In December 2018 the information and reference system “REGISTER of scientific professional editions of Ukraine” (http://resources.ukrintei.ua/refer/) was created at the SSO UISTEI. The purpose of the project is to create a convenient and accessible online platform containing information that will be useful to the authors (helps in the choice that is best suited for publication), editors (helps to improve and develop their own journals, helps to be in the trend in the development of professional scientific journals of Ukraine), experts (for monitoring of changes and verification of compliance with issued formal criteria). The service should ensure the availability of information about the scientific specialists of Ukraine. The system has a convenient multi-level search for publications based on a number of parameters, filtering functions and sorting content. The project was supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and a link was posted on the website of the Ministry of Education and Science, through which any user can access the service online. The service (currently) contains and stores information on more than 1,760 scientific professional journals of Ukraine. In plans for further development it is planned to develop the possibility of external editing of the publication data by the founders, which will help to provide the most up-to-date information about the professional journals, to take into account the changes that arise in scientific periodicals. The last decades have witnessed a shift from anecdotal remarks concerning the “marriage” of music and lyrics in songs towards a more scientific approach to the matter. Textsetting has thus become the object of more formal analyses accounting for the regularities observed in individual singing traditions with regard to the mapping of linguistic material on musical structures. This paper illustrates the nature of the problem and reflects the status of the research on textsetting in living traditions. It is addressed to a wide audience of linguists interested in the relationship between language and music and points to the challenges that await the further development of this field of studies under the umbrella of linguistics.

The City of Reykjavík took the lead in promoting equality and human rights in Iceland when the City Council adopted the first human rights policy in 2006. The policy is based on international human rights law and principles of equality and non-discrimination. A questionnaire for the city’s managers and administrators, enquiring about their experience of the human rights policy, prejudice and the status of marginalized groups, demonstrated various challenges in implementing and promoting the policy. This is due, not the least, to the fact that the national legislation on ban on discrimination is limited to gender equality, thus halting further development in the field of human rights. The human rights policy is fairly well known by the city ́s managers and administrators. They apply the policy in their different and demanding jobs especially in human resource management but to a limited extent in finance management. The policy has thus proven to be a valuable instrument to bring about changes. The City of Reykjavik aims to achieve equality for all and to work against multiple discrimination. However, some of the marginalized groups seem more vulnerable to discrimination and marginalization than other groups, notably immigrants, people with disabilities and people with long-term health issues.

Madrasah in the Middle East has known eight or nine centuries before madrasah in Indonesia, which emerged as a reaction to the reform movement as well as a response to the policy of Dutch colonizers secular education. Madrasah got a decent place in Indonesia after rising SKB 3 minister (Minister of Interior, Minister of Education and Culture, and the Minister of Religious Affairs) in 1975, where madrasas equated with other schools in terms of the status of the diploma, graduates continuing education opportunities and changing schools. In a further development, the school as disoriented. It is caused by two things: first, a paradigm shift towards sekularistik. Education implementation has marred even be interpreted as a partial instead of a holistic paradigm as desired by Islam. Supposedly, the madrasa education as a whole should make Islam as a principle in the determination of educational objectives, the formulation of the curriculum and standard of value of science and the learning process, including determining the qualifications of teachers and school culture that will be developed in the madrasas. Second, the functional institutional weakness as a result of shifting the orientation and function of the family and their influence and societal demands materialistic-hedonistic.The weakness seen in a mess madrasa curriculum, not optimal role of teachers as well as school culture that is not in line with the will of Islam.
