The purposes of the study were: 1) To develop a documentary film “Ngantung Ari-ari” antara Nalar dan Nalusi dari Tradisi Bali Kuno in Bayunggede village. 2) To find out the response of the people to the final results of the Documentary Film “Ngantung Ari-ari” antara Nalar dan Nalusi dari Tradisi Bali Kuno in Bayunggede VillageThis research was a research and development that used the Cyclic Strategy method, which is a method that uses a looping system at each stage if there are deficiency that determined by testing stage. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. This research was implemented using Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 as a video editing application and Adobe After Effect CS 6 as an application for adding effects and animations to videos and using Adobe Audition Pro CS6 as a sound editor.The test was did through several stages, there were the content expert test and media expert test in pre-production, content expert test and media expert test after the production until the audience respondent tests to determine the achievement and quality of the film. For the results of the test the audience respondents get very good results, by the percentage of 96%. After the film was finished, it was hoped that the people understanding of the tradition, both hanging and buried and tolerance between religious people is rising and solve the ongoing conflict. Keywords: Documentery Film, Cyclic Strategy, “ngantung ari-ari”

Tradisi Dewa Mesraman merupakan salah satu tradisi yang tergolong upacara Dewa Yadnya yang terdapat di Kecamatan Dawan, Desa Paksabali, Banjar Timrah tepatnya berada di Pura Panti Timrah. Film Dokumenter Dewa Mesraman ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengimplementasikan Pengembangan Film Dokumenter Tradisi Dewa Mesraman Di Pura Panti Timrah Klungkung (2) meluruskan persepsi masyarakat terhadap makna dari tradisi Dewa Mesraman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah cyclic strategy atau strategi berputar, cyclic strategy merupakan sebuah metode yang ada kalanya suatu tahap perlu diulang kembali sebelum tahap berikutnya dilanjutkan. Pengulangan tahap ini sering disebut dengan loop. Adapun tahap – tahap dari cyclic stragey diantaranya adalah Brief, Tahap 1, Tahap 2, evaluasi 1, Tahap 3, Evaluasi 2, Tahap 4, Outcome. Pengembangan film ini diimplementasikan menggunakan Adobe Premiere Pro Cs6 sebagai software editing video beserta bantuan Adobe After Effect sebagai penambah efek pada video. Dengan dibuatnya film dokumenter “Tradisi Dewa Mesraman”, masyarakat diharapkan bisa lebih mengetahui dan mengenal segala kearifan lokal yang ada di Desa Paksebali Klungkung, sehingga film dokumenter ini dapat dijadikan sebagai media informasi serta menjadi inspirasi bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Klungkung dan masyarakat luas pada umumnya.Kata Kunci : Dewa Mesraman, Pura Panti Timrah, Film Dokumenter, Tradisi. Dewa Mesraman tradition is one of the traditions that belong to Deity ceremony Yadnya contained in Dawan sub district, village Paksabali, Banjar Timrah precisely located in Panti Pura Timrah. Documentary Mesraman Dewa aims to: (1) implement the Development of Documentary Tradition Dewa Mesraman In Pura Panti Timrah Klungkung (2) align public perception of the significance of tradition Mesraman god. The method used is the cyclic strategy or strategies revolve, cyclic strategy is a method that is sometimes a necessary step before the next step was repeated followed. The repetition of this phase is often called the loop. As for the stage - the stage of cyclic stragey include Brief, Phase 1, Phase 2, the evaluation 1, Phase 3, Evaluation 2, Phase 4, Outcome. Development of the film is implemented using Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 as video editing software along with the help of Adobe After Effects as an addition to the effect on the video. With the making of the documentary film "Gods Mesraman Tradition", the public is expected to be more aware of and familiar with all the local knowledge that exists in the village Paksebali Klungkung, so this documentary can be used as a medium of information as well as an inspiration for the people of Klungkung and the public at large. keyword : Dewa Mesraman, Pura Panti Timrah, Documentary, Tradition.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) menghasilkan rancangan dan mengimplementasikan hasil rancangan Film Dokumenter Sejarah Drama Tari Gambuh Desa Batuan; (2) mengetahui respon masyarakat terhadap Film Dokumenter Sejarah Drama Tari Gambuh Desa Batuan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan menggunakan metode cyclic strategy. Film dokumenter sejarah drama tari Gambuh Desa Batuan menganut jenis film dokumenter sejarah, namun dalam beberapa bagian akan dimunculkan unsur rekonstruksi berbantuan animasi 2D, di mana film ini nantinya akan menceritakan bagaimana awal mula drama tari Gambuh muncul hingga berkembang sampai sekarang di Desa Batuan. Dalam film ini tipe film dokumenter yang diusung yaitu tipe interactive, di mana nantinya akan ada beberapa tokoh yang menyampaikan langsung fakta dilapangan lewat wawancara yang ditampilkan dalam film ini. