This study aimed to determine the significant correlation between the logical mathematical intelligence with the core competency of knowledge of mathematics students of grade V SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu, North Denpasar, in the Lesson Year 2017/2018. This research is ex post facto research with correlation type. The population of this study is a class V student residing in SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu, North Denpasar Lesson Year 2017/2018 which has a population of 340 people. Determination of the sample used proportional random sampling technique with significant level 5% and obtained the number of samples from the population is 172 people. The data were obtained through results of the essay test of the logical mathematical intellegence and the document recording of the core competency of knowledge of mathematics student. As the test is a normality test data distribution. After all prerequisite tests are met, the statistical analysis used in this next study is hypothesis test using product moment correlation analysis. Based on result of analysis then  = 0,472. At the significant levelof 5% with n = 172, then obtained  = 0.148. Because >=  0.472> 0.148 it can be interpreted that H₀which reads there is not significant correlation betweenthe logical mathematical intelligence with the core competency of knowledge of mathematics students of grade V SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu, North Denpasar, in the Lesson Year 2017/2018 is rejected and accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between the logical mathematical intelligence with the core competency of knowledge of mathematics students of grade V SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu, North Denpasar, in the Lesson Year 2017/2018, with a positive correlation direction, meaning the higher logical mathematical intelligence then the higher the core competency of knowledge of mathematics students.

This study aimed to determine the significant relationship between the literacy skills with the core competency of knowledge of Indonesian language students of grade V SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu, North Denpasar, in the Lesson Year 2017/2018. This research is ex post facto research with correlation type. The population of this study is a class V student residing in SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu, North Denpasar Lesson Year 2017/2018 which has a population of 340 people. Determination of the sample used proportional random sampling technique with significant level 5% and obtained the number of samples from the population is 172 people. The data were obtained through the multiple-choice objective test of the literacy skills and the document recording of the core competency of knowledge of Indonesian language student. As the test is a normality test data distribution. After all prerequisite tests are met, the statistical analysis used in this next study is hypothesis test using product moment correlation analysis. Based on result of analysis then  = 0,227. At the significant level of 5% with n = 172, then obtained  = 0.148. Because  >  =  0.227 >  0.148 it can be interpreted that H₀ which reads there is not significant relationship between literacy skills with the core competency of knowledge of  Indonesian language students of grade V SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu, North Denpasar, in the Lesson Year 2017/2018 is rejected and  accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between literacy skills with the core competency of knowledge of Indonesian language students of grade V SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu, North Denpasar, in the Lesson Year 2017/2018, with a positive correlation direction, meaning the higher literacy skills then the higher the core competency of knowledge of Indonesian language students. Keywords : Literacy skills, the core competency of knowledge, Indonesian

This study was intended to determine the relationship between the readiness of learning with the core competence of Indonesian language knowledge of the V grade students of SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu North Denpasar in Academic Year 2017/2018. The type of this research was ex post facto research with asymmetric correlation. The population of this study was all students of V grade students which located at SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu North Denpasar in Academic Year 2017/2018 which has population of 340 students. The determination of the sample used proportional random sampling technique with 5% error rate and obtained many samples from the population were 172 students. The data which obtained through the results of the questionnaires about the readiness of learning and the core competence of Indonesian language knowledge were obtained from recording documents value of the end semester of the core competence of Indonesian language knowledge of the V grade students of SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu North Denpasar in semester 1. As the test was a normality test data distribution. After all the prerequisite tests were fulfilled, statistical analysis used in this research was hypothesis test which used product moment correlation analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, then rxy count = 0.818. At the significance level of 5% with n = 172, then obtained rxy table = 0,148.It could be stated that rxy count = 0,818> rxy table = 0,148, hence it can be interpreted that H0 which reads there was no significant correlation between the readiness of learning with core competence of Indonesian language knowledge of the V grade students of SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu North Denpasar rejected this mean Ha accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there was a significant relationship between the readiness of learning with the core competence of Indonesian language knowledge of the V grade students of SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu North Denpasar in Academic Year 2017/2018, with a positive correlation direction, it means the higher the readiness of learning so that the higher the core competence of Indonesian language knowledge.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuai pengaruh teman sebaya terhadapperkembangan motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII A SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluru kelas VIII di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang dan sampelnya adalah siswa kelas VIII A dengan jumlah 33 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelian ini menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket koesioner. Uji prasarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas, uji hipotesis menggunakan uji korelasi Product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikanantara pergaulan teman sebaya dengan motivasi belajar yang di tunjukan dari hasil rhitung yang dipeolah dengan bantuan SPSS sebeser 0,575, sedangkan rtabel dengan N = 33 pada taraf kesalahan 5% sebesar 0,344, sehingga ρ hitung > ρ tabel (0,575 > 0,344). Selanjutnya ditemukan bahwa mayoritas siswa memiliki skor pergaulan teman sebaya yang berada pada kategori sedang dengan presentase 66,7% dan mayoritas siswa peda motivasi belajar jugatermasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan presentase yaitu sebesar 75,8%.Kata Kunci : Pergaulan teman sebaya, Motivasi belajar, SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang.ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to know how the thepeers’s influence towarddevelopment of students’s learning motivation at VIII A Class SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. The kind of this research used ex-post facto with quantitative research. The population is the whole VIII class at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang and the sample is the students who is in Class VIII A with amount 33 people. The data collection in this research used documentation and questionnaire. Test prerequisite analysis using normality test and linearity test, hypothesis test using product moment correlation test. The result of thisstudy showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between peerassociation with learning motivation which showed from the result of rhitung which if with the help of SPSS shift 0,575, while rtabel with N = 33 at 5% error level 0,344, so r hitung>r tabel (0,575 > 0.344). Furthermore it was found that the majority of students have peer social scores that are in the medium category with a percentage of 66.7% and the majority of students pedamotivasibelajr also included in the category of premises premisesdenga 75.8%.Keywords: Peers association, Learning motivation, SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang.

