This study aims to analyze whether the performance of regional financial management influences economic growth in Depok City, analyzes whether the performance of regional financial management influences unemployment in Depok City, and analyzes whether the performance of regional financial management affects poverty in Depok City with the 2006 study period- 2015 The analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis and simple linear regression statistical analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing it can be proven that the performance of regional financial management (independence ratio) has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, this can be seen from the value of sig. 0.046 <0.05 with a regression coefficient of 1.883. Then the performance of regional financial management has a negative and significant effect on unemployment, this can be seen from the value of sig. 0.030 <0.05 with a regression coefficient of -6.864. But the performance of regional financial management has no significant effect on poverty, this can be seen from the sig. 0.065> 0.05 with a regression coefficient of -0.512. This can be due to the still high income gap in the community, so that the increasing regional income has not been able to significantly reduce poverty in Depok.

The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis.  The population in this study were all totaling 462 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in this study shows that partially it can be seen that the recruitment variable (X1) has a tcount of 0.837 and a value of 1.663, then the tcount value <ttable (0.837 <1.663) and a sig.0.00 value <0.405. This means the hypothesis is rejected namely: partial recruitment has no positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Telkom Akses Medan. The results showed that the training (X2) had a tcount of 3.254 and a t-table value of 1.663, then a tcount> ttable (3.254> 1.663) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.002. This means that the hypothesis is accepted: training has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity in PT Telkom Akses Medan. The results showed that counseling (X3) had a tcount of 2.974 and a t-table value of 1.663 then the tcount> ttabe l (2.974> 1.663) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.004. This means that the hypothesis  is accepted: counseling has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Telkom Akses Medan.

Calculation of the Central Statistics Agency, in 1 minute 32 seconds 1 criminal act occurred in Indonesia. Meanwhile, of the 100,000 people in Indonesia 140 of them are at risk of being exposed to a crime. The high crime rate is influenced by several factors such as education, lack of strict law, high unemployment and inadequate wages. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of factors that influence the occurrence of criminal acts in North Sumatra, determine the development of criminal and civil cases that occurred in North Sumatra and determine the effect of crime on economic growth in North Sumatra. This study is a follow-up study that researchers conducted previously. The analytical method used for secondary data is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) using simple linear regression. The results of this study based on data still appear that each year many criminal cases in North Sumatra remain unresolved. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression the equation is Y = 2.063 + 0.051 X. The partial test results show that there is no partial effect between the crime variable on economic growth in North Sumatra. The inefficient results of the determination of the crime variable on economic growth in North Sumatra are very small at 0.01persen meaning there are still many that can be used as variables that can influence the occurrence of crime in North Sumatra
