Early childhood education is part of the application of lifelong education (life long education) which is the main portal towards the next level of education. There are 3 different environment that is very influential for the psychology and development of children. That is; first, the family environment is the main pillar to form the good and bad of the human person to develop well in ethics, morals, and morals, if not guarded properly, the effect can be prolonged. the family environment is also the initial formation of the person and character. Children's education requires an environment where he can develop the strengths he has brought from birth. Second, PAUD environment which is a place of education for children, PAUD environment should be fun for children and also provide opportunities for the development of the potential of each individual. Third, the environment of the wider community has a major influence on the successful planting of aesthetic values and ethics for character building. In the psychology of physical growth, cognitive development and psychosocial development of children from an early age are very important to be stimulated, so that children can develop according to their capacity.

Abstract. Parents play an important role to develop their children potential. Parents are educators first and foremost in a family environment, parents need to be aware that the child has great potential at birth. The importance of early childhood education because of the period of child development goes more rapidly. At that time was the right time to lay the foundations of character education in accordance with its development. To achieve this, the required maximum effort from parents to educate children in all aspects of development and enhancing the role of parents as educators in the family. Character education is a system of inculcating the character of knowledge, awareness or willingness, and actions to implement those values. The value-character value given by parents to children in a family environment, among others: parents exercise self-discipline in children, uphold the values of honesty, train perseverance, responsible from an early age, an attitude of humility toward others, cultivate governance manner.

Many are peeling many of wich explore the child’s ungodly behavior to parents, but few who explore the opposite phenomenon of the ungodly behavior of parents against their children. Children is a grace from God of Allah swt to his parents to be grateful, educated and fostered to be a good person, strong personality and ethical Islamic. While, the development of religion in children is largely determined by the education and their experience, especially during the pre-election period of expectant mothers and fathers and the first growth period from 0 to 12 years. For that, the author is moved to explore and examine (about) the concept of elderly parents in the perspective of Islam. This is the author thoroughly to know who exactly the child in his existence according to Islam? What is the rule and rule of education in family and family roles in children’s education? What are the preparations (actions) that are classified as the ungodly behavior of parens against the child? In this study shows there is an effect (impact) between the family environment (parents) on the formation of islamic character and ethics in children from an early age mainly from the factors of prospective fathers and prospective mothers so the authors get the correlation that the failure of good personality planting in early childhood will turn out to form a problematic person in his adulthood (his grow up). While the success of parents guiding their children will determine the formation of character and their morals so that the family environment conditions are crucial for the success of children in social life in their adult life later (after grow up).  In this study resulted in the conclusion that there are some things that make the parents become ungodly against their children and it has been conceptualized in the holy book of the Qur’an which at least in this study collected there are 14 components of eldery behavior of the lawless to their children.

Having children who has a good character is every parent wish. For having this good character its need to be done from early age. All the parents has an important role on building this character to their children. Children as a good imitators will do what they see, so that the parent in this case need to be a good role model to the children. Like a wise words say an apple never fall far from the tree, so its mean childrens is the reflection of their childrens. If we want to have children with good character so the parent must have a good character too. So that the parent has a main role to building this early age children. Every child is like a clean white paper, they will follow every direction that been given to them. Not only the parents, school and the environtment having a huge role to building this children character. But back again if the parents already put the values of the good character the children wont absorb other influence from their environment. So it means that father and mother roles in the family becoming the most important things on this children character building. Other than that the parent responsibilities to their children character building need to be their main concern.

<p>The purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge both theoretically and practically related to child education methodology (pedagogy). Community service activities using andragogy approach and counseling methods. There are four results achieved from this activity. First, participants gain knowledge about the position of parents in educating children based on the characteristics of children and gain knowledge about positive relationships between fathers and mothers in the process of educating children in the family environment. Second, parents already have strong reasons that make them have to prioritize children's education from an early age. Third, parents have the assumption that habituation activities undertaken to shape the character of children in PAUD institutions must be accompanied by habituation activities carried out in the family environment. Fourth, parents are able to identify the level of addiction to the use of gadgets on themselves and get knowledge about 10 ways to discipline the use of gadgets in children.</p><p> </p><p>Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan baik secara teoritis maupun praktis terkait dengan metodologi pendidikan anak (pedagogi). Kegiatan layanan masyarakat menggunakan pendekatan andragogi dan metode konseling. Ada empat hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini. Pertama, peserta mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang posisi orang tua dalam mendidik anak berdasarkan karakteristik anak dan mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang hubungan positif antara ayah dan ibu dalam proses mendidik anak di lingkungan keluarga. Kedua, orang tua sudah memiliki alasan kuat yang membuat mereka harus memprioritaskan pendidikan anak sejak usia dini. Ketiga, orang tua memiliki asumsi bahwa kegiatan pembiasaan yang dilakukan untuk membentuk karakter anak-anak di lembaga PAUD harus disertai dengan kegiatan pembiasaan yang dilakukan di lingkungan keluarga. Keempat, orang tua dapat mengidentifikasi tingkat kecanduan penggunaan gadget pada diri mereka sendiri dan mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang 10 cara untuk mendisiplinkan penggunaan gadget pada anak-anak.</p>

