This research intends to know and analyze the incentive and work discipline of its effect on employee job satisfaction in Pajarakan Sub-district, Probolinggo. the type of explanatory research is to find the influence or causal relationship between variables, the population of all employees in Pajarakan sub district with the technique of purposive sampling using inclusion criteria is permanent employees and those who are willing to be respondents as much as 20 people, the analysis of multiple linear regression with F test and t test as hypothesis test .The result of the study describes the incentive and work discipline has simultaneous influence to job satisfaction, and partially incentive variable has a significant and dominant influence on job satisfaction variable while work discipline variable partially have a positive but not significant influence on the variable of job satisfaction indicates the application of work discipline needs sufficient understanding and awareness. Performance indicators have the lowest correlation to incentives so that performance improvement should receive management attention and compliance indicator on the lowest correlate working standard to the work discipline so that management need to increase the attention and awareness in increasing the compliance to the standard work in fulfilling job satisfaction of employees in Pajarakan Sub-district Probolinggo.

This study aims to determine the effect of job training, work environment, and compensation on employee job satisfaction at Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study were employees of the Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta with a total of 50 employees. The sampling technique is saturated sample by taking all samples, namely 50 employees. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using SPSS 23 which consists of data quality test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient. The results showed that job training and compensation had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. While the work environment partially does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: job training, work environment, compensation, and job satisfaction ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta dengan jumlah 50 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh dengan mengambil semua sampel yaitu 50 karyawan. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 23 yang terdiri dari uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci : pelatihan kerja, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja

This study was conducted at the Denpasar National Polytechnic, as obtained related data the performance of employees who experience fluctuations, so factors that will affect the performance of PND employees will be investigated, namely leadership and organizational climate mediated by job satisfaction. The study population was all permanent employees at the 32nd Denpasar National Polytechnic. The sampling method uses the census method or saturated sample, so the number of respondents is 32 people. Based on the results of research and related discussions can be concluded: Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Denpasar National Polytechnic, organizational climate  positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Denpasar National Polytechnic, Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the National Polytechnic Denpasar, organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of the National Polytechnic Denpasar, Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Denpasar National Polytechnic, Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable on the Denpasar National Polytechnic. In fact, the effectiveness and productivity of an organization is greatly affected by job satisfaction. Conversely, job dissatisfaction will cause a decrease in enthusiasm and enthusiasm for work. The number of cases of work strikes lately, irrespective of the motives of each individual, implies employee dissatisfaction with the organization. This is certainly very disturbing the effectiveness of the company as a form of organization. One program that needs to be considered in the context of optimizing human resources is to meet job satisfaction. With the fulfillment of job satisfaction, individual employees will try to improve their abilities. The success or failure of an organization depends on the ability of the organization to provide job satisfaction to its employees. The purpose of this study (1) To determine the simultaneous influence of compensation variables, interpersonal relationships, opportunities for achievement, and work conditions affect employee job satisfaction at the Bangil District General Hospital. (2) To determine the partial effect of compensation variables, interpersonal relations, opportunities for achievement, and work conditions affect employee job satisfaction at the Bangil District General Hospital. The results showed that simultaneous compensation variables, interpersonal relationships, achievement opportunities and working conditions have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction in Bangil District General Hospital, while partially the compensation variables, interpersonal relationships and working conditions have an influence on employee job satisfaction at General Hospitals Bangil area. Companies that pay less attention to the conditions of their employees tend to cause employee dissatisfaction. Companies need to improve employee job satisfaction because employees feel satisfied. then the employees will provide remuneration to the company and weigh the attitude of the Citizenship Organization (OCB). OCB itself shows the attitude of employees who are willing to work more than what is determined by the company. This attitude will increase employee productivity which in turn has a good impact on the company. This study aims to see the influence of the sub-variables of job satisfaction, namely the job itself (X1), salary (X2), promotion (X3), supervisors (X4) and co-workers (X5) on the OCB (Y) variable. The subjects of this study were employees of the field section of PT Artanusa Beton with a population of 95 people. The sample in this study were 62 respondents using purposive sampling technique with the criteria of respondents who have worked for more than one year. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant influence between job satisfaction variables consisting of the job itself, salary, promotion, supervisors and co-workers on the OCB variable. The partial variables of the job itself, salary, supervisors and co-workers have a significant effect on OCB. While promotion has no significant effect on OCB and the variables that have dominant influence on OCB are colleagues.

