Klungkung Regency is not only famous for producing songket and endek fabrics, but there are still many other Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that have been born and developed there. Semarapura Kaja Village is one of the MSME centers which certainly has a lot of potential that must be supported and developed so that it can become bigger and more independent. However, not all of these MSMEs have adequate capital, strategies, and support to be able to develop rapidly so that synergy and collaboration with the government and other parties are needed to overcome these problems. One solution that can be offered is to carry out promotional activities with interactive advertising language to attract consumer interest through online media in the hope of expanding market share and of course increasing income for MSME in Semarapura Kaja Village. This Community Partnership Program (PKM) educates and assists MSME to create good promotion and marketing strategies, either through print or online media. Assistance in optimizing the use of interactive advertising language in making online advertisements for superior products in Semarapura Kaja Village is targeting MSME who sell Balinese traditional clothing as one of the characteristics of Klungkung Regency which is the center of MSME traditional clothing. In its implementation, it was found that people are still very ignorant not only about advertising language but also with how to create, manage, and develop social media for promotion because there are still social media such as: Instagram and Facebook that are not effective and even not active in uploading content so that the form of implementation of assistance is direct and not in groups to maximize the results. MSMEs that are partners in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) are Dex's Pong and Tri Arta Collection. MSME have been assisted to socialize the importance of professionally managed social media with interactive advertising language, how to create attractive visual content for potential customers, to the importance of publication in print or online media. It is hoped that MSME will be able to consciously and independently promote their products in the future through the media consistently and continuously.

One Way Communication occurring at an institution the government should be changed into two way communication through media. Cooperative and Small Medium Enterprises Ministry Republic of Indonesia use social media as a means of the spread of information to interested parties. This research using the Media Richness Theory and uses Qualitative Case Study method by lifting cases of management media network happening in the society in the Division of Public Relations Cooperative and Small Medium Enterprises Republics Indonesia that has not yet been optimized. The research also use constructivism who regards paradigm of the solution of the problems faced by a solution .These are data to research for participating states in the form of observation internships and also with interviews with key informants , which are then data was compared with each other using a source of triangulation.The result of this research shows the important things can support of the effectiveness of the social media optimizations at Cooperative Small Medium Enterprises Ministry Republic of Indonesia such as management of information signs, feedback, focus development and language use. Komunikasi satu arah yang terjadi pada institusi pemerintah harus diubah menjadi komunikasi dua arah melalui media. Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesia menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana penyebaran informasi kepada pihak yang berkepentingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori kekayaan media dan menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus kualitatif dengan mengangkat kasus berupa pengelolaan jejaring media sosial yang terjadi di Divisi Hubungan Masyarakat Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme. Pada penelitian ini data didapatkan melalui observasi partisipan berupa kegiatan magang dan wawancara dengan key informant, kemudian data tersebut dibandingkan satu sama lain menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa pentingnya beberapa aspek yang mampu meningkatkan pengelolaan jejaring media sosial di Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesia yang baik seperti pengelolaan tanda informasi, umpan balik, pengembangan fokus dan juga pemanfaatan bahasa.

The powerful of Internet has changed the world. The successful story from Amazon.com has encouraged some business owners to switch their business model to e-business model. In year 1997, Malaysia's government allocated some budget to setup Internet infrastructure and introduce Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) to public. The main objective is to transform current practice to service based platform, and to attract world class companies while grooming local Internet communication technologies (ICT) companies. Besides that, the government had put efforts to increase Internet user population such as taxes deduction for family who purchase computers, educate the public the importance of master Internet technologies. After a decade of implementation, the e-Commerce adoption response from the Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) still do not reach the considerable level, based on Association Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industries of Malaysia SME's survey it shows 28% of the respondents involve into e-Commerce activities. Small Medium Enterprises contribute 99.2% to Malaysia's economic. This study intends to find out the level of e-Commerce adoption among SMEs in Malaysia, and potential factors that hindrance to the e-Commerce adoption.

