This study aims to determine how appropriate the results of school accreditation are with the existing reality as seen from the students' perceptions. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were 480 class XI students at the Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 1 Lubuk Sikaping, with a sample of 90 people who were determined using the Slovin formula. Sampling using proportional incidentil sampling technique. The research instrument used was a Likert Scale model questionnaire consisting of 36 items with alternative answers to Strongly Agree (SS), Agree (S), Disagree (KS), Disagree (TS), Strongly Disagree (STS). Before being used, the questionnaire is tested for validity and reliability first. The collected data is processed by looking for the average score and the average achievement level (TCR). The results showed that in general according to the accreditation students of Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 1 Lubuk Sikaping, it was only in the appropriate criteria (not very suitable) between the rankings obtained and the existing reality, with a TCR of 81.18%. However, if it is observed per the measured aspect, then there is one aspect, namely the facilities and infrastructure, the accreditation according to the students is not very suitable or does not match the rank obtained with the existing reality, with a TCR of 79.33.

The purpose of this study was made to see and get information about how capable students' perceptions of teacher personality competence are in carrying out their duties. There are five questions to be answered in this study, namely 1) How do students 'perceptions of the personality of the noble character possessed by the teacher in carrying out their duties at Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 1 Solok, 2) How do students' perceptions of a personality that is steady and stable teachers have in carrying out their duties in Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 1 Solok, 3) How do students' perceptions of the adult personality possessed by the teacher in carrying out their duties at Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 1 Solok, 4) What is the student's perspective about the wise and wise personality possessed by teachers in carrying out their duties at Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 1 Solok, 5) How do students' perceptions of the authoritative personality possessed by teachers in carrying out their duties at Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 1 Solok. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with the population in this study are all students of class XI and XII at SMK Negeri 1 Solok with 955 students and a sample of 91 people. Sampling was determined using the Slovin formula and taken using simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale model, amounting to 30 statements. The data collected is then processed and the average score (mean) and the respondent's level of achievement (TCR) are sought. The results of data processing show that the teacher's personality competence seen from the indicators of noble character gets an average score of 3.83 with a respondent's achievement level (TCR) of 76.6%, a steady and stable personality gets an average score of 3.65, the respondent's level of achievement ( TCR) 73%, adult personalities get an average score of 3.59 with the respondent's achievement level (TCR) 71.8%, wise and wise personalities get an average score of 3.53 with a respondent's achievement level (TCR) of 70, 6%, and an authoritative personality got an average score of 3.63 with the respondent's achievement level (TCR) of 72.6%. Overall students' perceptions of teacher personality competence in Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 1 Solok obtained an average score of 3.64 with a respondent's achievement level (TCR) of 72.8%..

This research is based on the author’s observation at SMKN 1 Lubuk Basung about student discipline that is still less than optimal. This study aims to obtain information about: 1) the elements of the discipline that are applied. 2) the teacher’s strategy of applying student discipline. 3) what stages the teacher does in instilling discipline. 4) efforts to perevent student behavior who are less disciplined. Descriptive quantitative is a type of research. With a population of students of SMKN 1 Lubuk Basung as many as 956 students. To find out the sample in this study is proportionate stratified random sampling, a sample of 109 students was obtained. This research instrument is a Likert Scale model questionnaire which has been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that: 1) student discipline in the SMKN 1 Lubuk Basung school was still categorized as sufficient with an average score of 2,85. 2) student discipline regarding the application of discipline at SMKN 1 Lubuk Basung is still categorized as sufficient with an average score of 3,07. 3) student discipline about what stages