The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of rewards, incentives, job and career development in the job satisfaction of nurses. This study was included in the category of ex-post facto research. This study uses the individual (individual) for the unit of analysis, answer questions based on the responses of each individual (nurse Orthopaedic Hospital Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta). The data used is primary and secondary data. The population in this study were nurses working in the Field of Nursing totaling 187 people and taken samples of 65 people with accidental sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire with Likert scale. The data analysis includes validation test, reliability and multiple regression analysis. Test model assumptions including normality test, autocorrelation, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity.The results showed that reward positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of nurses, incentives positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of nurses, division of positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of nurses, career development positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of nurses, and the rewards, incentives , division tuags and career development have a significant effect on job satisfaction of nurses at the hospital. The purpose of this research was to find out the correlation between tolerance attitudes with social interaction in Elementary School Gugus VII Kuta Selatan Grade 4. The type of this research was ex post facto. Research populationswere all students Grade 4 in Elementary School Gugus VII Kuta Selatan academic period 2017/2018 which has population over 123 students. Sample was determined by proportional technique random sampling with the level of error 5% and the number of sample gained from the populations were 89 students. The data from tolerance attitudes and social interactions were obtained through questionnaire which was answered by the respondents. The prerequisite test was data distribution normality test. After all the prerequisite test fulfilled, statistics analysis that was used in this research is hypothesis test using correlation analysis product moment. Based on the analysis result we found that rcount = 1,205. At a level of signification 5% with n= 89, obtained rtable= 0,213. Because rcount= 1,205 >rtable= 0,213 it means that H0 that said there is no significant correlation between tolerance attitudes with social interactions in Elementary School Gugus VII Kuta Selatan Grade 4 academic period 2017/2018 was rejected and Ha was accepted . The conclusion was there is correlation between tolerance attitudes with social interactions in in Elementary School Gugus VII Kuta Selatan Grade 4, with positive correlation line, which means the higher tolerance attitudes will increase the social interactions in the class.Keywords: tolerance attitude, social interactions in the class

 ABSTRACT The objective of this study is to determine the effects of emotional intelligence on marital adjustment in early adulthood. The study was conducted in South Jakarta. The population of this study is the early adulthood resident of district Pela Mampang, South Jakarta . Total population is about 500 people and the researchers took 46 people as the sample in this study because they meet the study requirement. This study used a quantitative approach. The method used in this study is ex post facto. And the sampling technique is probability sampling.The type of probability sampling that is used in this study is purposive sampling, whereas the sampling technique depends on the criteria.  Data collection technique used emotional intelligence and marital adjustment scale. The analytical techniques used in this study is normality test, linear test, and regression analysis. Based on the study result, F = 275 912, p = 0.00 <0.05 (significant), suggested that there is a significant influence between emotional intelligence on marital adjustment in early adulthood. The regression equation was Y = 25 276 +0249 X. This regression suggested that if emotional intelligence is 0, then the adjustment is positive 25,769. Regression coefficient of emotional intelligence variable is 0.249 which means if emotional intelligence scores is increased, then the marital adjustment will increase 0.249. We obtained a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and marital adjustment because the coefficient is positive. This means that, higher emotional intelligence will result on higher marital adjustment. The influence of emotional intelligence variables on marital adjustment in early adulthood that is obtained by Adjusted R Square is 0859 which means emotional intelligence affect marital adjustment in early adulthood couples by 85.9%, while the remaining percentage showed that there are other factors that influence marital adjustment on early adulthood beside emotional intelligence.  Keywords: Emotional intelligence, Marital adjustment

The purpose of this study was to determine the type of parenting that affects mathematics learning outcomes and to determine the criteria for mathematics learning outcomes for class XI students of  Public Vocational Secondary School 3 Mataram in the 2019/2020 school year. This type of research is ex post facto research with descriptive and quantitative statistical approaches. Determination of the sample is done by proportionate purposive sampling technique by taking representatives of each class to be sampled, after taking 20% ​​of the population, a sample of 131 students is obtained. The type of parenting that is applied by parents is determined based on the highest score on the parenting questionnaire for each whole item statement for each parenting. Based on the results of data analysis using descriptive statistical techniques, there are 12 students with authoritarian parenting types, 44 students with permissive parenting types, and 75 students with authoritative parenting. Student mathematics learning outcomes for each parenting are mostly in the very low category. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the value of  t calculated for each parenting, obtained from authoritarian, permissive, and authoritative parenting respectively 0.83, -1.16, and 3.63, with a value of t_table is 2.02, 2.23, and 1.99. Thus, it can be seen that parenting patterns that affect the learning outcomes of students of class XI in SMK Negeri 3 Mataram are authoritative parenting, because the calculated value is greater than the value of t table, which is 3,63 > 1.99, with the influence of 15.32%.

