One of the important things in determining the quality of livestock products is feed ingredients. The quality of Poultry products will be influenced by the nutrient intake provided. Tomato reject is one of the special ingredients of a feed because it contains high lycopene. Lycopene is well known as an antioxidant, also it can lower cholesterol content. However, lycopene still in the matrix of tomato tissue and trans-form lycopene what difficult to digest and absorb in the body. So, in this paper presents the extent to which the development of research utilization of tomatoes high lycopene as poultry feed. As well as opening more widely how to increase the value of lycopene tomatoes in poultry products.

It is well known that the value of full feeding of farm animals is an important condition for the production of livestock products. Because of the researches of many scientists was found that the value of feed is determined by the content of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, as well as vitamins, minerals and so on. However, the true value of the feed is determined by the part that is digestible and can be used by the body in the metabolism process. In the event of a violation of feeding level associated with the lack of nutrients or minerals of animals or their deficiency, the development of osteodystrophic processes is observed, which directly contribute to changes in the tendon-ligamentous apparatus of the finger of animals, there is an occurrence of prolonged osteotendinitis of the finger flexors, which causes to fingers extension, partially or completely removed from the hoof wall support, and overload of crumbs. Tightening of the crumb support is accompanied by the appearance of the skin of the hoof inflammatory process, excessive horn growth and deformation of the horn capsule. The final confirmation of osteodystrophy is the results of a multivariate mass volumetric analysis of the skeleton state and determination of the magnitude of the angles of the joints of the fingers. On the side of the hoof horn, there is an increase in the moisture content and SH-groups and a decrease in g-keratosis, which affects the biophysical properties of the hoof horn, which are shown by a decrease in density and hardness. Such changes indicate a deterioration in the quality of the hoof horn, a confirmation of which is a decrease in the intensity of erasing of the sole horn, the development of deformation and the occurrence of aseptic inflammation of the base of the skin of the sole horn.

This research purpose to observe the response of local duck, especially male duck that given African Leaf Flour (ALF) in the diet, toward body weight and blood cholesterol content. The treatment for this research will be given by differentiate the ALF level in five levels (0%, 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%, and 2.0%) with four times replication. This research used Completely Randomized Design. This treatment is obsessed to 80 male ducks which are rearing from the age of 4 until 10 weeks. The result showed that the increasing of ALF level in diets, will highly significant increase the body weight growth (BWG) of duck, as the increasing value of BWG is 23.59% (P<0,01), and its similarly with the Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR). The blood cholesterol content is decreasing to 7.41% for 1.5% the ALF level given (P<0,01), while the content of cholesterol-HDL and LDL has not significantly (P>0,05). However, the content of cholesterol-HDL in blood tend to increase along with the increasing of the ALF level given. Utilization of ALF level until 2.0% could increase the quality of local duck meat, because its produce higher meat production and improve the content of cholesterol for creating healthy animal food sources.

Introduction. Obtaining high-quality and safe poultry products is impossible without an integrated approach and competent solution of biosafety issues in farms. In conditions of poultry rearing using intensive technologies, the problem of ectoparasitic poultry damage, in particular the chicken tick Dermanyssus gallinae, is quite acute. The defeat of the bird by temporary and permanent ectoparasites is the reason for the deterioration of the quality characteristics of poultry carcasses. The goal of the work. The purpose of our research was to determination of the quality of poultry meat when affected by ectoparasites. Materials and methods of research. These studies were conducted under the conditions of the Department of Veterinary Expertise, Microbiology, Zohygiene and Safety and Quality of Livestock Products of Sumy National Agrarian University. For the study, carcasses of poultry of slaughter conditions were selected from a farm unsuccessful for the red chicken tick Dermanyssus gallinae. Results of research and discussion. In the course of the studies, it was proved that the slaughter yield of meat in chickens that were infected with ectoparasites was less compared to the slaughter yield of poultry meat obtained from farms or poultry houses that are relatively ectoparasite. In the meat of sick poultry, the moisture content increased by 2-3% and protein by 1-2%, while at the same time reducing the amount of fat by an average of 4%. As a result of studies, it was found that the changes found in meat indicated the development of pathological processes in meat, which led to the intensification of spoilage processes. Studies of carcasses obtained from healthy poultry found that they retained freshness for 9 days, and carcasses received from sick poultry, already for 5 days did not match the freshness of meat. Conclusions and prospects for further research. Based on a set of studies, we found that the qualitative indicators of meat of healthy and sick poultry differed. Intravital damage to poultry by ectoparasites caused changes in the chemical composition of meat, a decrease in its calorie content and biological value. In the future, it is planned to determine the qualitative characteristics of poultry carcasses in the associated course of nematodes and aсarosis.

The quality and safety of poultry products for consumers is one of the main indicators. The concept of «quality of food» includes indicators of usefulness (nutritional and biological value), good quality and harmlessness. The biological value of the product is determined by the quality of protein components, their amino acid composition and expressed by the degree of nitrogen retention of food in the body of growing animals [1]. This article presents materials on the study of the effect of Abiopeptid and Ferropeptid protein hydrolysates on the amino acid composition of meat, the content of macro- and microelements in it, the relative biological value of meat, and also on safety indicators.