This study aimed to find out the effect of: (1) industrial work practice, (2)guidance intensity of industrial side, (3)vocational competence, and (4) industrial work practice,guidance intensity of industrial side, and vocational competence on the working readiness of students of Vocational High School (VHS) PerBankan Pekanbaru. This research was ex-post facto research. The population was all students of class XII Program of Banking in the academic year of 2017/2018 which comprised 106 students who followed industrial work practice. A sample of 83 students was processed using the Proportional Random sampling technique. Prior to doing research, the instrument first validated the expert. After validated experts tested the validity and reliability to determine the valid and reliable instrument items. Data analyst technique used is descriptive research method, prerequisite test, and regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) industrial work practice (x1) has a positive and significant effect on students’working experience (y) evidenced by thitung ≥ ttabel (2,414 > 1,98) contribution of 27,63%; (2) the guidance intensity of industrial side (x2) had a positive and significant effect on students’working readiness (y) evidenced by thitung ≥ ttabel (2,822 > 1,98) contribution of 21,03%; (3) vocational competence (x3) had a positive and significant effect on students’working readiness (y) evidenced by thitung ≥ ttabel (2,348 > 1,98) contribution of 2,46%; (4) industrial work practice, guidance intensity of industrial side, and vocational competence simultaneously had a positive effect on students’working readiness (y) evidenced by Fhitung ≥ Ftabel(16,235 > 3,11) with contribution of 51,12%. The rest 48,88% was determined by other factors.

The purpose of this study was to obtain information about student discipline development by teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Tuleh, West Pasaman Regency as seen from 1) student disciplinary guidance by teachers through discipline, 2) student discipline development by teachers through exemplary governance, 3) coaching student discipline by the teacher through guidance, 4) student discipline development by the teacher through punishment, 5) student discipline development by the teacher through supervision.This study was a descriptive study. The total population in this study was 236 people. Samples were taken with Simple Random Samplingtechniquewith 70 people. The data collection tool used is a Likert scale model questionnaire with 5 alternative answers Questionnaires have been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using the average formula.The results of the study show that: 1) student discipline development by teachers through discipline is stated to be good with an average score of 3.69, 2) student discipline development by teachers through exemplary governance is stated to be quite good with an average score of 3.52, 3) student disciplinary guidance by the teacher through guidance expressed either with an average score of 3.65, 4) student discipline development by the teacher through punishment expressed both with an average score of 3.75, 5) student discipline development by the teacher through supervision expressed well with an average score 3.75. Overall, Student Discipline Development by Teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Tuleh, West Pasaman Regency is 3, 76 in the good category. This indicates that the discipline of student discipline by teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Tuleh, West Pasaman Regency is good, but it still needs to be maintained and improved again so that it increases in the excellent category.

This purpose of research to see about discipline student coaching by the team of Gerakan Disiplin Sekolah in SMK Negeri 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. The population of the research was 899 students taken from the population using The Simple Random Sampling Technique. The total number of samples for this research was 90. The research uses the description of the quantitative method. The research instrument was a questionnaire in the form Likert Scale which five choices of answer that have been tested for validity and reliability by using application SPSS 16.0 version. The based on the research (1) discipline student coaching from giving an example by team GDS to the student is in a good enough category (2) discipline student coaching from giving punishment by team GDS to the student is in a good enough category (3) discipline student coaching from giving motivation by team GDS to the student is in a good enough category (4) discipline student coaching from supervision by team GDS to student is in a good enough category.

The research aims at finding the correlation between family environment, school environment, teachers role, school environment with motivation of learning of the students in Grade XI of Mechanical Expertise Program of State Vocational High School 2 of Karanganyar. This research is correlational. The population of this research is all off the students as many as 102 in Grade XI of Mechanical Expertise Program of State Vocational High School 2 of Karanganyar. The sample of research were taken by using the simple random sampling technique and consist of  80 students. The variables of research consisted of three independent variables: family environment, school environment and teacher role in learning process, and one dependent variable that is learning motivation. Methods of data collection using questionnaire method. Questionnaire method used to collect data of family environment variable, school environment, role of teacher in learning process and motivation learning. The questionnaire test was conducted on 30 students. Validity and reliability test using SPSS version 21.0. The results showed, there are significanly corelation between two element.

