Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan hubungan antara konsep diri dan problem solving dengan penyesuaian diri pada remaja. Subjek penelitian adalah 138 remaja kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Banyuwangi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala konsep diri, skala problem solving dan skala penyesuaian diri pada remaja yang disusun sendiri oleh peneliti. Ketiga skala ini menggunakan model Likert yang terdiri dari 5 alternatif jawaban. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara konsep diri dan problem solving dengan variabel penyesuaian diri pada remaja; (2) Terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara konsep diri dengan penyesuaian diri pada remaja; dan (3) Terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara problem solving dengan penyesuaian diri pada remaja. Sumbangan efektif dari variabel konsep diri dan problem solving secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh sebesar 40,5 % terhadap penyesuaian diri pada remaja, sehingga ada 59,5 % variabel lain yang memberi pengaruh terhadap penyesuaian diri pada remaja selain kedua variabel X yang diteliti. Kata kunci: konsep diri, problem solving, penyesuaian diri This study aims to analyze the correlation between self concept, problem solving ability and adolescent’s personal adjustment. Effective contribution of variables of self concept and problem solving ability altogether affected adolescent’s personal adjustment as much as 40,5 %. <p><em>Lecturers at universities have a big burden in creating generations of students to compete in the current era of 4.0. Lecturer work discipline that will both accelerate the achievement of educational goals, and lack discipline will hamper the achievement of educational goals. Based on observations at STIkes Bhakti Husada Bengkulu there were still found lecturers who carried out their duties with low discipline. This type of research is quantitative, using descriptive analysis and data collection methods using questionnaires, with a sample of 40 people. The results of the study showed that the lecturers' employment was very good category (4.58). This analytic descriptive study aims to determine the impact of the accompanying teacher of the SM3T program towards on the learning interest of the students in biology subject at SMKN 1 Kintamani, Bangli, Province of Bali. Data collection methods with observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive. The results of the regression analysis between the presence of the accompanying teacher and the learning interest of the students in Biology subject get a determination value of 0.28. These data indicate that 28% of the learning interest of students at SMK 1 Kintamani is influenced by the presence of a companion biology teacher in the Direktorat PSMK program.   Abstrak. Penelitian deskriptif analitik ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak program guru pendamping Direktorat PSMK (Program SM3T) terhadap animo belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran biologi di SMKN 1 Kintamani, kabupaten Bangli, Propinsi Bali. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, angket dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis regresi antara adanya guru pendamping dengan animo belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Biologi mendapatkan nilai determinasi sebesar 0,28. Data tersebut menenuntukkan bahwa 28% animo belajar peserta didik di SMKN 1 Kintamani dipengaruhi oleh adanya guru biologi pendamping pada program Direktorat PSMK.   Kata Kunci: Guru Pendamping, Program Direktorat PSMK, Animo Belajar

Abstract. This study examined the correlation between emotional intelligence and peer group conformity to adolescent self-concept. The subjects were the students of class XI students of SMK Taman Siswa Mojokerto. The populationwere 480 students, then 144 students were taken out as the sample of this study. The data collection of this study was got through questionnaire. This study used multiple regression analysis to analyze the data. This study indicated that there is a positive correlation between emotional intelligence and peer group conformity toadolescent self-concept shown by the  value of F = 76.309  with  p = 0.000 (p <0.05). There is also a positive correlation between emotional intelligence and self-concept of adolescents shown by the value of  t = 9.654  withp = 0.000 (p <0.05).  This study showed  no positive correlation between peer group conformity with adolescent self-concept because  the value of  t = 0.601 p = 0.594 (p> 0,05). Keywords: adolescent self-concept, emotional intelligence, peer group conformity

