Effective communication in organization is important to regulate the role of organization, coordination, controlling and evaluation from leader to staff and staff to leader, and miscommunication in information can lead to wrong-decision making and ineffective. This research is aimed to explain the importance of communication and its effect in organization by using the methodology of a simple linear regression. Two-way communication model (vertical and horizontal) proved to be effective within this organization based on the findings in this study. This model helped in reaching effective organization like well-established organization atmosphere, excellent employee performance and job finishing punctuality. The importance of communication in the organization is undisputable consequence. Organizational communication allows the company to obtain a valuable result which is unachievable by any standalone individuals. It is then understood that without cooperation from individuals in the organization, the organizational goal is not achievable. The weakness of this study appeared in the government sector due to the small scope held only in Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan office.

This study employs structural equations modeling via PLS to analyze the 732 valid questionnaires in order to assess the proposed model that is based on the organizational motivation characteristics to identify its effect on the performance of employees in the government sector in Dubai. The main independent constructs in the model are intrinsic motivation and external motivation. The dependent construct is employee performance. The study will describe relations among the various constructs. Our work has improved our insight in the importance of organizational motivation. Results indicated that both independent variables significantly predicted employee performance with a various percentage. The proposed model explained 37.7% of the variance in employee performance.

Purpose: With the conception of one’s professional life, it is essential to understand all the possibilities and opportunities that lie before them. In the case of architecture, there exists a bias towards the private sector where newly graduate students aspire to work in private practices and possibly even envision a practice of their own at a certain point in life. While there is nothing wrong with envisioning a future in the private sector, it is also essential to be aware about the public sector and understand the opportunities it provides to be able to make an informed decision. There is a preconceived notion about the monotonous nature of government jobs and a lack of awareness about students about the opportunities in this sector. Hence, it becomes crucial to understand the numerous opportunities this sector has to offer and thus, explore the potential of architects in government organizations. Methodology: The research for this paper has been done by referring to existing literature and interviews with concerned people. With an understanding of how and why is the government sector an essential  area of research for budding architects and planners. The research was done through interviews and possible case studies was done based on review of existing literature. Main Findings: The government is one sector with tremendous possibilities in the realm of architecture but is often plagued with stereotypes and preconceptions which have emerged over the years. It is imagined to be “lazy”, “uninnovative” and “non-productive” but this sector has evolved over the recent years and is now shaping to be one of the more lucrative sectors for practice. The number of perks, benefits and a clear comparative advantage of a higher salary, added with the direct contribution towards serving the nation, the government sector clearly has an unrealised potential for architectural professionals. Implications: With younger architetcs having preconceived notions about role of architetcs in a government sector limited to unexciting set of designs without creativity, this article may help bring a fresh thought process to choose professional sector wisely.

The right man in the right place and the right man behind the right job. The placement of employees becomes very important to improve employee performance including ASN in the government office of Mare Subdistrict, Bone Regency. The purpose of the study is to see the influence or role of employee placement factors on the performance of ASN employees. Apakh has a significant influence. The research was conducted on a number of ASNs in the government office of Mare District of Bone Regency. The method of data collection is done by saturated survey method (census). The method of data analysis is to use a hypothesis test, which is a t-test to see the influence of independent variables, namely placement (X) on dependent variables, namely ASN performance (Y). The results of the study obtained that the placement factor had a significant effect (real) on the performance of ASN in the District Office mare Bone Regency. This is evident from the results of the t test where the placement variable (X) has a significance value (Sig.=0.001<0.05) and is also shown from a t-calculated value (4.015) greater than the value of t-table (1,667).

