Innovation in education is necessary for teachers and students to follow the learning process because of the limited laboratory facilities in elementary schools; science learning is done. This study aims to analyze student acceptance and understanding concept in using android-based animated videos on Millealab virtual reality in grade V elementary school. The research method process is carried out in several stages, starting from expert testing conducted on three media experts, three subject matter experts, and three teachers from 3 different schools. Test the use of virtual reality video with a sample size of 65 students. Collecting data using a Likert scale questionnaire 1 to 5, and treatment in descriptive analysis. Testing the acceptance of virtual reality videos to students showed that students received virtual reality video media during the learning process. The application of virtual reality (VR) technology in science learning in elementary schools can improve conceptual understanding so that student acceptance of VR is excellent and teachers also feel helped by using VR media to support the learning process. VR technology is better than AR because it is more comprehensive and easier to use by teachers and students.

The research conducted aims to analyze the influence of facilities and learning outcomes of fourth grade natural science. The research used is qualitative research where the object being examined is the result of a learning process. Qualitative research is research conducted on natural conditions, which develop as they are, not manipulated by researchers. Qualitative research is generally carried out in the context of evaluation or survey research. The researcher conducted research through observations in several elementary schools in Salatiga with the influence of facilities used during the learning process, The analysis carried out using descriptive analysis. The results of the research obtained on several elementary schools that have been surveyed regarding the facilities and learning outcomes of students namely SD Negeri Salatiga 05 with 33 students, Ledok 06 Elementary School with 14 students, and Kanisius Gendongan Elementary School Salatiga with 39 students. In addition there is an average value of each elementary school as follows: SD Negeri Salatiga 05 with an average value of 71, SD Negeri Ledok 06 with an average value of 60. While SD Kanisius Gendongan Salatiga with an average value of 75 students..

The ability to use technology in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is something everyone should have. Likewise in the field of education, teachers and students can use technology as part of the media used during the learning process. Learning by utilizing technology as learning media is expected to give a pleasant, challenging, and interactive impression that contributes to the abilities of elementary school students. One of the abilities of elementary school students that are expected to develop is critical thinking skills. Critical thinking skills are the ability to observe, analyze, and evaluate previously acquired knowledge based on logical reasoning. Critical thinking skills can be developed with the help of learning media. One of the technology-based learning media that can be used is Quizizz. Quizizz is a web tool or smartphone-based application that can create interactive quizzes in the form of games used in the learning process both in and/or outside the class or in distance learning. Therefore, Quizizz is expected to contribute to the development of students’ critical thinking skills in elementary schools, especially in science learning.

Basically, media is something that cannot be separated from the learning component. The use of unattractive and varied media can make students bored and bored when the learning process takes place. This research was conducted with the aim of developing or producing a learning media product based on the use of virtual reality technology. The method used in this research is the research and development (RD) method. This media development focuses on learning Natural Sciences for grade V Elementary Schools. The initial stage of this research is by validating media experts and material experts. Then test the feasibility of media products to the teacher before testing the product to students. The results of the validation by media experts and material experts obtained criteria strongly agree with the results of validation by media experts by 85% and material experts by 92%. Then the media feasibility test conducted by the teacher obtained 89% results with the criteria strongly agree. The feasibility of media products for use by students was carried out through product trials at SDS Muhammadiyah 9 Jakarta with a total of 21 students. The results obtained show a percentage of 86% with very agree criteria.

