This study aims to determine the contribution of PNF training and Shuttle Run training to Dollyo Chagi's kicking ability in male Pre-Junior athletes aged 10-13 years Tiger Sumatra Taekwondo Club Binjai 2021. The method used in this study is an experimental method with data collection techniques involving two independent variables, namely PNF and Shuttle Run on the dependent variable dollyo chagi kick ability. The population in this study amounted to 30 athletes, and the sample in this study amounted to 10 athletes who were selected by purposive sampling method. The design of this study used a post-test one group design. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is There is a contribution of PNF training to the dollyo chagi kick ability of 79% (2) There is a contribution of Shuttle Run training to the dollyo chagi kick ability 19.2%, (3) There is a contribution of PNF and Shuttle Run training to the dollyo chagi kicking ability known by looking at the value of R (r2 x 100%). The value of r2 is 0.911, so it is known that the amount of contribution is 91.1%.

This study aims to develop a form of reaction speed training variation in the futsal game in 2021. The population in this study were all SKP Fc goalkeeper athletes, Amir Hamzah, and Bersama Fs. The form of the small group variation that has been made is validated by 3 experts, 1 futsal coach, 1 expert in sports, and 1 expert in language, where the percentage of validity is 58%-97% taken from the smallest to the largest percentage value of the overall results. The method used is the research and development (R&D) method. The form of the large group variation that has been made is validated by 3 experts, 1 futsal coach, 1 expert in sports, and 1 expert in language, where the percentage of validity is 86%-97% taken from the smallest to the largest percentage value of the overall results. The method used is the research and development (R&D) method. The results of the small group test involving 6 futsal goalkeeper athletes SKP Fc and Amir Hamzah showed that the 20 variations of the exercise had met the appropriate criteria. The percentage of validity of the questionnaire that has been distributed to the sample shows that 77%-96% is taken from the smallest to the largest percentage value of the overall results. The results of the large group test of 14 futsal goalkeeper athletes SKP Fc, Amir Hamzah, and Bersama Fs showed that the 20 variations of the exercise had met the criteria for use. The percentage of validity of the questionnaire that has been distributed to the sample shows that 84%-96% is taken from the smallest to the largest percentage value of the overall results. It can be concluded that the 20 models of exercise variations are good for increasing the ability and reaction speed of futsal goalkeepers and interesting exercises, because they are very important in training so that these exercises do not.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not circuit training had an effect on improving the physical fitness of early age pencak silat athletes (9-12 years) at tapak suci arena college, sd muhammadiyah 18 medan. This research was conducted at the muhammadiyah 18 elementary school medan. This research was started from 14 november to 26 december. This research is an experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design research method. The subjects of this study were early age of martial arts athletes (9-12 years) at the tapak suci arena college, sd muhammadiyah 18 medan, totaling 20 athletes. The instrument used was the tkji (indonesian physical fitness test), including the straight jumping test, bending elbow test, sitting-down test, 40-meter running test, 600-meter running test. The data analysis technique used t-test at a significant level of α = 0.05. The results of the research on the effect of circuit training on improving the physical fitness of early age pencak silat athletes (9-12 years) at Tapak Suci Gelanggang college, SD Muhammadiyah 18 Medan. From the analysis of the results of the data that has been carried out by statistical tests, it is obtained t-count of 111.8. Furthermore, this value is compared with the t-table value with dk = n-1 (20-1 = 19) at the significant level α = 0.05 is 2.09, thus t-count> t-table (111.8> 2.09) can be concluded that through Application of Circuit Training training can improve physical fitness in early childhood pencak silat (9-12 years) at Tapak Suci College arena, SD Muhammadiyah 18 Medan in 2020. These results are interpreted as accepted, so the hypothesis states there is an effect of circuit training training on improving athlete's physical fitness. This study aims to determine the effect of training variations on the drill method on jump serve in male athletes of the Nusantara Volleyball Club in 2021. The drill method is an exercise that can help improve good movement towards jump serve in volleyball and in practice playing at the repetition time. serve jump movement, which is measured in an assessment of the jump serve movement. This research method is an experiment with a research time of 6 weeks, with training for 3 times a week. The number of samples is by random sampling of 12 athletes. All samples of athletes did the form of training that had been arranged in the training program and did a pre-test before training in the initial week and post-test after the end of training in the last week. Analysis of the hypothesis that is, the effect of variations in drill training methods on jump serve on male athletes of the Nusantara Deli Serdang volleyball club in 2021, obtained t-count 28.32 and t-table 1.796 at a significant level = 0.05 then t-count > t - table. Based on the test criteria, namely HO is rejected and Ha is accepted, this study states that there is a significant effect of variations in training methods on volleyball jumping athletes from the Deli Serdang archipelago in 2021.

