Automatic control of equipment is anticipated to represent the next logical step in the progression from passive monitoring toward plant wide automation. Automatic transfer functions, load-shedding and load sequencing are expected to find increasing application. In this paper a device named Peak Load for monitoring and control of power consumption in industrial plants is presented. It is a PLC based maxigraph developed upon the analysis of efficient and optimized use of the electrical energy and is planned to be used by medium and big industrial energy consumers with purpose to decrease the cost of their production. .

Reducing energy costs during the production of agro-industrial livestock production by maintaining the required lighting parameters is an urgent task. The largest consumption of electricity in farms is by electric lighting. The mass transition to energy-efficient equipment, using control systems in livestock and industrial premises of the agro-industrial complex, leads to increased energy savings and maintenance of optimal microclimate mode. (Research purpose) The research purpose is in developing energy-saving lighting installations, a program for automatic control of the lighting system and assessing the prospects for their use for enterprises of the agro-industrial complex. (Materials and methods) The article presents an overview of developments, scientifically based led lighting devices to maintain the required lighting parameters in livestock and industrial premises of the agro-industrial complex, in order to save electricity. Authors have determined that the technical effect of the proposed lighting installations is in reducing the electrical energy consumed. In one of them by creating a special shape of the light intensity curve, and in the second one by converting thermal energy into electrical energy used for additional power supply of the lamp. (Results and discussion) The article presents the results of research on the development of a program for automatic control of lighting systems for the implementation of energy-saving mode of operation. Authors consider the possibility of maintaining and regulating optimal illumination with the help of programmable controllers. (Conclusions) The analysis of the state and prospects of development of lighting systems showed the possibilities of development of scientifically based led lighting devices, as well as programs for regulating lighting in livestock premises based on programmable controllers. The use of the system will allow achieving optimal parameters of the microclimate, increasing productive and reproductive indicators, and effectively use optical radiation by reducing the consumption of electrical energy by up to 30 percent with the same quality of lighting.

In order to solve the problems during the mountain orchard transportation, the 7YGS-45 type self-propelled duel-track orchard transport was developed. Since the optimization of operating parameters and structure parameters are difficult to be settled at the site of installation, so it’s necessary to construct the automatic control test platform. The Platform is mainly consists of rack section, automatic control part and testing part and other components, and can be used to analyze the changing index of wheel pair’s structural parameters of the driving mechanism, when under the different situations of loading capacity, pre-load, running-speed, and slope angle; spindle torque and rotating-speed of the driving mechanism; wear rate of driving wheel’s groove; and slipping rate of steel wire rope. The platform can also be used to test the overall performance’s parameters of other small track transports, and provide test conditions and theoretical analysis basis for optimization of the transport’s performance, which absolutely has application values.

The use of controlled and efficient electrical energy can save the cost of electricity expenditure. This study aims to design the cost saving energy tool for household scale of lighting using automatic microcontroller system. The design of the appliance used the automatic control system of home lights, which setting time using RTC (Real Time Clock) and a microcontroller Arduino Mega 2560. Power supply on this system was operated to supply power all existing components and controller using Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller. Based on the test results, the cost-saving energy tool worked as an expectation of controlling the On/Off lights automatically, the RTC and current sensors can work properly to limit the current. Therefore, this design proposed can reduce the cost of electrical energy.

Abstract The necessity of constant monitoring and maintenance of the environmental component in the organization of electric energy transit is substantiated. An original technique aimed at improving the efficiency of the functioning of the air electric network, based on the laws of environmental cybernetics and the basics of automatic control, is considered. The proposed scientific tools allow you to automatically monitor and control all processes that affect the efficiency of electric energy transit from the point of view of its environmental friendliness, and also allows you to form optimal regulatory influences aimed at stabilizing negative processes and disturbing factors arising inside the artificial electrobiological organism “Electric Line - Nature - Man”, which violate the stability of its ecological state.

In this paper, against the belt conveyor point dust requirements, I design automatic dust removal system set apply loading point. working principle this system. At the same time carried out a detailed description automatic control section on the principle of superiority its work automatically. Finally, simulation software AMEsim its automatic control part the computer simulation obtained a more accurate experimental data. The simulation data show that the system be able to timely adjust the operating parameters system with change dust concentration has the effect of dust, special profiles to normal work. Improve working environment workers, improve the safety of operations, reducing moisture content coal, electricity and water savings, in line with the call the national energy saving, with good promotional value.

In the process of charging laptop's battery, there is no automatic settings are disconnected and connecting the laptop charger voltage according to the needs and desires of the user. In addition, the apathetic nature of the laptop users often also lead to battery charging voltage overload on the laptop battery. These conditions will have an impact on the voltage of the battery leakage which will eventually be more easily damaged. In addition, the electrical energy will continue to flow from adaptor to the laptop and the resulting dissipation of electrical energy within a certain period. From some of these problems, the authors had the idea to make the tool as a form of solution that charging automatic controller. The tool is designed to regulate battery-charging time through additional software on the laptop. The method used was an experimental method. Results of this research have shown that these tools not only cut off the voltage from the adapter to the laptop, but also classes decide the flow voltage of 220V AC power adapter to the charger. Therefore, this tool provides two benefits at once, ie maintain the lifetime of the battery and also save electrical energy use.

This paper shows the possible gain on time before the end of useful time brought by switches addition in a multicell battery. In a first time, it presents a battery electric model. A battery includes many identical electrical energy cells that electrically interact. From a behavioral standpoint, cell performance is measured by fundamental parameters: State of Charge (SoC) and State of Health (SoH). To simulate cell electrical behavior, the Thevenin model or the Nernst model are often used. However, these models do not take into account the cells aging or the possible interactions on aging. A cell ages mainly in two ways: cyclic and calendar. This aging impacts both the elements of the equivalent electrical model and the fundamental parameters (SoC and SoH). Thus, the conventional electric model of a cell does not accurately reflect the cell aging. In this paper, another formal model based on the fundamental curve that relates electrical and behavioral parameters is proposed. It integrates aging into the equivalent electric model estimation. In a second time, in order to validate this model, this cell model is used to simulate parallel-series association. To improve battery lifespan, in addition to the usual balancing techniques, it may be relevant to require some traditional reliability and operating safety solutions. This requires to add switches inside battery. The presented simulation shows adding switches solution is currently not deployed. This is justified in this paper by examining the impact provide on lifespan improvement on an example, which is pretty weak. But it also shows that however, by managing active cells in a different way, adding switches and spare cells can really reach this improvement.
