Analisis Kebutuhan Kamus Baca Bergambar untuk Mempermudah Siswa Belajar Bahasa Mandarin

Kamus baca bergambar merupakan salah satu media penunjang pembelajaran yang dapat membuat siswa lebih tertarik dan mempermudah dalam proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan observasi, bahwa banyak berbagai macam kamus baca bergambar yang ditemukan. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi daya tangkap pemahaman siswa dalam Bahasa Mandarin. Oleh sebab itu, pada penelitian ini  peneliti berusaha menganalisis kamus baca bergambar Bahasa Mandarin sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu 1) Mengetahui kebutuhan siswa akan kamus baca bergambar untuk mempermudah siswa dan guru belajar bahasa Mandarin, 2) Mengetahui kesesuaian kamus baca bergambar dengan kebutuhan siswa melalui analisis SWOT untuk mempermudah belajar bahasa Mandarin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, karena peneliti akan menjabarkan kebutuhan kamus baca bergambar untuk mempermudah siswa belajar Bahasa Mandarin. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghendaki kamus baca bergambar yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa berdasarkan penyusunan kosakata, jumlah kosakata per halaman, tampilan/ layout kosakata, font Hanzi, font size Hanzi, font Pinyin, font size Pinyin, gambar/ ilustrasi.Picture reading dictionary is one of the supporting learning media that can make students more interested and simplify the learning process. Based on observations, that many various kinds of picture reading dictionaries were found. This can affect the comprehension of students' comprehension in Mandarin. Therefore, in this study the researchers tried to analyze the Chinese picture reading dictionary according to the students' needs. The purpose of this study, namely 1) Knowing the needs of students for picture reading dictionaries to facilitate students and teachers learning Mandarin, 2) Knowing the suitability of picture reading dictionaries with students' needs through SWOT analysis to facilitate learning Chinese. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, because the researcher will describe the need for  a picture reading dictionary to facilitate students learning Mandarin. Abstract - Early March 2020, the corona virus began to spread in Indonesia. To suppress the wider spread of the virus, the government made policies regarding social restrictions. This has resulted in many schools and colleges, offices and companies, and other public places, deciding whether employees or their students should work or study from home. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of online learning during the Corona virus pandemic in Bandung Kridatama Polytechnic students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, and data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. While the analysis of data acquisition was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed that online learning carried out during the Corona virus pandemic was ineffective because obstacles were still found that interfered with the learning process, including the absence of two-way communication between students and lecturers, Besides other obstacles, namely students who do not have enough quotas to take part in online learning, or lecturers who do not understand technology so that learning is not carried out using online learning applications but through Whatsapp groups. Untuk menekan penyebaran virus yang lebih luas lagi, pemerintah membuat kebijakan mengenai pembatasan sosial.  Hal tersebut mengakibatkan banyak sekolah dan kampus, kantor dan perusahaan,  serta tempat-tempat publik lainnya, memutuskan  para karyawan atau anak didiknya untuk bekerja atau belajar dari rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas pembelajaran online di masa pandemi virus Corona pada mahasiswa Politeknik Kridatama Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis perolehan data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pembelajaran online yang dilaksanakan selama masa pandemi virus Corona kurang efektif karena masih ditemukan hambatan yang mengganggu proses pembelajaran diantara-Nya tidak terjalinnya komunikasi dua arah antara mahasiswa dan dosen, disamping hambatan-hambatan lainnya yaitu mahasiswa yang tidak memiliki cukup kuota untuk mengikuti pembelajaran online, atau dosen yang kurang memahami teknologi sehingga pembelajaran tidak dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran online tetapi melalui grup Whatsapp. Kata Kunci: pembelajaran, pembelajaran online, pandemik, virus Corona

Online learning policies during the COVID-19 pandemic are the main solution to keeping the learning process going. But in the implementation, there are obstacles and flaws. The purpose of this study is to analyze the boredom learning toward biological students at IAIN Jember amid the COVID-19 pandemic. This research used the descriptive qualitative method with in-depth analysis. The results this study indicate the biological students at IAIN Jember experience learning burnout due to various factors indicated by several symptoms of learning burnout.   Kebijakan pembelajaran daring selama pandemi COVID-19 menjadi solusi utama agar proses pembelajaran tetap dapat berlangsung. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat kendala dan kekurangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pembelajaran daring terhadap kejenuhan belajar mahasiswa Tadris Biologi IAIN Jember ditengah pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualiatif menggunakan analisis secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa mengalami kejenuhan belajar dikarenakan berbagai faktor yang ditunjukkan oleh beberapa gejala kejenuhan belajar. Complete online learning is mandatory due to COVID 19 that hit Indonesia. In the implementation of fully online learning, there are obstacles and obstacles. So it is necessary to research the conditions of learning while entirely online. This study describes the learning process and obstacles during complete online learning. This study also discusses online learning facilities that are of interest to students. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method to analyze the problem. Respondents in this study were 2047 students. This study resulted in 3 things that happened to fully online learning related to quotas, learning media, and learning facilities. These three components need attention so that full online lectures can run smoothly.

