The business entity owned by the Village, as an economic institution at the village level, established to improve the economic welfare of the village community. One of the efforts made is to increase awareness behavior in saving. The behavior of villagers in saving  is often still short-term oriented, so most villagers have not been able to manage finances to anticipate their financial problems in the future. Therefore, research on the role of BUMDes as a village-scale economic institution in improving the financial management capabilities of the village community is very important to do. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of business entities have    in improving the financial management capabilities of the community through  savings products with a savings pick-up system.  This research uses a qualitative approach with case study methods  in Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Pakandangan Emas. Data collection techniques are conducted through interviews and observations in the field. This research found that Unit sharia savings business in BUMDes Pakandangan Emas can shape people's behavior  in long-term financial management. This behavior is formed mainly through a savings system that is directly picked up to the community.

It is not easy to come by money however, money can easily ‘leave' one's possession if not properly managed. Money management skills are therefore important skills for life especially in the youthful days as wealth creation is not entirely about how hardworking an individual is but factors such as his/her ability to understand how money works and apply its management principles are of essence. Savings play an integral aspect of an individual’s financial management skills since it is the bedrock of personal financial success. Savings is not just about setting money aside for future use but also has to do with keeping anything of economic value. Savings are securing assurance today for tomorrow's uncertainties. This paper sought to examine the habit of savings among the college students. The result indicated that the majority of the college students do not save as a result of certain contributory factors such as meager salaries and economic hardships. Also, the majority of the college students do not have definite financial management plans such as savings as a result of inadequate financial literacy. The study concluded on the need for public education on key money management skills such as savings which is a recipe for wealth creation.

ABSTRAK Kinerja pengelolaan keuangan sendiri tak bisa lepas dari cara pengelolaan keuangan itu sendiri, pengelolaan keuangan yang baik tentu akan dapat memaksimalkan kemampuan keuangan yang dimiliki untuk melaksanakan program-program maupun permasalahan yang menjadi prioritas pemerintah daerah masing-masing. Tentu dalam mengelola keuangan daerah yang dimiliki diperlukan tenaga-tenaga profesional dalam bentuk sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan mumpuni serta sistem informasi yang baik, untuk menciptakan kemampuan pengelolaan yang dapat diandalkan. Tentu dalam melaksanakan pengelolaan keuangan yang profesional serta menciptakan kinerja keuangan yang baik maka juga diperlukan pengendalian internal didalam menghadapi berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi perangkat daerah dalam melaksanakan tugasnya masing-masing.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengelolaan keuangan yang diukur dengan rasio efektifitas dan efisiensi terhadap kinerja keuangan pada kota-kota yang ada di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan Teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan yang diukur dengan Rasio Efektifitas dan Efisiensi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, pengelolaan keuangan yang diukur dengan Rasio Efektifitas berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan pengelolaan keuangan yang diukur dengan Rasio Efisiensi berpengaruh potitif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Kata kunci: pengelolaan keuangan, efektifitas, efisiensi, kinerja keuangan ABSTRACT Financial management performance itself cannot be separated from the way of financial management itself, good financial management will certainly be able to maximize the financial capacity that is owned to implement programs and problems that are the priority of each local government. Of course, in managing regional finance, it is needed professional staff in the form of superior and capable human resources and a good information system, to create reliable management capabilities. Of course, in carrying out professional financial management and creating good financial performance, internal control is also needed in dealing with various problems faced by regional officials in carrying out their respective duties. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of financial management as measured by the ratio of effectiveness and efficiency to financial performance in cities in North Sulawesi Province. This type of research is an associative type of research with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results showed that financial management measured by Effectiveness and Efficiency Ratios simultaneously had a significant effect on financial performance, financial management as measured by the Effectiveness Ratio had a positive but not significant effect on financial performance and financial management as measured by Efficiency Ratios had a positive and significant effect on performance finance. Keywords: financial management, effectiveness, efficiency, financial performance

One of the most important factors of management in obtaining organization targets is effectiveness of financial management structures, and user of the financial management structures have more important role in the effectiveness of the structures. The purpose of this research is to study the influence of human factors including personal and individual characteristics of user of financial management structures based on effectiveness PC. For this target, a sample includes 2354 offices, organizations, private companies and organizations than apply financial management structure based-PC. Has been selected randomly and the investigative data has been counting using questionnaires. In order to find personal characteristics of users, the particular questionnaires which are designed according to four factor model of personality, has been done. In order to research the relation between effectiveness of the structure and personality, four hypotheses based on four features of personality. Moreover, in order to find the relationship between expertise (educational level, educational field and amount of training curriculum of PC knowledge), job satisfaction and experience of users, and effectiveness of the accountancy management structure based-PC, some hypotheses have been studied and written. The study results indicates that personal characteristics including Agreeableness, openness, Conscientiousness and experience working , is efficient on the financial management structures based-PC.

As manager of a Production Credit Association field office, I have had the opportunity to observe various management capabilities and operating tendencies of farm operators for the past several years. In this paper I will try to state several of my observations as an agricultural creditor working with farmers on their financial problems and relate these problems to the changing discipline of farm management.

This study assessed financial literacy and its correlates among Turkish college students, with special emphasis on the role of formal education, learning approaches, and parental influences. Financial literacy was measured by the College Student Financial Literacy Survey, which assesses knowledge in four areas: general financial management, saving and borrowing, insurance, and investing. 853 Turkish university students were administered the survey (416 men, 437 women; M age=20.3 yr., SD=0.6). The mean percentage of correct responses was 45% (SD=12.8%). Regression results showed that formal finance education in college, a deep approach to learning, and direct financial teaching by parents were significantly associated with higher financial literacy scores.

The development of UMKM in the process does not always go smoothly, sometimes the business also has obstacles, including being entangled by moneylenders. Therefore, the Assistant Team of Al ‘Ula Islamic Financial Institution of STAI Miftahul Ula Nglawak partnered with the NU LKK Nganjuk and Cooperative-UMKM Office of Nganjuk provides capital assistance without interest for MSME community through literacy programs. By using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method, this study aims to provide financial management assistance for UMKM Community who were entangeled by moneylenders.  The results of the study indicate social change as follows: (1) awareness increases the productivity and work ethic; (2) the emergence of financial management skills through financial literacy; (3) financial literacy, which is the emergence of financial inclusion, financial passport, and financial access issues; (4) the emergence of efforts optimization to empower financial management capabilities; (5) able to make strategic planning to improve the level of the business community; (6) the emergence of new assistants;  (7) there is a partnership between the assistant team and stakeholders.

Although accounting has an important role in married life, it turns out there are many millennials who have never delved into the beauty of the ocean of marriage but are also interested in studying accounting and its branches. It is not even taboo nowadays to consider accounting knowledge or financial management capabilities possessed by a potential partner as one of the criteria besides the other criteria that are dreamed of. Therefore, the author wanted to examine how the meaning of accounting in building domestic life. Researchers used a phenomenological approach in the search for meaning both explicit and implied.
