Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) menghasilkan rancangan dan mengimplementasikan hasil rancangan Film Dokumenter Anjing Bali, Tuan Rumah Sejuta Kisah; 2) mengetahui respon masyarakat terhadap Film Dokumenter Anjing Bali, Tuan Rumah Sejuta Kisah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan menggunakan metode cyclic strategy. Metode cyclic strategy dimulai dari Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi literature, angket, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini diimplementasikan menggunakan Adobe Premiere Pro CC Pro 2012 sebagai aplikasi pengedit video dan Adobe After Effect CS 6 sebagai aplikasi penambahan efek serta animasi pada video serta menggunakan adobe audition Pro CC 2017 sebagai pengedit suara. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa Film Dokumenter Anjing Bali, Tuan Rumah Sejuta Kisah adalah kriteria baik. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan analisis uji ahli isi, uji ahli media, uji ahli film documenter, dan uji respon penonton. Untuk isi dari film dokumenter Anjing Bali, Tuan Rumah Sejuta Kisah dapat dikategorikan baik dengan presentase 89,20%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menghasilkan rancangan dan mengimplementasikan hasil rancangan Film Dokumenter Tradisi Aci Keburan di Pura Hyang Api Desa Kelusa Gianyar Bali. (2) mengetahui respon masyarakat terhadap hasil akhir Film Dokumenter Tradisi Aci Keburan di Pura Hyang Api Desa Kelusa Gianyar Bali. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model cyclic strategy. Metode cyclic strategy dimulai dari pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi literatur, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Film dokumenter ini diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 dalam proses video editing, Adobe After Effects CC 2018 untuk pembuatan video animasi, Adobe Audition CC 2018 dalam proses sound editing, serta Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 untuk pembuatan desain keperluan film dokumenter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Film Dokumenter Tradisi Aci Keburan di Pura Hyang Api Desa Kelusa Gianyar Bali berdasarkan uji ahli isi, dan uji ahli film dokumenter memperoleh rata-rata persentase yaitu 89,99% dengan tingkat pencapaian “Baik”. Uji respon penonton untuk film dokumenter ini rata-rata persentase yaitu 91,18% dengan tingkat pencapaian “Sangat Baik”. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan yaitu Film Dokumenter Tradisi Aci Keburan di Pura Hyang Api Desa Kelusa Gianyar Bali sudah sangat baik dan bisa digunakan sebagai media informasi sejarah aci keburan. Tradisi Dewa Mesraman merupakan salah satu tradisi yang tergolong upacara Dewa Yadnya yang terdapat di Kecamatan Dawan, Desa Paksabali, Banjar Timrah tepatnya berada di Pura Panti Timrah. Film Dokumenter Dewa Mesraman ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengimplementasikan Pengembangan Film Dokumenter Tradisi Dewa Mesraman Di Pura Panti Timrah Klungkung (2) meluruskan persepsi masyarakat terhadap makna dari tradisi Dewa Mesraman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah cyclic strategy atau strategi berputar, cyclic strategy merupakan sebuah metode yang ada kalanya suatu tahap perlu diulang kembali sebelum tahap berikutnya dilanjutkan. Pengulangan tahap ini sering disebut dengan loop. Adapun tahap – tahap dari cyclic stragey diantaranya adalah Brief, Tahap 1, Tahap 2, evaluasi 1, Tahap 3, Evaluasi 2, Tahap 4, Outcome. Pengembangan film ini diimplementasikan menggunakan Adobe Premiere Pro Cs6 sebagai software editing video beserta bantuan Adobe After Effect sebagai penambah efek pada video. Dengan dibuatnya film dokumenter “Tradisi Dewa Mesraman”, masyarakat diharapkan bisa lebih mengetahui dan mengenal segala kearifan lokal yang ada di Desa Paksebali Klungkung, sehingga film dokumenter ini dapat dijadikan sebagai media informasi serta menjadi inspirasi bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Klungkung dan masyarakat luas pada umumnya.Kata