The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of rewards, incentives, job and career development in the job satisfaction of nurses. This study was included in the category of ex-post facto research. This study uses the individual (individual) for the unit of analysis, answer questions based on the responses of each individual (nurse Orthopaedic Hospital Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta). The data used is primary and secondary data. The population in this study were nurses working in the Field of Nursing totaling 187 people and taken samples of 65 people with accidental sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire with Likert scale. The data analysis includes validation test, reliability and multiple regression analysis. Test model assumptions including normality test, autocorrelation, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity.The results showed that reward positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of nurses, incentives positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of nurses, division of positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of nurses, career development positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of nurses, and the rewards, incentives , division tuags and career development have a significant effect on job satisfaction of nurses at the hospital. elf-control is one of the individual internal factors that influence aggressive behavior in adolescents. This study aims to examine the effect of self-control on aggressive behavior in adolescents. This study uses a quantitative approach with an ex-post facto type. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The research subjects were adolescents who were in high school (SMA) who had a history of committing violence. This research was conducted in D.I Yogyakarta with a total sample of 52 adolescents (27 boys and 25 girls) with an age range of 15-17 years. The data technique uses a scale of aggressive behavior and a scale of self-control. The instrument validation technique uses content validation and reliability uses the Alpha Cronbach formula. The data analysis technique used simple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant effect of self-control on aggressive behavior with α = 0.001 (p <0.05). Therefore, it can be ignored that self-control can be aggressive behavior among adolescents

This study aims to determine the effect of work balance and career development on job satisfaction at Bank Maluku Namlea and Namrole Branch. This research is an explanatory study because it seeks to explain the effect of work-life balance and career development on job satisfaction. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Maluku in Namlea and Namrole in Maluku Province, totaling 116 employees. The sampling technique used was the census technique. The choice of this technique is because the population is not too large so it is possible to be reached as a whole. This means that the number of samples in this study is the same as the total population of 116 employees of the Maluku Branch Bank in Namlea and Namrole, Maluku Province. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work-life balance and career development either partially or simultaneously proved to have a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees of Bank Maluku, Namlea, and Namrole Branches. This can be proven by the regression coefficient which shows that if work-life balance or career development increases, this increase will be followed by an increase in job satisfaction of Bank Maluku employees, Namlea, and Namrole branches. Thus it can be said that the encouragement of improving work-life balance and career development will increase the level of job satisfaction of the employees of Bank Maluku, Namlea, and Namrole Branches.

This study aimed to determine the significant correlation between the logical mathematical intelligence with the core competency of knowledge of mathematics students of grade V SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu, North Denpasar, in the Lesson Year 2017/2018. This research is ex post facto research with correlation type. The population of this study is a class V student residing in SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu, North Denpasar Lesson Year 2017/2018 which has a population of 340 people. Determination of the sample used proportional random sampling technique with significant level 5% and obtained the number of samples from the population is 172 people. The data were obtained through results of the essay test of the logical mathematical intellegence and the document recording of the core competency of knowledge of mathematics student. As the test is a normality test data distribution. After all prerequisite tests are met, the statistical analysis used in this next study is hypothesis test using product moment correlation analysis. Based on result of analysis then  = 0,472. At the significant levelof 5% with n = 172, then obtained  = 0.148. Because >=  0.472> 0.148 it can be interpreted that H₀which reads there is not significant correlation betweenthe logical mathematical intelligence with the core competency of knowledge of mathematics students of grade V SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu, North Denpasar, in the Lesson Year 2017/2018 is rejected and accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between the logical mathematical intelligence with the core competency of knowledge of mathematics students of grade V SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu, North Denpasar, in the Lesson Year 2017/2018, with a positive correlation direction, meaning the higher logical mathematical intelligence then the higher the core competency of knowledge of mathematics students.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment of company employees at partners PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Kota Bima. This research was conducted at Partners PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Kota Bima. This research was conducted using associative research. The population used in this research is 46 employees of the contract at partners of PT. PLN (Persero) Ulp. Bima City are 46 employees. With a research sample of 34 permanent employees, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used, 1, observation, 2 documentation, 3, questionnaire 4, literature study. The data analysis technique used is, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, multiple regression analysis test, hypothesis test (t test and F test). The results of this study indicate that Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction simultaneously influence the Company's Employee Organizational Commitment at Partners PT PLN (Persero) ULP Kota Bima.