This study aims to determine whether the variation of under passing with the letter model can improve the results of under-passing in the Medan TVRI club volleyball athletes in 2020, the exercise of the under-passing variation with the letter model is an exercise that can help improve the under-passing technique in the game.. test after the end of the workout in the last week. Hypothesis analysis, namely, the effect of the variation of the under-passing training with the letter model on the under-passing of volleyball athletes of the Medan TVri club female athletes in 2021, obtained a Thitung hypothesis test of 3,35 Furthermore, compared with the t table with dk = n-1 = 10-1 = 9 at the significant level α = 0.05 = 2.26. In the hypothesis testing criteria it is stated that at tcount> ttable (3,25> 2.26) with α = 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of under-wall passing practice on under-passing with variations of volleyball letters in women's volleyball athletes at the Medan TVRI club in 2021.

This research was carried out at the Swimming Club Binjai Dolphins at the Tirta Raerim Mencharm swimming pool in the Peacock Meadows, North Sumatra. held on November 10 to January 28, 2021 for 8 weeks with a frequency of 2 times a week.This study aims to determine the effect of fast interval training (FIT) on the results of the 100 meter freestyle swimming speed for the K.U II Dolphin Swimming Club Binjai. The research method used in this study is an experimental method with a sample of 8 people with a purposive sampling research design. Then the sample did an initial test (pre-test), namely with a 100-meter swimming test, then the sample was given Fast Interval Training (FIT) training then after 8 weeks of programmed exercise the sample did a final test (post-test).The results of the analysis of the hypothesis, that there is a significant effect of fast interval training (FIT) training on the results of the 100 meter freestyle swimming speed for the K.U II Dolphin Swimming Club Binjai athletes. 2021 year. The results of the t-test obtained tcount = 0.3096 and t-table = 0.258. At the real level = 0.05 then t-count > t-table. Based on the hypothesis testing criteria, HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of Fast Interval Training (FIT) on the results of the 100 meter freestyle swimming speed for the KU II Lumba-lumba Swimming Club Binjai athletes 2021.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training variants using Shooting After Dribbling Exercises and Shooting After Passing Exercises on Shooting Accuracy in athletes aged 11-13 years SSB Soccer Pranata in 2021. The population of this study were 30 SSB Soccer students, the technique of taking The sample used purposive sampling as many as 10 people with predetermined criteria. The data collection technique is carrying out tests and measurements of shooting accuracy in the form of pre test and post test, namely Shooting After Dribbling and Shooting After Passing. Measurement of the test is done by shooting the target ball that has been determined 5 times and then the results are added up. The results of this study indicate that (1) Shooting after dribbing and Shooting after passing exercises provide a significant increase in shooting results for players aged 11-13 years at SSB Soccer Pratama 2021. It can be seen from the difference in the average ability of students before training. and after exercise. (2) The pretest score of the players in this study was 5.4 while the score of the posttest of the players was 13.8 with t count = 10.1 and ttable = 2.13 so that it can be said that tcount >ttable. So it can be concluded that this exercise greatly affects the shooting ability of players aged 11-13 years at SSB Soccer Pratama on their shooting abilities.