President Joko Widodo or Jokowi has made a great leap in enhancing Indonesia�s Small Medium Enterprises (SME)s and the country�s overall creative industries by establishing a new non ministerial institution called Badan Ekonomi Kreatif (BEKRAF) or the Creative Economy Agency. The BEKRAF, established under the Presidential Regulation Number 6 of 2015 issued on January 20, 2015, is responsible for accelerating the development of creative economy in Indonesia. Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have been playing crucial roles for generating economic progresses as well as social inclusion in Indonesia. Among the most important and worthy of priority is the country�s creative economy. The existence of BEKRAF will enhance close cooperation between the government, SMEs players and related economic stakeholders. This paper aims to assess the concept of �Creative Industries,� as a boundary concept that allows for increased co-operation between players and the generally opposing knowledge concepts�as reflected in their respective knowledge and cultural politics. Indonesia has great potential in terms of economic growth. In 2015, Indonesia�s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) rocketed to 4.79 percent, far above the previous expectation of only 2.4 percent. This encouraging climate is indeed the right moment for the government to strengthen the country�s economic foundation particularly in the real economic sector. Hence, BEKRAF has a vision to build Indonesia as one of the world�s great economic powers in the field of creative economy by 2030. This issue will be discussed comprehensively in the final part of the paper.

Syariah Financial Institution means that the financial institution is run based on the Islamic teaching that refers to Qur’an and the Sunnah. Practically, it beganin early history of Islam, then was developed into Syariah Financial Institution. So, the purpose of Syariah Financial Institution is not merely for profit orientation. Further, it should be in accordance with Islamic value and the human philanthropy. Most of Syariah Financial Institution’s financing is for business sector and its ability to reach the micro business, that can’t be done by commercial banks. The financing for small business is funded by Islamic institutions due to Grameen Bank effect. Previously, Grameen Bank was built in mid-decade of 1970. The Financing of Syariah Financial Institution, in any sort, including cooperative union or BMT (Baitul Maal wa Tamwil), increased over time in both Institution Revenue and the Financing Rate. According to Financial Service Authority, most of financing of Syariah Banking is for the Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises that is very important for the nation economy, because it is engaged in the real sector of economy. And the other characters of the Micro, Small, medium enterprises in Indonesia are holding the honesty ethics and resistante to the crisis. They are the strengths of UMKM which must be considered to make the decision by the government or the Financial Institutions.Lembaga Keuangan Syariah (LKS) berarti badan yang bergerak di bidang keuangan yang dilandaskan pada ajaran Islam yang bersumber pada al Qur’an dan As Sunnah. Praktek ini sudah terdapat pada sejarah awal Islam, dan asas moralitas Islam dikembangkan dalam bentuk LKS. Sehingga, tujuan dari LKS tidak semata Profit Oriented, melainkan terdapat unsur-unsur keislaman dan kemanusiaan di dalamnya. Lembaga Keuangan syariah sebagian besar pembiayaannya diperuntukkan kepada sektor usaha, dan punya kemampuan untuk menjangkau usaha mikro, Sesuatu yang jarang dilakukan oleh pihak perbankan konvensional. Pembiayaan kepada UMKM ini tidak lepas juga dari pengaruh Grameen Bank sebelumnya, yang telah berdiri sejak medio 1970-an. Pembiayaan Lembaga Keuangan Syarah, baik dalam wujud Bank, Koperasi Simpan Pinjam maupun BMT mengalami peningkatan dari waktu ke waktu. Baik itu dari segi omzet LKS maupun tingkat pembiayaan nya. Berdasarkan data dari Jasa Otoritas Keuangan sebagian besar dari pembiayaan tersebut disalurkan kepada UMKM. Pembiayaan UMKM sangat penting dalam perekonomian nasional, karena bergerak di sektor riil. Karakteristik UMKM adalah sebagai usaha menengah ke bawah, pada umumnya dikelola dengan etika kejujuran masih dipegang kuat, serta relatif lebih kuat ketika dihadapkan pada krisis. Inilah yang jadi potensi UMKM yang harus diperhatikan dalam mengambil keputusan publik, baik itu oleh Pemerintah maupun Lembaga Keuangan (perbankan).

Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia have a significantly strategic role in the national economy to improve employment, Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and export value, thus increase the economic growth in Indonesia. The purpose of the study is to describe and analyze the traditional marketing practices and entrepreneurial marketing and their effects on business performance. The object of the research is industrial SMEs in garment production, located in East Java Province. The number of research samples is 134. The data is analyzed by using SEM-PLS and Different Test Statistics. The result of the study indicates that the traditional marketing practice model and entrepreneurial marketing influence business performance. And the other research results show that there are differences in traditional marketing practices and entrepreneurial marketing in SMEs. The concept of entrepreneurial marketing is suitable for SMEs to improve their business performance. From the research it is recommended that the government policy, with its SME empowerment program, is able to overcome marketing challenges. For SMEs, they need to consider and learn the entrepreneurial marketing concept as a new paradigm in marketing.

