Os Territórios Rurais e da Cidadania são importantes instâncias destinadas ao planejamento territorial e ao processo do desenvolvimento sustentável no campo, representando a descentralização das decisões e incentivo à autogestão das políticas públicas. Foram criados pelo extinto Ministério do Desenvolvimento Agrário (MDA). A proposta desse trabalho é realizar uma análise dos principais programas de apoio à produção da agricultura familiar no contexto da política do desenvolvimento territorial em Goiás. O estudo é resultado de um projeto de pesquisa desenvolvido na Universidade Estadual de Goiás, e foi realizado na etapa de diagnóstico do acesso aos programas e políticas públicas pela agricultura familiar nos Territórios Rurais e da Cidadania em Goiás. A pesquisa classifica-se como básica, de caráter exploratório e descritivo. Foram definidos e utilizados os seguintes passos metodológicos: levantamento bibliográfico; levantamento, tabulação e análise de dados secundários. Conclui-se com este trabalho que há uma disparidade no acesso a alguns programas entre os Territórios, principalmente entre os classificados como rurais. Esse contexto implica na necessidade da manutenção de políticas públicas setoriais focadas no desenvolvimento territorial, bem como do assessoramento aos Territórios para que haja maior eficácia nos resultados.   CONSTITUTION OF RURAL TERRITORIAL DEVELOPMENT POLITIC IN GOIÁS: analysis of access to public policies by territory ABSTRACT  Rural areas and citizenship are important instances for territorial planning and the process of sustainable development in the field, representing the decentralization of decisions and encouraging self-management of public policies. Were created by the now defunct Ministry of agrarian development (MDA). The proposal of this work is to carry out an analysis of the main programmers to support the production of family agriculture in the context of territorial development policy in Goiás. The study is the result of a research project developed at the State University of Goiás, and was held at the diagnostic stage access to programs and public policies for family agriculture in rural areas and of citizenship in Goiás. The research is classified as basic, exploratory and descriptive. Were defined and used the following methodological steps: bibliographic survey; survey, tabulation and analysis of secondary data. This work concluded that there is a disparity in access to some programs among the territories, especially among the classified as rural. This context implies the need of maintenance of sectorial public policies focused on territorial development, as well as advice to the territories for greater efficiency in the results. Fueron creados por el ya extinto Ministerio del Desarrollo Agrario (MDA). La propuesta de este trabajo es llevar a cabo un análisis de los principales programas para apoyar la producción de la agricultura familiar en el contexto de la política de desarrollo territorial en Goiás. El estudio es el resultado de un proyecto de investigación desarrollado en la Universidad del estado de Goiás y se llevó a cabo en la entrada de la etapa diagnóstico a los programas y políticas públicas para la agricultura familiar en áreas rurales y de la ciudadanía en Goiás. La investigación se clasifica como básica, exploratorio y descriptivo. Se define y utiliza los siguientes pasos metodológicos: estudio bibliográfico; encuesta, tabulación y análisis de datos secundarios. Este trabajo concluye que existe una disparidad en el acceso a algunos programas entre los territorios, especialmente entre los clasificados como rurales. Este contexto implica la necesidad de mantenimiento de políticas públicas sectoriales que se centró en el desarrollo territorial, así como asesoramiento a los territorios para una mayor eficiencia en los resultados. Resumen. Esta investigación se enmarca en el estudio del proceso de configuración de destinos turísticos rurales, en el cual se investiga la transición de territorio a destino. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar el proceso de distanciamiento en el medio rural, identificado gracias a las potencialidades derivadas del uso de la triple codificación que caracteriza la Grounded Theory. El distanciamiento es definido como una desterritorialización multidimensional y caracterizado por cuatro rupturas: socioproductiva, sociocultural, socioambiental y política. Este proceso se identifica como el momento en el cual un territorio oscila entre el declive y la reconstrucción para el impulso del desarrollo territorial basado en las especificidades del territorio. Es una investigación cualitativa inductiva, realizada a partir de la perspectiva glaseriana de la Grounded Theory como metodología de investigación y análisis. Aborda la desterritorialización desde una perspectiva filosófica y económica para explicar el proceso de distanciamiento. Una fase de conceptualización del territorio previa a la construcción de destinos turísticos en el medio rural.   Palabras clave: Grounded Theory, distanciamiento, desterritorialización.   Abstract. This research is part of the study of the process of configuration of rural tourist destinations, in which the transition from territory to destination is researched. The aim of this paper is to analyze the process of distancing in the rural environment, identified thanks to the potentialities derived from the use of the triple coding that characterizes the Grounded Theory. Distancing is defined as a multidimensional deterritorialization, characterized by four ruptures: socio-productive, socio-cultural, socio-environmental and political. This process is identified as the moment in which a territory oscillates between decline and reconstruction in order to promote territorial development based on the specificities of the territory. It is a qualitative inductive research, carried out from the glaserian perspective of the Grounded Theory as a research and analysis methodology. It approaches deterritorialization from a philosophical and economic perspective to explain the process of distancing.   