This study aims to determine the influence of employee empowerment, teamwork, and employee training on the organizational commitment of employees at the Banyumas Public Works Office. The population used is employees who work at the Department of Public Works of Banyumas Regency. The research method used was a quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. In this study. The data source used was primary data employing SPSS 23.0 software. Data collection methods in this study were questionnaires. The sample of this study was 80 respondents. The results of this study indicate that (1) employee empowerment has a significant influence on organizational commitment, (2) teamwork has a significant influence on organizational commitment, and (3) employee training has a significant influence on organizational commitment.

Sharia banking are interested in getting involved channeling financing to the real sector of SMEs, including Bank BNI Syariah Makassar and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of SMEs financing provided by sharia banking. Then to find out the role of sharia banking for the distribution financing for SMEs in the city of Makassar. As well as to find out the form of integration of the development of the department of sharia banking UIN Alauddin Makassar, through the distribution of financing for SMEs in sharia banking institution. This type of research is a field research, by taking data directly. The nature of the research is qualitative. The data source uses primary data and secondary data related to the research theme. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive, which describes the objects in the study. The results of this study indicate the development of the distribution of financing in sharia banking reaching 15.93 percent. Then Bank BNI Syariah and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar channeled financing to SMEs sector, reaching 20 percent. The form of integration in the development of departement sharia banking is by presenting courses on object management of financing sharia banking and courses on SMEs business.

The Qur'an, apart from being a basic guideline in religion, has long been a primary data source in various studies and studies because of the richness of scientific concepts contained in it. Istifhâm as one of the various sentences used as a medium of interaction in the Al-Qur'an. In this study, the researcher discusses the istifhâm in the 20th Al-Qur'an juz. This research is a qualitative research with a research library research design. The purpose of this study was to describe the types and functions of the interrogative words (istifhâm) contained in Al-Qur'an juz 20. The data was collected using purposive sampling technique. The research instruments were data cards and recapitulation sheets. The data analysis technique used the content analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the researchers found 32 data in the form of adawatul istifhâm, including hamzah, man, hal, maa, aina, kaifa, maadzaa, am, and ayyana consisting of 26 istifhâm majazi and 8 istifhâm haqiqi data which are divided into 9 functions and istifhâm goals.   Al Qur’an selain sebagai pedoman pokok dalam beragama sejak dahulu telah menjadi sumber data primer dalam berbagai penelitian dan studi karena kekayaan konsep keilmuan yang ada di dalamnya. Istifhâm sebagai salah satu ragam kalimat yang digunakan sebagai media interaksi dalam Al-Qur’an. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti membahas istifhâm pada Al-Qur’an juz ke 20. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian library research. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan jenis-jenis dan fungsi kata tanya (istifhâm) yang terdapat dalam Al-Qur’an juz 20. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik sampling pertimbangan (purposive sampling). Instrumen penelitian berupa kartu data dan lembar rekapitulasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peneliti menemukan 32 data yang berupa adawatul istifhâm antara lain hamzah, man, hal, maa, aina, kaifa, maadzaa, am, dan ayyana yang terdiri atas 26 istifhâm majazi dan 8 data istifhâm haqiqi yang dibedakan menjadi 9 fungsi dan tujuan istifhâm.

This study is to study the effect of internal control and individual morality on fraudulent transportation orders based online at PT. Go-Jek, City of Padang. This research is quantitative research with primary data from questionnaires and using a Likert scale. The population of this research is a car and motorcycle driver, PT. Go-Jek in Padang City. The purposive sampling technique of sampling and a sample of 150 respondents. Data analysis technique is data quality test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test consisting of multiple linear regression tests using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that internal control and individual morality have a negative and significant influence on order fraud

