The development of culinary business in Indonesia, particularly in Surabaya, is growing and developing increasingly. Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery is one of the bistros in Surabaya and is located on Jalan Taman Puspa Raya A2 No. 11, Sambikerep, Surabaya. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of quality of product, price, quality of service, and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya. The method used in this study is quantitative research by giving a questionnaire statement to 100 participants who are customers of Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya. This research was tested using the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test), F Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Determinant Coefficient, and t test. In the t test, the research results showed that the variable quality of the product (X1) 1.648 < 1.985 with a significant level of 0.103 > 0.050, which means that quality of product has no significant effect on customer satisfaction at Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya, variable price (X2) 0.176 < 1.985 with a significant level of 0.861 > 0.050, which means that price does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya, quality of service (X3) 3.755 > 1.985 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.050, which means that quality of service has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya, and the store atmosphere (X4) 2.280 > 1.985 with a significant level of 0.025 < 0.050, which means that store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya. The conclusion of this study is that the product and price quality variables do not have a major impact on customer satisfaction because the quality of products and prices given by Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya are not much different from other cafe or bistro in Surabaya, whereas the service quality and store environment variables at Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya have an impact on customer satisfaction.

The rise of trade in this era makes the market tougher competition to make companies have to take appropriate steps and strategies in order to win competition with competitors in the market. This was also experienced by motorcycles, one of which was a Yamaha motorcycle which experienced a decline in sales in 2019 from month to month. Many factors affect it. In this study the variables used are product quality, after sales service, and customer satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive approach, and verification. Samples obtained were 383 respondents who were consumers of PT Ramarayo Perdana Karawang by using purposive sampling technique, data analysis used in this study was the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and path analysis. The results of this study indicate the quality of products and after-sales services have a strong enough relationship, which is equal to 50.3%. then partially product quality has an effect of 39.3 then partially after sales service has an effect of 15.3% on customer satisfaction. Together the quality of products and after sales service has an effect of 50.3% which is the contribution of other variables not examined. Then it can be seen that product quality is more dominant in influencing customer satisfaction. PT Ramarayo Perdana Karawang is advised to pay more attention to Product Quality and After Sales Service for customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction simultaneously. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. This research uses primary data and secondary data. While the sample technique used is a non-probability sample that uses a total sample of 100 respondents. Based on the results of this study, the quality of service consisting of reliability (reliability) X1, tangible X2, X3 responses, assurance and certainty (assurance) X4, and empathy (empathy) X5 affect customer satisfaction (Y) simultaneously or simultaneously.

ABSTRAKBisnis kuliner berupa café yang menjamur saat ini membuat para pemilik usaha berfikir keras untuk membuat café miliknya berbeda dengan yang lain sehingga dapat menarik minat pelanggan untuk datang, salah satunya pada Mabar & Game Coffee. Peneliti ingin melihat apakah ada pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan pada kepuasan pelanggan di Mabar & Game Coffee. Penelitian ini memakai metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan variabel X terdiri dari, variabel  X1 adalah identitas fisik, variabel X3 adalah manajemen organisasi, variabel X2 adalah identitas non fisik, variabel X5 adalah aktivitas dan pola hubungan, variabel X4 adalah kualitas hasil, dan variabel Y adalah kepuasan pelanggan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda, penghitungan hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t dimana uji F adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan antara variable X ke Y, sedangkan uji t untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dari variable X ke Y. dari hasil penghitungan menggunakan SPSS, didapatkan hasil bahwa variable X yang terdiri dari identitas fisik, aktivitas dan pola hubungan, kualitas hasil, manajemen organisasi, identitas non fisik memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel Y yaitu kepuasan pelanggan. Sedangkan dari penghitungan menggunakan uji T ditemukan bahwa identitas non fisik merupakan variabel yang paling dominan, sehingga menurut pelanggan, identitas non fisik yang dimiliki oleh Mabar & Game Coffee sangat mempengaruhi kepuasan mereka.Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pelanggan, cafe ABSTRACTThe culinary business in the form of a cafe that is mushrooming at this time makes business owners think hard to make their café different from the others so that it can attract customers to come, one of which is Mabar & Game Coffee. Researchers want to see if there is an influence between service quality on customer satisfaction at Mabar & Game Coffee. This research uses descriptive quantitative research method with variable X consisting of, variable X1 is physical identity, variable X3 is organizational management, variable X2 is non-physical identity, variable X5 is activity and relationship patterns, variable X4 is quality of results, and variable Y is customer satisfaction. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, calculating the hypothesis using the F test and t test where the F test is to determine the simultaneous effect between the X to Y variables, while the t test is to determine the partial effect of the X to Y variables. SPSS, it was found that variable X which consists of physical identity, non-physical identity, organizational management, quality of results, activities and relationship patterns have a simultaneous influence on variable Y, namely customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, from the calculation using the T test, it was found that non-physical identity is the most dominant variable, so that according to customers, Mabar & Game Coffee's non-physical identity greatly affects their satisfaction.Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction, cafe

