The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The effect of benefits on consumer perceptions of BRI Mobile on students in the city of Padang, (2) The effect of trust on consumer perceptions of BRI Mobile for students in the city of Padang, (3) The effect of ease of use on consumer perceptions of BRI Mobile for students in the city of Padang, and (4) The effect of security on consumer perceptions of BRI Mobile on students in the city of Padang. This type of research is a quantitative research. The population of this research isan unknown number of students in the city of Padang use BRI Mobile. The method used is purposive sampling method. The number of samples is 100 people. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to students in the city of Padang. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis through multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) Benefits affect the perceptions of BRI Mobile consumers on students in the city of Padang, (2) Trust affects the perceptions of BRI Mobile consumers on students in the city of Padang, (3) Ease of use affects the perceptions of BRI Mobile consumers on students in the city of Padang, and (4) Security has no effect on consumer perceptions of BRI Mobile among students in the city of Padang. Keywords: Consumer perceptions, benefits, trustworthiness, ease of use, security

ABSTRAKSitus Tumbasin.id adalah salah satu situs berbasis online yang bergerak dibidang penjualan kebutuhan pasar yang berada di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret-April 2019 dan merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh harga, promosi, kepercayaan, dan kemudahan penggunaan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen di situs Tumbasin.id. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling. Sampel yang dikumpulkan sebanyak 60 responden yang pernah berbelanja kebutuhan pasar secara online di situs Tumbasin.id, setidaknya pernah berbelanja minimal satu kali. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda yang meliputi uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji normalitas, uji t, uji F dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa promosi dan kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen.ABSTRACTTumbasin.id site is one of the sites online based engaged in the sale of market needs in the city of Semarang. This research was conducted in March-April 2019. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. This study analyzes the effect of price, promotion, trust and ease of use on consumer repurchase interests in Tumbasin.id site The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling. Samples collected as many as 60 respondents who have shopped online market needs on the Tumbasin.id site have shopped at least once. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis techniques which include validity, reliability, normality, t-test, F-test and determination test. The results showed that promotion and trust significantly influence consumer repurchase interests.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of company size on audit fee, (2) The effect of audit complexity on audit fee, (3) The effect of company risk on audit fee, (4) The effect of KAP size on audit fee. Population in this research are non financial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 – 2017. The sample is determined based on purposive sampling method with a total sample of 68 companiees. The data used in this research is secondary data. The technique of collecting data by the method of documentation at www.idx.com and the official website of each company. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The result showed that: (1) Company size influence a significant positive on audit fee, (2) Audit complexity influence a significant positive on audit fee, (3) Company risk no significant effect on audit fee, and (4) KAP size influence a significant positive on audit fee.

This research is titled " The influence of sermon, church music and church facilities on the level of attendance”. The purpose of research is to identify and analyze whether sermon, church music and church facilities have influence on the the level of attendance. The target population in this study is a Christian church members who live in the city of Surabaya.. Sample required is equal to 47 respondents. Through sampling stratified Random techniques.These influence was measured using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis, t-test and analysis of variance. Descriptive  analysis  were taken to analyze the level of attendance according to demographic groups.The hypothesis in this study are the sermon, church music and church facilities have positive and significant on the level of attendance. The results showed that collectively, there are positive and significant correlation among the sermon, church music and church facilities on the level of attendance  96,2%. It means that 96,2 % of level of attendance influenced by sermon, church music and church facilities and the other 28,9% by others. All of the variable partially have significant correlation to level of attendance.

This study aims to determine the effect of taxpayer understanding and awareness of tax benefits to the restaurants taxpayer pays taxes . Sources of data used in this study is primary data derived from taxpayer restaurant in Tomohon. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis resulted in the equation r Y = 8.000 + 0.136 X1 + 0.440 X2 . R2 value of 0.303 indicates the proportion of the taxpayer contributes understanding and awareness of tax benefits to the restaurants taxpayer pays tax at a restaurant in Tomohon 30.3 %. And korelsi coefficient ( r) of 0.550 . Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that no taxpayer understanding partial effect on consciousness taxpayer pays tax while the restaurant in Tomohon city restaurant tax benefits significantly influence the consciousness of the top tax payers in the city of Tomohon.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of The Debt (Long Term Liabilities to Total Assets and Liabilities Total Assets) to the return on assets, return on equity and earning per share. The research used secondary data from annual financial report  of Food & Beverage Company from 2011-2015 listed on BEI,  used  purposive sampling method and used multiple regression analysis. Based on the test result of simultan or test F The Long Term Liabilities to Total Assets and Short Term Liabilities is significant to the Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Earning per share. Result of partial test  or T Test, Long Term Liabilities to Total Assets is not significant on Return On assets, Short Term Liabilities to Total Assets is significant on Return on Assets. Long Term Liabilities to Total Assets is not significant to Return On Equity, Short Term Liabilities to Total Assets significant to Return On Equity, Long Term Liabilities to Total Assets in not significant to Earning per share, and Short Term Liabilities to Total assets is significant to Earning per share.

This research aims to determine the effect of competence and work ethic on work performance with motivation as a moderating variable. In this study using a population of all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko with a total of 70 respondents, the sampling technique used saturated sampling with questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the work ethic variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable can moderate competence on work performance, The motivation variable cannot moderate work ethic on work performance Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Work Ethic, Work Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of Earning Per Share and Return On Assets in sectors of manufacturing companies in the period 2017. This study is classified as a causative study. The research sample was determined using the purposive sampling method to obtain 37 sample companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is a moderated regression analysis (MRA). Based on the research results shows that EPS and ROA variables together have a significant effect on Tobin, s Q. Adjust R Square value of 0.590 so it can be interpreted that the magnitude of the contribution of Earning Per Share and Return On Asset variables to Tobin's Q in 2017 manufacturing companies in various industries is 59% while the remaining 41% is determined by several other factors beyond the Earning Per Share and Return On Asset variables.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontribusi penerimaan pajak terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di Kota Batam tahun 2012-2014. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontribusi penerimaan pajak terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di wilayah kota Batam tahun 2012-2014. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontribusi penerimaan perpajakan pajak hotel dan restoran secara bersama terhadap pendapatan di Kota Batam pada tahun 2012-2014. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah laporan realisasi pajak hotel dan pajak restoran tahun 2012-2014. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pajak hotel variabel parsial namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan. (2) pajak restoran sebagian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan dan (3) pajak atas pajak hotel dan restoran berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan,Kata kunci: kontribusi pajak hotel, kontribusi pajak restoran, pendapatan daerah.The purpose of this research is (1) To know the effect of the contribution of tax revenue to local revenues hotel in the city of Batam years 2012-2014. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) partial variable hotel tax but not significant effect on revenue. This study aims to determine how much influence the current ratio, debt to asset ratio, total asset turnover and inflation on return on assets in registered cooperatives in the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry Indramayu district in 2010-2014 so that it can be used a reference to the management in decision making.This study uses the population, namely Employees Cooperative Republic of Indonesia registered KUKM, Industry and Trade of Indramayu district, 2010-2014, as many as 57 KPRI. The sample in this study amounted to 45 samples by purposive sampling method, using secondary data from the Report of the Annual Member Meeting. The tools used are multiple regression analysis. From this study we concluded: Current ratio variable and inflation does not affect the return on assets, the variable debt to asset ratio and total asset turnover variables affect the return on assets, simultaneously current ratio, debt to asset ratio, total asset turnover and inflation effect on return on assets. It can be concluded that the current ratio is too high to be caused by the amount of current assets that are unemployed or bottlenecks receivables.Keywords: Cooperative, Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Return on Assets Inflation
