIE-10-P decreased.ConclusionsSelf-reported memory problems are prevalent among PwE in Australia and may impact QoL differentially depending on employment status.