The purpose of this articel is to analyze the effect Perseption of students about Effectivity of The Educational Internship Experience Program (PPLK) towards the readiness becoming a teacher. This type of the research is descriptive quantitative. The population of research is the economics students July to December 2017 period. The sample is 40 students that be selected from total 66 students by using Slovin formula with Insidential Random Sampling technique. The data collected by using the questionnaire. The instrument t is tested by using validity and reliability test. The data is analyzed by using descriptive and inductive (inferensial) analyze which is the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test is analyzed by using simple regression, determination coefficient and F experiment with α=0.05. The result of this research has showed that there has been a significant perseption of students about effectivity of the educational internship experience program PPLK to the readiness become a teacher, it has showed by the significant of 0,008 < 0,05 and TCR perseption of students about effectivity of PPLK variable (x) at 75,79%. Both TCR for variables of perseption of students about effectivity of PPLK and readiness become a teacher are determined in a good category. It has indicated that PPLK has contributed to the readness become a teacher. Based on the results of the study it is suggested that students are able to provide apperception the beginning of learning because with the provision of apperception the learning will be more directed and students must be able to adapt the new environment.Keywords: Perseption , Effectivity, Educational Experience Program , Readiness Becoming a Teacher

SMAN 5 Jember is a school that has received the Adiwiyata program predicate. Based on the phenomenon, students who have environmental knowledge do not necessarily have attitudes and behaviors that care about the environment. This is not in line with the school's goal of maintaining the status of a Adiwiyata school. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between environmental knowledge and environmental care and environmental care behavior among students of SMAN 5 Jember in the 2018-2019 academic year. This study uses a nonexperimental correlational quantitative approach using the ex post facto method. The population in this study were students of class X and XI, amounting to 480 students. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used Kendall's Tau Correlation. Based on the results of the research on the relationship between environmental knowledge and environmental care attitudes in students of SMAN 5 Jember, the results obtained were 0.000 < 0.05 so that Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected, meaning that there was a significant relationship. The relationship between environmental knowledge and environmental care behavior results in 0.532> 0.05 so that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is no significant relationship. Keywords: Adiwiyata, Knowledge, Attitude, and Behavior   SMAN 5 Jember merupakan sekolah yang mendapatkan predikat program Adiwiyata. Berdasarkan fenomena siswa yang memiliki pengetahuan lingkungan belum tentu memiliki sikap dan perilaku peduli lingkungan. Hal ini tidak selaras dengan tujuan sekolah mempertahankan status sekolah Adiwiyata. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan lingkungan dengan sikap peduli lingkungan dan perilaku peduli lingkungan pada siswa SMAN 5 Jember tahun pelajaran 2018-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional non eksperimental menggunakan metode ex post facto. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X dan XIyang berjumlah 480 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sampling proportionate stratified random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan Kendall’s Tau Correlation. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian hubungan pengetahuan lingkungan dengan sikap peduli lingkungan pada siswa SMAN 5 Jember diperoleh hasil 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan. Hubungan pengetahuan lingkungan dengan perilaku peduli lingkungan diperoleh hasil 0,532 > 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak artinya tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan. This study focused on the effects of anthropometric variables on male handball champions in West Africa. An ex-post facto research design was adopted. The population of all male handball players in the West African University Games (University of Ilorin; University of Ghana and University of Abomey-Calavi) were participants in the study. Two research instruments were adopted in this study this includes measuring tape and a standard handball court. Census sampling technique was used to select all 37 players available during the contest. Census method is the method of statistical enumeration where all members of the population are studied . These players composed of (Wrist (cm) 18.88, Chest (cm) 17.78, mid-thigh(cm) 18.35, Wrist (cm) 91.96, Chest (cm) 95.02, mid-thigh 89.83, Wrist (cm) 49.37, mid-thigh 55.04, Wrist (cm) 49.26).   To test a substantive difference between the groups determined at 0.05alpha significant levels, descriptive and inferential statistics for t test and ANOVA Scheffe post hoc, multiple comparison tests were adopted. The results of this study showed that men players had considerable differences in anthropometric measurements. As the men's players were significantly different in the handle circumference (f=4.624>3.32 (0.05) df36); chest circumference (f=.750<3.32(0.05) df36). Coaches were recommended to focus on these variables in selecting and coaching processes (Wrist circumference, Chest curvature, Thigh). This study also recommends that this profiling should be adopted in players’ selection and the development of sport specific programs. Key words: Anthropometric, Performance, Wrist girth.
