This study aims to find a relationship between self-concept and problem solving with adapting to adolescents. The research subjects were 138 teenagers in class VII of SMP Negeri 3 Banyuwangi. Data collection is done by using the scale of self-concept, problem solving scale and scale of adjustment in adolescents that are compiled by researchers themselves. These three scales use a Likert model consisting of 5 alternative answers. Data were analyzed using regression analysis. The results of the study show (1) There is a significant relationship between self-concept and problem solving with adjustment variables in adolescents; (2) There is a very significant positive relationship between self-concept and adjustment in adolescents; and (3) There is a very significant positive relationship between problem solving and adjustment in adolescents. Effective contributions from self-concept variables and problem solving together have an effect of 40.5% on adapting to adolescents, so there are 59.5% of other variables that influence adolescents' adaptation in addition to the two X variables studied.

El tamaño es una variable contingente que puede influir en los resultados de las empresas. En este trabajo se pretende contrastar la existencia o no de una relación significativa entre tamaño y resultados empresariales de las empresas agrarias, en particular de las cooperativas hortofrutícolas españolas. Para ello, se realiza un estudio empírico en base a la información económica y financiera obtenida de los registros oficiales de las cooperativas agrarias dedicadas a la comercialización de frutas y hortalizas sobre el cual se ha aplicado un análisis de regresión. El estudio demuestra que no existe una relación significativa positiva entre los resultados empresariales y el tamaño de este tipo de entidades, por lo que se puede afirmar que la capacidad competitiva de una empresa agraria depende de su propia capacidad de gestión y no de un factor de contingencia como el tamaño. ABSTRACTSize is a contingency variable that can influence firms’ performance. This study aims to contrast whether exists or not a significant relationship between organizational size and performance in agrifood firms, particularly in the case of Fruit and Vegetables Cooperatives in Spain. Therefore, an applied empirical study using regression analysis is carried out from economic and financial information of such companies obtained from official registers. The study shows that there is not a significant positive relationship between performance and size for such type of firms. RESUMOO tamanho da cota é uma variável que pode influenciar os resultados das empresas. Este trabalho tem como objetivo contrastar a existência de uma relação significativa entre tamanho e desempenho dos negócios das empresas agrícolas, em especial as cooperativas hortícolas espanhóis. Para fazer isso, um estudo empírico é realizado com base em informações obtidas dos registros oficiais das cooperativas agrícolas que se dedicam à comercialização de frutas e legumes de informação económica e financeira sobre a qual foi aplicada uma análise de regressão. O estudo mostra que há uma relação positiva e significativa entre o desempenho da empresa e do tamanho de tais instituições, para que possamos dizer que a competitividade de uma empresa agrícola depende da sua própria capacidade de gestão e não um fator contingência como tamanho.

The aim of this study is to understand and identify the relationship of the LGU’s functions to the preservation of the consciousness of the citizens. It sought to answer the following questions, (1) the mean level of the LGU’s functions in the preservation of consciousness on the culture of the citizens, (1.1) education, (1.2) laws implementation, (1.3) cultural heritage; (2) the mean level of the citizens’ consciousness of their culture, (2.1) customs, (2.2) habits, (2.3) values, (3) the significant relationship between the LGU’s functions in the preservation of consciousness on the culture of the citizens. Descriptive method of research was used to analyze the data systematically. The researcher looked for the population of the Pagsanjan, Laguna. From the population, the researcher used purposive sampling were in the members of the population are selected based on the objective of the study. The researcher formulated the self-made questionnaire and made it validated by set of experts before it was distributed through MS Forms. The approval of the municipal mayor of Pagsanjan, Laguna was also seeking by the respondents as courtesy for the implementation of the study. After the data collection, the researcher analyzed, presented and interpreted them. The best performed LGU’s function identified by the respondents to preserve the culture is laws implementation which rated 4.73 followed by education which rated 4.33, both are in a very high extend and lastly is the preservation of cultural heritage that rated 3.88 as high extent. The respondents are said to be most conscious in their culture in terms of both Habits and Values which rated 4.42 as very high while customs rated 4.07 as high. LGU’s functions in the preservation of the culture provide a ‘positive relationship’ to the citizens’ consciousness of their culture. The hypothesis which stated that there is no significant relationship between the LGU’s functions in the preservation of consciousness on the culture of its citizens is ‘not supported’. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan hubungan antara konsep diri dan problem solving dengan penyesuaian diri pada remaja. Subjek penelitian adalah 138 remaja kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Banyuwangi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala konsep diri, skala problem solving dan skala penyesuaian diri pada remaja yang disusun sendiri oleh peneliti. Ketiga skala ini menggunakan model Likert yang terdiri dari 5 alternatif jawaban. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara konsep diri dan problem solving dengan variabel penyesuaian diri pada remaja; (2) Terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara konsep diri dengan penyesuaian diri pada remaja; dan (3) Terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara problem solving dengan penyesuaian diri pada remaja. Sumbangan efektif dari variabel konsep diri dan problem solving secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh sebesar 40,5 % terhadap penyesuaian diri pada remaja, sehingga ada 59,5 % variabel lain yang memberi pengaruh terhadap penyesuaian diri pada remaja selain kedua variabel X yang diteliti. Kata kunci: konsep diri, problem solving, penyesuaian diri This study aims to analyze the correlation between self concept, problem solving ability and adolescent’s personal adjustment. The result showed that there were (1) Significant correlation between self concept, problem solving ability and adolescent’s personal adjustment; (2) Positive correlation between self concept and adolescent’s personal adjustment; and (3) Positive correlation between problem solving ability and adolescent’s personal adjustment. Effective contribution of variables of self concept and problem solving ability altogether affected adolescent’s personal adjustment as much as 40,5 %. This study examines the effect of budgetary participation on managerial performance with organizational commitment as a moderating variable. The purpose of the study was to find empirical evidences about the relationship and positive and significant influence between budgetary participation and managerial performance, and organizational commitment can be a moderation of the relationship between budgetary participation and managerial performance. The study respondents were budget compilers in SKPD in West Halmahera Regency, with a sample of 64 respondents. Data collection with a list of questions adopted from previous researchers. The collected data is processed using moderating regression analysis (MRA) and regression interactions between variables. The results of the study are (1) there is a significant influence and positive relationship between budgetary participation and managerial performance; and (2) there is no influence of organizational commitment on the relationship of budgetary participation and managerial performance.

