Bimbingan belajar dari rumah sangat diperlukan pada saat ini terlebih di masa pandemi covid-19, dimana semua kegiatan pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara daring. Kemendikbud menerbitkan peraturan agar semua kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan di sekolah diganti dengan pembelajaran dari rumah masing-masing siswa. Pada proses pembelajaran dari rumah siswa membutuhkan bimbingan dari orang tua maupun walinya untuk mendampingi siswa dalam belajar. Bimbingan belajar yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KKN DR-BPM di tahun 2021 ini adalah bentuk pengabdian masyarakat dalam membantu siswa yang kesulitan dan memiliki kendala dalam proses belajar dari rumah pada masa pandemi covid-19 ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan belajar ini yaitu metode ceramah dan diskusi secara face to face dengan menggunakan pendekatan pendampingan dan pendidikan berkelanjutan. Program bimbingan belajar yang dilaksanakan memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan bagi peserta didik yang mengalami kesulitan dalam proses belajar secara daring. ABSTRACT Tutoring learning from home is very necessary at this time, especially during the covid-19 pandemic, where all learning activities are carried out online. The Ministry of Education and Culture issues regulations so that all learning activities carried out in schools are replaced with learning from each student's home. In the learning process from home, students need guidance from their parents and guardians to assist students in learning. Through the "Smart House" tutoring conducted by DR-BPM KKN students in 2021 as a form of community service, they can help students who have difficulties and have obstacles in the learning process from home during this covid-19 pandemic. The method used in the implementation of this tutoring is the face to face method and uses a mentoring and continuing education approach. Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perlunya adaptasi dalam hal mengelola proses pembelajaran tatap muka ke pembelajaran online yang dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa guna tetap dapat mengikuti perkembangan zaman dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Adapun kegiatan ini akan dilakukan melalui zoom meeting dengan menggunakan metode sosialisasi. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru di lingkungan SMKN 1 Karawang. Luaran pengabdian akan dipublikasikan di jurnal buana pengabdian UBP Karawang. Kata Kunci : pengelolaan pembelajaran online, pandemic. Abstract This dedication is motivated by the need for adaptation in terms of managing the face-to-face learning process to online learning carried out by teachers and students in order to keep abreast of the times and improve the quality of learning in the classroom. This activity will be carried out through a zoom meeting using the socialization method. The targets in this activity are teachers in the SMKN 1 Karawang environment. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on all areas of life, including education. The education system, which was originally face-to-face, had to be replaced with online learning. Various problems arise related to the implementation of the Distance Learning or PJJ system. This system makes parents have to participate more in supervising as well as being a substitute for teachers at home in the learning process of their children. In addition, homeschooling also raises problems where students find it difficult to understand the material given by the teacher. The decrease in enthusiasm for learning becomes a problem when the PJJ system seems monotonous and boring. To support the government's program in breaking the chain of the spread of COVID-19 without reducing the effectiveness of online learning implemented by the Ministry of Education and Culture, this activity was carried out. This activity is expected to help reduce the anxiety of parents who are afraid that their children are not serious and have difficulty in learning. In addition, it is hoped that this activity will help participants to easily understand the material that has not been mastered. The methods of socialization, demonstration, and mentoring are carried out directly. The success of this activity can be seen from the assistance of the participants in solving the problems faced and the enthusiasm of the participants during the activity.

The Face

This research aimed to review the professionalism of teachers in the face of the learning characters of elementary school students. In the learning process, a teacher's role was critical. Thus, teachers need to be professional in managing learning in the classroom in terms of media management, models and learning resources. This study used mixed methods approach between qualitative and quantitative. This research used online poll instruments and spread to 24 respondents. Respondents were taken from teachers at the elementary school level. The steps in this study were (1) the formulation of the problem (2) looking for the theory foundation, (3) the poll instrument formulation, (4) the distribution of polls, (5) data presentation and (6) drawing conclusions and suggestions. The results revealed that the elementary school teacher had a variety of methods and action in the learning such as the use of discussion, demonstration, lecturing and problem solving methods with a variety of specific reasons. The character of learners became the first consideration on implementing the variety of methods and action. So, the learning process tended to become more varied. The expectation of this research could capture teacher’s performance and give basis to improve the teachers’ profesionalism in the classrooms teaching and learning process.

In this study, the perceptions of fathers with children in the preschool period towards the concept of fatherhood, a lifelong learning process, and father education after the father education they received, were examined. The study was carried out with a qualitative research method. The sample of the study consisted of 14 fathers who had children attending two kindergartens in Kocaeli in the 2018-2019 academic year and volunteering to participate in the study. Fourteen fathers in the group were interviewed after the training program was applied. As a result of the face-to-face interviews with the semi-structured interview form, what they expressed about fatherhood, how they expressed themselves as fathers in the lifelong learning process, and their thoughts on participation in father education were obtained. It is known that the father has a critical role in the formation of the child's personality. Father education should be given importance to raise happy and healthy individuals. Today, it has been observed that there is a transition from the patriarchal social structure to modernity, and the fathers' traditional thoughts have changed, and they have started to think more child-oriented. The Covid-19 pandemic has led to policies that make teachers and students have to adapt the face-to-face learning model to online learning. The teacher of SD N 2 Cakranegara admits that there are limitations to the variety of audio-visual learning media used. The teachers also don't know and have never tried to develop game games with learning content, even though Android-based games are very possible to be developed and accessed portable on smartphones, the majority of which are already owned by teachers and students. The provision of workshops and assistance in making Android-based educational games for SD N 2 Cakranegara teachers aims to improve skills in creating and developing learning media in the form of educational games and maximizing the use of smartphones. The targeted output in this service activity is the existence of educational games that are ready to be used for the online learning process through appsgeyser.com and quickappninja.com.