This study discusses the role of parents in character education for young women according to Islam. This research library research. The main and first character education for children is the family environment. Education in the family is very important and is the main pillar of character building for a child. The family as the smallest social unit is the most important educational environment and is responsible for educating their children. The education provided by parents should provide a basis for children's education regarding the socialization process and their life in society. Good parenting styles will have a good impact on children's development as well as should. The success of character building in children is influenced by the role of parents in educating children. Consumer behavior is formed through various processes that have been passed since the early age. The initial process that contributes greatly in the formation of consumer behavior is at the stage of socialization conducted by an individual in the family environment. The family becomes the starting place of learning is done in addition to the influence of the surrounding environment or peers. Adolescence is one category of consumer age that has the potential to be the target consumers. Based on the socialization process experienced by adolescents it will be seen how their behavior becomes a consumer who can make decisions in making purchases.

<p><em>Early childhood education for children of pre-school age (3-6 years) is important, because at this age is a period of forming the foundations of the human personality, the ability to think, intelligence, skills and self-reliance and social skills in accordance with the mandate education law.</em></p><p><em>               Basically the child's world is a world of fundamental human progress toward a more perfect human adult. Children character and personality building is conducted by their closest person. They have a meaningful contribution towards the children development. Children growth and development includes physical growth and psichological development. The right guidance and direction is necessary in every stage of children development. Children growth can be conducted by the school environment or educational institution as well. The lack of understanding from the parents or teachers in school and also the burden they feel generates children personality problems. They becomes a less-directional, ill-tempered, and rebellious person. These personality is called Mental Hectic. The emergence of Mental Hectic contains some factors. It consists of the learning method or technique which is less in take sides on the children growth and development especially at their early age. The consequence is learning becomes a heavy task, not a fun and delighted area for children who still keen on their own world, that is, playing. Therefore, this role can be played especially the family as the closest person who could guide and direct them to be a healthy and independent personality.Pembentukan karakter dan kepribadian anak dilakukan oleh orang terdekatnya, mereka memiliki kontribusi yang berarti bagi perkembangan anak itu sendiri. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak meliputi pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan psikis. Bimbingan dan arahan yang tepat diperlukan pada setiap tahapan perkembangan anak. Pertumbuhan anak juga dapat dilakukan dari lingkungan sekolah ataupun lembaga pendidikan. Kurangnya pemahaman orang tua maupun guru di sekolah ditambah beban berat yang dirasakan oleh anak menjadikan problem pada kepribadiannya. Kepribadian anak menjadi pribadi yang kurang terarah, pemarah dan pembangkang. Kepribadian inilah yang disebut Mental Hectic. Tumbuhnya Mental Hectic ini diantaranya beberapa factor, diataranya berasal dari metode atau teknik belajar yang kurang berpihak pada pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak terlebih pada anak usia dini. Akibatnya pembelajaran menjadi beban berat, bukan merupakan area yang menyenangkan dan mengasyikkan bagi anak yang masih senang dengan dunia mereka yaitu bermain. Oleh karena itu peran ini bisa dilakukan terutama keluarga sebagai orang terdekat yang dapat mengarahkan serta membimbing anak supaya nantinya anak memiliki pribadi yang sehat dan mandiri.

The management of diversity in preschool framework are today one of the main goals of early childhood education. Ιn addition to the school environment, the family also plays a key role in promoting, or not, the acceptance of diversity. The positions and attitudes of parents employed by their children affect, directly or indirectly, the pedagogical practices that teachers usually develop. The purpose of this research was to investigate the perceptions of parents with preschool children about issues of managing diversity in the context of preschool education. Also, this research aimed to determine whether and to what extent the family environment makes efforts to raise young children’s awareness across cultural diversity. The research emerged that about half of the parents, although they initially invoked a neutral attitude towards the cultural diversity encountered in the kindergarten classes, in their deepest views seem to accept the otherness only if it does not make its appearance clearly visible in the classroom.