La presente investigación se desplegó en función del análisis del desarrollo turístico sostenible en el contexto de las políticas públicas en la parroquia Tachina, de la provincia de Esmeraldas, Ecuador. Ante este escenario se plantea la realización de un diagnóstico a las políticas públicas y su impacto en el desarrollo turístico en Tachina; analizando sus fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas; de lo cual se refleja la desvinculación entre la infraestructura turística existente, derivados de las políticas públicas con el ordenamiento territorial, la actividad productiva, servicios básicos e iniciativas turísticas. Se utilizó como metodología la investigación deductiva-inductiva que utiliza fuentes de información primarias y secundarias, con técnicas de investigación-acción participativa. Se estableció una investigación aplicada, bajo la modalidad de un estudio analítico descriptivo, métodos de investigación teóricos y empíricos. La información mostró la necesidad de determinar un esquema que muestre las realidades turísticas de la parroquia y que conlleve a la aplicación de un modelo sistema de desarrollo turístico, para aprovechar las potencialidades turísticas de esta localidad; pudiendo ser utilizado como una herramienta de gestión por el GADP rural de Tachina, para lograr el mejoramiento socio económico de la comunidad y por ende elevar la calidad de vida de sus ciudadanos.   Palabras clave: Políticas reguladoras, Ordenamiento territorial, Turismo, Desarrollo turístico sostenible, Modelo de sistema turístico.   ABSTRACT This research is based on the analysis of sustainable development in the context of public policies in the Tachina parish, in the province of Esmeraldas, Ecuador. Given this scenario, a diagnosis of public policies and their impact on tourism development in Tachina is considered; analyzing their strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats; of which it was reflected, the disconnection between the existent tourist infrastructure, the derivatives of the public policies with the territorial ordering, the productive activity, the basic services and the tourist initiatives. Deductive-inductive research using primary and secondary sources with participatory action research techniques was used as a methodology. An applied research was established, under the modality of descriptive analytical study, theoretical and empirical research methods. The information was taken from the need to determine a scheme that show the tourist realities of the parish and that leads to the application of a model of the tourism development system, to take advantage of the tourist potentialities of this town; It can be used as a management tool by the G.A.D.P. rural of Tachina, to achieve the socio-economic improvement of the community and therefore raise the quality of life of its citizens.   Key words: Public regulator, Territorial Planning, Tourism, Sustainable Tourism Development, Tourism System Model.

O ordenamento e planejamento territorial dos municípios vêm sofrendo intensas e profundas mudanças, seja pela imposição das forças produtivas e do capital, ou ainda pela necessidade de se adotar novos arranjos territoriais que atendam determinadas necessidades e particularidades locais, trazendo na sua esteira transformações de ordem socioeconômicas e ambientais, levando a vários tipos de investimento em planejamento com abordagens diferenciadas. O último processo de planejamento da Região Metropolitana de Belo Horizonte, qual seja, o Plano Diretor de Desenvolvimento Integrado da Região Metropolitana de Belo Horizonte (PDDI-RMBH, 2009/2011), e o seu respectivo Macrozoneamento (MZ-RMBH, 2014), apontaram para a evidenciação da ocorrência de alguns processos socioespaciais desencadeados a partir de ações governamentais estruturantes, como é o caso do município de Confins, que já alterou toda sua legislação específica para estabelecer que o perímetro urbano, tal como definido no Plano Diretor vigente (Lei Complementar nº 012/2009), corresponde à totalidade das divisas municipais. Transformou, pois, todas as áreas/zonas rurais em áreas/zonas urbanas ou de expansão urbana. Buscou-se com esse estudo entender em que medida esse processo realizado em Confins foi derivado de disputas entre os vários interesses implicados na formação e no planejamento da Metropolitana de Belo Horizonte. A justificativa do trabalho consistiu na importância de, por meio do estudo e análise dos efeitos desse processo de territorialização do município de Confins, jogar luz sobre o papel do Aeroporto (AITN), da pressão imposta pela implantação da Cidade Administrativa e do Vetor Norte, desembocando, em tese, na supressão dos espaços rurais, e, via de consequência, na produção dos correlatos espaços urbanos. This article addresses the trajectories of peasant families of the rural areas in the municipalities of Juazeiro, Casa Nova, Campo Alegre de Lourdes, and Remanso development, in the Sertão do São Francisco territory, semiarid Bahia, Brazil. It aims to interpret the processes of rural development in the territory based on the results of innovations incorporated by families from the interaction in learning networks mobilized by non-governmental organizations and access to a set of public policies. The Lume method was used to guide the economic and ecological analysis of agroecosystems. In its recent history, this territory was the beneficiary of several policies of tackling misery and hunger through Zero Hunger (Fome Zero) and Brazil without Extreme Poverty (Brasil sem Miséria) governmental programs, aimed at peasant farming. The incidence of extensive territorial development policies conducted by innovative institutionalities is another feature that called the attention of the research. A significant ensemble of innovations has been incorporated to the agroecosystems, to which contributed the public policies of the democratic period and, most importantly, the social capital of the territory resulted from the mobilization of the peasantry as well as from their partner organizations. The trajectories of analyzed families show how food production for self-consumption of the families, the reciprocity of give-and-take actions and the trading in a big diversity of local markets, while empowering the families’ struggle for autonomy, also contributes to summon social active strength for the construction of rural development alternatives aimed at both making peasant farming stronger and ensuring food sovereignty of the territory.