Bisnis kuliner saat ini menjadi salah satu bisnis paling menjanjikan untuk di jalankan, prospek usaha ini akan terus cemerlang mengingat kuliner atau makanan merupakan kebutuhan pokok bagi semua manusia. Salah satu bisnis bidang kuliner yang bisa dijalankan adalah bisnis katering. Selain itu  dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi dan pemanfaatan teknologi bisnis di media online merupakan opsi yang menguntungkan bagi usaha kecil dan menengah. bisnis online memiliki lahan pasar yang cukup besar, diperkirakan angka pengguna internet di Indonesia lebih dari 88 juta orang. Katering misalnya, bisnis penyedia makanan yang awalnya jarang melakukan promosi, sekarang banyak ditemukan iklan katering di social media instagram. Namun kenyataanya masih banyak usaha katering yang belum menggunakan teknologi sebagai usaha promo katering yang mumpuni. Ini dapat dilihat dari usaha katering yang dijalankan oleh posdaya mandiri bekasi. Bisnis katering ini masih menggunakan promo secara manual untuk mengenalkan usaha katering mereka. Alhasil usaha katering yang dijalankan oleh posdaya mandiri bekasi tidak berjalan dengan maksimal. Solusinya kami tawarkan untuk menjawab permasalah di atas yaitu meningkatkan pelatihan dan praktek Pengelolaan Bisnis Katering Manual Menjadi Bisnis Katering Online. Mitra bisa memanfaatkan media online sebagai tempat untuk promosi katering serta penyebaran informasi secara luas dan gratis. Selain itu Pengembangan Menu Katering. Pengembangan katering selain masakan katering biasa, dibuat katering khusus balita dengan mengusung “real food” bahan alami untuk dibuat makanan dengan kemasan yang bagus dan nilai gizi yang tinggi, Karena sasaran pasar ini banyak tetapi belum ada usaha seperti ini. Serta Pengelolaan SDM Katering, pengelolaan katering dibuat lebih simple dengan dibuatkan kelompok kerja untuk anggota posdaya yang belum memiliki pekerjaan dan dikelola secara baik dengan sistem online.Kata kunci: Usaha Katering, Real Food, Berbasis OnlineThe culinary business is currently one of the most promising businesses to run, the prospect of this business will continue to be brilliant considering that culinary or food is a basic need for all humans. One of the culinary business that can be run is the catering business. In addition, with the development of technology and the use of business technology in online media, it is a profitable option for small and medium enterprises. Online businesses have a large market area, estimated that the number of internet users in Indonesia is more than 88 million people. Catering for example, business food providers who initially rarely do promotions, now found many ads catering on Instagram social media. But in fact there are still many catering businesses that have not used technology as a qualified catering promo business. This can be seen from the catering business run by posdaya mandiri bekasi. The catering business is still using promos manually to introduce their catering business. As a result, the catering business run by the Mandiri Bekasi Posdaya does not run optimally. The solution we offer to answer the above problems is to improve training and practice of Managing a Manual Catering Business into an Online Catering Business. Partners can use online media as a place to promote catering and disseminate information widely and free. Besides that, the Development of the Catering Menu. Catering development in addition to ordinary catering cuisine, catering specifically for toddlers is made by carrying "real food" natural ingredients to be made with good packaging and high nutritional value, because there are many target markets but there are no such businesses. INTRODUCTION: Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a vital role in economic development of Indonesia.  To support its economic development, the government is obliged to generate revenue.  In order to generate more revenue, Indonesian government implemented self- assessment system in compliance with tax obligations.  Most of the SMEs are compliant while some are not that aware of it because of lack of socialization.  The aim of this study is to comprehend the effect of implementing self-assessment system on tax compliance.   METHOD:  This study focused on SMEs in Lembang, West Java, Indonesia.  It was exploratory research based on data were gathered from West Java Regency Office.  Questionnaires were distributed to 70 (based on Slovin formula) respondents from the total population of 244.   RESULTS: The result showed that the correlation of implementation of self-assessment system on tax compliance is weak, thus, the findings showed that implementation of self-assessment system has no significant influence on tax compliance.         DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATION: Implementation of self-assessment system has no significant influence on tax compliance.  There are several reasons for this, such as, most of the people around the district of Lembang are not yet fully aware about its implementation. Also, it is not well socialized by the tax authorities from the Revenue Offices.  It lacks personnel to do the socialization.  The stated reasons were affirmed during the interview with the Head of SMEs located in West Bandung Regency.   Implementation of the Self - Assessment System is worth to grab by SMEs in the district of Lembang, Bandung, Indonesia. It is highly recommended to socialize again the implementation and assign personnel that can extend time and effort to socialization.                Keywords:  SMEs, revenue, self-assessment, socialization, compliance