The purpose of this research is to find out the variables that affect the customer satisfaction, this research is conducted in order to find out whether quality of product, price, quality of service, and promotion influence the customer satisfaction at xyz cake store in jakarta . analysis tool used to measure the influence of the elements mentioned above are multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that simultaneously the variable of product (X1), quality of service (X2), price (X3), and promotion (X4) influence the customer satisfaction (Y). it is also consluded that partially (individual)The quality of product, price, quality of service, and promotion influence the customer satisfaction. the result shows that quality of product and quality of service have the most impact significantly on customer satisfaction of cake product at xyz cake store.

The progress of this online transportation company certainly depends on the quality of service provided to its customers. Companies engaged in online-based transportation service providers are required to provide good service to their customers in order to satisfy their customers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in using online taxibike services in Karawang. The research method used is quantitative research methods with non-experimental research design. Sampling in this study was carried out by using a quota sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 384 respondents. The method of data collection was carried out using service quality instruments with 57 valid items and customer satisfaction instruments with 29 valid items. Based on the Cronbach Alpha formula, the reliability coefficient of the service quality instrument is 0.978 and the customer satisfaction instrument is 0.907, which means that these two scales are very reliable. The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in using online taxibike services in Karawang. This means that the better the quality of service provided by online taxibike service providers in Karawang, the higher customer satisfaction. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction by 1.7%, while the other 98.3% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The suggestions for further research are examining other variables that can affect customer satisfaction, such as service quality and price.Keywords: Service quality, customer satisfaction, online taxibike Kemajuan perusahaan transportasi online ini tentunya bergantung pada kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan untuk para pelanggannya. Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa penyedia transportasi berbasis online dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pelanggannya agar bisa memuaskan pelanggannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan layanan ojek online di Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian non-eksperimental. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel kuota. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 384 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen kualitas pelayanan sebanyak 57 item sahih dan instrumen kepuasan pelanggan sebanyak 29 item sahih. ABSTRAK   Dunia pemasaran saat ini berkembang begitu pesat. Banyak perusahaan yang bersaing untuk mendapatkan hati konsumennya, salah satunya adalah dengan fokus meningkatkan kepuasana pelanggan. Hal ini yang menjadi salah satu alasan peneliti untuk mengetahui beberapa point yaitu Produk, Harga, Promosi, dan Kualitas Pelayanan yang berdampak terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa variabel produk yang mengarah kepada kualitas produk maupun tampilan produk yang sesuai keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen akan berdampak pada kepuasan pelanggan. Variabel harga pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa harga akan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan apabila kualitas produk juga mendukung dalam hal ini. Sedangkan promosi pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa promosi akan banyak mendatangkan konsumen namun apabila ingin menciptakan sebuah kepuasan maka yang perlu diperhatikan adalah Harga dan Kualitas Produk, karena kebanyakan perusahaan membuat promosi dengan maksud meghabiskan stok tanpa memperhatikan kualitas produk yang akan di distribusikan kepada konsumen. Kemudia kualitas pelayanan pada penelitian ini berdampak terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pelayanan yang optimal adalah pelayanan yang membuat konsumen nyaman, aman dan merasa di hargai. Untuk kedepanya perusahaan harus mampu berinovasi dan mengevaluasi segala bentuk masukan dan saran konsumen untuk kemudian hari dikembangkan.   Kata kunci : Produk, Harga, Promosi, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan     ABSTRACT   Today's marketing world is growing so rapidly. Many companies compete to win the hearts of their customers, one of which is to focus on increasing customer satisfaction. This is one of the reasons for researchers to find out several points, namely Products, Prices, Promotions, and Service Quality which have an impact on Customer Satisfaction. From the results of research conducted shows that the product variables that lead to product quality and product appearance according to consumer wants and needs will have an impact on customer satisfaction. The price variable in this study shows that the price will affect customer satisfaction if the product quality also supports this. While the promotion in this study shows that the promotion will bring in a lot of consumers, but if you want to create a satisfaction, what needs to be considered is the price and quality of the product, because most companies make promotions with the intention of consuming stock without paying attention to the quality of the products that will be distributed to consumers. Then the quality of service in this study has an impact on customer satisfaction. Optimal service is one that makes consumers comfortable, safe and feels valued. Patient satisfaction is the most important thing that needs to be prioritizied by the Hospital. To achieve the quality of service according to patient expectations, the hospital always prioritizes patient satisfaction through continous improvement in the quality of service by implementing correct practives, increasing human resource competence (HR) and applying adequate technology. Research this is a type of quantitative research with approach cross sectional. The population in this, study were all maternity patients for a period of 1 month. The number of samples that met the inclusion criteria from September 11 to October 11, 2017 wa 77 people. Univariate analysis with the Importnace-method Performance Analysis. The IPA method is done by calculating the level of conformity and a Cartesian diagram of expectations and reality. To determine the different test, the researcher first conducted a normality test on variabels; tangible; reliability, responsivess, assurance, and empathy using Kolmogorof-Smirnof (because the sample 50) with a significant value0.05 (Dahlan, 2014). It was concluded that the data was not normally distrtributed. So researchers use the Wilcoxon test (because the data are not normally distributed) to determine the different test (Dahlan, 2014). On the dimensions of the study carried out still requires changes to improve patient satisfaction.

