The topography of Karangasem Regency is very varied, in the form of plains, hills, mountains, namely the highest mountain in Bali (Gunung Agung). The location of Karangasem Regency which is close to Mount Agung causes Karangasem Regency to have a wealth of natural resources in the form of class C minerals, namely sand and rocks which are abundant compared to other regencies in Bali. The government of Karangasem Regency collects taxes on group C mining entrepreneurs. Exploitation of land in Karangasem Regency carried out by C mining entrepreneurs has a negative impact, namely environmental damage. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Sustainable environmental management in overcoming the problem of land damage due to excavation c mining in Karangasem Regency. The research method used is the library research method. The results of the study showed that there was critical land due to mining business activities of C excavation which did not carry out land reclamation after post-mining. This is because the C mining entrepreneurs in Karangasem Regency do not carry out the basic principles of Sustainable Environmental Management, namely the principle of Intragenerational equity, the principle of intergenerational equity, the principle of preventive action, the principle of prudence, the precautionary principle and the polluter-pays principle.

The development of religious extremism in Indonesia continues to increase every year so that serious attention is needed by the government to deal with religious extremism in Indonesia. Indonesia is an archipelagic country where there are various ethnic groups and religions that coexist. However, the development of religious extremism sometimes becomes a serious problem for the Indonesian people because it can have a negative impact and damage the unity between nations and religions. This research uses literature study. This research method is carried out by reviewing various literatures, both books, newspapers, survey reports, academic journals related to religious extremism in Indonesia. The results show that not all religious extremism has an impact on the emergence of terrorism, but the government still must make the right policies in handling religious extremism that can cause division and affect peoples welfare. The policies that have been made by the government are considered appropriate and based on the laws that have been set by the government so that they can have a positive impact in maintaining the unity and integrity of the Indonesian nation.

Legal protection for a mark of a place or origin of MSMEs can be done by first registering the mark to obtain legal force. In this case the Office/Agency/Community Organization assists by facilitating MSMEs in terms of socialization and assistance for trademark registration. Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Marks and Geographical Indications provides improvements to previous laws, especially regarding preventive protection measures, namely registration procedures and registration fees. Brands produced by Indonesian MSMEs can help increase competitiveness in the development of new products. This research is normative or library research method, namely legal research carried out by reviewing and researching library materials in the form of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. This study concludes: First, the problems in the protection of intellectual property rights in the field of branding for MSME products are due to the understanding of MSME actors on brand rights is still low/shallow so that MSME actors do not register the brand of MSME products. Second, efforts to provide brand protection to the MSME industry are by registering MSME brands and the government makes it easy for MSME industry players to register trademarks.

This study is a qualitative research with library research instrument. The data used are qualitative data in the form of descriptions, presentations, and writings relevant to the research topic, which are referred to from books, journals, and articles. This research method is descriptive, which describes data from library materials according to relevant studies. The data was collected using a documentary technique, in which the data was extracted from documents from various library materials, then analyzed using content analysis. With this technique, qualitative data is sorted, categorized (grouped) with similar data. The contents are critically analyzed so that a concrete formulation is formulated which is then explained in depth. The emergence of several phenomena in this country such as the issue of terrorism, Islamophobia, excessive demonstrations, discrimination against one group and blasphemers of religion, made the government realize that Indonesia is a large country that has hundreds of tribes and languages. Ways are needed to maintain that sovereignty, one of which is by providing an understanding in education about the application of moderation in everyday life. Some Islamic values that need to be understood and implemented in the moderation process of Islamic education are: Tawasuth, Tawazun, I'tidal, Tasamuh, Musawah, Shura, Islah, Awlawiyah, Tathawur, Tahaddhur.

The problem of the environment is a serious issue that must be addressed by the government and the community as a supervision and reporter of each of the activities of the destroyer of the environment. The pollution and environmental damage continue to increase in line with the increased industrial activity or similar substances; surely the situation needs to get the protection of the law.  The pollution or environmental damage, mostly in the context of running a commercial business and often is also the attitude of rulers and the entrepreneurs who do not run or neglecting the obligations of their obligations in the management of the environment. This research is a descriptive quantitative i.e. with provides an overview of the company that takes the environment around the enterprise. Data collection method in this investigation using bibliographical study (Library Research). The types of data used a secondary data that consists of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The waste is the remaining exiles who produced from real production activities in the production scale of domestic or household and production on a larger scale. Industrial waste is a remnant of the captives process of production in certain industries. Industrial waste requires the handling and managing seriously in considering the impact will greater emanate than with domestic waste. The industry is a business or management activities of raw materials or half-goods to be the end goods that have added value to get the benefits. The assembly of the business and repairing is a part of the industry also. The results of this industry do not only in the form of goods but also in the form of services.

This research is a research that aims to identify and examine the application of authority related to environmental management in Way Kanan Regency and to find a model of good environmental supervision and management in the district by the Environment Agency in realizing good governance. The method used in this study is a normative-empirical research method using a statute approach and in-depth interviews. The findings of this study are that the implementation of the authority of the environmental services in the regions is not optimal so that environmental damage occurs and the model of environmental protection and management, waste and waste that uses the principles of good governance is optimal. It is hoped that future regulations related to the authority of the environmental services in the regions must have broad powers, covering aspects of planning, implementation, supervision and law enforcement. Its duties and functions must integrate the coordination and operational functions, and there is a clear arrangement of relations between institutions related to environmental management.