Kunci : Dewa Mesraman, Pura Panti Timrah, Film Dokumenter, Tradisi. Dewa Mesraman tradition is one of the traditions that belong to Deity ceremony Yadnya contained in Dawan sub district, village Paksabali, Banjar Timrah precisely located in Panti Pura Timrah. Documentary Mesraman Dewa aims to: (1) implement the Development of Documentary Tradition Dewa Mesraman In Pura Panti Timrah Klungkung (2) align public perception of the significance of tradition Mesraman god. The method used is the cyclic strategy or strategies revolve, cyclic strategy is a method that is sometimes a necessary step before the next step was repeated followed. The repetition of this phase is often called the loop. As for the stage - the stage of cyclic stragey include Brief, Phase 1, Phase 2, the evaluation 1, Phase 3, Evaluation 2, Phase 4, Outcome. Development of the film is implemented using Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 as video editing software along with the help of Adobe After Effects as an addition to the effect on the video. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk : (1) mengimplementasikan Film Dokumenter Kain Gringsig di Desa tenganan Pegringsingan (2) mengetahui respon pengguna terhadap Film Dokumenter Kain Gringsing di Desa Tenganan Pegringsingan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Film Dokumenter Kain Gringsing di Desa Tenganan Pegringsingan di kembangkan menggunakan metode cyclic. Aplikasi ini diimplementasikan menggunakan Adobe Premiere Pro Cs6 sebagai pembuat video dengan bantuan Adobe After Effect sebagai penambah efek video. Pemanfaatan aplikasi pembuat video dari dampak kemajuan teknologi menyebabkan para remaja atau anak muda mampu berkreasi dalam mengolah video dengan berbagai efek sesuai kemampuan dan keinginan sehingga video dapat dijadikan berbagai sarana yang vital dalam berbagai media promosi. Oleh karena itu, penulis mengembangkan sebuah film documenter yang berjudul “Film Dokumenter Kain Gringsing”. Dengan dikembangkannya film documenter ini, diharapkan keberadaan kain gringsing di desa tenganan pegringsingan semakin di kenal, serta dapat dijadikan sebuah media pembelajaran baik dari segi penggunaan dan makna di balik sebuah kain gringsing yang berada di desa tenganan pegringsingan. Hasil akhir film documenter kain gringsing dapat memberikan wawasan bagi penonton terkait proses pembuatan kain gringsing , penggunaan kain gringsing dalam upacara yang ada di desa tenganan pegringsingan serta makna filosofi yang terkandung dalam kain gringsing.. Respon pengguna terhadap film documenter kain gringsing dapat dikategorikan sangat positif dengan persentase 88%. Kata Kunci : Kain Gringsing, Tenganan Pegringsingan, Film Dokumenter, Tradisi. This application is implemented using Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 as a maker of video with the help of Adobe After Effects as an addition to video effects. Utilization maker application video of the impact of technological advances led to the teenagers or young child is able to be creative in the process the video with various effects according to ability and desire so that video can be used as the means vital in a variety of media promotion. Therefore, the authors developed a documentary film titled "Documentary Fabric Gringsing". With the development of documentary film, it is expected the presence of cloth in the village of Tenganan Pegringsingan gringsing increasingly well known, and can be used as a medium of learning in terms of both the use and the meaning behind a Cloth gringsing located in the village of Tenganan Pegringsingan. The final result documentary gringsing fabric can provide insight for the audience related to the process gringsing fabric, use fabric gringsing in a ceremony in the village of Tenganan Pegringsingan and philosophical meaning contained in the fabric gringsing . user response to the documentary film gringsing fabric can be categorized as very positive percentage of 88%. keyword : Fabric Gringsing, Tenganan Pegringsingan, Documentary, Tradition.

