Penelitian ini berjudul “Perilaku Komunikasi Pengguna Media Sosial Tantan Dalam Menjalin Relasi Pertemanan (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh).” Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui interaksi pengguna media sosial tantan dalam menjalin relasi pertemanan, mengetahui tindakan pengguna media sosial tantan dalam menjalin relasi pertemanan, mengetahui hubungan pengguna media sosial tantan dalam menjalin relasi pertemanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan wawancara terstruktur dalam pengumpulan data. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori mediamorfosis. Dalam pemilihan informan penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sedangkan untuk menganalisis data, menggunakan model analisis data Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa perilaku komunikasi pengguna media sosial Tantan dalam menjalin relasi pertemanan yaitu interaksi informan melakukan chatingan dengan pengguna lain, informan memfokuskan chatingan dengan banyak pengguna agar mendapat lebih banyak teman. Tindakan informan dalam media sosial Tantan yaitu informan hanya membagikan foto, like foto dan melihat video yang dibagikan pengguna lain.Hubungan informan dalam media sosial Tantan pada akhirnya hubungan yang terjalin antara informan dan lawan bicaranya merupakan hubungan pertemanan biasa, tidak berlanjut ke tahap perjodohan. This study entitled "The Communication Behavior of Tantan MediaSocial Users in Establishing Friendship (A Case Study on the Students of Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh).” This study aims to understand the interaction, action, and the relationship of the users in developing friendship. This study used qualitative descriptive method with a structured interview for the data collection. The theory used in this research is the mediamorphosis theory. The interviewees were chosen using purposive sampling method, and the data were analyzed using model data analysis Miles and Huberman. The research results obtained that communication behavior of the users in developing friendship was through the interviewees interaction with other users; the interviewees focus on chatting with many users in order to get more friends. The interviewees’ actionson Tantan social media were sharing pictures, giving “like” for other pictures and watching videos shared by other Tantan users. The interviewees’ relationship in Tantan social media with the chatting partners were only developed until friendship stage, and did not continue to be lovers

The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of mathematical resilience to students problem solving abilities. This research was conducted in MTs Negeri Kota Cimahi class VIII-I even semester in academic year 2017-2018. The method used is qualitative descriptive method. Population taken is all students of class VIII MTs Negeri Kota Cimahi. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, which is a determination and sampling technique determined by the researchers with certain considerations. The sample consists of 34 students. Circle material used in research. Research instrument as many as 5 items about problem solving and resilience statement scale as many as 40 statement. The conclusion gained is that there are difficulties experienced by students in solving problem solving problem and there is correlation between mathematical resiliency to student problem solving ability equal to 0,649.

ABSTRACTThe objective is to identify the relationship of managers and employees the forms of recognition of Spiritual Capital as part of the integral being in the workplace. Thus, we described the spiritual evolution of man through the ages, we discuss theories about the whole being, identify and analyze the values that constitute the Spiritual Capital, showing its relevance in the business environment in two ways: the reflections generated by the formation of a team spirit high, and the values and principles that guide the actions of managers and employees. The research is characterized as qualitative descriptive exploratory design, whose basis was made by the literature review. The case study was conducted at the Agency for Post Franchised Rua Grande, located in São Leopoldo / RS. We used the methodology of content analysis, using the technique of speech analysis performed by guiding tours of interviews with two managers and a non-probability sample of ten employees. In the analyzed company, identified as a factor of greater relevance to management integration with your staff, creating involvement and complicity in the team. Leaders seek personal satisfaction and professional staff as well as realize the extent of the social issues of particular employees by making the work environment supportive. The methodology applied by management contributes to the formation of the integral, since it gives employees freedom of action, stimulating their potential and enhancing their qualifications. The agency has an integrated team, strengthened by the values and purposes guiding spirituality.RESUMOO objetivo é identificar nas relações de gestores e funcionários as formas de reconhecimento do Capital Espiritual como elemento do ser integral no ambiente de trabalho. Desta forma, descrevemos a evolução espiritual do ser humano através dos tempos; abordamos teorias sobre o ser integral; identificamos e analisamos os valores que constituem o Capital Espiritual, demonstrando sua relevância no ambiente empresarial sob dois aspectos: os reflexos gerados pela formação de uma equipe espiritualmente elevada, e, os valores e princípios que norteiam as ações dos gestores e funcionários. A pesquisa caracteriza-se como qualitativa com delineamento descritivo-exploratório, cujo embasamento deu-se através da revisão bibliográfica. O estudo de caso foi realizado na Agência de Correios Franqueada Rua Grande, situada na cidade de São Leopoldo/RS. Utilizou-se a metodologia de análise de conteúdo, através da técnica de análise de discurso realizada por meio de roteiros norteadores de entrevistas aplicadas aos dois gestores e em uma amostra não-probabilística de dez funcionários. Na empresa analisada, identificamos como fator de maior relevância a integração da gestão com seu quadro funcional, criando envolvimento e cumplicidade na equipe. Os líderes buscam a satisfação pessoal e profissional dos funcionários, bem como percebem a extensão social das questões particulares dos colaboradores tornando o ambiente de trabalho solidário. A metodologia aplicada pela gestão contribui para a formação do ser integral, visto que proporciona aos funcionários liberdade de ação, estimulando suas potencialidades e valorizando suas qualificações. A agência conta com uma equipe integrada, fortalecida pelos valores e propósitos norteadores da espiritualidade.