The batik industry is now growing. Likewise with batik Trusmi that development is now growing rapidly. Revenue is a consequence or impact of the development of the batik industry.  Revenue  Trusmi batik artisans can be used for the basic needs of both basic needs and the needs of batik artisans in the business of making batik and batik artisans revenue also used for industrial development or business Trusmi batik. The problems discussed in this research on the impact of batik artisans Trusmi revenue as a result of the development of batik industry Trusmi. The goal, which is to determine the revenue impact of batik artisans Trusmi batik industry development. The method used in this research is using a descriptive qualitative method with the approach used approach  SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity,  Threat). Data collected by using observation and in-depth interviews with batik artisans  Trusmi and also the village, as well as gathering documentation in the form of images and small notes. Results of research conducted by the researchers, it is known that income Trusmi batik artisans used for a variety of needs, not only for the basic needs of batik artisans but is also used to develop the Business of making batik. By using SWOT analysis of the impact of this revenue is not only powerful, but also has the disadvantage of not yet arranged neatly on the financial statements batik business, and there were also threats, in the form of batik competition from other regions. While the strength of itself is able to carry on business batik and opportunities that can develop the business of making or write Trusmi batik industry. With the aim to maximize profits and the opportunities and minimize weaknesses and threats to the batik artisans need to develop the business by using a strategy of differentiation.

This article will explore about west and east cultures in the sixteenth century and some issues which occurred when both cultures encounters. The issue that appears when both cultures encounter is that of culture shock. The purpose of this research is to disclose how culture shock happens when both culture, west and east meet. In this research, the writers use concept of culture as the foundation of the research. Further, the analysis is done by implementing Oberg’s culture shock theory. To arrange this research, the writers apply library study and descriptive-qualitative method. The data that collected by the writers are in the form of narration and quotation. The source of the data coming from a novel entitled The Tournament by Mathew Reilly. The result of the analysis shows that there are two types of culture that are found inside the novel, visible and invisible cultures. Visible culture consists of cultural artifacts that can be noticed easily. Meanwhile the invisible part of culture is a culture that cannot be noticed easily but it does exist and holds important role in human life. Further, the phenomenon of culture shock proven by the character of Elizabeth who experience all stages of culture shock which are Honeymoon stage (Excitement), Crisis stage (Depression), Development stage (Learning process) and Adjustment stage (Accepting).

Motivation is one of the most significant things in learning process. Without motivation, the purposes of learning is tough to be achieved. When learners have it in learning process, they will more understand with the materials, especially English. The goal of this study is to know how students’ motivation in learning English of eight grade at MTs Mathla’ul Anwar Sukaguna. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data was carried out by using a questionnaire of students’ motivation which have ten items adapted from Clement, Dornyei, & Noels (1994) and used an interview which have five questions‎. The data were processed in the percentage and descriptive explanation. The main findings described that the learners are entirety highly motivated. Based on this study’s findings, students of eighth grade at MTs Mathla’ul Anwar have that motivation, it is based on the outcome of questionnaire and interview. From the output of questionnaire, most of students choose the agree statements. It means that students has an savor in learning English. Furthermore, the yield of interview expressed that students have highly interesting in learning English. But in this case, the teacher have to be more creative in using the media, strategy, or delivered material in teaching learning activity to improve students’ motivation.

  This study aims to describe Indonesian-language teaching materials that are locally charged during the learning process at Cipanas 1 Public High School. The description of teaching materials in this school needs to be put forward because it is one aspect that supports student success. This high school has advantages especially in learning Indonesian compared to other schools in the area. This research aims at finding out the teachers’ effort in developing the students’ ability in reading Al-Yaqūt Al-Nafīs at class two senior high school. This research employed the Descriptive Qualitative method. Its findings indicate an increase in the teachers’ effort in developing students’ ability in reading and translating Al-Yaqūt Al-Nafīs. The teachers applied sorogan method in the teaching and learning process and applied repetition and practice techniques in learning Al-Yaqūt Al-Nafīs.

Abstract:This study aims to find out and explain the interrelationship of the learning process of writing with errors in the exposition of students. The method used is descriptive qualitative method which aims to describe and explain the relevance of the learning process of writing with the errors of the exposition of students. The object of this research is the exposition of class X high school students assisted by questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the more maximum the process of learning to write, the better the results obtained, and conversely the instant process and teachers who do not maximize teaching in the methods and media used will be increasingly less quality.   Keywords: writing, language errors, exposition

ABSTRAK Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan Kepala KB Bina Anak Sholih dimana adanya kerjasama yang solid antara pendidik dan juga walimurid serta prestasi yang ada di lembaga tersebut, dapat menjali kerjasama dnegan pihak luar dalam mendukung program pembelajaran yang ada serta dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT sebagai strategi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan yang mengutamakan kenyamanan, kedisipilinan, dan tanggung jawab dengan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis. Menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk mengukur sejauh mana perkembangan yang dimiliki serta rencana apa yang akan dilakukan selanjutnya. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi Manajerial, SWOT ABSTRACT The background of this study is about the leadership of play group’s principal at KB Bina Anak Sholih by having solid cooperation between the teacher and the student guardians by using SWOT analysis as the strategy. To study about the leadership of the playgroup’s principal who supports the learning program at KB Bina Anak Sholih, the researcher uses the descriptive qualitative method. Qualitative research is research that uses natural background by interpreting the existing phenomenons and by using various possible methods.         The result of the research showed the leadership priors comfort, discipline, and responsibility along with democratic style.