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan Multimedia Interaktif (MMI) yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk siswa tunarungu SMALB khususnya pada materi unsur. Metode penelitian menggunakan Research and Development (R&D) dibatasi pada tahap uji coba terbatas. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah lembar telaah, validasi, angket respon siswa dan aktivitas writing to learn (WTL). Metode pengumpulan data terdiri atas angket dan observasi yang selanjutnya akan dianalisis secara deskriptif. MMI dikatakan layak apabila mendapat persentase ≥61% dengan kriteria baik atau sangat baik. Hasil penelitian secara teoritis maupun empiris menunjukkan MMI yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Secara teoritis kelayakan didasarkan pada hasil validasi MMI yang terdiri atas kriteria isi yang memperoleh persentase degan 75,00% - 91,67%, kriteria penyajian memperoleh persentase dengan rentang 75,00% - 91,67%, dan kriteria kebahasaan yang mendapat persentase dengan rentang 83,33% - 91,67%. Berdasarkan hasil validasi, secara teoritis MMI yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai media belajar dengan kriteria baik dan sangat baik. Kelayakan MMI secara empiris yang didasarkan pada hasil angket respon siswa dengan rentang persentase 66,67% - 100% masuk dalam kriteria baik dan sangat baik, aktivitas WTL yang mendapat nilai dengan rentang 77,78% – 92,59% dinyatakan layak dengan kriteria baik dan sangat baik. Abstract This research aimed to know feasibility of develop Interactive Multimedia (MMI) to use as learning media for hearing-impaired students at SMALB especially for element material. Method used in this research was Research and Development (R&D) limited to the trial stage. The instruments used in the research were study sheets, validation, student questionnaire responses and writing to learn (WTL) activities. Data collection methods consisted of questionnaires and observations that would be analyzed descriptively. MMI is considered to be feasible if it gets a percentage of ≥ 61% with good or very good criteria. The theoretical and empirical research results showed that the developed MMI was worthy for the use as a learning medium. Theoretically, the eligibility was based on the results of MMI validation consisting of content criteria that obtained a percentage of 75.00% - 91.67%, the presentation criteria obtain a percentage ranging from 75.00% - 91.67%, and linguistic criteria that obtained a percentage with range 83.33% - 91.67%. Based on the results of the validation, theoretically, the MMI developed was suitable to use as a learning media categorized in good and very good criteria. The eligibility of MMI empirically based on the results of student questionnaire responses with a range of percentage 66.67% - 100% included in good and very good criteria, WTL activities that obtained range of 77.78% - 92.59% were considered eligible categorized in good and very good criteria.  Key words: Deaf, MMI, Writing to learn.

This study aims to find a relationship between self-concept and problem solving with adapting to adolescents. The research subjects were 138 teenagers in class VII of SMP Negeri 3 Banyuwangi. Data collection is done by using the scale of self-concept, problem solving scale and scale of adjustment in adolescents that are compiled by researchers themselves. These three scales use a Likert model consisting of 5 alternative answers. Data were analyzed using regression analysis. The results of the study show (1) There is a significant relationship between self-concept and problem solving with adjustment variables in adolescents; (2) There is a very significant positive relationship between self-concept and adjustment in adolescents; and (3) There is a very significant positive relationship between problem solving and adjustment in adolescents. Effective contributions from self-concept variables and problem solving together have an effect of 40.5% on adapting to adolescents, so there are 59.5% of other variables that influence adolescents' adaptation in addition to the two X variables studied.