The purposes of the study were: 1) To develop a documentary film “Ngantung Ari-ari” antara Nalar dan Nalusi dari Tradisi Bali Kuno in Bayunggede village. 2) To find out the response of the people to the final results of the Documentary Film “Ngantung Ari-ari” antara Nalar dan Nalusi dari Tradisi Bali Kuno in Bayunggede VillageThis research was a research and development that used the Cyclic Strategy method, which is a method that uses a looping system at each stage if there are deficiency that determined by testing stage. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. This research was implemented using Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 as a video editing application and Adobe After Effect CS 6 as an application for adding effects and animations to videos and using Adobe Audition Pro CS6 as a sound editor.The test was did through several stages, there were the content expert test and media expert test in pre-production, content expert test and media expert test after the production until the audience respondent tests to determine the achievement and quality of the film. For the results of the test the audience respondents get very good results, by the percentage of 96%. After the film was finished, it was hoped that the people understanding of the tradition, both hanging and buried and tolerance between religious people is rising and solve the ongoing conflict. Keywords: Documentery Film, Cyclic Strategy, “ngantung ari-ari”

Tradisi lisan merupakan salah satu bentuk ekspresi kebudayaan daerah yang jumlahnya beratus-ratus di seluruh Indonesia. Tradisi Nampah Batu di Desa Depeha adalah upacara menek medesa, artinya warga masyarakat Desa Depeha yang telah melangsungkan upacara perkawinan yang dalam agama hindu disebut telah melaksanakan kehidupan grhasta asrama wajib ikut melaksanakan upacara Nampah Batu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk : (1) Untuk mengimplementasikan hasil rancangan pengembangan film dokumenter Tradisi Nampah Batu. (2) Untuk mengetahui respon masyarakat Bali khususnya Desa Depeha terhadap hasil akhir film dokumenter Tradisi Nampah Batu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam Film Dokumenter Tradisi Nampah Batu menggunakan metode cyclic strategy. Aplikasi ini diimplementasikan menggunakan Adobe Premiere Pro CC‎ sebagai pembuat video. Pemanfaatan aplikasi pembuat video dari dampak kemajuan teknologi menyebabkan para remaja atau anak muda mampu berkreasi dalam mengolah video dengan berbagai efek sesuai kemampuan dan keinginan sehingga video dapat dijadikan berbagai sarana yang vital dalam berbagai media promosi. Oleh karena itu, penulis mengembangkan sebuah film dokumenter yang berjudul Film Tradisi Nampah Batu “Kisah Dikutuknya Ida Ratu Ayu Manik Galih Oleh Dewi Danu” Di Desa Depeha Kecamatan Kubutambahan Kabupaten Buleleng. Dengan dikembangkannya film dokumenter ini, diharapkan keberadaan tradisi Nampah Batu di Desa Depeha semakin di kenal, serta dapat dijadikan sebuah media pembelajaran baik dari segi proses dan makna di balik sebuah Tradisi Nampah Batu yang berada di Desa Depeha. Hasil akhir film dokumenter Tradisi Nampah Batu dapat memberikan wawasan bagi penonton terkait Tradisi Nampah Batu. Respon pengguna terhadap film dokumenter Tradisi Nampah Batu dapat dikategorikan sangat baik. The research method used in the documentary film Nampah Batu Tradition is the Development method with the Cyclic Strategy model. Cyclic Strategy is a method that sometimes has to be repeated before the next stage continues. The stages of Cyclic Strategy include briefs, stage 1, stage 2, evaluation 1, stage 3, evaluation 2, stage 4 and Outcome. With the making of the documentary film Tradition Nampah Batu, the public will realize the importance of the existence of local culture that is owned as a legacy of civilization in the past to be preserved as upholding historical values, norms and cultural uniqueness in the area of residence. Public Service Advertisement  have an important role in disseminating information to public. Along with the development of information and communication technology, the delivery of information such as Public Service Advertisement is also more interactive and modern. This is seen by the number of Public Service Advertisement using motion graphic techniques. Motion graphics are graphics that use video or animation to create the illusion of motion or transformation. Motion graphic based of Public Service Advertisement is simple in messaging, easy to absorb information and more appealing to the public. One of the information presented using motion graphic of Public Service Advertisement is about “Pedoman Gizi Seimbang”. Motion graphics of  Public Service Advertisement raises the topic of  “Pedoman Gizi Seimbang” which is aimed at the community, especially housewife who acts as the observer of foof consumed by all family.  Desaigned of “Pedoman Gizi Seimbang” applied some aspects in motion graphics. These aspects are spatial, temporal, live action, and typography. The research will use Villamil-Molina (1997) development method which each stage is interconnected and has an important role. Stages of the method are development, pre-preduction, production, post-production, and delivery. The software  used in this research is Adobe Illustrator CS6, Adobe After Effects CC 2018, and Adobe Premiere CS6. The results of this research indicate that motion graphic Pedoman Gizi Seimbang that apply spatial, temporal, live action, and typography aspects get response “Sangat Setuju” from respondents which is proved by the final value of interpretation of 83.62%.