This research aims to determine the significance of the difference in science learning results between the group of fifth-grade students in Gugus I Elementary Schools, North Kuta District, in the school year of 2017/2018, that take lessons with the multimedia-assisted probing-prompting learning model and the group of students that take lessons with the conventional learning. The design of this research is a quasi-experimental research with the nonequivalent control group design. The population of this research are all the fifth-grade students of Gugus I Elementary Schools in North Kuta District that still implement the KTSP, which consists of 10 classes with a total of 339 students. The sampling is conducted using the random sampling technique. The sample in this research are the students of class VB in SD (Elementary School) No.7 Dalung, with 36 students as the experiment group and the students of class VB in SD No.4 Dalung with 28 students as the control group. The data collection is conducted using the test method in the form of the multiple choice objective test. The science learning results are analyzed using the t-test. Based on the average the experiment groups =80,89 > the control group =72,85, which means that the multimedia-assisted probing-prompting learning model has an influence on the science learning result. Based on the hypothesis test, tvalues =4,517> ttable =2,000, with dk=62 and a significance level of 5%. Based on the test criteria, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be interpreted there is a significant difference the science learning result between the group of students that were taught using the multimedia-assisted probing-prompting learning model and the students that were taught using the conventional learning. It can be concluded that the the multimedia-assisted probing-prompting learning model has an influence on the science learning result of the fifth-grade students in Gugus I Elementary School, North Kuta District, in the school year of 2017/2018. Abstract: Pandemic Covid-19 made government implemented the regulation of education that learning process only conduct by distance education, thus one of the method in this programme was by online learning. The objective of this research was to digging information about the online learning process by elementary teachers. Using the descriptive qualitative method with subjects of 37 teachers in Bogor City. Data was collected by survey with 2 type of questions (open and closed questions). The results shows, that before pandemic Covid-19 the implementation of online learning in elementary schools were very low, but after pandemic the readiness of teachers regarding the goverment regulation is well accomodated even though teachers still have shortcoming with the authenticity of learning outcomes from assignments. Furthermore, teachers still cannot fully conduct evaluation by online assessment particularly to evaluate the affective and social aspects. This research is based on the learning process carried out by the teacher who seems improvised. This is proven by the teacher teaching without using models, approaches, or strategies that can make the learning process more effective. The teacher also does not prepare before starting the lesson, this is evidenced by the absence of media used by the teacher to assist the learning process. the purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes by applying constructivism learning. This research was conducted at 003 Benai Kecil Elementary School with 22 students as research subjects. This study uses classroom action research consisting of two cycles. The results of these two cycles of research prove that, in the initial data of students who completed as many as 10 people with a percentage of completeness of 45.5% with incomplete categories. In the first cycle, students who finished as many as 17 people with a percentage of 77.2% with a complete category. Whereas in the second cycle, students who have returned have increased to as many as 22 people with a percentage of 90.9% with the category of completion. The results of this study prove that the kontriktivism learning model is effective in improving science learning outcomes of Grade VI students of SD Negeri 003 Benai Kecil, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan: budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru; komunikasi dengan kinerja guru; budaya sekolah dengan komitmen; komunikasi dengan komitmen, komitmen dengan kinerja guru; budaya sekolah dengan kinerja melalui komitmen; komunikasi dengan kinerja guru melalui komitmen. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 250 orang guru di 100 Sekolah yang dipilih secara stratified proporsional random sampling dari populasi sebesar 2.276 orang guru yang tersebar di 274 SD Negeri di Kota Banjarmasin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriftip dan analisi jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa budaya sekolah memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja, komunikasi memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja, budaya sekolah memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen, komunikasi memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen, komitmen memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja guru, komitmen merupakan perantara hubugan budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru dan hubungan komunikasi dengan kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: budaya sekolah, komunikasi, komitmen, kinerja THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SCHOOL CULTURE, COMMUNICATION, AND COMMITMENT AND THE STATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS’ PERFORMANCE Abstract: This study was aimed to describe the relationship between: school culture and tea- chers’ performance; communication and teachers’ commitment; school culture and commitment; communication and commitment; commitment and teachers’ performance; school culture and performance through commitment; communication and teachers’ performance through commitment. The sample consisting of 250 teachers from 100 schools was selected using the stratified proportional random sampling technique from a population of 2,276 teachers teaching in 274 state elementary schools in Banjarmasin Municipality. The data were collected using an instrument which had been validated and which was reliable. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis and the path analysis. The findings showed that there was relationship between: school culture and teachers’ performance, communication and performance, school culture and commitment, communication and commitment, commitment and teachers’ performance. Commitment became an intervening variable between school culture and teachers’ performance and between communication and teachers’ performance. The swift flow of globalization has led to increasingly eroded Indonesian local culturalvalues. This has caused a shift in neglected cultural values and local wisdom. Therefore,an approach is needed, namely ethnoscience in the learning process. This studypurposed to determine whether The Elementary School of Muhammadiyah Alam SuryaMentari has applied ethnoscience in science learning and describe the implementationof ethnoscience based on science learning in The Elementary School of MuhammadiyahAlam Surya Mentari.The method used was descriptive qualitative research design. Theresults of the study showed that the planning of science learning based on ethnoscienceapproach in This School was still unplanned, but the school had unconsciously implementedethnoscience approach. The implementation of science based on ethnosciencelearning was by integrating between the material with the environment, culture, and socialin the environment. Evaluation of the implementation of ethnoscience based on sciencelearning included cognitive, affective, and psychomotor evaluation in accordance withevaluation standards in the 2013 curriculum.

