This research aims to formulate guidance and counseling module to improve interpersonal communication ability of students and to describe the level of applicability used by counselor. The method used was ADDIE model development. The properness test was done by three experts and the practicality test was done by three guidance and counseling teachers or counselors. The instruments used were skala likert, questionnaire and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The data gathered in this research was analyzed by using descriptive statistic analysis and non-parametric statistic analysis.  Based on these results, in general, it was concluded that the module developed was appropriate and could be used to help the students to improve their interpersonal

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran bimbingan dan konseling untuk mengoptimalkan perkembangan sosial peserta didik dan juga keterpakaian oleh guru kelas (guru BK/konselor) di SD. Metode penelitian ini dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Subjek uji coba penelitian terdiri dari lima orang ahli untuk menguji kelayakan, dan tiga orang guru kelas (guru BK/konselor). Instrument yang digunakan ialah sklala likert, kuisioner dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik nonparametrik. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran BK ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru kelas untuk membantu guru dalam mengoptimalkan perkembangan sosial peserta didik.__________________________________________________________This research aims to formulate guidance and counseling learning toolto optimizing social development of student and describe the level of appalicability used by theacher or counselor. This research aims to formulate guidance and counseling module to prevent bullying at school and to describe the level of applicability used by counselor. The method used was ADDIE model development. The subjects of the research consisted of guidance and counseling expert and the intended target of the module (counselor), chosen through purposive sampling. The instruments used were questionnaire and focus group discussion (FGD). The data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that prototype modules developed to prevent bullying at school is applicable used by the counselor and those modules can be utilized by counselor to prevent bullying at school.

The purpose of this research was to reveal whether the Guidance and Counseling module designed for increasing the students’ self-esteem had been proper in terms of content and appearance, and to describe the usability level of the Guidance and Counseling module to increase the students’ self-esteem. This research applied ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. The subjects of the research consisted of 6 experts to see the properness of the module and 3 Guidance and Counseling teachers to see the usability level of the module. This research was conducted by trying out the product and through Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The data of the research were analyzed by using descriptive statistic analysis and inferensial statistic. Based on these results, in general, the prototype of Guidance and Counseling module designed for increasing the students’ self-esteem had been proper and could be used by the Guidance and Counseling teachers to increase the students’ self-esteem.

This study aims to develop anti-corruption education materials based on integrity values for elementary school students in Yogyakarta. This research is a research and development using ADDIE (Analyze, Design, develop, implement, evaluate) development models. Data was obtained through literature studies, observation, interviews, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) which were then processed descriptively qualitative. The results showed that the ADDIE model used to develop the material illustrates that the integrity value that is most needed to be developed in anti-corruption education for elementary school students is the value of honesty and simplicity, this is obtained from the analysis in the development of ADDIE and reinforced by the answers given by the teacher during FGD, where 31.50% of teachers chose honesty values and 23.3% of teachers chose the value of simplicity

This study aims to develop and determine the feasibility of the annual program of guidance and counseling in higher education. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R & D) Research and development carried out by adopting the concept of research and development by Borg and Gall. Based on product test using inter-rater agreement models, it is concluded that the product has fulfilled the content validity of 0.76 or can be categorized as valid (good). Furthermore, based on the results of Focus Group Discussion (FGD), it is concluded that the product can be categorized well, but needs to be refined by making improvements given.

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris">The purpose of this study is to produce guidance and counseling programs for marriage and family readiness for students in Madrasah Aliyah (MA). Guidance and Counseling Program Marriage and family readiness is a developmental task for students to minimize divorce rates. The research method used in this study is qualitative field research. Data collection tool through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the program formulation and marriage and family readiness counseling for MA students were tested for validity through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with 4 experts namely: religious experts, linguists, psychologists, and education experts. The results of this study can describe that the guidance and counseling program for marriage and family readiness at Al-Amin Islamic Boarding School in a structured manner does not yet exist, the implementation at Al-Amin Islamic Boarding School is carried out in the Tsalasa Tsanawi class. Through the study of the classic Uqudulujein. Whereas at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) the guidance and counseling program for marriage and family readiness for prospective brides is held once on Wednesday, starting at 09: 00-12: 00. Through sakinah family foundation module. This marriage preparation guidance and counseling program for Madrasah Aliyah (MA) students is based on Permendikbud No. 111 of 2014, through basic services that refer to readiness in the field of personal services (Jasadiyah), social fields (Ijtimaiyah), learning fields (Ilmiyah) and career fields (Maaliyah)</p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan program bimbingan dan konseling untuk kesiapan perkawinan dan keluarga bagi siswa Madrasah Aliyah (MA). Program Bimbingan dan Konseling Kesiapan perkawinan dan keluarga merupakan tugas perkembangan mahasiswa untuk meminimalkan angka perceraian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan kualitatif. Alat pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil perumusan program dan penyuluhan kesiapan nikah dan keluarga untuk mahasiswa MA diuji validitasnya melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan 4 orang ahli yaitu: ahli agama, ahli bahasa, psikolog, dan ahli pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menggambarkan bahwa program bimbingan dan konseling perkawinan dan kesiapan keluarga di Pondok Pesantren Al-Amin secara terstruktur belum ada, implementasi di Pondok Pesantren Al-Amin dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Tsalasa Tsanawi. kelas. Melalui studi tentang Uqudulujein klasik. Sedangkan di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) program bimbingan dan penyuluhan untuk kesiapan perkawinan dan keluarga bagi calon pengantin dilakukan satu kali pada hari Rabu, mulai pukul 09.00-12.00. Melalui modul yayasan keluarga sakinah. Program bimbingan dan konseling persiapan nikah bagi siswa Madrasah Aliyah (MA) ini berpedoman pada Permendikbud Nomor 111 Tahun 2014, melalui pelayanan dasar yang mengacu pada kesiapan di bidang pelayanan pribadi (jasadiyah), bidang sosial (Ijtimaiyah), bidang pembelajaran ( Ilmiyah) dan bidang karir (Maaliyah)</p><p class="14E-mail"> </p>