The development of today's technology is very advanced and very important to today's society. This proves that more and more information can be obtained through print media or electronic media and for nowadays social media can also get information. Currently Fave Hotel LTC Glodok Jakarta, the promotional media is provided through print media such as brochures, flyers and other print media or through social media such as instagram to provide information about the hotel. In order for the promotion media to be well communicated and accepted by the public through the promotion video will be easier to understand and the promotion video is presented with an interesting look by using software such as Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effect for the editing of this promotional video. Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effect to give the effect more attractive and easier to unify the video into one to become the desired video. The method used is data collecting observation, problem analysis, production concept method, design analysis method and mavib production concept (KPM) which include preproduction, production and postproduction. With this promotional video media it is able to make Fave Hotel LTC Glodok Jakarta easier to provide information to the public about the hotel. Promotional videos made with interesting concepts such as video bloggers (VLOG) for today are indeed in the interest of the wider community. With the aim of this research intends to make promoting media through video that is hopefully helpful and helpful to Fave hotel LTC Glodok Jakarta it is easier to provide information to the public about the hotel especially for lodging service users. The contents of this promo video include facilities available and the nearest destination tour of Fave Hotel LTC Glodok Jakarta.

Nowadays, the promotional media is increasingly growing. This can be seen from the number of companies that do promotions and to be known by the public. Zetizen Batam Pos is a tool for teenagers between 13 to 20 years old that provides the information about lifestyle and daily life, through various media such as printed media, online media, and other various offline activities. The problems that were found are some people do not know much about Zetizen Batam Pos. Therefore, Zetizen Batam Pos needs more attractive, creative and effective promotional media such as motion graphics.This study uses the Villamil-Molina (1997) development method which consists of five stages: development, pre-production, production, post-production, and delivery. Softwares used in this study are Adobe Illustrator CC 2017, Adobe After Effects CC 2017, and Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017. After the motion graphic had been completed, an EPIC model analysis was conducted to test the motion graphic’s effectiveness as a promotional media for Zetizen Batam Pos. There are four dimensions of EPIC such as Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, dan Communication. Testing the effectiveness of Zetizen Batam Pos's motion graphics by using the EPIC model is very effective because the results for the dimension of Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, and Communication are 4.38, 4.37, 4.52, and 4.59 respectively. In that case, the communication dimension is becoming the most dominant of all dimensions. This could happen because the display of motion graphics on Zetizen Batam Pos can deliver the right, clear, and understandable information to the audience.

The tourist attraction of Batu Cermin Cave is a tourist attraction located in the city center of Labuan Bajo. Attractions offered to tourists who end up in Batu Cermin Cave in the form of natural attractions along the Cave where there are Wisatawaan Stalagtics and Stalagmites who visit Batu Cermin Cave are dominated by tourists from the archipelago. For now the management of Batu Cermin Cave tourist attraction is still managed by the local government in this case is the West Manggarai District Tourism and Culture Service. Later the management of Batu Cermin Cave will involve the Batu Cermin village so that in this study we will discuss "The Response of Batu Cermin Village Community in the Development of Tourism Attractions in Batu Cermin Cave, Labuan Bajo". The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques to explain the public response in the development of tourism in the tourist attraction of Batu Cermin Cave. The data source consists of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and literature study. The determination of informants in this study used the Snowball technique. Socialization of the prevention of the Coronavirus through videos in the New Normal era aims (1) to provide the information to the public and knowledge about preventing the spread of the Coronavirus, starting from wearing mask, washing hands, social distance, safe from Coronavirus transmission, maintaining immunity and (2)to provide an education to the society in preventing the spread of the Coronavirus in the New Normal era. In producing the video itself, it was carried out several stages, including; making a timeline for socialization activities and a video script. The next step is taking videos such as; Taking Videos of some students who will do the socialization, taking videos to appeal the prevention of COVID-19 in the New Normal era by the Head of English Literature Study Program at the Faculty of Cultural Sciences. The next is video editing, which will be merging and editing the videos that have been taken. The last is publishing through several social media, including Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp and on DVD for internal production of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences Khairun University.
