The research aims to develop teacher and student handbooks for realistic mathematics lessons for elementary schools. The development of this handbook is based on the reality in the field where the handbook of teachers and students especially the subjects using the 2013 curriculum still do not exist, and in daily learning activities teachers and students still use books that use themes. This research uses development research (Developmental Research). The subjects of this study were grade V students of SD Negeri 163085, H.A Bilal Tebingtinggi City and SD Negeri 106162, Medan Estate District, Deliserdang Regency. In the initial stage, observations were made during the learning process at the two schools and continued with interviews with students and teachers. From the results of these observations and interviews a primary school realistic mathematics teacher and student handbook was prepared. Furthermore, the realistic elementary school mathematics teacher and student handbook is validated by a team that aims to see and assess the quality of the realistic elementary school teacher and student mathematics handbook in order to arrange an effective handbook that will be used by teachers and students in learning. The validation results show that realistic mathematics teacher and student handbooks are developed in both categories and can be used in teaching and learning. The media book test was conducted on grade V students of SD Negeri 163085 Tebingtinggi city and SD Negeri 106162 Medan Estate Deliserdang Regency. The trial results show that the elementary school teacher and student mathematics handbook is effective and can help facilitate understanding of mathematical concepts at the elementary school level. This can be seen from the number of students who can reach the KKM from the two schools is increasing. For SD Negeri 163085 HA Bilal, Tebingtinggi City, if at the time of the pre-test only 1 student (3%) was able to reach the KKM, then after being given the learning process using a teacher and student handbook developed the number of students who could reach the KKM increased to 24 students (82.7%) while those under the KKM were only (17.3%) or 5 students. The same thing was seen in SD Negeri 106162, Medanestate Subdistrict, Deliserdang Regency. If at the time of the Pre-test only 2 students (6.6%) had scored above the KKM, after the post-test there was an increase in students who achieved the KKM score of 25 students (83.3%). This research aimed to review the professionalism of teachers in the face of the learning characters of elementary school students. In the learning process, a teacher's role was critical. Thus, teachers need to be professional in managing learning in the classroom in terms of media management, models and learning resources. This study used mixed methods approach between qualitative and quantitative. This research used online poll instruments and spread to 24 respondents. Respondents were taken from teachers at the elementary school level. The steps in this study were (1) the formulation of the problem (2) looking for the theory foundation, (3) the poll instrument formulation, (4) the distribution of polls, (5) data presentation and (6) drawing conclusions and suggestions. The results revealed that the elementary school teacher had a variety of methods and action in the learning such as the use of discussion, demonstration, lecturing and problem solving methods with a variety of specific reasons. The character of learners became the first consideration on implementing the variety of methods and action. So, the learning process tended to become more varied. The expectation of this research could capture teacher’s performance and give basis to improve the teachers’ profesionalism in the classrooms teaching and learning process.

The study aims to analyze the learning process in the (online) network, supportive factors and teacher inhibitory factors in carrying out online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The study was carried out at muhammadiyah elementary school 2 the estimated shidoarjo city of sidoarjo in April. The study USES descriptive qualitative methods. The subject used in this study was an elementary school teacher at 2 tulangan elementary elementary school. The data-collection techniques used in this study include interviews, documentation and field notes. The result of this study is that the covid-19 pandemic has hada profound impact on the learning process, learning that is normally executed directly is now being transferred to online learning. Learners are bored and bored during learning. Online education done for primary-age children is less effective. A number of teacher factors in the online learning process are the availability of cell phones, quotas and a steady Internet network. In addition to supporting factors in online learning, there are several teacher inhibitors in online learning. These inhibiting factors include the fact that they are still at the elementary school level, so only a few students have cellphones, therefore this can make learning ineffective. Through online there are also obstacles that occur for teachers, namely many students who deliberately do not participate in online learning because they do not have an internet quota to access learning so that students are left behind. And there is also a learning strategy carried out by SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan. On the other hand, face-to-face online learning through applications is the most beneficial thing to break the spread of Covid-19 and maintain the mental health of teachers and students from exposure to the Covid-19 virus.

The school committee is a partner of the principal who has a role as a giver of consideration, as a supporter, as a supervisor, and as a mediator. All of these roles cannot stand alone but have a relationship between one role and another. In this study, the authors used a qualitative approach. The purpose of the article is to find out activities related to the objectives of the research. The subjects in this study were school committees, principals, teachers, and students' guardians. The results of the article are that the condition of facilities and infrastructure at the Karang Jaya 1 public elementary school is generally adequate, although there is still a shortage of supporting media such as projectors, the teaching and learning process is still not available.

The results of the analysis of the fifth-grade elementary school students' books in the second-semester Theme 7 and the results of observations in elementary schools state that the manuals used by teachers and students in the learning process are still limited especially in science material. The appearance of the book also less attractive, so students become less understanding of the material explained. In addition, the lack of use and development of media in the teaching and learning process also underlies the implementation of this research. The purpose of this research was to develop a pop-up book media on the topic of changing the form of objects with validity tested. This research was conducted using the ADDIE development model (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). However, due to limited time, resources, and finances, the research was only carried out until the development stage. The subject in this research was the pop-up book media on the topic of changing the form of objects. Whereas the object of this research was the validity of the pop-up book media on the topic of changing objects. The method used in this study was a questionnaire given to two teachers and two lecturers as experts. The instrument used was a rating scale in the form of media assessment sheets for experts. The data analyzed with the mean formula to find out its validity. The average score of the pop-up book media after being reviewed by experts was 4.87 with very good qualifications. The implication of this research was the existence of pop-up book media that have very good qualifications. Based on the results of the analysis, the developed media was valid and can be used by the teacher to facilitate the teacher in explaining the material, especially on the topic of changing the form of objects in the fifth grade of elementary school.

