The impact of excessive exposure to electronic devices (ED) on youth health remains understudied. There is a pressing need to develop recommendations for the safe use of stationary and mobile ED aimed at minimizing health risks. In this work, we assess the effect of ED on the physical growth and development of high-school and university students and provide recommendations for preventing the negative impact of prolonged screen time on health. The study recruited 460 high-school and 598 university students. Standard anthropometric measurements were taken. The psychological and emotional state of the participants was evaluated using the Test Anxiety Inventory by Spielberg (modified by Khanin). To estimate daily and weekly exposure to ED the participants were asked to fill out standardized questionnaires. In high school students, the average screen time was 7 h a day; in university students, 8.5 to 10 h a day. Only 60% of the participants, regardless of their place of residence or the type of educational institution they were attending, were physically healthy. We conclude that prolonged and frequent exposure to ED is one of the factors that can interfere with normal physical growth and development in youth. Regular daily use of stationary ED increases the risk of developing body weight deficit by 24% and gaining excess body weight by 10%. We recommend that students should eliminate computers, laptops and stationary ED from their daily activities for at least one day at the weekend and reduce total screen time to 3 hours a day.

Planning and designing Children Care and Education Centre in Surakarta, that running out inclusive education, is motivated by the importance of developing the potential of children at early age. But unfortunately, this is not supported by the availability of educational facilities in the early levels, especially those who are able to serve both children with and without disabilities. Inclusive learning method is chosen as the most suitable learning method for both children with and without disabilities. The main issue of this design is how building’s elements accommodate both children with and without disabilities and support inclusive environment. The implementation of psychology of architecture’s concepts is used to support the growth and development of both children with and without disabilities through internal and external stimulation. Those stimulations are given through activity and architectural element such as room’s layout, room’s interior, building façade and complementary elements like landscape. Those would support the interaction between both children with and without disabilities in creating inclusive environment that support the learning process and development of every child.

Programmed educational reform refers to the curriculum or program of an educational institution. Included in this programmed educational reform is innovation. Innovation is the introduction of new ideas, new methods or new tools to improve some aspects in the educational process. There are three education centers that are responsible for the implementation of education. They are family, school, and society. In the educational process, before getting to know the wider society environment and before getting guidance from the school environment, the student first gets guidance from the family environment.

Family is the first and foremost educational institution in human life. Both parents acted as teachers and children as students. In this case, parents, besides being obliged to raise their children physically, are also obliged to mature them psychologically and spiritually. But in reality, the existence of children is often overlooked, even worse, children are often become victims of adult violence and abuse. In fact, violence against children does not only have a negative impact on child development, but also a violation of human rights against children, which includes the right to live, the rights to protection, and the right to education. These rights are those which are the basic rights possessed by every human being as a gift from God which has been carried from the early life. For this reason, efforts to prevent violence against children in the family is necessary, one of which, is to instill mystical values to children as early as possible. Efforts to improve the noble character for children can be adopted from the Quranic teachings and some mystical attitudes and behaviors that aim to instill spiritual values. Every child's mistakes are always controlled by actions and punishments that can remind him of God. Mystical character education is a mystical solution that will play a major role in realizing a moral revolution and spiritual character in society.