Abstract Pragmatic Aspects of Forming Humor in Mahalabiu on Duta TV. This Pragmatic Aspects of Forming Humor in Mahalabiu on Duta TV research reveals the pragmatic aspects that form the deviation of the principle of cooperation in forming the humor show Mahalabiu on TV Ambassador. Suggestions in this study are qualitative. The research data consisted of expensive humor in the Mahalabiu show on TV Ambassador episodes 1--18, from July 2015 to December 2017. The data source was in the form of video recordings obtained from the youtube.com site Mahalabiu program aired by Duta TV station. Data collection methods with conversation and listening techniques. Step analysis by transcribing, analyzing, classifying, and categorizing data. The results showed that the pragmatic aspect in the formation of Mahalabiu's humor was the deviation of the principle of Grice's cooperation which contained deviations of maxims, deviations of quality maxims, deviations of ways of maxim, and deviations of relevance maxims. Adjustment of relevance maxim is the most widely used in the formation of humor. Penelitian Aspek Pragmatik dalam Acara Humor Mahalabiu di Duta TV ini bertujuan mengungkapkan keterlibatan aspek-aspek pragmatik berupa penyimpangan prinsip kerja sama pembentuk humor acara Mahalabiu di Duta TV. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Data penelitian berupa tuturan humor mahalabiu dalam acara Mahalabiu di Duta TV episode 1--18, dari bulan Juli tahun 2015 hingga bulan Desember 2017. Sumber data berupa rekaman video yang diperoleh dari situs youtube.com acara Mahalabiu yang ditayangkan oleh stasiun Duta TV. Metode pengumpulan data dengan teknik dokumentasi dan teknik simak. Langkah analisis dengan mentranskripsi, menganalisis, mengklasifikasi, dan mengategori data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek pragmatik dalam pembentukan humor acara Mahalabiu yaitu adanya penyimpangan prinsip kerja sama Grice yang meliputi penyimpangan maksim kuantitas, penyimpangan maksim kualitas, penyimpangan maksim cara, dan penyimpangan maksim relevansi. Penyimpangan maksim relevansi yang paling banyak digunakan dalam pembentukan humor. Kata-kata kunci: penyimpangan prinsip kerja sama, humor, mahalabiu

Ability to say children is the ability of children to count by calling one by one to determine the number or number of objects. Lotto is an educational game used in learning activities in children. The use of lottery media numbers is a form of recognizing numbers in early childhood. The rationale for the emergence of this problem is still the low ability to say children of the Rowo B TK Dharma Wanita Group. The purpose of this study is 1) to find out how to play lotto numbers that can improve the ability to say, children, 2) to understand the ability to remember the ability to count children through playing lotto numbers in children B TK Dharma Wanita Rowo Kandangan Group Semester II 2017/2018 Academic Year. The subjects of this study were students of the Group B TK Dharma Wanita Rowo donated by 25 children. The research was conducted in February 2018. Data collection methods used were observation, documentation, and interviews. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that through the lotto numbers game can improve the ability to count children in the TK B Group of Dharma Wanita Rowo Kandangan Temanggung Semester II 2017/2018 Academic Year. This is evidenced by the increase. The increase only reached 20%, then after the increase in Cycle I it increased to 52%, and Cycle II to 84%, has reached 80%. This success is marked by the child being able to lift by pointing objects, connecting / pairing symbols with objects and writing numbers.. Key words: Ability To Say, Lotto Numbers

Autonomy or the capacity to take charge of one's learning is seen not only as a favorite topic but also as a crucial necessity in language learning.In Indonesia, the principle of autonomous learning was implemented in the 2013 curriculum. This research aimed to capture the practice of learner autonomy and its role in the learning process through a strategy which is used in practicing autonomy. Metacognitive strategy, which has a planning process, monitoring process, problem-solving process, and evaluating process is necessary for learners' autonomy. The qualitative research method was used in conducting this research. Three data collection methods were used in capturing the data in all metacognitive's process. Each method has its dimension in collecting the data. A participatory observation was used to collect data from activeness dimension. A student questionnaire was used to find out awareness dimension while an interview was used for responsibility and ability dimensions. The data from these data collection methods were triangulated. This research has the flexibility to be conducted in any institution where the 2013 curriculum is implemented. SMP N 32 Semarang was chosen for this reason. Based on the research, the learners are autonomous, they are active, aware, responsible, and able to take control of their learning in all metacognitive strategy processes (planning, monitoring, problem-solving and evaluating), yet they are not completely free from teacher’s guidance, they need it in making a plan, monitoring, solving problem, and evaluating their learning.