This study discusses the role of the teacher in increasing student motivation in learning Indonesian. The teacher is a very important figure in the teaching and learning process as a mediator, facilitator, and leader in the class. Teachers and students must be able to communicate well as the principle of communication between teacher and students so that learning goes well. The focus of this research is how the teacher's role in increasing student motivation towards learning Indonesian in Muhammadiyah Plus Salatiga Elementary School. This study uses a questionnaire or questionnaire technique with a population of 53 teachers and 30 subjects or half of the subjects.

Abstract Communication is central to everything that activities performed daily to the public, ranging from office, education, relationships, sales and others. Many problems-problems concerning the group will be able to be traced, in the event that there is poor communication due to congestion and communication barriers, or because there is no communication at all. In writing this essay will discuss the problem of how communication patterns of teachers and pupils in schools. The focus in this study is the pattern of communication between teacher and student in the classroom at the Extraordinary Elementary School. This study uses descriptive qualitative analysis obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation. Communication patterns of teachers and pupils in UPS Al-Junaidiyah Biru at Bone Meulaboh is the teacher-student, student-teacher and student-student. This is because the number of students that a little, then take the initiative to collect student teacher in the classroom so that the teacher could total in giving attention to students when teaching and learning process. The pupils so feel free to ask or materials that are less obvious yet well understood and can be used to place teachers outpouring students. Keywords: communication patterns, Teachers, Students, PP. Development of learning materials is one of subjects in the Department of Elementary School Teacher Education of Universitas Veteran Bangun Nusantara Sukoharjo. This research aims to develop learning materials based on the value of local heroic struggle in Sukoharjo. This research is done using Plomb development model; the steps are: 1) preliminary investigation; 2) design; 3) realization/construction; 4) test, evaluation, revision, and; 5) implementation. Preliminary investigation consists of literature review, field survey and product drafting. Literature review was carried out by analyzing documents, from teaching plans, and subject books used by the lecturer. Field survey was carried out through observation in all colleges in Surakarta. The survey is conducted to obtain the information of learning materials used for teaching, learning strategies, and essence of local heroism. The learning material development aims to determine the expectation of lecturers in teaching and learning subject. Data were obtained by questionnaire, interview, documents, and group discussion. Data obtained from questionnaire were analyzed with the percentage and the other data were analyzed using qualitative, descriptive technique. Survey shows that: 1) most of the lecturers use proper learning materials; 2) strategies to maximize lecturers productivity drafting learning materials are through discussion, workshop, and practice of learning materials drafting; 3) the researcher expects that the books of this development boost the learning motivation of the students in the Department of Elementary School Teacher Education.

There are some language skills, one of them is writing which has the steps of learning a foreign language. Writing skill has the most difficult skill. The use of instructional media has functions to facilitate teaching and learning activities, especially in Arabic learning of Imla’ material. The flashcard is used as a medium to facilitate teaching and learning activities of Imla’ for non-Arabic students. This research aimed to describe learning of Imla’ on Arabic writing skill and describe learning implementation of Imla’ on Arabic through flashcard at the level of elementary school at Elementary School level in Samarinda. The researcher used research design of qualitative descriptive by using the research instruments of observation, interview, and documentation. The research result obtained through the data sources from the principal, vice principal of curriculum, Arabic teachers and students. To analyze the data, the researcher used Miles and Huberman’s theory through three steps of data reduction, data display, and verification. The research results were that Arabic learning based on the writing skill on the elementary level included in category of Imla’ manqul which is aimed for students to be able to recognize, know, and rewrite letters of Hijaiyah by the rules of writing and letters written separated or connected with other letters. The students were also able to recognize the meaning of what they wrote through flashcard. The use of flashcard was helpful in the Arabic teaching process, because the students were easier in understanding the meaning of each vocabulary they wrote. The students did not feel saturated in teaching and learning proses, because flashcard can be used by the students as a form of game which they usually play such as picture card. Therefore, the Arabic writing skill on the elementary level will be easier to be learnt by the students.

The ultimate goal of all government programs in education , including certifcation program is to improve the quality of education , resulting in Indonesian human resources are superior . Surprising fndings of several previous studies , that almost most teachers teach to the learning patterns of the old classical learning models. Therefore the aim of this study was to analyze factors Elementary School Teacher Diffculties In Implementing Innovative Learning Model Based On Constructivist Teaching and Learning in Elementary School Malang . The method used is to use mapping and analyzing several factors that could be expected to influence the pattern of applied learning classroom teachers . The study population is a public elementary school teacher Malang number 196 school.Tehnik scattered cluster area sampling is random sampling with a sample of 125 teacher .Analisis by mapping the data , look for the percentage of each district and for the use of multiple regression analyzes durbin Watson method .Results of Analysis states that 1 ) Map pattern of teaching is the most innovative teachers in District Blimbing 2 ) Teacher Elementary School in Malang assume that the level of diffculty of planning and implementation of innovative teaching model at the level sedang.3 ) Variables that affect the pattern of Innovative Learning constructivism is based on variable diffculty in the preparation of lesson plans and teachers’ confdence in the ability of students to do the teaching and learning process based Innovative constructivism , while 18 others are considered predictors of no effect