The research aims to develop teacher and student handbooks for realistic mathematics lessons for elementary schools. The development of this handbook is based on the reality in the field where the handbook of teachers and students especially the subjects using the 2013 curriculum still do not exist, and in daily learning activities teachers and students still use books that use themes. This research uses development research (Developmental Research). The subjects of this study were grade V students of SD Negeri 163085, H.A Bilal Tebingtinggi City and SD Negeri 106162, Medan Estate District, Deliserdang Regency. In the initial stage, observations were made during the learning process at the two schools and continued with interviews with students and teachers. From the results of these observations and interviews a primary school realistic mathematics teacher and student handbook was prepared. Furthermore, the realistic elementary school mathematics teacher and student handbook is validated by a team that aims to see and assess the quality of the realistic elementary school teacher and student mathematics handbook in order to arrange an effective handbook that will be used by teachers and students in learning. The validation results show that realistic mathematics teacher and student handbooks are developed in both categories and can be used in teaching and learning. The media book test was conducted on grade V students of SD Negeri 163085 Tebingtinggi city and SD Negeri 106162 Medan Estate Deliserdang Regency. The trial results show that the elementary school teacher and student mathematics handbook is effective and can help facilitate understanding of mathematical concepts at the elementary school level. This can be seen from the number of students who can reach the KKM from the two schools is increasing. For SD Negeri 163085 HA Bilal, Tebingtinggi City, if at the time of the pre-test only 1 student (3%) was able to reach the KKM, then after being given the learning process using a teacher and student handbook developed the number of students who could reach the KKM increased to 24 students (82.7%) while those under the KKM were only (17.3%) or 5 students. The same thing was seen in SD Negeri 106162, Medanestate Subdistrict, Deliserdang Regency. If at the time of the Pre-test only 2 students (6.6%) had scored above the KKM, after the post-test there was an increase in students who achieved the KKM score of 25 students (83.3%). The Covid-19 pandemic has affected all sectors of human activity, including the education sector. The pandemic forced learning activities to be carried out online (online). Of course this is a new habit especially at the elementary school level where the learning process is carried out face-to-face in full. In overcoming these problems, various distance learning media in the form of applications were introduced to students and parents. However, there is an application that is familiarly used by students and parents of students that can be used for the online learning process, namely the Whatsapp application. The purpose of this study is to look at the online learning process in elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic era. This study uses a qualitative approach with survey research methods. The research subjects were teachers of SDN 1 Kalipasung in Cirebon Regency as well as research informants. The data collection technique was carried out by conducting in-depth interviews related to the process of implementing online learning for elementary school teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The activity of analyzing and presenting research data is carried out descriptively. The results of this study are Online Learning in Elementary Schools During the Covid 19 Pandemic Era, especially at SDN Kalipasung 1 when viewed from the learning process, it is only used as a means of sending assignments, but the learning process does not involve WhatsApp media completely. In the aspect of supervision, the teacher is also not fully able to monitor the student learning process, as a result, the teacher must cooperate with parents in conducting supervision. The responses of parents and students related to the online learning process stated that they wanted to return to carrying out normal learning (face to face) as usual because they felt they were not used to online learning. Abstrak Pendemi Covid-19 telah mempengaruhi segala sektor aktifitas kegiatan manusia, termasuk sektor pendidikan. Pandemi tersebut memaksa kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan secara dalam jaringan (daring). Tentu ini menjadi kebiasan baru apalagi di jenjang sekolah dasar yang mana proses pembelajaran dilakukan secara tatap muka secara penuh. Dalam mengatasi permasalah tersebut, berbagai media pembelajaran jarak jauh dalam bentuk aplikasi mulai diperkenalkan kepada siswa maupun orangtua siswa. Namun ada aplikasi yang familiar digunakan oleh siswa maupun orang tua siswa yang dapat digunakan untuk proses pembelajaran daring yakni aplikasi Whatsapp. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk melihat proses pembelajaran daring di sekolah dasar pada era panedemi Covid – 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian survei. Subjek penelitian ialah guru-guru SDN 1 Kalipasung yang ada di Kabupaten Cirebon sekaligus menjadi informan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam (In-depth Interview) terkait proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring guru Sekolah Dasar selama pandemik Covid-19. Kegiatan analisis dan penyajian data hasil penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini yakni Pembelajaran Daring di Sekolah Dasar  Pada Era Pandemi Covid 19 khususnya di SDN Kalipasung 1 jika ditinjau dari proses pembelajarannya hanya dijadikan sebagai sarana pengiriman tugas, tetapi proses pembelajaran tidak melibatkan media whatsapp sepenuhnya. Dalam aspek pengawasan juga tidak sepenuhnya guru dapat memantau proses belajar siswa, alhasil guru harus bekerjasama dengan orang tua dalam melakukan pengawasan. Adapun respon orangtua siswa dan siswa terkait dengan proses pembelajaran daring menyatakan ingin kembali melaksanakan pembelajaran secara normal (tatap muka) seperti biasa karena merasa belum terbiasa dengan pembelajaran daring.
