Circumstances that make people complain about the services provided by PLN are power outages without prior notification. The number of public complaints related to power outages has forced PLN to be confused in fixing the organizational structure, especially in the coordination sector between workers. The purpose of this research is to reveal the legal protection arrangements for consumers of electricity users at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 as well as legal remedies that can be taken by consumers using electricity in the event of a power outage unilaterally by PT. PLN Persero UP3 South Bali. This research method uses an empirical method with a statutory approach and a case approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of field research by applying the interview method. Sources of data used in the form of primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique was carried out systematically. The results of the research reveal that the government in terms of providing protection to the public to obtain electricity supply is sufficient to make consumer protection regulations in which there are consumer rights and obligations to obtain justice and are obliged to make appeals from the government in an effort to prevent criminal acts in accordance with positive law in force in Indonesia. The government is dealing with field workers from PLN who intentionally or unintentionally do not notify the public of this rotating power outage and PLN should give a warning to its workers who do not carry out orders according to the SOPs applicable in the company.

In living a life, humans realize that they cannot live alone but need other people and try to connect with others; in relation to legal certainty. One of them is carried out by the role of Notary. The role of Notary which is important in helping to create certainty and legal protection for the community is by issuing authentic deeds made before him/ her that serve as perfect evidence. Through the duties and responsibilities of a Notary, it is reasonable that the Notary is also under supervision. The purpose of supervision carried out by the authorities to the Notaries is that in carrying out their duties, the Notaries do not violate their positions. By the existence of Law No. 30 of 2004 concerning Notary Position and its implementing regulations, it clearly stipulates the responsibilities and obligations of the Notary Supervisory Board. Thus, in carrying out their position, Notaries must be guided by existing regulations so that they can carry out their positions properly. The problems in this study are about how the examination process carried out by the Notary Supervisory Board against the Notary who violated the Law on Notary Position and how the decision-making process by the Regional Supervisory Board in conducting an examination to the Notary. This paper applies the juridical empirical method by reviewing primary and secondary data which are analyzed qualitatively. To strengthen the results of the study, interviews with relevant parties in the research setting were held. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that in conducting an examination of their profession colleagues who are involved in a case, Notary must have a high sense of integrity in which they must first override friendships in conducting the examination. In the examination of the Supervisory Board, parties from Notary elements also sometimes disagree with two other elements; i.e. the Supervisory Board from the Government and Academics. To achieve collective and collegial decisions, the three elements must equalize their perceptions or views so that collective decisions are made since there is no voting in decision making. This is carried out to avoid the defense action for colleagues which is carried out by the Supervisory Board from the Notary element.

This study aims to determine the implementation of legal protection for consumers due to misleading print media advertising against misleading advertisements in print media viewed from Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection because, in fact there are still consumers who do not know how the legal protection is due to such misleading advertising. The method used in the writing of this research is the method of library research that collects data by doing library material or secondary data that includes legislation, books, mass media, and other reading related to the writing of this research and field research methods , which is a research process by collecting data related to obtained directly from the field. In this study the collection of data in the form of interviews obtained at the place of pre-determined interviews. From the results of research obtain the form of legal protection that can be done by consumers due to misleading print media advertising is in the form of the Institution Consumer Protection Society (LPKSM) which has the task of one is to assist consumers in fighting for rights, which is based on the The Consumer Protection of Law in protecting consumers other than those officially established by the government, in Chapter IX Article 44 and the accountability of the respective business actors are those responsible for providing compensation for damage, pollution and / or consumer loss resulting from the consumption of goods and / or services produced or traded under Article 7, Article 19 paragraph (1) and Article 20 UUPK (The Consumer Protection of Law).