<p class="05Abstrak">Abstract</p><p class="06IsiAbstrak">The purpose of this study is to find out about the efforts or strategies for implementing teacher professionalism during the pandemic because learning activities are no longer carried out face-to-face but are completely digital / online. This type of research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach that tries to explore the meaning of teacher professionalism as a step to develop the quality of educational institutions while still adjusting educational goals. The results of this study indicate that the majority of MI Hikmatun Najah teachers can implement their professionalism through online learning properly and right. They still carry out their duties and obligations in a professional manner even though the learning process is online / online. This research also shows that teachers can put their professionalism in accordance with the place and conditions.</p><p class="061AbstrakIndonesia">Abstrak</p><p class="05Abstrak">Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang upaya-upaya atau strategi implementasi profesionalisme guru pada masa pandemi dikarenakan kegiatan pembelajaran tidak lagi dilakukan dengan tatap muka melainkan dengan serba digital/online. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang mencoba mengeksplorasi makna profesionalisme guru sebagai langkah mengembangkan mutu lembaga pendidikan dengan tetap menyesuaikan tujuan pendidikan.. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mayoritas guru MI Hikmatun Najah dapat mengimplementasikan sikap profesionalisme mereka melalui pembelajaran online dengan baik dan tepat. Mereka tetap melaksanakan tugas dan kewajiban mereka secara profesional walaupun proses pembelajaran melalui online/daring. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa para guru dapat menempatkan sikap profesionalisme mereka sesuai dengan tempat dan kondisi.</p>

The advent of the COVID-19 pandemic witnessed a significant consumption of digital contents. Teaching and learning activities, including at the State Elementary School, Pamulang, Barat, shifted to online domains. Whatsapp was consequently the initial means of engaging the students, but eventually appeared relatively monotonous and boring. This community service intends to provide a quality learning resource on the creation of video contents, using Filmora and Youtube applications. Ultimately, the overall goal is to produce highly creative and innovative teachers. These materials were delivered using sound or captivating animations. Consequently, teachers were sufficiently equipped to generate interesting videos that potentially increase students’ interest and interaction during the online learning process.

Motivation in learning is the basis for encouragement, encouragement in the face of ongoing learning. Good motivation when you learn it can affect the state of students, that is, from not wanting to take lessons to want to learn. The role of motivation is to encourage individuals to do something in the learning situation.Motivation can occur in a child's life because of the influence in himself to achieve the goals to be achieved and the influence of others, in this case the teacher motivates students. Because of that the teacher must have a big contribution to motivate the child is not wrong, in following the lesson specifically following the Christian Religion Education.First, learning motivation can provide excitement or encouragement to someone in doing work to achieve something in accordance with what is desired and can provide direction for someone to establish learning activities. Secondly, the motivation of an activity contained in a person that can influence his behavior to carry out his learning activities. Third, motivating learning is important in the learning process, because it functions as a driving force, driving, and can direct learning activities, in this case the teacher who plays a role by preparing methods and materials effectively. Fourth, learning motivation has a tremendous influence on learning achievement, both from within and outside of the student's own influence. Fifth, the emergence of student motivation depends on how the role of a teacher in presenting lesson material to students and by using appropriate teaching methods, as well as PAK teachers.

The increase number of Covid-19 outbreak has profoundly changed our education system. This condition has led the teachers to alter the face-to-face learning into online learning. Online learning emphasizes on the internet-based courses synchronously and asynchronously. Besides its technical problems, conducting online learning was said to be monotonous since the teachers preferred doing online tasking to providing effective learning experience. Further, this condition led to low students’ motivation in learning English. In other words, the students might be in boredom to participate and engage in the teaching- learning process owing to the monotonous learning. Most students were said to be late or even reluctant to complete the assignments. Therefore, the researcher conducted the Classroom Action Research dealing with the use of Google meet to improve the students’ motivation in learning English during the online learning. The research subject was the 7th grade students of SMP Negeri Satu Atap Jarit. The research was conducted in two cycles. In cycle I, it showed that there was an increase of students’ motivation in learning English. The increase of students’ motivation was 61, 8%. Meanwhile, in cycle II, the researcher found that the Google meet significantly improved the students’ motivation in learning English. The increase of students’ motivation was 79, 4%. The result showed that the students actively participate and engage in the teaching-learning process. The students were very enthusiastic to respond and answer the some questions, and share their ideas related to the topic of the meeting. In addition, the increase of students’ motivation influence the students to compose sentences correctly related to the given assignments. Based on the result of data analysis, the researcher drew a conclusion that the use of Google meet significantly improved the students’ motivation in learning English during the online learning.Keywords: Google meet, Learning English, Students’ Motivation

Learning System in Indonesia is carried out with a face-to-face system, teaching and learning activities are carried out in schools in one room. The widespread pandemic of the covid 19 virus made the Ministry of Education and Culture take a policy to conduct online school activities to prevent the transmission of the disease virus. Online learning does not all have to be done using Zoom or similar applications. It is also necessary that applications that schools can manage and uniformize their use so that teachers can quickly fill out materials and tasks. The learning system carried out in SMK Negeri 2 Gorontalo is considered less effective, affecting learning outcomes. The application created is an application that can help the learning and teaching process in SMK Negeri 2 Gorontalo. Learning media is expected to help facilitate the absorption of the material and the delivery of lesson content to increase students' motivation to learn and understand it anywhere and anytime. The method used is the Research and Development method. As a research method used to produce a particular product and test the effectiveness of the product where the object of research in the study is a Student at SmK Negeri 2 Gorontalo. The purpose of the study is to help increase students' learning motivation in times of pandemics.
