The writing of this scientific article aims to know the effective condition of learners in the learning process at SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Surakarta. These effective conditions are important things that we should be mindful of. Because it is in this condition that students are able to receive science delivered by teachers easily. To achieve this situation, a teacher should take into account what factors affect the learning process, what a student needs during the learning process. So with this research we observe to know what is the effective condition of learners in the learning process. We use qualitative method with direct observation and student interviews in the X-Class of pharmacy at SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Surakarta. The results of this study were obtained that most students and teachers have both applied effective learning conditions.

To realize effective learning in terms of conditions and atmosphere as well as efforts to maintain it, the educator, as the guide, must be able to carry out the learning process optimally. Besides, to create an atmosphere and conditions that are effective in learning, there must be certain supporting factors such as the learning environment, the expertise of educators in teaching, adequate facilities and facilities as well as good cooperation between educators and students. These efforts are efforts to create and maintain conducive, optimal, and pleasant learning conditions and atmosphere so that the learning process can run effectively. Also, the learning objectives of achievement can be maximally achieved.

The learning process is a process control that contains a series of teacher and student implementations on the basis of reciprocal relationships that take place in educational situations to achieve certain goals. This reciprocal interaction between teachers and students is the main condition for the learning process to take place. In reality we see in schools, teachers are often too active in the learning process, while students are made passive, so that the interaction between teachers and students in the learning process is ineffective. If the learning process is dominated by teachers, the effectiveness of learning will not be achieved. To create effective learning conditions, teachers are required to be able to manage the learning process that provides stimulation to students so that they are willing and able to learn.However, learning online is not as easy as we imagine. Many students and teachers encounter obstacles due to stuttering with this online learning. Teachers who could not teach directly encountered obstacles even though the activities were carried out by means of video calls. Many school materials given to students are difficult to understand because of the many distractions when carrying out activities. The problem is generally because the subject matter is the lesson that must be exemplified face-to-face, if this is constrained because it is not direct, it is like a child is wrong and is disturbed by signals, the material also cannot be conveyed properly.

The monotonous teaching style and cooking have made students ineligible for learning. While choosing the right teaching style is the key to an effective learning process. The purpose of this study was to examine the teaching style of teachers in learning the Qur'an Hadith in MAN 1 Kendari. The method used is a qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the dominant teaching style used by teachers of the Qur'an in MAN 1 Kendari is that all the teachers of al-Al-Hadis use the classical teaching style. However, all teachers issue or integrate classical teaching styles with other teaching styles. Namely using a classical teaching style that is combined with interactional teaching styles and technological teaching styles that are combined with interactional teaching styles

Vessel restoration and transfer are carried out in several activities that have been determined by the agency together with the ship's management and must be submitted to the ship. In this case, PT. Menara Lintas Samudera Makmur as support in maritime development in terms of certificates, which are shipping legality documents such as National Identity Letters, Measuring Letters, Eligible Certificates, Embossed Hull Certificates, Lists of Ships, Radio Safety Certificates, Transportation Vessels Safety Certificates. To receive this data, the authors make a qualitative method by direct observation, then interviews with relevant parties, and the literature to complete the receive. Then the procedure for terminating the validity of the ship's certificate and its accompanying documents. Ship \ Harbor Extension Office or Port Authority and Port Authority Office, with functions. So supporting activities at the port is very important, in order to smooth the management of ship certificates, the process of managing ship certificates, then PT. Menara Lintas Samudera Makmur must establish good cooperation with the KSOP Office with the Inspector of the Sea. Dalam hal ini PT. Menara Lintas Samudera Makmur sebagai penunjang dalam pembangunan kemaritiman dalam hal sertifikat, yang merupakan dokumen legalitas oprasional pelayaran seperti Surat Tanda Kebangsaan, Surat Ukur, Sertifikat Layak, Sertifikat Lambung Timbul, Daftar Anak Buah Kapal, Sertifikat Keamanan Radio, Sertifikat Keselamatan Kapal Barang. Untuk memperoleh data tersebut penulis melakukan metode kualitatif dengan cara Observasi atau pengamatan langsung, kemudian wawancara dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait, dan Kepustakaan untuk melengkapi penulisan. Kemudian prosedur pengurusan perpanjangan sertifikat kapal yang masa berlakunya habis serta dokumen yang menyertainya. Instansi pengurusan perpanjangan sertifikat kapal atau Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan, dengan fungsi. Maka penunjang kegiatan di pelabuhan peranan keagenan sangat penting, dalam rangka kelancaran pengurusan perpanjangan sertifikat kapal, Proses pengurusan perpanjangan sertifikat kapal, maka PT. Menara Lintas Samudera Makmur harus menjalin kerja sama yang baik dengan Kantor KSOP terutama dengan pihak Marine Inspector. Learning is an obligation for every believer to gain knowledge in order to improve the degree of life for them. To be able to absorb optimal learning, the application of effective learning is needed. This paper aims to provide information to educators on the effective learning concept, the concept of apperception and how to do apperception in creating effective learning. The apperception conducted in the early stages of learning is generally considered to be a small thing and sometimes forgotten that many learning activities leads to failure. The apperception can create effective learning because the apperception can lead learners to condition (zone) alpha, which is the best condition for learning so that learners more easily absorb the lesson material. The research method used is a qualitative method. The expected results of this paper are the achievement of effective learning for students so that the learning process can be optimized