The emergence of copyright infringement in various forms and types, both the quantity and quality of one of them is a work of art in music is an attitude does not appreciate the work of others. Rampant piracy in Indonesia song made a lot of pressure from developed countries to the Government of Indonesia to try harder to enforce rules in the field of IPR. The problem in this thesis is related to factors offense, violation, regulatory and legal safeguards of the rights of songwriters in Indonesia since the enactment of Law No. 28 of 2014 in lieu of Law Number. 19 of 2002 on Copyright.This study uses normative juridical approach namely the study of documents, ie using secondary data sources are in the form of peraturah-regulation, legislation, legal theories and opinions of the leading legal scholars.The results showed that the factors affecting copyright infringement song in Indonesia. Factors affecting copyright infringement of songs or music in Indonesia is a factor of economic, social and cultural factors, educational factors, and weak law enforcement against offenders. Further forms of Copyright Infringement in Indonesia namely Bootleg which piracy is done when the singer performed Counterfait the piracy of songs performed by doubling direct, replicate exactly cover and packaging and Pirate which is done using a variety of songs and various records were sold in market. As for the legal protection efforts carried out either by means of prevention (preventive) and repression (repression). Mitigation is done by way of dissemination to the public. Although the Government has been doing a lot of action, but the work done by the Indonesian government in the framework of the protection of copyrighted works is apparently not produce maximum results.

The risk from environmental cleaners is very high considering the work they do, where their work is always related to cleaning the garbage that is within the Bali Provincial Forestry and Environment Service. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to reveal the health and safety insurance for cleaners in the Bali provincial forestry office and the government 's legal protection on guaranteeing the implementation of occupational health and safety for cleaners at the Bali Provincial Forestry and Environment Service. This research method is empirical legal research. Primary data is obtained through field research, secondary data is obtained from books, laws and regulations. The legal materials obtained are then classified and combined as well as analyzed systematically and presented descriptively. This study concludes that the regulation regarding health insurance for workers in the Bali Provincial Forestry Service is in accordance with the regulations stipulated by Law no. 13 Year 2003.

This study aims to determine the consumer protection system containing legal certainty and transparency of information and access to information. This study is normative, a study that examines the legal provisions of positive law and legal principles. The data used are secondary data, data obtained through library research and research tools for obtaining secondary data obtained through the study of documents. The results show that the picture is not clear that information obtained by the public in the case of infant formula reflects that the system of consumer protection provisions contained in the Consumer Protection Act can’t be realized the government and the level of knowledge/education is uneven between urban communities and suburban/rural . As such, it needs continuous efforts in fostering a critical attitude to the public on the quality of food products so as to encourage the creation of an attitude of prudence consuming public in terms of food products, and the Government should have good communication skills with the public as consumers.

Abstrak   Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection, in Article 1 paragraph 1 explains that consumer protection is any effort that guarantees legal certainty to provide protection to consumers. And one form of protection for consumers, in accordance with Law No. 8 of 1999 this form of Consumer Protection, is the protection of consumer safety in consuming food and drinks containing preservatives and artificial sweeteners. The purpose of this paper is the author wants to inform the public, especially consumers who usually buy food and drinks during the fasting month or friendly month and to break the fast, that there are legal regulations that protect their rights as consumers namely Law Number 8 of 1999. This research uses a normative juridical approach, based on statute (statute aproach), specifically Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, which is research focused on examining the application of rules or norms in positive law. The conclusion of this paper is that with the birth of Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, it is an attempt by the government to provide protection to consumers based on the existence of a number of consumer rights that need to be protected from actions that might be detrimental to other parties. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of community restaurants (CRs), managed by the Government of the State of Bahia/Brazil, for the dimension of access to food. The study used secondary data obtained from the public opinion survey Profile of users of community restaurants in Salvador. The nutritional information was accessed through the analysis of CRs’ menus. Adequate effectiveness of access to food was considered when the CR served meals to 50% to 70% of the users considered the target audience (individuals served by the two CRs located in the city of Salvador/Bahia/Brazil). The participants (n = 1464; 778 as low-income individuals) were adult CR users from Salvador/Brazil. Most of the respondents were male, 40 to 54 years old, not white, had up to 9 years of formal education, without a partner, and living in the municipality of Salvador. The evaluated CRs are effective in serving 53.1% of the target population in their total service capacity. Meal provision only reached an estimated 0.7% of the socially vulnerable community in the district. The average energy value of the meal served by the CR units was 853.05 kcal/meal, with a mean energy density composition classified as average (1.15 kcal/g). The effectiveness of the evaluated community restaurants showed that these instruments were minimally effective in promoting access to food for the low-income population within their total daily service capacity, and the current quantity of these facilities was insufficient. However, these instruments stand out in the fundamental role of promoting the daily distribution of meals to the Brazilian population with the highest social vulnerability levels.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan koneksi matematika mahasiswa/i melalui pembelajaran metakognitif di Semester IV Jurusan Matematika Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa/i semester IV matematika. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran matematika dalam usaha peningkatan kemampuan koneksi matematika mahasiswa/i melalui pembelajaran metakognitif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara: Observasi, tes, dan dokumen. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan: RPS, LKS, Tes dan Lembar Observasi. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, yang masing-masing siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk untuk siklus I untuk indikator 1, indikator 2, dan indikator 3 berdasarkan kategori Sangat Kurang (SK), Kurang (K), Cukup (C),  Baik (B) dan Sangat Baik (SB) berturut-turut ada sebesar 63,88%, 77,76%, 80,55%, 63,88%, dan 5,54%. Setelah dilakukan pemberian tindakan dengan model pembelajaran Metakognitif, banyak mahasiswa/i yang berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan koneksi matematika pada akhir siklus II, untuk indikator 1, 2 dan 3 kategori Sangat Kurang (SK), Kurang (K), Cukup (C),  Baik (B) dan Sangat Baik (SB) berturut-turut ada sebesar 13,88%, 44.43%, 33,32%, 116,65%, dan 91,65%. Dari penelitian ini dapat diperoleh simpulan bahwa melalui pembelajaran Metakognitif dapat meningkatkan kemampuan koneksi mahasiswa/i semester IV matematika Universitas Labuhanbatu. Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Koneksi Matematika, Pembelajaran Metakognitif. This study was conducted to determine the effect of household waste to the environment in terms of aspects of biology at the housing complex kel housekeeping earth. nevertheless compass excl. southern shoreline. The type of waste that is often seen is composed of organic waste and garbage in the complex non organik.Setiap day Graha Pertiwi inmates on average to dispose of waste ranging from 1 kg / perharinya.Kesadaran high community waste management is big enough where their garbage stacked on the front page house and burned, so that the waste could not accumulate too lama.Kendala faced and penanggulangannyamasih efforts in creating public awareness of cleanliness lingkungan.Hal is seen from a habit of throwing garbage on tempatnya.Persepsi community about waste management is still concentrated in the government, whereas hygiene problem is a shared responsibility between the public and the government, the limited space for the collection and final disposal, as well as limited transportation funds rubbish. ABSTRAKSalah satu instansi pemerintah di Jawa Barat, menggunakan logo yang diciptakan oleh pegawai dari instansi tersebut. Pembuatan logo tidak diperjanjikan khusus, sehingga pencipta tidak mendapatkan royalti (materiil dan ekonomi). Hal tersebut menarik untuk dikaji mengenai Implementasi Prinsip Alter ego yang berkaitan pada hak cipta seseorang yang mengakui pencipta sebagai pemilik hak tertinggi. Pencipta memiliki hak alamiah untuk memanfaatkan ciptaannya dan mempertahankan ciptaannya terhadap gangguan apapun dari pihak lain. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini bersifat deskriptif analitis guna memperoleh gambaran peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dikaitkan dengan teori-teori hukum dan praktek pelaksanaan hukum positif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif, dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka yang disebut data sekunder yang terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, literatur-literatur, artikel-artikel, pendapat dan ajaran para ahli serta implementasinya dalam praktek. Apabila dilihat pada Pasal 35 ayat (1) dan (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta tidak terpenuhi. Meskipun instansi pemerintah tidak bertujuan untuk kegiatan komersial. Namun hak moral dan hak ekonomi hakikatnya wajib dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prinsip perlindungan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual. Perlindungan Hukum terhadap pencipta atas logo tetap harus diakui. Kata kunci: alter ego; hak cipta; hak moral; logo; instansi pemerintah. ABSTRACTOne of the government agencies in West Java, using a logo created by employees of the agency. Logo creation is not specifically promised, so creators do not get royalties (material and economic). It is interesting to review the Implementation of Alter ego Principles relating to the copyright of a person who recognizes the creator as the owner of the highest right. The Creator has the natural right to utilize his creation and defend his creation against any interference from the other party.The research methods used in this writing are analytically descriptive to obtain an overview of the prevailing laws and regulations associated with legal theories and the practice of implementing positive laws. The approach used in this study is normative juridical, by examining library materials called secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, literature, articles, opinions, and teachings of experts and their implementation in practice.If viewed in Article 35 paragraph (1) and (2) of Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright is not fulfilled. Although government agencies do not aim for commercial activities. But moral rights and economic rights must essentially be implemented in accordance with the principles of intellectual property protection. <p>Dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2011 tentang Bantuan Hukum dikatakan bahwa pemberi bantuan hukum adalah lembaga bantuan hukum atau organisasi kemasyarakatan yang memberi layanan bantuan hukum. Jasa hukum yang diberikan kepada penerima bantuan hukum adalah cuma-cuma, dalam ar Ɵ mereka Ɵ dak mendapat upah dari pihak yang dibantunya, namun pemerintah akan memberikan dana bantuan untuk se Ɵ ap kasus yang ditangani yang besarnya disesuaikan dengan jenis kasusnya. Dana bantuan tersebut memang Ɵ dak akan diberikan kepada semua organisasi bantuan hukum, tetapi hanya kepada organisasi bantuan hukum yang sudah memenuhi syarat sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Bantuan Hukum. Karena dana tersebut berasal dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara, maka tentu saja akuntabilitas organisasi bantuan hukum yang menerima dana tersebut harus dapat dipertanggung jawaban kepada masyarakat. Tulisan ini adalah berupa kajian norma Ɵ f, dengan demikian data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa bahan primer yakni peraturan perundang undangan, utamanya Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2011 dan undang- undang lain yang terkait serta bahan sekunder berupa bahan kepustakaan dan data dari internet. Dalam peneli Ɵ an ini disimpulkan bahwa Undang- Undang Bantuan Hukum sudah dapat mengan Ɵ sipasi perlunya akuntabilitas organisasi bantuan hukum tapi masih perlu di Ɵ ngkatkan dengan cara membuat aturan-aturan yang mendukung terciptanya akuntabilitas tersebut terutama peraturan mengenai standar bantuan hukum.</p><p>In Law No. 16 Year 2011 regarding Legal Aid, stated that legal aid provider is a legal aid organiza Ɵ on or community organiza Ɵ ons that provide legal aid services. Legal services provided by the legal aid organiza Ɵ on is free in the sense that they do not get paid from those who helped. However, the government will provide fi nancial assistance for each case handled that amount is in accordance with the type of case. The grant is not given to all legal aid organiza Ɵ ons but only to a legal aid organiza Ɵ on that has been quali fi ed in accordance with the Legal Aid Act. Because these funds come from the state budget of course accountability of legal aid organiza Ɵ ons receiving funds must be able to be an answer to the public. This paper is a norma Ɵ ve review, thus the data used are secondary data from the primary material i.e laws and regula Ɵ ons, especially Law No. 16 of 2011 and other laws related and secondary materials in the form of the literature and data from the internet.This study concluded that the Legal Aid Act was able to an Ɵ cipate the need for accountability of legal aid organiza Ɵ ons but it is need to be improved by making rules that favor the crea Ɵ on of accountability mainly standard rules regarding legal aid.</p>