This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, liquidity, growth rates, and efficiency on profitability. This study uses a non-experimental quantitative research design and a causal comparison method (Ex-post facto)with secondary data (data taken from the company's financial statements) from 41 companies in the Property, Real Estate, and Building Construction companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2017 period. The sample is determined by judgmental sampling technique. Hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression test. The results found that empirically capital structure has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Liquidity has a negative and not significant effect on profitability. The growth rate has a positive and significant effect on profitability. And finally, efficiency has a positive and significant effect on profitability.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh struktur modal, likuiditas, tingkat pertumbuhan, dan efisiensi terhadap profitabilitas. Penelitian ini memakai desain penelitian kuantitatif non-eksperimental dan metode perbandingan kausal (Ex-post Facto) dengan data sekunder (data diambil dari laporan keuangan perusahaan) dari 41 perusahaan Industri Properti, Real Estate, dan Building Construction di BEI periode 2014-2017. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik judgemental sampling. Pengujian hipotesis melalui uji regresi linier ganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa secara empiris struktur modal memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Likuiditas memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Tingkat pertumbuhan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Dan terakhir, efisiensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.

 ABSTRACT The objective of this study is to determine the effects of emotional intelligence on marital adjustment in early adulthood. The study was conducted in South Jakarta. The population of this study is the early adulthood resident of district Pela Mampang, South Jakarta . Total population is about 500 people and the researchers took 46 people as the sample in this study because they meet the study requirement. This study used a quantitative approach. The method used in this study is ex post facto. And the sampling technique is probability sampling.The type of probability sampling that is used in this study is purposive sampling, whereas the sampling technique depends on the criteria.  Data collection technique used emotional intelligence and marital adjustment scale. The analytical techniques used in this study is normality test, linear test, and regression analysis. Based on the study result, F = 275 912, p = 0.00 <0.05 (significant), suggested that there is a significant influence between emotional intelligence on marital adjustment in early adulthood. The regression equation was Y = 25 276 +0249 X. This regression suggested that if emotional intelligence is 0, then the adjustment is positive 25,769. Regression coefficient of emotional intelligence variable is 0.249 which means if emotional intelligence scores is increased, then the marital adjustment will increase 0.249. We obtained a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and marital adjustment because the coefficient is positive. This means that, higher emotional intelligence will result on higher marital adjustment. The influence of emotional intelligence variables on marital adjustment in early adulthood that is obtained by Adjusted R Square is 0859 which means emotional intelligence affect marital adjustment in early adulthood couples by 85.9%, while the remaining percentage showed that there are other factors that influence marital adjustment on early adulthood beside emotional intelligence.  Keywords: Emotional intelligence, Marital adjustment

Research aims to understand gyrations cash pt .Had provided nusantara viii , liquidity to pt .Had provided nusantara viii , and to know the influence of gyrations cash on the level of liquidity to PT .Perkebunan nusantara VIII sukabumi .The methodology used is the method ex-post facto capital .This research using primary and secondary data obtained from financial reports and non financial from pt .Pekebunan nusantara viii sukabumi .To test hypotheses used linear regression and the correlation with on the spss 15.0 for windows. Based on the results of research shows that there is a positive influence between second match of cash and liquidity pt .Had provided nusantara viii sukabumi .A level of closeness ( correlation ) the second variables strong enough , are r = 0,800 with a value of a correlation coefficient r &amp; gt; 0 it means if cash second match of getting up and liquidity will increase , and vice versa . While from the results of the equation above the results linear regression simple as follows: y = 185,137 + 0,045x means value ( a ) or constant of 185,137 who have the meaning that if cash two zero ( 0 ) or not increased so level of 185,137 liquidity .The score regression ( b ) of 0,045 the show the relation in line that every 1 increase point in cash and two rate rose to 185,137 liquidity

This aim of research is to know the effect of implementation managerial competencies, compensation and career planning toward employee performances through Job satisfaction at PT. BANK BTPN Tbk Micro Banking Division (MUR) Pekanbaru Branch. The number of populations in this research was 71 employee at PT. Bank BTPN Tbk Micro Banking Division (MUR) Branch Pekanbaru. According to sampling qualification, all of population will be used for sampling research. Data collecting method employed questioner within conducted validity test, reliability test. Hypothesis test employed normality test, linierity test, Multicolinearity test, path analysis, F test, and test t. The result of this research found that : 1) there is a significant effect of managerial competencies toward job satisfaction with path analysis of 0,234; 2) there is a significant effect of compensation on job satisfaction with path analysis of 0,233; 3) there is significant effect of career planning on job satisfaction with path analysis of 0,237; 4) there is a significance effect of managerial competencies on employee performance with path analysis of 0,339; 5) there is a significance effect of compensation on employee performance with path analysis of 0,264; 6) there is a significance effect of career planning on employee performance with path analysis of 0,222; 7) there is a significance effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with path analysis of 0,208. This research also found that the most influence factors is the managerial competencies.

The research method, in this study using primary and secondary data sources, where the data collection is done by field research and library research. Respondents in this study were all employees of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center) as many as 72 respondents using the slovin technique with a tolerance level of 5 percent. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the sampling technique used random sampling. The results of the study have an effect both partially and simultaneously on work environment and career development on employee performance at PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center).</em>