  Las ideas que a continuación se desarrollan permiten aproximarse al conocimiento de aquellos aspectos que caracterizan el desarrollo territorial de Ecuador en general y específicamente en las zonas rurales, teniendo en cuenta que la agricultura es considerada como una actividad económica de peculiar significado para la economía del país, la que históricamente ha sido una importante fuente de empleo, un factor generador de acumulación y se ha ubicado en un lugar privilegiado en las exportaciones, sin embargo, El objetivo de la investigación se centra en evidenciar que es en el ámbito rural donde se encuentra el conjunto de las asimetrías territoriales y en él se concentra el segmento de población más excluido, donde la situación socioeconómica es expresión de pobreza e inequidad. Metodológicamente este propósito se logra a través de la descripción y el análisis de diferentes variables vinculadas a la temática. Los resultados del presente trabajo permiten evidenciar que las disparidades territoriales sostenidas a través del tiempo contribuyen a la inestabilidad socioeconómica de importantes segmentos poblacionales en el Ecuador.   Palabras clave: inequidad, zonas rurales, agricultura, población, acumulación.   ABSTRACT   The ideas that are developed below allow us to approach the knowledge of those aspects that characterize the territorial development of Ecuador in general and specifically in rural areas, taking into account that agriculture is considered as an economic activity of peculiar significance for the economy of the country , which historically has been an important source of employment, a generator of accumulation and has been located in a privileged place in exports, however, the evaluation allows us to glimpse that it is in rural areas where the most depressed pole is located. the set of territorial asymmetries and it concentrates the segment of the most excluded population, where the socioeconomic situation is an expression of poverty and inequity. The use of secondary data sources, produced by the Unified Health System, for the analysis of the health situation allows the improvement of information and contributes to the development of management, the exercise of social control and points out the need for changes in public policies . In this sense, this work contributed to the assessment of the behavior of the main health indicators, contributing to a more comprehensive and effective planning. This book is the result of the discipline of Epidemiology, of the Bachelor of Nursing course at the State University of Maranhão. Composed of sixteen chapters, this compendium aims to analyze the health situation based on data from Health Information Systems. The work offers readers academic texts focused on analyzing the profile of infectious diseases, originating from the Information System for Notifiable Diseases - SINAN, in addition to information on the SUS Hospital Information System - SIHSUS. Resumo O objetivo do trabalho é analisar as reverberações, no território do Vale do Jaguaribe, repercutidas desde projetos de educação do campo, desenvolvidos por docentes e estudantes da Universidade Estadual do Ceará (UECE), nas dimensões do ensino, pesquisa e extensão. Tendo-se por base as dissertações, monografias e teses de doutorado sobre a região, a partir de 2008, cujos objetos de investigação abordam tanto a educação do campo, quanto o desenvolvimento territorial, e se constituíram a referência de análise do trabalho, constatou-se que as ações de educação do campo em parceria com o Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra (MST) nesta região, fortaleceram a luta pela terra, a organização política e produtiva. Dessa forma, influenciam no redesenho do território, tanto no que concerne ao fortalecimento da agricultura familiar, da transição agroecológica, do acesso à educação, reverberando no projeto de formação docente e na ampliação da própria Universidade. Abstract This paper aims at analyzing the reverberations, in terms of teaching, research and extracurricular activities, of rural education projects developed in the Vale do Jaguaribe region by teachers and students of the State University of Ceará (UECE). As reference for analysis of the present work served dissertations, monographs and doctoral theses on the region since 2008, with research objects addressing both rural education and territorial development.  As a result it was found that rural education actions in partnership with the local Landless Rural Workers Movement (MST) strengthened the struggle for land, as well as the political and productive organization. De esta manera, inciden en el rediseño del territorio en lo que se refiere al estímulo de la agricultura familiar, la transición agroecológica y el acceso a la educación; además, tienen sus repercusiones también en el proyecto de formación docente, y en la expansión de la propia Universidad. This article reports on a proposed evaluation plan that has been developed to assess the work done by the State Information Technology Agency (SITA). The SITA programme was implemented in response to the South African government’s call to improve the lives of the populations in some rural areas through technology. The programme was meant to address slow development in  rural  areas  that  lack  technological  innovations  and  advances.  In  the proposed evaluation plan a review is made of secondary data, deciding how strategic priorities are to be determined, as well as analysis of the rural context environment. The researcher gives an account of how the evaluation strategies are to be piloted and rolled out thereafter. Lessons learnt are recorded and reported upon. A proposed evaluation plan will be developed, based on the lessons learnt in line with the objectives of the project.

