Starting from the spread of viruses Covid 19 that swept across the world in particular in Indonesia, bringing the idea to create research that contribute in dealing with viruses Covid 19. This study aims to determine the effect of endurance exercise on the body's defenses to prevent transmission of the virus covid 19 for student penjaskesrek Undana. This research is an experimental study of Quasi-Experimental Designs by using Nonequivalent Comparison Group Design which compares the effect of endurance training on the two levels of physical fitness categories of Penjaskesrek students, those who have very Low and Low categories.Samples were 12 female students from Penjaskesrek Undana in semester 2, 4 and 6, where 6 people were in the less physical fitness category, and 6 in the physical fitness category were very Low.The findings of this study include; 1) In the group of physical fitness Low are Effect of Exercise Endurance Resilience Body face Virus Covid 19 on the students Penjaskesrek Undana significantly, 2) In the group of physical fitness is very Low are Effect of Exercise Endurance Resilience Body face Virus Covid 19 on the students Penjaskesrek Undana significantly. So, the conclusion is that endurance exercises are more effective in increasing endurance to deal with the Covid 19 virus.

This research is aimed at finding out to what extent IBL strategy can affect students speaking ability and to find out the significant of IBL strategy on students speaking ability. The populations of this study were all students in second grade at SMAN 7 Bengkulu. The samples of this study were 30 students on one class of second grade at SMAN 7 Bengkulu Selatan. This study used quasi-experimental study with one group design in order to test hypotheses. The study was conducted by pretest, the treatment in three meetings by using IBL strategy and posttest to the students. The instruments of this study were pretest and posttest. The result of this research showed that there were increasing scores of students speaking ability from 40,27 to 51,33, the increasing scores covered in; vocabulary aspect (13,54), grammar aspect (10,67), fluency aspect (7,33), and pronunciation aspect (12,67). The conclusions of the study were: firstly, IBL strategy affected students speaking ability with average increasing score of 11,05 covering the four aspects (vocabulary, gramar, fluency and pronunciation) of speaking. Secondly, IBL strategy affected sufficiently significant ( 0,05) on students speaking ability. This current study contributes to give the teachers an additional strategy on the effective strategy for teaching of speaking.

Objective: To determine the effect of husband's support in the implementation of oxytocin massage by midwife on the production and time of colostrum secretion among post C-Section delivery women. Methods: A quasi-experimental study with a post-test only group design at hospital in DIY in April-June 2020. The samples consisted of 32 respondents, 16 post C-Section delivery women with oxytocin massage who received husband's support and 16 respondents with oxytocin massage without husband’s support. The preparation of husband’s support was conducted through training by midwife to the husbands using a booklet for 80 minutes. Data analysis in this study used univariate, Independent t-test, and MANOVA with a significance level of 95%.Results: Evaluation showed that 68.75% of post C-Section delivery women received good husband’s support. The mean colostrum production in the oxytocin massage group by midwife with husband's support was 3.61 cc and the mean time of colostrum secretion was 4.13 hours better than oxytocin massage without husband's support. Conclusion: Husband's support in the implementation of oxytocin massage by midwife had an effect on the production and time of colostrum secretion among post C-Section delivery women with p-value <0.0001.

A newborn baby has only three demands. They are warmth in the arms of his mother, food from her breasts and security in the knowledge of her presence. Breastfeeding satisfies all three. While breastfeeding may not seem the right choice for every parent, it is the choice for every baby because it fulfills the physical needs as well as psychotic complementary of the child. The study aimedto find out the association of nipple soreness in experimental group and comparison group in terms of sample characteristics of postnatal mothers. A quasi experimental study was conducted on 70 postnatal mothers, (35 in experimental group and 35 in the comparison group) who breast feeds their babies were selected conveniently. Feeding pattern was assessed by LATCH scale four times in a day followed by the application of hind milk minimum four times in a day for three or four days as per discharge day of mother. The mother was asked to rub hind milk on nipples after feeding the baby and letting it air dry in front of researcher and nipple soreness scale was used to check the sore nipple at third and fifth day or at the day of discharge. Follow up of postnatal mothers was done telephonically by using interview questionnaire on day 15 in both groups. Study findings revealed that on 3rd day, the mean nipple soreness score was higher in comparison group (1.45) than experimental group (0.10) and thus there was significant difference (t value = 3.87) in nipple soreness score.Study concluded that breast milk application was effective in preventing sore nipples among postnatal mothers. Hence, it can be recommended to use breast milk for the prevention of sore nipple.

Statistical knowledge is widely used in academia; however, statistics teachers struggle with the issue of how to reduce students' statistics anxiety and enhance students' statistics learning. This study assesses the effectiveness of a “one-minute paper strategy” in reducing students' statistics-related anxiety and in improving students' statistics-related achievement. Participants were 77 undergraduates from two classes enrolled in applied statistics courses. An experiment was implemented according to a pretest/posttest comparison group design. The quasi-experimental design showed that the one-minute paper strategy significantly reduced students' statistics anxiety and improved students' statistics learning achievement. The strategy was a better instructional tool than the textbook exercise for reducing students' statistics anxiety and improving students' statistics achievement.