Pengumpulan datadilakukan dengan cara ob�����������������������������������������������������servasi langsung dan kuesioner kepada pekerja di beberapa titik sampling. Pengolahan datamenggunakan uji t test untuk mengetahui tingkat kebisingan dan analisis regresi linier sederhana untuk mengetahuipengaruh tingkat kebisingan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakanuji t maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa level kebisingan di area kerja Power Plant II menunjukkan perbedaan yangsignifikan dengan Nilai Ambang Batas (NAB) yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah, yaitu sebesar 98,599 dB. SedangkanNAB yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah untuk area kerja (Industri) adalah sebesar 85 dB. Hasil analisis regresimenunjukkan �������������������������������������������������������������diperoleh t hitung sebesar 10,227 lebih besar dibandingkan t tabel sebesar 2,013. Nilai signifikansi jugasebesar 0 lebih kecil dibandingkan a sebesar 0,05������. Noise isthe unwanted sound that interfere and endanger health. This research aimed to analyze the effect of noise level on theperformance of the employees. Data collection was done by doing direct observation and questionnaires to workers in somesampling points. Processing data using the t test to determine noise level and simple linear regression to determine theeffect of noise level on employee performance. Conclusion from data processing it was known that the noise level in the workarea Power Plant II showed significant differences with the Threshold Limit Value (TLV) set by the government namely98.599dB (A), while TLV set by the government for the work area (Industry) is approximately 85 dB (A). Results of simplelinear regression analysis indicate that the value of t test was 10.227, this value was greater than t table namely 2.013. Valueof significant level is 0.000 less than a 0.05. These results indicate that the noise in the work area Power Plant II had asignificant impact on employee performance.Key words: noise, machine and work tool, simple linear regression, employee performance

Acceleration of food self-sufficiency, especially rice, can be performed by providing optimal means of production, mechanization, technology, and intensive assistance to farmers. In order for these activities to be successful as expected, the government has intensively involved various parties to provide escort and assistance. One of the factors that determine the success of escorting and mentoring farmers is the involvement of agricultural extension agents. The speed of application of technological innovations and the way of working in agriculture can be channeled properly through extension activities. “Jajar Legowo” rice planting system is one of the innovations in the rice planting model. This system has been being implemented intensively in Pagung Village, Semen District, Kediri Regency. The successful application of “Jajar Legowo” planting system was the object of the study, especially in terms of the involvement of agricultural extension agents in assisting farmers in this village. This research employed descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods through survey. In addition, the research also utilized descriptive analysis and scoring through a Likert scale approach and simple linear regression. The results revealed that the role of agricultural extension agents was quite successful in encouraging farmers and their groups to apply the “Jajar Legowo” rice planting system.Percepatan swasembada pangan, khususnya padi dapat dilakukan dengan menyediakan sarana produksi secara optimal, mekanisasi, teknologi, dan pendampingan petani secara intensif. Supaya kegiatan tersebut berhasil sesuai dengan harapan, pemerintah secara intensif telah melibatkan berbagai pihak untuk melakukan pengawalan dan pendampinga. Salah satu faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan pengawalan dan pendampingan petani adalah dengan melibatkan penyuluh pertanian. Karena kecepatan penerapan inovasi teknologi maupun cara kerja di bidang pertanian bisa tersalurkan dengan baik melaui aktifitas penyuluhan. Sistem tanam padi jajar legowo merupakan salah satu inovasi dalam model penanaman padi. Sistem ini mulai dilakukan secara intensif di Desa Pagung Kecamatan Semen Kabupaten Kediri. Keberhasilan penerapan sistem tanam jajar legowo menjadi obyek dalam penelitian. Terutama dalam hal keterlibatan penyuluh pertanian dalam mendampingi petani di desa ini. Penggunaan metode penelitian yaitu secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif melalui teknik survei. Selain itu juga menggunakan analisa deskriptif dan skoring melalui pendekatan skala Likert dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa peran penyuluh pertanian cukup berhasil dalam mendorong petani dan kelompoknya untuk menerapkan sistem tanam padi jajar legowo.