AbstrakSangat mengejutkan melihat fakta bahwa Indonesia menempati peringkat EGDI (E-Gover- ment Development Index) ke 116 berdasarkan survey yang dilakukan oleh Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB), turun 10 peringkat dari tahun 2014. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa ada asumsi dan aktivitas implementasi yang belum tepat dalam proses transformasi digital di Pemerintahan, khususnya dalam skala nasional. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini dibuat dengan tujuan mengkaji kembali faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dalam proses tersebut dengan metode riset kepustakaan (library research), khususnya faktor-faktor kesiapan lingkungan, sehingga dapat dijadikan pedoman oleh Pemerintah. Dengan asumsi dasar bahwa Indonesia sebagai negara berkembang, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa komponen-komponen tersebut terdiri dari kualitas sistem, politik, sosial, ekonomi, teknologi dan demografi. Dalam masing- masing komponen tersebut mengandung beberapa variabel dan parameter yang digunakan sebagai tolak ukur untuk menilai efisiensi dan efektifitas dari proses kesiapan lingkungan dalam rangka pengembangan implementasi e-goverment di Indonesia.Kata kunci: Pengembangan Implementasi E-Goverment, Indonesia, Kesiapan LingkunganAbstractIt is very surprising to see the fact that Indonesia is ranked as the 116th of EGDI (E-Gov- ernment Development Index) based on a survey conducted by United Nations (UN), moved down 10 ratings from 2014. This indicates that there are improper implementation and ac- tivities in the process of digital transformation in Government, especially on a national scale. Therefore, this article was created with the aim of reviewing the influencing factors in the process through library research method, especially the factors of environmental readi- ness, so that it can be used as a guide by the Government. With the basic assumption that Indonesia as a developing country, it can be concluded that these components consist of system quality, politics, social, economics, technology and demography. In each component contains several variables and parameters used as a benchmark to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the environmental preparedness process in order to develop the implemen- tation of e-Government in Indonesian.Keywords: development of the E-Goverment implementation, Indonesia, Environmental Readiness

Mining without control and supervision can cause environmental damage. In order to keep the function of the nature in the process of mining, the government established preconditions and rules which is environmental impact analysis. Including the activity of rock mining in karst area Sewu hills, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. This area has been appointed by UNESCO as a geopark. On this research, the writer analyze about the impact of rock mining in environmental damage on this karst area. The research method used is empirical legal research. The empirical legal research is an (law in society?) observation and also can be called as a field observation in order to study the applicable law in the society. Several environmetal damages have been found on this research which are the change of the shape and the structure of karst hills, air pollution, and highway damage.

Online   learning   is   one   of   the   alternative solutions set by the government in an effort to carry out an educational climate during the Covid-19 pandemic. Online learning patterns at least require teachers to try to find ways to make distance learning fun and can meet the needs of students for scientific material. The combination of voice notes and mind mapping is an alternative that can be used as a means and media for online learning. The assumption is that most of the participants currently have a WhatsApp application so that it will not make it difficult for them with regards to devices or quotas. Meanwhile, for making mind mapping students can make their versions according to their respective versions so that they will get the sensation of learning while playing. Therefore, the problems of this article are Indonesian language learning technical with a combination of voice notes and mind mapping; and strengths and weaknesses of the implementation of learning Indonesian with a combination of voice notes and mind mapping. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with content analysis. The result of the research is that a combination of voice notes and mind mapping can be used for learning Indonesian online by following the proper technical implementation. Shari'a is a rule or law that is sourced from Allah Ta'ala to be a guide to human life so that it impacts on the benefit of life, both personally and socially. The Shari'a of Allah Ta'ala, everything is benefit and there is no evil, although sometimes it is considered bad by humans, but in essence is good for humans themselves. This study aims to explore the harmony of Islamic law on the benefit of humans in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak. The details are aimed at giving explanations and religious insights that are washatiyah (moderate) from a number of suggestions in the form of a prohibition or restriction by the government regarding religious activities and education carried out face to face when the Covid-19 outbreak occurred. The research method used is the library research method with a phenomenological and normative approach. The issues studied are sourced from literacy which has a relation to the focus of the research, obtained from reading turats, research results and others. The results showed that the government's prohibition on termination and restriction in religious and educational activities during the Covid-19 period, such as: restrictions on religious and educational activities carried out face-to-face, were cases permitted in the Shari'a for human benefit.

Background; Some researchers have proven that there was a relationship between eatingmeatanduricacidlevels.Therehavebeennospecificstudiesontherelationship between eating wild animal products and uric acid levels. LangowanMinahasa is one of the tribes in Indonesia whose people love to eat wild animal meat from hunting. Objectives; The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between consumption of wild animal meat and uric acid levels in the LangowanMinahasa community. Methods; The research method used wascross sectional with 35 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Results; 42.9% of respondents eat wild animal meat more than three times a week and the mean of uric acid was 6.78mg/dL (SD = 1.27). There was a positive relationshipbetween consumption of wild animal meat with uric acid levels in the MinahasaLangowan community (r = 0.562), (p = 0.000). Conclusions; consumption of wild animal meat with uric acid levels have a positive relationship. This study recommend that the LangowanMinahasa people should reduce or even stop consuming wild animal meat and switch to consuming other protein sources. The researcher also recommended to village officials and the government to provide information to the community on the negative impact of consuming meat from hunted products, both on health and natural ecosystems.