The existence of online community in the field of tourism through social media constructs the new form of developing and operating tourism sector. Social media is used for means of spreading information, communication and promotion. Promoting tourism potential can be carried out easily by these online community. one example of online community in the field of tourism is wisata grobogan community. the objective of this research is to describe the use of instagram done by wisata grobogan community in promoting potential of areas tourism.This research applies qualitative descriptive method. The object of the research is the account of @wisatagrobogan whis is used to promote the potential of areas tourism. Data is collected using semi-structured interview technique.Data analysis method used in this research uses triangulation. The results showed that in the promotion of the tourism potential of the area may go well and smoothly through the four stages, namely the presence of communicators, messaging, media and communicant. And the use of social media Instagram provides many benefits and advantages for Grobogan travel community in promoting the tourism potential of the area. Some of these benefits, among others, can easily disseminate travel information, and can attract the attention of other users more widely supported also by the use of features that are owned Instagram.

As geography program has been discussed with the constructivist approach, it has become necessary to enhance the lessons with activities. Geography teachers implement the activities in course books, on the one hand, and also use the activities other teachers prepared or the activities in social network websites, on the other. However, what is more important is teachers’ designing and developing activities considering the conditions of the school they carry on their duties, status of their students, environmental properties and geographical area depending upon acquisitions. The Ministry has also provided conveniences required for designing and developing activities taking the activities in course books and other sources as example.In this research, it was aimed to reveal skills of geography teachers upon designing and developing activities. The research was carried out  by using the case study method, one of qualitative research approach and the opinions of geography's teachers working in Turkey in Nevsehir province, were consulted in the academic year of 2015-2016. The views of 32 geography teachers carrying on their duties in the center and districts of Nevsehir province were collected using semi-structured interview form. Each question in the form was accepted as a main theme, and sub-themes were created depending upon the views. It was concluded in the research that activities performed in the lessons had several benefits upon affective and cognitive development of children, course books, supplementary sources and internet websites were widely used for the activities, school sub-structure was adequate for organizing activities, teachers considered themselves as competent for designing activities, and teachers were able to develop the relationship of activity-acquisition in activities.

The objective of this work was to characterize and describe the dimensions of the identity of fans of the Brazilian band Los Hermanos and its influence on consumption and on the extension of the self. A qualitative approach was used in a case study. First, bibliographic materials such as interviews, song lyrics, products, information from the official website, and fan posts on social media pages were analyzed. Subsequently, the relationship of the fans with the band Los Hermanos and the consumption patterns for related products and services were analyzed. Individuals aged between 25 and 45 were interviewed who, in their youth, had bonded with the band, developing and maintaining their appreciation for the band until the present day. It was found that the fans consider themselves to be romantic and reflective, and they identify with the band’s lyrics; however, they do not have an exacerbated need to show their status as a fan because, over the years, they have managed to associate themselves with their own fan status. The fact that the band has finished its activities but occasionally returns for concerts reinforces the fans’ passion through the nostalgic effect, and it invigorates the consumption of associated products and services.