Abstract Compensation is a complicated and classic problem that has plagued the industrial world. As is known that the provision of appropriate compensation which given by the company, is one of the main factors that influence the improvement of employee performance. In Indonesia, the issue of providing compensation has been regulated in the labor law. The government in this case the Ministry of Manpower always emphasizes to all companies operating in Indonesia, in order to obey and implement all provisions regulated by law. This research was conducted at a company located in Bekasi, precisely in Jababeka - Cikarang, which is at PT. Jaeil Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which compensation can increase employee performance, especially in the Production Department of PT. Jaeil Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research, in which the objects in this study amounted to 40 employees of the Production Department of PT. Jaeil Indonesia. The analytical method used is a simple linear regression method. Meanwhile, data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that the value of R² is 0.486, meaning the percentage of the effect of compensation for employee performance is 48.6% while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test show that the value of t count is greater than the value of t table (5.146> 2.048). This shows that the hypothesis used in this study is accepted, that is there is an effect of giving compensation to the performance of employees in the Production Department of PT. Jaeil Indonesia, so companies need to pay attention to employees by adjusting the compensation with the workload they bear according to the prevailing laws and regulations. The aims of study to explore in depth: a. strategies and role of local government supports the formation of fishermen groups and group performance in enhancing the competitiveness of traditional fishermen; b. Strategies undertaken by local governments to improve competitiveness so as to realize the prosperity of traditional fishermen, c. group communication model between local government, traditional fishermen group, and partners  This study use qualitative research methods with a critical paradigm referring to the critical concepts of Marxist thought. The results showed that the government through the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Republic of Indonesia has issued Government Regulation no. 50 Year 2015 on empowering small fishermen and small fish farmers. The Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries has an agenda to improve the welfare of traditional fishermen and to optimize their potentials in groups, which are handed down to the provincial and district fisheries departments. Pandeglang District Government as the object of research through Fisheries Department has the authority to manage, utilize, and conserve marine and fishery resources for the welfare of Pandeglang community, especially fisherman community, cultivation, processing and marketing of fish, and to increase contribution for PAD (District Owned Revenue). Fisheries Department develop strategies for improving the welfare of traditional fishermen, among others, encourage the formation of fishermen cooperatives with legal status. Socialization of the use of fishing gear which is not prohibited by the government. This is because there are still many traditional fishermen in Pandeglang who use Cantrang that can threaten the sustainability of marine ecosystems. The local government through related offices has not been actively involved in providing assistance to traditional fishermen so that they have high competitiveness such as maintaining good quality fish quality, stable catch quantity, environment of fishery and marine areas that is maintained so as to ensure the sustainability of existence fish in the sea. The results of this study have implications on the preparation of roles and strategies of local governments in improving the competitiveness of traditional fishermen adapted to local elements so that traditional fishermen become prosperous.

Many employees can not work as usual, even having to lose work due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Generally, employees have difficulty adapting to the demands that all are done at home or better known as Work From Home. In this situation, employees need to continue to work in the company or its organization while paying attention to health protocols that the Government has established. However, this has an impact on job satisfaction and employee mental health. This manuscript analyzes the impact of the pandemic on employee performance and the role of counselors in optimizing mental health. Many employees feel that their work must be more extra to meet the needs of life to be fulfilled and how the level of work satisfaction of the employees themselves in the face of this COVID-19 pandemic. Here also required an expert or counselor to know the job satisfaction of the employees themselves so that they can still provide services or the best results for the company and himself.

AbstractThis paper discusses the implementation of Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara (SIPP) in an effort to facilitate access to the Case Records as a form of court institution accountability. The Case Records considered as the most important part in the process of decision making in the court. However, the problem of loss or inaccuracy in Case Records filing is still occurs. This negligence can harms a person's legal right, such as judicial delays or (even) a wrong decision. Therefore, this study would like to explain the role of electronic systems in facilitating the archive search, both for the community and for the employees of the judiciary. This research uses participative observation method in Pengadilan Agama Temanggung. The results of the discussion are divided into three points. First, SIPP enables quick and easy file access. Second, SIPP can improve the effectiveness of employee performance in Pengadilan Agama Temanggung. Third, SIPP provides protection of legal rights of citizens to obtain justice in the legal process.Keywords: Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara, case records, Pengadilan Agama TemanggungIntisariTulisan ini mendiskusikan implementasi Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara (SIPP) dalam upaya kemudahan akses Arsip Berkas Perkara sebagai wujud akuntabilitas lembaga pengadilan. Berkas perkara merupakan bagian terpenting dalam pengambilan putusan sidang pengadilan. Namun, permasalahan kehilangan atau ketidaktelitian dalam penyimpanan berkas perkara sering kali masih terjadi. Kelalaian ini berakibat pada kerugian hak legal seseorang dalam bentuk penundaan peradilan atau (bahkan) salah putusan. Oleh sebab itu, kajian ini hendak menjelaskan peran sistem elektronik dalam mempermudah penelusuran arsip, baik bagi masyarakat maupun pegawai lembaga pengadilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi partisipatif di Pengadilan Agama Temanggung. Hasil dari pembahasan terbagi menjadi tiga poin. Pertama, SIPP memungkinkan akses berkas perkara dengan cepat dan mudah. Kedua, SIPP dapat meningkatan efektifitas kinerja pegawai di Pengadilan Temanggung. Ketiga, SIPP memberikan perlindungan hak legal warga negara untuk mendapatkan keadilan dalam proses hukum.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara, arsip berkas perkara, Pengadilan Agama Temanggung