This study aims to obtain a clear picture of the implementation of the “Effective Learning” workshop programs for parents at Yayasan Rangkul Keluarga Kita which was held in November 2016-January 2017 in South Jakarta. This research uses a descriptive method with a survey technique. Data collection techniques used were direct observation, document observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The result of this study is description obtained from the implementation of learning “Effective Learning” based on planning, implementation, and evaluation. In order for the learning process to work properly, facilitators involve learners to formulate workshop objectives.Keywords: workshop program, effective learning, adult learning

INDUSTRIAL BASED CURRICULUM IMPLEMETATION AT SMK MITRA INDUSTRI MM2100 CIKARANG-BEKASIThis study aims to obtain a fact-based picture in the form of data and information regarding the implementation of an industry-based curriculum at SMK Mitra Industri MM2100. This study uses a qualitative method, which is to make a complex and comprehensive picture with detailed descriptions from the eyes of the informants to produce a comprehensive exposure based on clear and real findings, events, processes and results related to the implementation of an industry-based curriculum. Data obtained through interviews, field observations and documentation studies. Based on data analysis, the following results are obtained: 1). The curriculum development model used at SMK Mitra Industri MM2100, is a model of curriculum development that is problem-centered by integrating several disciplines to form a concept of attitudes, skills and knowledge in accordance with the demands and needs of the industry which are oriented to the vision, mission and goals of the school. 2). The learning process at SMK Mitra Industri MM2100 uses a block system, which is designed to be oriented towards the merging of instruction and construction, so that the learning process approach refers to the dual base program to fully and fully cultivate industrial work patterns. 3). Challenges and obstacles in the implementation of industrial-based curriculum in SMK Mitra Industri MM2100 in the form of not wanting to change the principles of school/mental blockage, focusing on knowledge, school target is focus on graduation of students, not on the distribution of work at industries and bad networking with industry which can be overcome through socialization to all elements of the school and stakeholders involved.

Kamus baca bergambar merupakan salah satu media penunjang pembelajaran yang dapat membuat siswa lebih tertarik dan mempermudah dalam proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan observasi, bahwa banyak berbagai macam kamus baca bergambar yang ditemukan. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi daya tangkap pemahaman siswa dalam Bahasa Mandarin. Oleh sebab itu, pada penelitian ini  peneliti berusaha menganalisis kamus baca bergambar Bahasa Mandarin sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu 1) Mengetahui kebutuhan siswa akan kamus baca bergambar untuk mempermudah siswa dan guru belajar bahasa Mandarin, 2) Mengetahui kesesuaian kamus baca bergambar dengan kebutuhan siswa melalui analisis SWOT untuk mempermudah belajar bahasa Mandarin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, karena peneliti akan menjabarkan kebutuhan kamus baca bergambar untuk mempermudah siswa belajar Bahasa Mandarin. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghendaki kamus baca bergambar yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa berdasarkan penyusunan kosakata, jumlah kosakata per halaman, tampilan/ layout kosakata, font Hanzi, font size Hanzi, font Pinyin, font size Pinyin, gambar/ ilustrasi.Picture reading dictionary is one of the supporting learning media that can make students more interested and simplify the learning process. Based on observations, that many various kinds of picture reading dictionaries were found. This can affect the comprehension of students' comprehension in Mandarin. Therefore, in this study the researchers tried to analyze the Chinese picture reading dictionary according to the students' needs. The purpose of this study, namely 1) Knowing the needs of students for picture reading dictionaries to facilitate students and teachers learning Mandarin, 2) Knowing the suitability of picture reading dictionaries with students' needs through SWOT analysis to facilitate learning Chinese. Lesson study is a systematic, collaborative, and sustainable method of improving the quality of learning. Lesson study emphasizes the exploration of students’ learning needs; teacher openness towards learning difficulties encountered; the willingness of teachers to receive and provide advice and solutions to the difficulties encountered; and the consistency of the various parties to follow up the suggestions and solutions. Implementation of lesson study involving teachers, principals, and experts in the field of education. Kurikulum tingkat satuan pendidikan or abbreviated KTSP is operational curriculum formulated and implemented by each educational unit. KTSP has the characteristics, namely: giving broad autonomy to the educational unit, involving the community and parent participation, involving the democratic leadership of the principal, and require the support of a working team that is synergistic and transparent. KTSP based on the learning process, needs to be supported by a conducive learning environment and fun to be created by teachers.Teachers and principals in a professional, systematic and collaborative create an atmosphere that fosters independence, tenacity, entrepreneurial spirit, adaptive and proactive nature of the learning process. Thus, the learning needs of students who fulfilled optimally and professional ability of teacher who have increased on an ongoing basis, may usher in success – based learning KTSP. It means that the lesson study provides positive implications for the KTSP – based learning.

Gaining English language learning effectively has been discussed all years long. Similarly, Learners have various troubles outcomes in the learning process. Creating a joyful and comfortable situation must be considered by learners. Thus, the implementation of effective learning strategies is certainly necessary for English learners. This descriptive study has two purposes: first, to introduce the classification and characterization of learning strategies such as; memory, cognitive, metacognitive, compensation, social, and affective strategies that are used by learners in the classroom and second, it provides some questionnaires item based on Strategy of Inventory for Language Learning (SILL) version 5.0 that can be used to examine the frequency of students’ learning strategies in the learning process. The summary of this study explains and discusses the researchers’ point of view on the impact of learning outcomes by learning strategies used. Finally, utilizing appropriate learning strategies are certainly beneficial for both teachers and learners to achieve the learning target effectively.