Abstract                This study aims to determine the correlation between social support and emotional intelligence with resilience to flood victims. Retrieval of data in this study uses a scale of resilience, scale of support, and emotional intelligence distributed to 100 research subjects, namely flood victims in Dalpenang Sampang village using purposive sampling technique. The results of the analysis of research data using multiple regression analysis shows that there is a positive relationship between social support and emotional intelligence with resilience which is shown by the F number regression = 103.783 with p = 0.000 (p <0.001). Variables of social support and emotional intelligence simultaneously and very significantly correlate with resilience. Partially found the value of t regression between social support and resilience = 10.410, and partial r = 0.726, p = 0.00 (p <0.05), this means there is a positive and significant relationship between social support and resilience. The partial test also found t regression between emotional intelligence and resilience = 3.675 and r partial = 0.350 (p <0.05), this means there is a positive and very significant relationship between emotional intelligence and resilience. These results indicate that the three proposed hypotheses are accepted.                Keywords: social support, emotional intelligence, resilience

The research aimed to know influence of one's religiosity to its tolerance behavior. The second  know the personality variables as a moderator variable between variable tolerance behavior  towards one's religiosity. This research is quantitative. The number of research subjects 75 respondents jamaah yasinan Az-Zuhud Mosque Village Petanahan Petanahan District Kebumen. The analysis used by using computerized regression analysis services. Sampling data using probability sampling with random sampling. Data collection using scale. The results showed that no significant relationship between religiosity and religious tolerance a person against person. There is a significant relationship when the personality becomes a moderator variable between religiosity toward tolerance. This means that the religiosity interact with personality as moderator variables, the higher the effect the higher the religiosity of someone's personality influence the behavior  of tolerance

Love is more than a close friendship. It acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationship. Love is positive in nature and leaves a positive affect on every individual. An individual in love not only feels positive but spreads positivity around. They smile, be kind to other people, behave compassionately with everyone. If the person is happy then he is likely to be psychologically and emotionally healthy. The current study aimed at understanding the relationship between love, affect and wellbeing among young females aged between 20-25 years. The study reported a significant positive relationship between love and positive affect with the significant correlation of 0.29 at 0.05 levels (p<0.05). It was also found a significant positive relationship between love and wellbeing with the significant correlation of 0.58 at 0.01 level (p<0.01). This means that people in love experience positive emotions and healthy wellbeing. The correlation between love and negative affect came out to be insignificant. The correlation turned out to be -0.13. This means that people in love do not experience negative emotions.

Total dissolved solids (TDS) and chlorophyll a were not related in 25 lakes which were all off the Precambrian Shield. Both on-shield and off-shield lakes were included in the previous reports which showed a significant relationship between TDS and productivity. When data from on-shield and off-shield lakes were analyzed separately, there was no significant positive relationship between TDS and lake biomass or productivity. Present research was intended to examine the association between suicidal ideation and clinical anger among the physically disabled. The Purposive Convenient study was conducted at Artificial Limbs Centre, Fauji Foundation Hospital Rawalpindi from February 2016 to November 2016. The modified scale for suicidal ideation and the clinical anger scale were used for data collection. Sample comprised of 150 physically disabled individuals including 87 (56%) males and 63 (42%) females.  Findings revealed that suicidal ideation had significant positive relationship with clinical anger and females were significantly higher in clinical anger and suicidal ideation as compared to males. Furthermore,results revealed higher mean scores on clinical anger by the participants having the problem of spinal cord 26.10±9.25 and suicidal ideation is higher in persons having problem of polio 15.87±9.41as compared to other physical disabilities. This research was conducted in the ProdiDIII Midwifery Curup from July to August 2016, with the number of respondents, thisresearch is descriptive analytic, data collection using a scale based on the theory of emotionalintelligence Daniel Goleman; to measure student achievement used methods of examinationof documents by the second half saw the value of IP, IV and population II and IV semesterstudent, taken by total population, the data was analyzed by univariate and bivariate. Theresults of the analysis of experimental data showed correlation coefficient of 0.635 with p0.005 (<0.05), the Ha accepted. This means that there is a significant relationship betweenemotional intelligence and academic achievement of students Prodi DIII Midwifery Curup IIand IV semester of 2016.