This study aims to measure student satisfaction on academic services at High School Econnomics of Pasamanand analyze the needs of service quality improvement. The number of samples used is 150 people. Sampling technique using purpose random sampling. Data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. Data processing usingSPSS 17. Test instrument research using validity and reliability test. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and Respondent Achievement Level (TCR). From the measurement to the level of student satisfaction in terms of physical facilities (tangibles), reliability (reliability), responsiveness, assurance (assurance) and empathy (emphaty) is quite good average with TCR value of 71.14%, 72.15%, 73.7%, 69.85% and 70.2% respectively. The mean values for each variable are 3.56, 3.61, 3.69, 3.49 and 3.52. This means that the students of High School Econnomics of Pasaman are quite satisfied with the academic service.

The goals of this research are to see information about the headmaster's role as an innovator. The population is 127 teachers, and the sample is 83 people that taken by proportional random sampling. The instrument of this research is a question with Likert scale models that tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using mean score and performance level. The result from this research are the headmaster’s role of an innovator in  The Vocational High School Field of Business and Management Padang City stay in good enough category.

This article discusses the difficulties of the principal in managing the 2013 curriculum in elementary schools in Koto Tangah sub-district, Padang City in terms of: 1) curriculum planning, 2) curriculum implementation, 3) curriculum evaluation. The type of this research is descriptive research. The population of this study is the principal who is in Koto Tangah District Elementary School, Padang City, as many as 66 people. The number of samples is 25 people taken from the population using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collection tool is a questionnaire with a Likert Scale model that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data processing is done using the average formula (Mean). The results showed that the Principal Difficulties in the 2013 Curriculum Management at Elementary Schools in Koto Tangah Sub-District, Padang City on indicators: 1) 2013 curriculum planning gained an average score of 2.2 in the category of experiencing less difficulties, 2) the implementation of the 2013 curriculum gained scores 2.4 on average were in the category of having less difficulty, 3) the 2013 curriculum evaluation gained an average score of 2.7 in the category of having enough difficulties.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengungkapkan ketercapaian pelaksanaan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) dan Kurikulum 2013, di SMK se-Kabupaten Belu yang meliputi: (1) ketercapaian pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilihat dari konteks, input, proses, dan produk, (2) hambatan yang dialami guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan (3) kelebihan dan kekurangan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan kedua kurikulum. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan model CIPP. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa SMK yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) hasil evaluasi implementasi KTSP dan Kurikulum 2013 dilihat dari segi konteks, input proses dan produk termasuk dalam kategori sangat berhasil; (2) hambatan utama yang dialami guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan KTSP adalah keterbatasan literatur sedangkan hambatan utama dalam Kurikulum 2013 adalah kesulitan dalam membuat format penilaian pembelajaran; (3) pada KTSP guru fleksibel dalam mengembangkan kurikulum, namun mengalami keterbatasan literatur. Kurikulum 2013 mampu meningkatkan kreativitas guru dan siswa, namun sulit dipahami.Kata kunci: evaluasi, implementasi, CIPP AN EVALUATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF KTSP & CURRICULUM 2013 AT VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BELU REGENCY, EAST NUSA TENGGARAAbstractThe aim of this research was to reveal the achievement level of Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) and Curriculum 2013 implementation at Vocational High School (SMK) in Belu, including: (1) the achievement level of teaching processes based on context, input, process, and output; (2) teacher’s constraints in the implementation of teaching processes; and (3) the strengths and the weaknesses of teaching process of the two curriculums. This study was an evaluation research using quantitative descriptive approach and CIPP model. The subjects of this research were teachers and students of vocational high school in Belu, East Nusa Tenggara, chosen by using probability sampling technique. The results of this study show that: (1) the result of evaluation on KTSP and Curruculum 2013 implementation in terms of context, input, process and output is considered as highly successful; (2) the teachers’ main contraint in teaching by using KTSP is the lack of literature, whilein teaching by using Curriculum 2013, their main constraint is the lack of proper skills in creating the learning assessment form; (3) By using KTSP, teachers have flexibility in developing the curriculum but they have to face the lack of the literature. Whereas, the implementation of Curriculum 2013 can improve teachers’ and students’ creativity, but it is difficult to be understood.Keywords: evaluation, implementation, CIPP