<em>The State University of Papua (UNIPA) provides human resources for agricultural sector in Tanah Papua through the Department of Agricultural and Agricultural Technology (FAPERTEK). However, in the process of generating these human capitals, many of its alumni could not finish their study within the targeted time frame designed by curriculum used in this department. Thus, this research aims for understanding factors that influencing the study time of FAPERTEK-UNIPA�s alumni. Study time data was obtained through a census from secondary data whereas evaluation of the study time was conducted through a survey to alumni. The evaluation was focus on two sub-systems:� student and the interaction between students and faculties. The result shows that in general alumni at the bachelor (S-1) level and at the diploma (D-3) level finished their study more than 10 semesters and 7 semesters consecutively. Financial problem, difficult and lengthy research topic, communication problem with advisor, many re-taking classes, health problem as well as personal problems were among the reasons for those alumni whose study time exceeds the minimum time as indicated by the curriculum. Academic advisors who are expected to assist students to be able to finish their study within the allotted time have not performed efficiently according to some of respondents. Information provides through this research is expected to be beneficial for enhancing current and future education system in this department.</em>

A utilização de novas metodologias em sala de aula é um assunto recorrente dentro das discussões sobre o ensino de geografia. Possuindo isso em mente, como produto da disciplina de Oficina em Geografia II da Universidade Estadual do Ceará (UECE) foi elaborado um material didático alternativo com objetivo de auxiliar os docentes na construção de um ensino contextualizado de Geografia. Essa pesquisa objetiva apresentar uma metodologia alternativa para o ensino de Geografia que visa praticar além da ação cognitiva de memorizar um conceito, trabalhando a interdisciplinaridade, a criatividade, o emocional e a cooperação. A proposta foi construir um RPG (Role Playing Game), que é um jogo que se utiliza da interpretação de personagens para criar e contar histórias coletivamente nas quais todos os agentes se tornam ativos dentro desse processo. Realizaram-se os seguintes procedimentos: revisão bibliográfica, seleção e adaptação do sistema de regras. Por fim, produziu-se a aventura de RPG intitulada “A busca pelo arco de Gelo”, que trabalha alguns aspectos físicos do nordeste brasileiro principalmente do estado do Ceará. Após a elaboração do material constatou-se a importância de trabalhar perspectivas para além do conteudismo. Sentiu-se a necessidade de aplicar no ensino básico para mensurar seu real impacto. With that in mind, as a result of the discipline Workshop in Geography II from the State University of Ceará (UECE) was created, an alternative didactic material with the aid of teachers in the construction of a contextualized geography teaching. This research looks to show an alternative perspective for the teaching of geography that aims to practice beyond the cognitive action of memorizing the concept, but also working on interdisciplinary, creativity, the emotional and cooperation. The proposal was to build an RPG (Role Playing Game), which is a game that uses character interpretation to create and tell stories collectively in which all agents become active within that process. The following procedures were executed: bibliographic review, selection and adaptation of the rules system. At the end, it produced an adventure of RPG "The search for the arc of Ice" that works on physical aspects from the Brazilian northeast, focusing on the state of Ceará. After the material elaboration, it was clear the importance to work on perspectives beyond content. It felt the need to apply the didactic resource to measure its real impact. Keywords: Didactic Resource. RPG. Physical geography.     RESUMEN El uso de metodologías innovadoras en el aula es un tema recurrente en los debates sobre la enseñanza de la geografía. Con eso en mente, como resultado de la disciplina Taller de Geografía II de la Universidad Estatal de Ceará (UECE), se creó un material didáctico alternativo con la ayuda de los maestros en la construcción de una enseñanza de geografía contextualizada. Esta investigación busca mostrar una perspectiva alternativa para la enseñanza de la geografía que tiene como objetivo practicar más allá de la acción cognitiva de memorizar el concepto, pero también trabajando en la interdisciplinaria, la creatividad, lo emocional y la cooperación. La propuesta era construir un juego de rol (RPG), que es un juego que utiliza la interpretación de personajes para crear y contar historias colectivamente en las que todos los agentes se vuelven activos dentro de ese proceso.