The  purpose  of  this  study  is  to  the  description  of  employee  perception  about performance appraisal, financial compensation, and job statisfaction, to indentify and analyze the influence employee perceptions about of performance appraisal toward financial compensation, to identify and analyze the influence of employee perceptions about performance appraisal toward job satisfaction, to identify and analyze the influence financial compensation toward job satisfaction, and to identify and analyze the influence of employee perception about performance appraisal toward job satisfaction through financial compensation. The type used in this study is descriptive causative research. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Semen Padang totaling 1551 permanent employees.  The sample in this study was 192 questionnaires from 318 questionnaires distributed, and using cluster random sampling. The Data were analyzed with the help of Amos software version 22. The results of this study concluded that employee perceptions of performance appraisals significant effect on financial compensation, employee perceptions of performance appraisal effect significant on job satisfaction, financial compensation significant effect on employee job satisfaction, employee perceptions of performance appraisal significantly influence employee satisfaction through financial compensation.

The problem begins with the low performance of employees at the Cirebon Pratama Tax Service Office. Where the results of preliminary observations are suspected by low remuneration and employee job satisfaction. Thus this study uses a descriptive approach with the aim of finding the value of the magnitude of the effect of remuneration and job satisfaction on employee performance. The research method used is descriptive explanatory. The results showed partially that the effect of remuneration on employee performance was 0.463 or 46.3% with the results of the T test found Thitung > Ttabel = 3.221 > 2.27 signifikan and positive, so H0 is accepted. While the results of the value of the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance was 0.563 or 56.3% with the results of the T test found Thitung > Ttabel = 4.204 > 2.27 significant and positive, so H0 is accepted. And the simultaneous influence obtained by the correlation value of 0.391 or 39.1% with the test F = 11.867 compared to F table = 3.32 (Fhitung > Ftabel) then the hypothesis is acceptable. While the remaining 60.9% is explained by other variables outside the variables of remuneration, job satisfaction and employee performance.Conclusion Remuneration variables that have been given in the form of rewards received are reasonable, received bonuses are associated or not related to achievement, and the suitability of the rewards received has a positive influence in encouraging working harder according to the expected target. So that this can improve employee performance at the Cirebon Primary Tax Service Office. Likewise, employee job satisfaction variables in the Pratama Tax Office in Cirebon feel comfortable in working, pleasant work, salary in accordance with expectations, adequate career opportunities, conducive work environment and leadership style (human relations).