This Study Aims To Analyze Teacher Perceptions In Online-Based Learning, Teacher Perceptions And Factors That Can Support The Online Learning Process During The Covid-19 Pandemic. This Research Uses Descriptive Qualitative Research Methods. The Subjects Used In This Study Were Class Teachers At SDN Babakan Sirna. The Sampling Technique Used Was Purposive Sampling, Where The Data Source Sampling Technique Was Carried Out With Certain Considerations. Data Collection Techniques In This Study Using Interviews And Documentation. The Data Analysis Technique Uses The Stages Of Data Reduction, Data Display, And Conclusion Drawing / Verification. The Result Of This Study Is The Teacher's Perception Of The Online Learning Process, Which Is Usually Carried Out Directly In Schools, Now Transferred To Their Respective Homes Into Online Learning. In The Online-Based Learning Process That Is Carried Out Is Still Ineffective Because Students Feel Bored And Bored Because During The Implementation Of Online Learning They Do Not Interact Directly With The Teacher And Their Friends. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the Dinas Penanaman Modal and Pelayanan Terpadu satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) of Padang City. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The number of samples is 40 respondents where the number of samples is equal to the number of population so that the total sampling technique is used for sampling. The analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression method and hypothesis testing using the t test (partial). The results showed that the Job Satisfaction variable had no effect and was not significant for OCB with the acquisition of the calculated t value of 0.443 < t table 1.687, and the sig value of 0.660 > 0.05. While the organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on OCB, with the acquisition of t count equal to 9.325 < t table 1.687, and the value of sig 0,000 > 0.05. This means that the willingness of employees to conduct OCB behavior is based more on their commitment to the Dinas Penanaman Modal and Pelayanan Terpadu satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) of the padang city than their job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of moderating employment status in the relationship between job insecurity and organizational commitment of the Badung National Land Agency Employees. This study used a sample of 72 people, consisting of 36 permanent employees and 36 contract employees, with the probability sampling method using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, ANOVA and MRA (Moderate Regression Analysis). The results of this study indicate that job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on employee organizational commitment. Staffing status has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment. The moderating effect of staffing status weakens the effect of job insecurity on employee organizational commitment. Clarity of employment status must be taken into account by an organization, this will be a strong reference to reduce the sense of job insecurity and of course increase organizational commitment that will provide increased employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance. The sample consisted of 63 employees at the Bukittinggi City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling. The analysis technique used was IBM SPSS 20. Job Satisfaction (X1) has a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency in Bukittinggi City. Organizational commitment (X2) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) impact negatively on employee performance (Y) at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Bukittinggi.

<p><em>This research strives to empirically examine and analyze the influence of syariah marketing and service quality on BMT customer loyalty and satisfaction in Kudus Regency. </em><em>This study was a survey research that used a quantitative approach. The research data were obtained from 250 BMT customers within Kudus Regency by using an accidental sampling technique. Meanwhile, the data analysis used a path analysis technique. The research findings revealed that: first, sharia marketing has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction; second, service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction; third, sharia marketing has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty; fourth, service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty; and fifth, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. </em></p>

The study  analyzes the role of governance BMT Mekar Da'wah and social capital in processing Musharaka financing. This study uses qualitative method . The source of data and information are  employees in BMT Mekar Da’wah such as the branch manager, head of the division of financing, marketing head of the division and customers of  BMT Mekar Da’wah as key persons. Collecting data uses purposive sampling technique. The data are primary data that based on interviews with key persons associated with the research. The analysis technique used is the interactive model. The results showed that corporate governance at BMT Mekar Da'wah’s 6C (character, capacity, capital, collateral, condition of economy and constrain) based on the concept that applied to the collection of information on prospective customers who will conduct financing filings with the provisions. Social capital is owned by BMT Mekar Da'wah is  trust formed by a good relationship  with society as cooperation in several community events. Besides, the shared value formed from their belief to religiosity of people who manage BMT  is also one of social capital.

Researchers choose to research in Kabupaten Bojonegoro, because there were cases of misappropriation of village funds by the village head and there were cases of villages budget reporting to the head of local government. This study aims to look at the factors that can improve the performance of village heads in village finances. There are three independent variables tested, namely managerial ability, level of education, and the role of the Village Consultative Body (BPD), while the dependent variable in this study is the performance of village financial management. This study took a setting in Kabupaten Bojonegoro by taking a sample of village heads in 6 (six) sub-districts that received the largest village funds. The type of data used in this study is primary data collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents. The distribution of the questionnaire was carried out by meet the village head directly at the village head’s office, attend the village head forum, and send the questionnaire link via Whatsapp media. They are 150 samples collected through the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the SPSS 23 application program. The test results showed that the managerial ability and the role of the BPD had a significant effect on the village head's performance, while the level of education did not affect the performance of the village head.