Tennis court is a small ball game. Playing tennis court is a sport that is almost the same as playing table tennis and badminton, having the same goal of hitting the ball over the net so that it reaches the opponent's area. The game of tennis court is played by one or a pair of players facing across the net. This research is aimed at developing forehand drive training aids in tennis athletes. Forehand drive training aids in tennis court are first validated by 6 experts, 2 material expert in sports, 2 expert in the field of equipment / media, 2 expert field coach. The results of the small group trial involved 3 experts, 1 material expert with an assessment result of 85%, 1 trainer expert 84% and 1 media expert 85% it can be concluded that they meet the criteria to be continued in large group trials. It can be concluded that the results of large group trials meet the criteria to be used in assisting forehand drive exercises in tennis court

E-Sport is part of a sport that has grown rapidly in the last 5 years and is a sport that is supported by the government in developing rapidly. The dilemma that occurs is that a student's psychic and physical changes are due to reduced physical activity and social contact due to more work from home or study at home. Researchers try to explore the consequences of student activities that are required to study at home due to the corona virus. The positive and negative impacts or pros and cons in the COVID-19 pandemic can be a blessing or a disaster depending on the perspective of the mind. Researchers try to examine the development of e-sports which is now starting to become popular and even an addiction for all ages from children to adults, and is supported by many athletes who have achieved world-class achievements in FIFA or Pro Evolution Soccer, PUBG, and other online games. The problem from the research is the basis why researchers are interested in researching by using a survey method to the point of view of students and the point of view of parents and the point of view of teachers / lecturers about the development of e-sports which is very popular today. This research data is on a regional scale such as the province of Yogyakarta and if possible will be distributed via google form to all corners of the country so that the data obtained is more diverse according to the point of view of each region according to the culture and circumstances of each region. This research will be very interesting because the issue taken is a national issue in the world of sports today. From this study, it can be concluded that children aged 13-16 years like to play online games, because: 1) Repel boredom 50%, 2) Gathering with friends 30%, 3) Get 20% achievement. Judging from the data, it is clear that the goals of E-Sport have not been fully achieved in Indonesia. Because it should be clear with Esports to hone intelligence thinking quickly and precisely by playing some games.

This study aims to develop a rotary technique tool in the athletic sport of hammer throwing. Hammerhead throwing has an average of 81.00%, it can be concluded that it takes a tool that can train the rotation technique in the hammer-throwing athletic sport in the Hammerhead Throwing sport which includes the rotation in the throwing process. At the validation stage, the expert design assessed by 6 experts namely Sports Expert, Coach, and Media Expert had an average score of 79.00%. In the period after design validation there was a pandemic that hit the world caused by a virus with the name Covid-19, the whole world went into lockdown or quarantine including the Lontar Hammer athlete community, therefore the trials carried out in each club were abolished but the testing method was replaced by increasing the number experts who assess the feasibility of the tool to be used in the training process. The product trial stage was carried out by an athlete at the provincial level who represented North Sumatra at the 2016 PON event in West Java on this training tool and then assessed by 6 experts, namely 2 Sports Experts, 2 Coaches, and 2 Media Experts, the average value of the validity of the six being 82.00 %. Then made improvements according to input from experts. After that, the use trial phase was carried out using the same method and number of experts with the average value of the validity of the six being 90.00%. The conclusion that resulted from the trial use or the last stage of this research was the creation of a chain imitation exercise tool for the round technique of the athletic sport of hammer throwing numbers that was sophisticated and flexible for all user groups to help train rotation techniques in athletic sports, especially in the rotating movement of the hammer throwing tool. . From the results of the assessment of 2 sports experts (academics), 2 material experts (coaches) and 2 media experts, the tool is categorized as good/worthy to be used as an exercise tool in sports. In the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, the device was not tested on athletes widely to prevent transmission, but was only tested by an athlete at the national level, after which the performance of the device would be assessed by an expert.