Cattle that have high body weight and low cholesterol production will improve the quality of local male duck meat products in West Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to see the response of local ducks, especially male ducks that were given African Leaf Flour in their rations, to body weight and blood cholesterol content. Because the cholesterol content of foodstuffs greatly determines consumer demand. This research was conducted from 12 September 2020 to 24 December 2020. The treatment that will be given is the use of African Leaf Flour of 5 levels (0%; 0.5%; 1.0%; 1.5% and 2.0%). To see the effect of the treatment, an experimental design was used, namely CRD (completely randomized design), each of which was repeated four times. The sample used was 80 male ducks kept for six weeks (4-10 weeks). The study results illustrate that the increase of African Leaf Flour given will increase the body weight gain (PBB) of ducks, with an increase in PBB of 23.59% in the use of African Leaf Flour 2.0%. Likewise, the Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) was significantly better (P0.05). Meanwhile, blood HDL content tended to increase along with the increase in the provision of African Leaf Flour. The use of African Leaf Flour up to a level of 2.0% can improve the quality of local duck meat because it results in higher meat production and improves cholesterol content to create a healthy source of animal food, thereby reducing consumer hesitation to consume.

In addition to the influence of genes, the quality of poultry products is mainly controlled by the rearing environment or feed composition during rearing, and has to meet human use and economical needs. As the only source of energy for poultry, feed considerably affects the metabolic pattern of poultry and further affects the regulation of appetite-related endocrine secretion in poultry. Under normal circumstances, the accumulation of lipid in adipose reduces feed intake in poultry and increases the rate of adipose metabolism. When the adipose content in cells decreases, endocrines that promote food intake are secreted and increase nutrient concentrations in serum and cells. By regulating the balance between appetite and adipose metabolism, the poultry’s growth and posture can maintain a balanced state. In addition, increasing fiber composition in feed can effectively increase poultry welfare, body weight, lean composition and antioxidant levels in poultry. According to this, the concept that proper fiber content should be added to feed should be considered for better economic benefits, poultry welfare and meat productivity.

The article presents analysis of material and results of their own studies on changes in the permeability of cellular structures, organs and tissues in carp, which is of great importance in determining age-related indicators. The cells permeability in liver and gonads estimation was carried out under the experimental base of VNIIR on two carp genotypes during the pre-spawning period. The carp groups taken for analysis differed significantly in their genotypes. In females of the Khrapunov group the fecundity was 2023.0 thousand units, while the number of oocytes filled with yolk was only 0.7%, in the Ostashevsky ones - 1370.0 thousand units and 8.6%, respectively. During estimation the chemical composition of the generative tissue in females and males it was established that the cholesterol and lecithin content in males is higher than that of females, while feeding dependence is observed, especially on the amount of protein in the diet. For example, in females on protein diet contained less glycogen in gonads than on females on carbohydrate diet. Lecithin and cholesterol are higher in males than in females, which corresponds to increasing the Gyurdy Ratio (estimation of cell membrane strength). In spermatogenesis the content of phospholipids and cholesterol in the liver was decreased less than during ovogenesis. This indicates a lower level of synthetic processes in the milts compared with the ovaries. The cholesterol content in sperm is higher than in caviar in 19.6 times, and phospholipids almost doubled. With increasing age, the Gyordy Ratio for caviar decreases, for sperm it increases, the percentage of caviar fertilization increases. As the body age metabolism deteriorates, cellular permeability decreases (the ratio of lecithin and cholesterol changes significantly). At the same time, the permeability of cells in different organs and tissues varies and depends on living conditions, especially feeding and to some extent on the origin. In fish the gross productivity decreases as growth slows down and more energy is spent on adaptation to environmental conditions.

The main focus of this research is on the self-concept and pedagogical competence of the teacher and its influence on the quality of the learning process both partially and double. The research method used is a survey method in which the authors go directly to the empirical level by distributing questionnaires to 47 teachers. The processing and analysis techniques used are linear and multiple regression. The results of the study show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of the teacher's self-concept on the quality of the learning process (2) There is a positive and significant influence on the teacher's pedagogical competence on the quality of the learning process. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of self-concept and pedagogical competence of teachers together on the quality of the learning process. Therefore, the authors suggest: (1) So that the teacher improves health and appearance because the results of the study show that the weakness of the teacher's self-concept is in the appearance and significance of the body. So that the teacher needs to be given enlightenment related to how to maintain health and fitness through the implementation of joint gymnastics or conducting group discussions related to the dirt to maintain a prime body. (2) To face future competition and improve the quality of education it is deemed necessary to further increase the pedagogical competence of teachers, especially those related to planning and evaluation of learning.

«Man is what he eats,» these words belong to the great Pythagoras. He meant by these words the connection of the origin of consumed food with the spiritual development of man. In fact, a lot depends on the nature of nutrition, the quality of food and, of course, on the degree of its perception by the body. Digestion process begins not in the stomach, but directly in the oral cavity as a result of mechanical processing of products with teeth and under the influence of the secretion of the salivary glands. That is why healthy teeth are the key to the normal functioning of the whole organism — people should start taking care of their teeth from the early childhood and dentists, who are far from being beloved by everybody and are often carelessly evaded, are called upon to help keep the teeth healthy.
