This study aims to analyze the workload using the NASA-TLX method, as well as knowing the effect of workload and incentives on the performance of Gojek drivers in Bandar Lampung. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 100 respondents, with the sampling technique using accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using NASA-TLX method and multiple regression analysis. The results explained that the workload of the Gojek driver was very high, the highest workload was in the aspect of physical needs and the lowest was in the aspect of the frustration level. However, the partial test results that workload does not affect the performance of Gojek drivers, while incentives affect the performance of Gojek drivers. Simultaneously, both workload and incentives have an affect on performance of Gojek drivers. There is a relationship between job characteristic on study results that require further research, and the importance of stimulating incentives for drivers to maximize the achievement of work targets.   Abstrak   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja dengan menggunakan metode NASA-TLX, serta mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan insentif terhadap kinerja pengemudi Gojek di Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode NASA-TLX, dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil studi menjelaskan bahwa beban kerja pengemudi Gojek sangat tinggi, beban kerja yang paling tinggi terdapat pada aspek kebutuhan fisik, dan yang terendah terdapat pada aspek tingkat frustasi. Namun, hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pengemudi Gojek, sedangkan insentif berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pengemudi Gojek. Walaupun demikian, secara simultan, kedua variabel, baik beban kerja maupun insentif berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pengemudi Gojek. Terdapat keterkaitan karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap hasil studi yang membutuhkan penelitian lebih lanjut, dan pentingnya rangsangan insentif bagi pengemudi untuk memaksimalkan pencapaian target kerja.

The purpose of this study is to examine purchasing decisions through online applications (e-commerce) on an online motorcycle taxi-based delivery service. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely by collecting data from respondents using a questionnaire. The number of samples is 100 people, calculated using the Slovin formula for buyers for three months. This research purpose how the influence of their own capital and loan capital of net income cooperative in Sukabumi City. This research is quantitative descriptive study using multiple regression analysis. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling where the sampling is based on certain criteria. From the established criteria, obtained 11 (eleven) sample cooperative in sukabumi city with the observation period of 2 (two) years for each sample cooperative. The research analysis tools using multiple regression analysis. Simultaneous hypothesis testing using the F and partial test using t-test with a probability level of 5 percent (0,05). F-test result explain that the own capital and loan capital Simultaneous have a positive and significant effect on net income cooperative. t-test results showed that the own capital have a positive and significant effect on net income. This study aims to examine the effect of E-commerce and Tax Rates on Tax Evasion. The data used are primary data. The method used is multiple regression analysis. The sampling technique used in this study was convinence sampling and 102 data samples. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Darussalam branch, Banda Aceh.  This study uses a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis.  The sampling technique in this study was random sampling.  Data collection techniques in this study by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents.  The results of this study indicate; (1) the service quality variable has no effect on customer satisfaction, (2) the trust variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and (3) together service quality and trust have an effect on customer satisfaction

This research is conducted upon the emergence of many companies producing the same product of the same kind and function. It leads to the urgency of proper and well planned marketing strategy. This research aims to investigate how far the influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. This research utilizes 5 likert scale questionnaire which is tested by using multiple regression analysis to reveal whether or not there is partial and simultaneous influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. Sampling method is accidental sampling technique, in which sample of particular population is taken based on the accessibility and availability of the sample during the sampling process. Sample used is 100 samples among consumers or customers of Mang Endy Milkshake. The result shows that branding, product quality, and price influence consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business.

The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the factors that can influence the intention to purchase through trust, price, and service quality on consumers Bhinneka.com. This research uses quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents Bhinneka.com. Data analysis method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the three variables used have a positive influence on intention to purchase variable. The most dominant variables in explaining the variation of intention to purchase are service quality variable of 35.5%, the price of 17.2%, and trust of 24.6%. A da'i must have a good personality when entering the field of da'wah so as to move or spur the mad'u to arise awareness in performing charity and that the goal of da'wah can be achieved. This study aims to explain effect of da’i personality and da'wah bil-hal towards spiritual motivation of mad’u. Its population is all mad'u and da'i in Boarding School of Bahrul Ulum of Pemalang Regency. The sample in this study is 77 mad'u which is divided into 35 people (45,5%) women and 42 people (54,5%) men. As for the entire population of da'i is used as a sample, which is 4 da'i. Sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling. The measuring tools used are personality scale, bil-hal da'wah scale, and spiritual motivation scale in the form of Likert. The data analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis at 0.05 significance level. The results showed that there was a significant effect of da’i personality and da’wah bil-hal towards spiritual motivation of mad’u. The variables that show the most dominant positive tendencies and significantly influence the spiritual motivation of mad'u are the personality of extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, religious, education, organization and social.

This study aimed to examine the causal relationship between budget emphasis, self-esteem and budget participation by using primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondent. The population was the OPD Regency of Kebumen with a purposive sampling as a sampling technique. From 75 questionnaires that have been distributed, 70 questionnaires have been received and only 43 questionnaires that could be processed. This studied used multiple regression analysis methods. The study showed that based on the t-test:  budget emphasis and self-esteem have a positive and significant effect on budgetary slack, while budget participation does not affect budgetary slack. The coefficient of determination (R²) showed 29,5%, that was mean 29,5% variable of budgetary slack influenced by variables budget emphasis, self-esteem, and budget participation but 70,5% explained by other variables which not exist in this research

The population in thisresearch are frontliners and customer of PT Garuda Indonesia Surabaya Branch Office.The technique of data collection is the census method. Data are gathered by questionnairesgiven to 42 frontliners and customers of PT Garuda Indonesia Surabaya BranchOffice. This research used quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. Theresult shows that leadership competency, organizational culture and frontliner responsivebehavior have significantly influence to customer satisfaction. Responsive behavior doesnot mediate the influence of leadership competency and organizational culture to customersatisfaction.

A study entitled �The Influence of Characteristics, Attitude and Skill of Pempek Entrepreneurs in Palembang toward Successful Business Achievement� is an entrepreneurship study related to the influencing factors of succesful business achievement of pempek entrepreneurs in Palembang. This purpose of this study is to find out whether or not the entrepreneurs� characteristics, attitude and skill factors affect the succesful business achievement. Sample was selected by using purposive sampling technique. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple regression analysis. The t-test of SPSS calculation implied that the significant value of characteristics was 0.709, attitude was 0.213 and entrepreneurship skill was 0.287 (less than 0.05). Therefore, the results of the study implied that there was no correlation between characteristics, attitude and entrepreneurship skill of pempek entrepreneurs in Palembang toward succesful business achievement.