AbstrakFenomena pengunaan media sosial sebagai media online semakin massive pada dekade ini. Kalangan muda sebagai generasi milenial atau digital native merupakan pengguna terbesar dalam penggunaan media sosial saat ini. Penelitian mengenai literasi digital masih jarang dilakukan terutama di Indonesia. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kalangan usia muda dengan rentang usia 17–21 tahun yang merupakan pengguna aktif media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Informan yang dijadikan sampel penelitian sebanyak 5 orang dan 1 orang informan kunci dari pakar literasi media. Temuan yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini menunjukan pentingnya program literasi digital yang memberikan dampak positif bagi pengetahuan, pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam menggunakan media terutama media sosial yang saat ini sering dijadikan sumber informasi oleh khalayak terutama oleh kalangan yang berusia muda. Program ini memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan pada penyebaran informasi dalam menggunakan media massa terutama media sosial yang digunakan oleh kalangan usia muda sehingga ada kesadaran dalam menggunakan media. Pada pendidikan pelatihan (diklat) ini peserta belum semua mempunyai keahlian ini dikarenakan keahlian ini memerlukan latihan yang terus menerus dan konsisten sehingga mereka dapat melakukannya dengan baik. Oleh karena itu pendidikan literasi digital merupakan solusi yang dapat dilakukan oleh pemerintah dan elemen masyarakat dan civitas akademika yang peduli terhadap kemajuan bangsa. AbstractThe phenomenon of the use of social media as an online media is increasingly massive in the use of this decade. Young people as the native millennial or digital generation are the biggest users in the use of social media today. Research on digital literacy is still rare, especially in Indonesia. The subjects of this study were young people aged 17-21 years that were active users of social media. This study uses a qualitative approach to the case study method. The informants who were used as research samples were 5 people and 1 key informant from media literacy experts. The findings obtained in this study indicate the importance of digital literacy programs that have a positive impact on knowledge, understanding and skills in using the media, especially social media which is now often used as a source of information by audiences, especially among young people. information on using mass media, especially social media used by young people so that there is awareness in using the media. In this education participants do not all have this expertise because this skill requires continuous and consistent training so that they can do it well. Therefore digital literacy education is a solution that can be done by the government and elements of society and academics who care about the progress of the nation.

BACKGROUND During the COVID-19 outbreak, social media served as the main platform for information exchange, through which the Chinese government, media and public would spread information. At the same time, a variety of emotions interweave, and the public emotions would also be affected by the government and media. OBJECTIVE This study aims to investigate the types, trends and relationships of emotional diffusion in Chinese social media among the public, the government and the media under the pandemic of COVID-19 (December 30,2019, to July 1,2020) . METHODS In this paper, Python 3.7.0 and its data crawling framework Scrapy 1.5.1 are used to write a web crawler program to search for super topics related to COVID-19 on Sina Weibo platform of different keywords . Then, we used emotional lexicon to analyze the types and trends of the public, government and media emotions on social media. Finally cross-lagged regression was applied to build the relationships of different subjects’ emotions. RESULTS The highlights of our study are threefold: (1) The public, the government and the media mainly diffuse positive emotions during the COVID-19 pandemic in China; (2) Emotional diffusion shows a certain change over time, and negative emotions are obvious in the initial phase of the pandemic, with the development of the pandemic, positive emotions surpass negative emotions and remain stable. (3)The impact among the three main emotions with the period as the time point is weak, while the impact of emotion with the day as the time point is relatively obvious. The emotions of the public and the government impact each other, and the media emotions can guide the public emotions. CONCLUSIONS This is the first study of comparing pubic, government and media emotions on the social media during COVID-19 pandemic in China. The pubic, the government and the media mainly diffuse positive emotions during the pandemic. And the government and the media have better effect on short-term emotional guidance. Therefore, when the pandemic suddenly occurs, the government and the media should intervene in time to solve problems and conflicts and diffuse positive and neutral emotions. In this regard, the government and the media can play important roles through social media in the major outbreaks. At the theoretical level, this paper takes China's epidemic environment and social media as the background to provide one of the explanatory perspectives for the spread of emotions on social media. At the some time, because of this special background, it can provide comparison and reference for the research on internet emotions in other countries.