Article aimed at exploring the connection between meme in social media and public opinion representation. Object examined in this study was the meme about the social condition in Bekasi. A qualitative descriptive method was applied to analyze issues that are expressed by meme about Bekasi and the motivation of distributing them in social media. The result shows that opinion expressed in meme could carry more than one issues, such as distance, bad traffic, extreme hot temperature, and damaged roads. The motivation of using meme is because it is funny, easily understood, and more likely to get a response. The result also shows that responding to a meme by retweeting or repathing do not necessarily mean agreement with the issues.

This paper examined the fulfillment of shar’i sportswear facilities for Muslim women, with a case study in Living Sports Hijab. The main question in this research is how Muslim women's activities to exercise in public spaces are fulfilled by shar’i sportswear from Livigi Sports Hijab? To answer this question, the authors collected data through interviews, literature studies, and combined it with online data. This article examined by using a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study that Livigi Sports Hijab is one of the best brands in Indonesia that provides shar’i sportswear facilities for Muslim women. The presence of Living Sports Hijab not only gives Muslim women freedom to exercise in public spaces but also supports Muslim women to maintain their health by exercising. This showed that women have the same rights as men to use public spaces as access to exercise. In addition, Living Sports Hijab also spread Islamic da’wa through social media accounts and through shar’i sportswear. Not only around Islamic da'wa, but also shared campaign to become a strong Muslimah. Thus, the conclusion of Living Sports Hijab as the object of this study showed that Muslim women also negotiate public spaces for exercise. Therefore, this paper contributes to enriching new discourses related to Muslim women, public spaces, and Islamic da’wa in the contemporary era.

Contextual architecture is a field of science that discusses the relationship of a building with the surrounding environment that explains three things, namely, activities, environment, and visuals. The application of contextual architecture can be seen in a historical area that still maintains historical values. One of the historical areas that still maintains historical values in its buildings is the Jakarta Old Town Area. This study aims to explain how the application of the principles of contextual architecture in the Old City area of Jakarta particularly the shape of the building. Existing principles are contrast and harmony in terms of size, shape, and color, but in this research, it will discuss the shape of the building. The method used in examining contextual architecture in the Old Jakarta City area is a qualitative descriptive method that is, conducting observations to find out the contextual buildings in historic areas and then analyzing the principles of contextual architecture particularly the shape of the building. This research is expected to be able to identify and provide an understanding of the principles of contextual architecture in historic buildings in the Old City area of Jakarta, particularly the shape of the building.

Some expressions of traditional contain many teachings, social values, cultural, economic, religiosity, outlook on life, leadership, and even political values, so that the relationship of folklore Bangka language with expressions of folklore is very relevant because some of the culture of a collective that is inherited and passed down through generations. This study aims to describe the value and function of a traditional expression in Bangka community. Abstrak. Kopi Arabika adalah salah satu komoditas yang diprioritaskan pengembangannya oleh pemerintah Indonesia saat ini. Minuman kopi arabika dikota banda aceh telah menjadi terkenal yang di tandai dengan tumbuhnya usaha-usaha kedai kopi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan loyalitas konsumen terhadap minuman kopi Arabika di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian digunakan metode survei dengan sampel konsumen minuman kopi Arabika di Kota Banda Aceh. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga dan cita rasa memiliki hubungan loyalitas konsumen terhadap minuman kopi Arabika di Kota Banda Aceh. Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi Chi-square menunjukkan bahwa pada harga dan cita rasa, mempunyai hubungan positif dengan tingkat signifikan 0,017. Maka Ha diterima karena nilai peluang (Sig.) tingkat signifikan α = 5% (0,05). Artinya variabel harga dan cita rasa mempunyai hubungan yang positif terhadap loyalitas konsumen.Consumer Loyalty To The Arabica Coffee Drink In The City Of Banda AcehAbstract. Arabica coffee is one of the preferred crop development by the government of Indonesia today. Arabica coffee drinks in the city of Banda Aceh has become famous in the mark with the growing efforts of the coffee shop. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of consumer loyalty to Arabica coffee drink in the city of Banda Aceh. The study was conducted by a questionnaire survey on 100 consumers drink coffee Arabica in the city of Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study is purposive sampling method. The analysis model used is the Chi-square test. The results showed that the relationship of customer loyalty to the Arabica coffee drinks in Banda Aceh is the price and taste. The results of data analysis using Chi-square correlation analysis shows that the price and taste, have a positive relationship with a significant level of 0.017. So Ha received for value opportunities (Sig.) a significant level α = 5% (0,05). This means that the variable price and taste positively related to customer loyalty.