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi literatur, angket, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini diimplementasikan menggunakan Adobe Premiere Pro CS 6 sebagai aplikasi pengedit video dan Adobe After Effect CS 6 sebagai aplikasi penambahan efek serta animasi pada video. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa Film Dokumenter Sejarah Drama Tari Gambuh Desa Batuan dalam kriteria baik. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan analisis uji ahli isi, uji ahli media, dan uji respon penonton. Untuk isi dari film dokumenter Sejarah Drama Tari Gambuh Desa Batuan sudah sesuai dengan realitas. Respon penonton terhadap film dokumenter Sejarah Drama Tari Gambuh Desa Batuan dapat dikategorikan baik dengan persentase 89.51%.Kata Kunci : Cyclic Strategy, Film Dokumenter, Drama Tari Gambuh. The aims of this research are; (1) to produce and to implement the result design of documentry film the historical of drama Gambuh dance of Batuan village, (2) to know about responses from audiens about documentry film the historical of drama Gambuh dance of Batuan village. This research use cyclic strategy method. Documentry film the historical of drama Gambuh dance of Batuan village genre is historical’s film, but on some scene there’s will be showed a recontruction use on 2D animation, where’s this film will let’s us know how drama Gambuh dance raise and grow up untill now at Desa Batuan. Film type of this documentry is interactive, where’s there will be some people who will bring the facts that’s exist with live interview that’s shown up on this film. The technique that use for collecting data are observation, interview, study literature, questionnaire and documentation. The implementation of this research is uses Adobe Primer Pro CS 6 as the application in editing the video and Adobe After CS 6 as the application that use to adding the effect and animation into the video. This research show that documentry film the historical of drama Gambuh dance of Batuan village has an good criteria. The result of this research are based on the analyzes; test of the content, test of the media and test of the audiens response. The content from documentry film the historical of drama Gambuh dance of Batuan village is based on reality. Abstrak— Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) menghasilkan rancangan dan mengimple- mentasikan hasil rancangan Film Dokumenter Seni Tabuh Jegog “Sebuah Musik Kegotong-Royongan dari Bali Barat”; (2) mengetahui respon pengguna terhadap rancangan Film Dokumenter Seni Tabuh Jegog “Sebuah Musik Kegotong-Royongan dari Bali Barat”.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan menggunakan metode cyclic strategy. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi literatur angket, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini diimplementasikan menggunakan Adobe Premiere Pro CS 6 sebagai aplikasi pengedit video dan Adobe After Effect CS 6 sebagai aplikasi penambahan efek pada video. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan menunjuk- kan bahwa Film Dokumenter Seni Tabuh Jegog “Sebuah Musik Kegotong-Royongan dari Bali Barat” dalam kriteria sangat baik. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan analisis uji ahli isi, uji ahli media, dan uji lapangan. Untuk isi dari film dokumenter Seni Tabuh Jegog sudah sesuai dengan realitas. Respon pengguna terhadap film dokumenter Seni Tabuh Jegog dapat dikategorikan sangat baik dengan persentase 91.64%. Film dokumenter ini bertujuan untuk memberikan manfaat dalam menyampaikan realitas yang ada mengenai seni tabuh Jegog serta memberikan wawasan bagi penonton terkait sejarah seni tabuh Jegog, proses pembuatan, cara memainkan, dan instrumen Jegog. Dengan dikembangkannya film dokumenter ini, diharapkan dapat menjadi sebuah media informasi sehingga seni tabuh Jegog semakin dikenal dan tetap dilestarikan. Purposes of this film gives a good benefit by telling about the reality of seni tabuh jegog, knowledge about the historical of seni tabuh jegog, how to create, how to operate and instruments of Jegog. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan menggunakan metode cyclic strategy. Metode cyclic strategy dimulai dari Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi literature, angket, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini diimplementasikan menggunakan Adobe Premiere Pro CC Pro 2012 sebagai aplikasi pengedit video dan Adobe After Effect CS 6 sebagai aplikasi penambahan efek serta animasi pada video serta menggunakan adobe audition Pro CC 2017 sebagai pengedit suara. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa Film Dokumenter Anjing Bali, Tuan Rumah Sejuta Kisah adalah kriteria baik. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan analisis uji ahli isi, uji ahli media, uji ahli film documenter, dan uji respon penonton. Untuk isi dari film dokumenter Anjing Bali, Tuan Rumah Sejuta Kisah dapat dikategorikan baik dengan presentase 89,20%. Tradisi lisan merupakan salah satu bentuk ekspresi kebudayaan daerah yang jumlahnya beratus-ratus di seluruh Indonesia. Tradisi Nampah Batu di Desa Depeha adalah upacara menek medesa, artinya warga masyarakat Desa Depeha yang telah melangsungkan upacara perkawinan yang dalam agama hindu disebut telah melaksanakan kehidupan grhasta asrama wajib ikut melaksanakan upacara Nampah Batu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk : (1) Untuk mengimplementasikan hasil rancangan pengembangan film dokumenter Tradisi Nampah Batu. (2) Untuk mengetahui respon masyarakat Bali khususnya Desa Depeha terhadap hasil akhir film dokumenter Tradisi Nampah Batu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam Film Dokumenter Tradisi Nampah Batu menggunakan metode cyclic strategy. Aplikasi ini diimplementasikan menggunakan Adobe Premiere Pro CC‎ sebagai pembuat video. Pemanfaatan aplikasi pembuat video dari dampak kemajuan teknologi menyebabkan para remaja atau anak muda mampu berkreasi dalam mengolah video dengan berbagai efek sesuai kemampuan dan keinginan sehingga video dapat dijadikan berbagai sarana yang vital dalam berbagai media promosi. Oleh karena itu, penulis mengembangkan sebuah film dokumenter yang berjudul Film Tradisi Nampah Batu “Kisah Dikutuknya Ida Ratu Ayu Manik Galih Oleh Dewi Danu” Di Desa Depeha Kecamatan Kubutambahan Kabupaten Buleleng. Dengan dikembangkannya film dokumenter ini, diharapkan keberadaan tradisi Nampah Batu di Desa Depeha semakin di kenal, serta dapat dijadikan sebuah media pembelajaran baik dari segi proses dan makna di balik sebuah Tradisi Nampah Batu yang berada di Desa Depeha. Hasil akhir film dokumenter Tradisi Nampah Batu dapat memberikan wawasan bagi penonton terkait Tradisi Nampah Batu. Respon pengguna terhadap film dokumenter Tradisi Nampah Batu dapat dikategorikan sangat baik. The research method used in the documentary film Nampah Batu Tradition is the Development method with the Cyclic Strategy model. Cyclic Strategy is a method that sometimes has to be repeated before the next stage continues. The stages of Cyclic Strategy include briefs, stage 1, stage 2, evaluation 1, stage 3, evaluation 2, stage 4 and Outcome. With the making of the documentary film Tradition Nampah Batu, the public will realize the importance of the existence of local culture that is owned as a legacy of civilization in the past to be preserved as upholding historical values, norms and cultural uniqueness in the area of residence. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menghasilkan rancangan dan mengimplementasikan hasil rancangan Film Dokumenter Tradisi Aci Keburan di Pura Hyang Api Desa Kelusa Gianyar Bali. (2) mengetahui respon masyarakat terhadap hasil akhir Film Dokumenter Tradisi Aci Keburan di Pura Hyang Api Desa Kelusa Gianyar Bali. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model cyclic strategy. Metode cyclic strategy dimulai dari pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi literatur, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Film dokumenter ini diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 dalam proses video editing, Adobe After Effects CC 2018 untuk pembuatan video animasi, Adobe Audition CC 2018 dalam proses sound editing, serta Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 untuk pembuatan desain keperluan film dokumenter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Film Dokumenter Tradisi Aci Keburan di Pura Hyang Api Desa Kelusa Gianyar Bali berdasarkan uji ahli isi, dan uji ahli film dokumenter memperoleh rata-rata persentase yaitu 89,99% dengan tingkat pencapaian “Baik”. Uji respon penonton untuk film dokumenter ini rata-rata persentase yaitu 91,18% dengan tingkat pencapaian “Sangat Baik”. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan yaitu Film Dokumenter Tradisi Aci Keburan di Pura Hyang Api Desa Kelusa Gianyar Bali sudah sangat baik dan bisa digunakan sebagai media informasi sejarah aci keburan. Pengembangan Film Pembelajaran IPS ini merupakan sebuah media pembelajaran berupa film yang meceritakan kehidupan sehari-hari sesuai dengan materi film yaitu Kegiatan pokok ekonomi. Film ini mengambil studi kasus di SMP Negeri 2 Sawan dan melibatkan siswa kelas VII sebagai responden. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengimplementasikan hasil rancangan pengembangan film pembelajaran IPS untuk penguasaan kompetensi mendiskripsikan kegiatan pokok ekonomi (2) mengetahui respon siswa terhadap Film pembelajaran IPS untuk penguasaan kompetensi mendiskripsikan kegiatan pokok ekonomi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan desain pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE. Film ini diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Adobe Premiere CS6 dalam proses video editing, Adobe Audition untuk edit audio, Adobe Encore untuk membuat menu DVD dan Adobe Photoshop CS6 untuk pembuatan desain keperluan film.Adapun hasil setelah dilakukan Uji ahli isi didapatkan hasil 88.66 % dari keuda ahli isi. Hasil uji ahli media dari kedua ahli didapatkan hasil 84.66 % dan hasil uji respon 91.59 % sehingga dapat disimpulkan film ini memiliki kriteria sangat positif. Kata Kunci: Film Pembelajaran, Kegiatan Pokok Ekonomi, ADDIEIPS Learning Film Development is a learning media in the form of films that tell everyday life in accordance with film material, namely the main economic activity. The film took a case study at Sawan Middle School 2 and involved VII grade students as respondents. This study aims to (1) implement the results of the design of the development of social studies learning films for mastery of competency in describing the main activities of the economy (2) to find out the students' responses to social studies learning films for mastering the competence of describing the main economic activities. The type of research used in this study is research and development with development design using the ADDIE model. This film is implemented using the Adobe Premiere CS6 application in the process of video editing, Adobe Audition to edit audio, Adobe Encore to create DVD menus and Adobe Photoshop CS6 for making film design needs. The results after the content expert test were 88.66% of all content experts. The results of the media expert test from the two experts were 84.66% and the response test results were 91.59% so it can be concluded that this film has very positive criteria.Keywords: Learning Film, Main Economic Activities, ADDIE

Education is a government effort to educate the people of Indonesia, as mandated in the opening of the Constitution 1945, Human resources education is an important factor for the success of an education that must be managed with the most, because with the management of human resources education this educational institution can produce quality graduatesto realize the quality of the college graduates are required a qualified HR lecturer through the management of human resources in the University of Kutai Kartanegara. Human Resource Management (MSDM) is managing recruitment, selection, awarding, efforts to maintain assessment and promotion of personnel to gain the welfare or sanction of the institutions. The research objectives are: (1) to describe the mechanism of HR recruitment. 2 To describe the efforts to increase HR capability. (3) to describe the HR career level. (4) to describe the welfare of human resources. (5) to describe the process of termination or termination of human resources at Kutai Kartanegara University. This method of research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are conducted with; Interviews, observations, photography, and documentation. Data was analyzed by the interactive model Milles Huberman (1994), namely; Data collection, data reduction, display data, and conclusion. Data validity checks are conducted to test credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of the study found (1) Therecruitment of resources lecturer in education and teaching is determined by the quality of lecturers. (2) Improving the resource capability of lecturers measured through performance. 3 Career Enhancement lecturer conducted with the implementation of college followers (4) Lecturers get guaranteed income, based on the performance report of lecturers (5) dismissal and sanctions system and award based monitoring, performance of lecturers using a written record system.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk : (1) mengimplementasikan Film Dokumenter Kain Gringsig di Desa tenganan Pegringsingan (2) mengetahui respon pengguna terhadap Film Dokumenter Kain Gringsing di Desa Tenganan Pegringsingan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Film Dokumenter Kain Gringsing di Desa Tenganan Pegringsingan di kembangkan menggunakan metode cyclic. Aplikasi ini diimplementasikan menggunakan Adobe Premiere Pro Cs6 sebagai pembuat video dengan bantuan Adobe After Effect sebagai penambah efek video. Pemanfaatan aplikasi pembuat video dari dampak kemajuan teknologi menyebabkan para remaja atau anak muda mampu berkreasi dalam mengolah video dengan berbagai efek sesuai kemampuan dan keinginan sehingga video dapat dijadikan berbagai sarana yang vital dalam berbagai media promosi. Oleh karena itu, penulis mengembangkan sebuah film documenter yang berjudul “Film Dokumenter Kain Gringsing”. Dengan dikembangkannya film documenter ini, diharapkan keberadaan kain gringsing di desa tenganan pegringsingan semakin di kenal, serta dapat dijadikan sebuah media pembelajaran baik dari segi penggunaan dan makna di balik sebuah kain gringsing yang berada di desa tenganan pegringsingan. Hasil akhir film documenter kain gringsing dapat memberikan wawasan bagi penonton terkait proses pembuatan kain gringsing , penggunaan