The purpose of this research is to develop a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) model in learning personality development as an effort to improve students' public speaking skills. Through the FGD learning model students are invited to have the ability to think critically, creatively and innovatively in preparing presentations and discussions in a group. The results of the implementation of the FGD model in learning are expected to be able to develop students in an effort to improve public speaking skills, so they have competitiveness in facing of society 5.0. This research phase refers to the six steps of developing the ASSURE model. Development of FGD learning model in the form of presentations and discussions conducted online as well as gathering audience opinion data based on the specified themes. The object is the students who take courses in Personal Development and subject is public speaking. The results obtained is a maximum value=10  based  on  10  components  of public speaking skills assessment, an average score=8.1, and a standard deviation=1.8. The grade is divided into A (Excellence), B (Good), and E (Fail)

Salah satu habitat gajah yang masih tersisa adalah Kawasan Taman Nasional Gunung Leuser (TNGL), terutama di wilayah Besitang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi karakteristik sosial ekonomi, kepemilikan lahan, pemetaan wilayah dan mitigasi konflik manusia dengan gajah di Resort Besitang, TNGL. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Analisis data menggunakan tabel frekuensi dan analisa deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wilayah yang memiliki potensi konflik gajah di Resort Besitang adalah Daerah Halaban, Aras Senapal, Sekundur, Bukit Selamat dan Bukit Mas dengan intensitas konflik rendah sampai tinggi. Penyebab utama konflik manusia dengan gajah adalah fragmentasi kawasan hutan,  ketidakpastian status lahan di daerah penyangga, pertumbuhan penduduk yang tinggi dan meningkatnya pendatang di wilayah Besitang, perambahan dan ilegal logging yang terus terjadi, minimnya kesadaran masyarakat dan peranan lembaga desa dalam mendukung konservasi gajah. Rekomendasi resolusi mitigasi konflik gajah diantaranya: 1) memperbaiki habitat gajah yang sudah terfragmentasi di dalam kawasan TNGL; 2) meningkatkan peran Tim CRU (Conservation Response Unit); 3) membentuk unit reaksi cepat penanganan konflik gajah dengan melibatkan para pihak; 4) menanam jenis tanaman yang tidak disukai dan dijauhi oleh gajah; 5) mereduksi ketergantungan masyarakat akan sistem pertanian yang membutuhkan lahan yang luas; 6) mengembangkan program untuk membantu peningkatan hasil panen; dan,  7) penyuluhan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman bahwa gajah merupakan bagian dari ekosistem yang harus lestari.   Kata kunci: gajah, konflik, habitat, Besitang, Taman Nasional Gunung Leuser

Perkembangan Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di era globalisasi, demokratisasi dan desentralisasi sudah menjadi kebutuhan sekaligus tantangan khususnya bagi pemerintah daerah dalam komunikasi pembangunan untuk pelayanan publik dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus, dengan pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi, wawancara, pengamatan dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Subjek penelitian dipilih secara purposif yaitu pemerintah daerah di Eks-KaresidenanBanyumas Jawa Tengah, akademisi dan civil society. Penelitian dianalisis dengan analisis interaktif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpuan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pentingnya komunikasi pembangunan dengan media teknologi informasi dan komunikasi melalui e-Government untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik yang baik, cepat dan responsif, adanya partisipasi aktif dari publik dan transparansi baik anggaran serta program pembangunan. (2) Perlunya mengantisipasi adanya kesenjangan teknologi informasisehingga membutuhkan peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia di pemerintahan daerah dan publik, serta memperluas fasilitas akses jaringan informasi.Kata kunci: komunikasi pembangunan, pelayanan publik, partisipasi, teknologi informasi, transparansi