Abstract:This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality on member satisfaction. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 503 members of the Bhakti Lestari Savings and Credit Cooperative who addressed the Merarai Satu Village, Sungai Tebelian District, Sintang Regency. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents, the sampling method  Used was Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis was first carried out by looking for validity and reliability, contribution tests, and classic assumption tests. The results showed that the quality of service affects the satisfaction of members of the Cooperative Bhakti Lestari with the results of the t test, obtained a t count of 8.774 is greater than (>) t table of 1.990 and the value of Sig. 0,000 <0.05.Keywords: Service Quality, Member SatisfactionAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan anggota. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif.Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah anggota Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Bhakti Lestari sebanyak 503 orang yang beralamatkan di Desa Merarai Satu, Kecamatan Sungai Tebelian, Kabupaten Sintang.Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden, metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling.Analisis data terlebih dahulu dilakukan dengan mencari validitas dan reliabilitas, uji kontribusi, serta uji asumsi klasik. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of the use of digital marketing conducted by Humble Espresso in Denpasar City. Knowing the attributes of products and services that are considered important by consumers to achieve customer satisfaction with the quality of products and services. Calculating the performance and level of customer satisfaction to the quality of service. Specify the attributes that need to get priority improvements. This study uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis method. Sampling using Slovin and Lemeshow formulation method with the number of respondents as many as 86 respondents at Humble Espresso and 100 respondents for the spread of external questionnaires in Denpasar. The results showed that the influence of digital marketing that has been done by Humble Espresso is customers like the content displayed on Humble Espresso Instagram media in the form of photos, videos, or instastory that has an impact on the increasing customer buying interest. The most important product and service attributes that Humble Espresso has to achieve customer satisfaction is the friendliness of employee attitude with the highest score of 401. Attributes with the highest level of performance in the quality of service is good communication ability by obtaining the highest score of 388, attributes with the highest satisfaction level on the quality of service is modern equipment by obtaining the highest satisfaction level of 101%. Attributes that become the priority of improvement in Humble Espresso based on the analysis of IPA method is a comfortable room, the willingness of employees to respond quickly to customer complaints, the ability of employees to serve customer complaints quickly, the suitability of prices with product quality, and affordable prices. The research objective is to determine the effect of price, location, and service quality variables on customer satisfaction. 100 respondents who were used as samples were involved in filling out the questionnaire, taken from Paras Snack consumers. Collecting data using questionnaires with the Accidential Sampling Method, and analysis using quantitative methods. The validity and reliability tests were used in the data instrument testing, and the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test were used to analyze the data, the t test and F test and the determination test (R2) were used to test the hypothesis. Validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test whose data have been met are then processed to produce a regression equation: Y = 4,475 + 0.126 X1 + 0.348 X2 + 0.374. Partially service quality variables do not affect customer satisfaction variables, while variables that affect customer satisfaction partially are price and location variables as indicated by hypothesis testing using the t-test. Then the results of the F test are shown simultaneously the influence of the three independent variables on the dependent variable. It is stated from the results of the determination test (R2) that the value of the Adjusted R Square is 0.811, which means that the dependent variable of customer satisfaction with a value of 81.1% can be explained by the three independent variables, namely the variable price, location and service quality and the remaining 18.9% value is explained by the variable outside of research.