kain gringsing dalam upacara yang ada di desa tenganan pegringsingan serta makna filosofi yang terkandung dalam kain gringsing.. Respon pengguna terhadap film documenter kain gringsing dapat dikategorikan sangat positif dengan persentase 88%. Kata Kunci : Kain Gringsing, Tenganan Pegringsingan, Film Dokumenter, Tradisi. The purpose of this study was to: (1) implement Documentary Fabric Gringsig in the village of Tenganan Pegringsingan (2) determine the user response to the Documentary Fabric Gringsing in Tenganan Pegringsingan. The method used is research and development. Documentary Fabric Gringsing in Tenganan Pegringsingan developed using cyclic method. This application is implemented using Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 as a maker of video with the help of Adobe After Effects as an addition to video effects. Utilization maker application video of the impact of technological advances led to the teenagers or young child is able to be creative in the process the video with various effects according to ability and desire so that video can be used as the means vital in a variety of media promotion. Therefore, the authors developed a documentary film titled "Documentary Fabric Gringsing". With the development of documentary film, it is expected the presence of cloth in the village of Tenganan Pegringsingan gringsing increasingly well known, and can be used as a medium of learning in terms of both the use and the meaning behind a Cloth gringsing located in the village of Tenganan Pegringsingan. The final result documentary gringsing fabric can provide insight for the audience related to the process gringsing fabric, use fabric gringsing in a ceremony in the village of Tenganan Pegringsingan and philosophical meaning contained in the fabric gringsing . user response to the documentary film gringsing fabric can be categorized as very positive percentage of 88%. keyword : Fabric Gringsing, Tenganan Pegringsingan, Documentary, Tradition.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menghasilkan rancangan dan mengimplementasikan hasil rancangan film dokumenter Tok Lait Kancing (sebuah warisan karakter budaya bangsa). (2) mengetahui respon kalangan masyarakat terhadap hasil film dokumenter Tok Lait Kancing (sebuah warisan karakter budaya bangsa). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model ciclyc strategy. Model ciclyc strategy terdiri dari tahap brief (riset awal dan penawaran ide), tahap 1 (pengumpulan data dan analisis kebutuhan film), tahap 2 (pra-produksi), evaluasi peneliti, tahap 3 (produksi dan pasca produksi), evaluasi uji ahli (ahli media dan ahli isi), tahap 4 (burning, desain poster, dan desain DVD), outcome (publikasi film) dan uji respon penonton. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa film dokumenter Tok Lait Kancing (sebuah warisan karakter budaya bangsa) dalam kriteria sangat baik. Simpulan yang didapatkan yaitu perancangan film dokumenter Tok Lait Kancing telah berhasil dilaksanakan dengan model cyclic strategy dengan menggunakan tahapan produksi film. Film dokumenter Tok Lait Kancing sudah berhasil masuk dalam kategori sangat baik sesuai dengan hasil uji ahli isi dan media. Serta berdasarkan analisis terhadap 30 orang responden yang berasal dari kalangan masyarakat umum dinyatakan bahwa film dokumenter ini mendapatkan total presentase sebesar 94,33% yang masuk kategori sangat baik.Kata Kunci : Tok Lait Kancing, Permainan Tradisional, Film Dokumenter, Cyclic Strategy. This research aims to (1) create a design and implement the design result of documentary film of Tok Lait Kancing (the nation’s cultural heritage character). (2) to know about the responds of the society toward the documentary film of Tok Lait Kancing (the nation’s cultural heritage character). The research method that is used in this study was research and development with cyclic strategy model. Cyclic strategy model consist of brief step (early research and idea proposal), step 1 (data collection and film needs analysis), step 2 (pre-production), researcher evaluation, step 3 (production and post-production), expert evaluation (media expert and content expert), step 4 (burning, poster design, and DVD design), outcome (film publication) and test of audience respond. The result of this research shows that the documentary film of Tok Lait Kancing (the nation’s cultural heritage character) is in very good criteria. The conclusion gained is that the design of documentary film Tok Lait Kancing has successfully done by using cyclic strategy model with film production steps. Documentary film of Tok Lait Kancing has successfully counted into very good criteria in accordance with the result of expert of content and media test. And also, based on the analysis of 30 respondents that are come from the society, it is shows that this documentary film gained 94,33% in total that is counted as very good category.keyword : Tok Lait Kancing, Traditional Games, Documentary Film, Cyclic Strategy.
