This study aims to: 1) To determine the development of labor absorption in the industrial sector, minimum wages, economic growth, and industrial investment in Jambi Province 2000-2018. 2) To determine the effect of minimum wages, economic growth, and industrial investment on labor absorption in Jambi Province 2000-2018. The research analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis tools. Based on the results of the F test, it is known or obtained a probability significance of 0.000 is smaller than alpha 5 percent, namely 0.05. This means that the minimum wage, economic growth, and investment variables together have a significant effect on the labor absorption variable. The variable that has a significant effect on labor absorption in the industrial sector in Jambi Province is the minimum wage variable because the probability value is 0.018 where the probability value is less than 0.05, while the variables of economic growth and industrial investment do not have a significant effect on employment in the sector. industry in Jambi Province because the probability value is greater than 0.05. This study aims to: 1) To analyze the conditions of economic growth, the average length of schooling, unemployment rate, the poverty rate in Jambi Province 2001-2018. 2) To analyze the effects of economic growth, the average length of schooling, and the unemployment rate on poverty levels in Jambi Province in the period 2001-2018. The research analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis tools. Based on the results of the simultaneous test that economic growth, the average length of schooling, and unemployment rate together have a significant effect on poverty levels in Jambi Province, while the partial test results say that the significant effect on poverty levels is the variable of economic growth and the average length of the school. Then the results of the determination test indicate that the level of poverty is influenced by the independent variables in this study that is equal to 60.7 percent. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of exports and foreign debt which can affect Indonesia's GDP (Gross Domesty Product). The variables of this research are the foreign debt value of the Indonesian government and the value of Indonesian exports as the independent variable, and the value of Indonesia's GDP as the dependent variable. The data used are supporting data for the 2015-2019 period from the time series (time series) of Bank Indonesia and BPS. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are the value of the Indonesian government's foreign debt and the value of Indonesia's exports have a significant effect. Meanwhile, the results of the partial test (t-test) show that the value of foreign debt and exports of the Indonesian government greatly affects the value of Indonesia's GDP.  ABSTRAK Kontribusi UKM untuk pertumbuhan perekonomian membuat kinerja UKM perlu untuk ditingkatkan. Dalam hal ini ada banyak faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam meningkatkan kinerja di UKM-UKM seperti kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar, sehingga kajian yang telah dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh paling penting dari orientasi pasar dan kewirausahaan pada kinerja usaha UKM. Penelitian dikerjakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel diambil dari 50 pelaku UKM yang dibina oleh Dinas Perdagangan Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dalam kajian ini dikerjakan dengan menyebarkan angket kuesioner. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan-temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan dan pasar mempunyai pengaruh signifikan baik itu parsial dan secara simultan pada kinerja usaha pada UKM-UKM. Kata kunci: orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar, kinerja usaha  Strategi Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar dan Pengaruhnya Pada Kinerja Usaha Di Unit Usaha Kecil-Menengah (UKM) ABSTRACT SMEs contribution to economic growth makes the MSMEs performance need to be improved. In this case numerous factors should be considered in improving performance of SMEs such as entrepreneurship and market orientations, so this study was conducted with aim to examine the crucial effect of entrepreneurship and market orientations on the business performance to MSMEs. This research is done by using quantitative approach. The samples taken are 50 SMEs business players built by Department of Commerce Surabaya. Data collection in this study was done by distributing questionnaires. Analysis technique of data is multiple linear regression analysis. Findings of this study indicate that the orientation of entrepreneurship and market has significant effect both partially and simultaneously on business performance on MSMEs. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Orientation, Market Orientation, Business Performance

This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of economic growth and population growth on the unemployment rate in Mimika Regency. The method in this study is an associative method using multiple linear regression analysis tools with the help of SPSS statistic. Based on the results obtained in this study, the value of regression coefficient in economic growth variable was 0.058. The coefficient of positive value means that there is a positive relationship between economic growth and the unemployment rate. Then the coefficient of regression in the population growth variable was 0.451. The coefficient of positive value means that there is a positive relationship between population growth and the unemployment rate.