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan obyek Kantor Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karimun, dengan melibatkan responden yang merupakan pegawai pada Kantor Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karimun yang berjumlah 37 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai-nilai budaya organisasi baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja pegawai Kantor Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karimun. Disamping itu terdapat variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi delapan variabel bebas yang terdiri dari Asas Tujuan, Asas Keunggulan, Asas Konsensus, Asas Kesatuan, Asas Prestasi, Asas Empirisme, Asas Keakraban, Asas Integritas, Serta satu variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan kerja pegawai. Pengujian hipotesis menghasilkan bahwa asas integritas mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja Pegawai Kantor Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karimun. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung adalah sebesar 6.521 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.000 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 2.045. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penolakan Ho dan penerimaan Ha yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel asas integritas terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja Pegawai Kantor Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karimun (Y).  Nilai thitung ini dinyatakan paling besar dibandingkan variabel-variabel yang lain. Kata Kunci:  Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja Abstract This research was conducted with the object of the Regional Government Office of Karimun Regency, involving respondents who were employees of the Regional Government Office of Karimun Regency, amounting to 37 people. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational culture values ​​both simultaneously and partially on the level of job satisfaction of employees of the Regional Government Office of Karimun Regency. Besides that, there is the most dominant variable influencing employee job satisfaction. The variables in this study include eight independent variables consisting of the Principle of Purpose, Principle of Excellence, Principle of Consensus, Principle of Unity, Principle of Achievement, Principle of Empiricism, Principle of Familiarity, Principle of Integrity, and one dependent variable namely employee job satisfaction. Hypothesis testing results in that the principle of integrity has the most dominant influence on job satisfaction of Karimun Regency Government Office Employees. This is indicated by the tcount value of 6,521 with a significance level of 0,000 greater than the table of 2,045. This shows that there is a rejection of Ho and Ha acceptance, which means there is a significant influence of the integrity principle variable on the job satisfaction variable of the Employees of the Regional Government Office of Karimun Regency (Y). The high quality of employee resources will result in strong commitment in completing routine tasks according to their respective responsibilities and functions more efficiently, effectively and productively. The extent of the authority possessed by the Province in the field of human resource management has resulted in the relevant agencies not carrying out their duties effectively. So that in this study research was conducted for; (1) analyze the ability of employees to adjust to colleagues; (2) analyzing employee work performance; (3) analyzing the level of employee job satisfaction and partial and simultaneous influence. The analytical tool used is Multiple Regression with classical assumption tests. The population in this study were 116 employees of Dispermadesdukcapil, Central Java Province, with a sample of 54 employees. The results of this study that variable adaptability and work performance have a significant positive effect, it is known from the tsatistic value of each of 4.458 and 3.853 which shows a number greater than the ttable number. While the variable job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect, it is known from the value of the statistic <t table of 1.698. If calculated together, the three variables have a significant positive effect known from the calculated f value> f-table by 58.548. The suggestions in this study need to be done to improve employees' work, or performance with difficulty behind education. Sumber daya karyawan yang berkualitas tinggi akan menghasilkan komitmen yang kuat dalam menyelesaikan tugas rutin sesuai dengan tanggungjawab dan fungsinya masing-masing secara lebih efisien, efektif dan produktif. Luasnya kewenangan yang dimiliki oleh Provinsi di bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia telah mengakibatkan instansi terkait tidak melaksanakan tugasnya secara efektif. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini dilakukan penelitian untuk; (1) menganalisis kemampuan karyawan untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan rekan kerja; (2) menganalisis kinerja karyawan; (3) menganalisis tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan dan pengaruh parsial dan simultan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Berganda dengan tes asumsi klasik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 116 karyawan Dispermadesdukcapil, Provinsi Jawa Tengah, dengan sampel 54 karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa variable kemampuan beradaptasi dan kinerja memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan, hal ini diketahui dari nilai t satistic masing – masing sebesar 4,458 dan 3,853 yang menunjukkan angka lebih besar dari angkat tabel. Sementara variable kepuasan kerja memiliki efek positif dan tidak signifikan, hal ini diketahui dari nilai statistic <t table sebesar 1,698. Jika dihitung bersama, ketiga variable tersebut memiliki efek positif signifikan yang diketahui dari nilai f hitung > f-tabel sebesar 58,548. Saran dalam penelitian ini perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pekerjaan karyawan, atau kinerja dengan kesulitan di belakang pendidikan.

This study aims to determine (1) The influence of organizational culture on the work motivation of PT Posmi Steel Indonesia's employees, (2) The influence of the work environment on the work motivation of PT Posmi Steel Indonesia's employees, (3) The influence of organizational culture on PT Posmi Steel Indonesia's employee job satisfaction, (4) The influence of the work environment on PT Posmi Steel Indonesia's employee job satisfaction, (5) The effect of work motivation on PT Posmi Steel Indonesia's employee job satisfaction, (6) The influence of organizational culture and work environment on the work motivation of PT Posmi Steel Indonesia's employees, and ( 7) The influence of organizational culture and work environment on work motivation and job satisfaction of employees of PT Posmi Steel Indonesia. The sample used in this study were 215 respondents from permanent employees of PT. Posmi Steel Indonesia. The statistical tests used are validity, reliability and path analysis. The calculation results show that: (1) organizational culture has a significant effect on the work motivation of PT Posmi Steel Indonesia's employees, (2) the work environment has a significant effect on the work motivation of PT Posmi Steel Indonesia's employees, (3) organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction of PT Posmi employees Steel Indonesia, (4) Work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction of PT Posmi Steel Indonesia's employees, (5) Work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction of PT Posmi Steel Indonesia's employees, (6) Organizational culture and work environment have a significant effect on the work motivation of PT employees Posmi Steel Indonesia, and (7) Organizational culture and work environment significantly influence work motivation and job satisfaction of PT Posmi Steel Indonesia employees.

This study aims to determine how the influence of Justice Procedural Participatory and Trade Union Support to Job Satisfaction of employees at UD. Putra TS Majalengka. The hypothesis proposed in this research is that Participatory Procedural Justice and Trade Union Support have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction,so that population in this research is UD Putra TS Super Market Majalengka taken as respondents that amounted to 100 people. The research method used survey method with descriptive approach verifikatif. The analysis tools used in this study are classical assumption, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis test for partial test using t test and simultaneous test using F test. The results showed that participative procedural justice and union support had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction which means better procedural paticifative justice in the employees and the better the union support to employees will increase employee job satisfaction.