The objective of the research is to find out and analyze the influence of product quality on decision-making, both simultaneously and partially. The research is verificative. The sample involves consumers of Agya car at PT. Hadji Kalla. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of regression equation from the study is -2.887 + 0,237 X1+ 0,220X2 + 0,217X3 + 0,319X4 + 0,166X5 + 0,418X6 + 0,140X7. Product Quality partially has significant to decision-making.                                 Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk keputusan menandai baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian verifikatif. sampel adalah konsumen Of Agya di PT. Hadji Kalla. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah beberapa analisis regresi linear. Hasil persamaan regresi dari penelitian ini adalah -2,887 + 0.237 X1 + 0,220X2 + 0,217X3 + 0,319X4 + 0,166X5 + 0,418X6 + 0,140X7. ABSTRACK This study aims to determine the effect of operating costs and sales partially or simultaneously on net income. The problem that occurs in this study is the fluctuating net profit in various industrial sector manufacturing companies which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012-2018. The method of analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21 software. The results of the regression analysis test show that operating costs partially have a significant negative effect on net income, sales partially affect net income, while simultaneously operating costs and sales have a significant effect. against net income. To test the coefficient of determination or R2, the result is 0.346 or 34.6% of net income is influenced by these two variables. As for the remaining 65.4% which is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.   Keywords: Operational Costs, Sales and Net Profits

Fiscal decentralization aims to improve regional finance independency and reduce the fiscal dependency of central goverment. However, in practice, there are still many areas that rely on the assistance central finance for their regional development. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of development of local independence and financial ability as well as effects on economic growth in regency and city in the Sumatera selatan Province year 2008-2018.this research takes place in regency and city in the sumatera selatan province. While the data used in this research is financial data and economic  growth 2008-2018 in the sumatera selatan province. Methods of data analysis in this study there are two kinds, the first is the ratio of local independence  and the ratio of local financial ability. Secondly, to investigate the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable used multiple linear regression analysis tool. According to analysis result have been obtained as follows. The ratio of local financial independence of regions indicated by the ratio of the average rate so low, still be between 0%-25%. According the ratio of local financial ability of regions  averages  between 0%-10% which is low. Local self-reliance has positive and significant on economic growth. Regional financial capability have positive but not significant effect on economic growth in regency and city in the sumatera selatan province.

The government hold significant role in the implementation of fiscal economy policy to achieve the main goal of development: high economic growth, decrease of unemployment, and control of inflation, income and expenditure that can be used in increasing economic growth. Regional incomes are locally-generated revenue, General Allocation Fund. Meanwhile, cost is regional expenditures. Thus, this study is aimed to determine the influence of the General Allocation Fund and Regional income on economic growth with the role of Regional Expenditure as an intervening variable. The study was located on Deli Serdang Regency. This is a quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis by using SPSS. The result shows that General Allocation Fund and Regional income influence the economic growth, meanwhile regional expenditures mediates between General Allocation Fund and Regional income on economic growth.

This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth, inflation and population growth in open unemployment rate in Indonesia. The type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of time series data and variable data used are annual data in the period 1986-2017 with the object of research in the country o Indonesia. The data sources used in this study were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Indonesia and World Bank. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) technique. The estimation of time series data with multiple linear regression analysis shows that the economics growth variable has a positive and not significant effect on the level of open unemployment, the inflation variable has a positive and not significant effect on the level of open unemployment, and the population growth variable has a negative and significant effect on the level of open unemployment in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of location, price, and product quality on  customer satisfaction of Hanna Kebab Kebumen. The problems raised in this study are the Analysis of the Influence of Location, price, and product quality on customer satisfaction of Hanna Kebab Kebumen, with the aim of knowing how much the influence of Location, Price, and Product Quality on Hanna Kebab Kebumen consumer satisfaction partially or simultaneously Sample data taken in this study are Hanna Kebab Kebumen consumers, amounting to 100 consumers as respondents. Instruments or data collection tools in this study were using questionnaires / questionnaires.  The data analysis tool used in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis techniques used include qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis consisting of validity test, reliability test, t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis (Likert scale). ) Data were analyzed with the help of SPSS Release 22 for Windows.  From the results of the proof of the first hypothesis that the location partially has a significant effect on satisfaction. From the results of the second hypothesis that prices partially have a significant effect on satisfaction. From the results of the third hypothesis proving that product quality partially has a significant effect on satisfaction. From the results of the fourth hypothesis Location, Price, and Quality of Products simultaneously have a significant effect on satisfaction.  R Square determination coefficient value obtained 0.246 means that 24.6% satisfaction is influenced by the location variable, price, and product quality while the remaining 75.4% (100% -24.6%) is caused by other variables.
