The purpose of this study was to determine the level of sensitivity of students to brand expansion of Lifebuoy shampoo at the State University of Padang and to find out the direction of the response of UNP students to brand expansion of Lifebuoy shampoo. This type of research is a survey with a descriptive approach. The population of this research is the students of Padang State University (UNP). The sample in this study was based on the Chocran formula as many as 100 respondents who were selected using the Non-Probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. Using primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to UNP students with certain criteria. The method used is the analysis of the direction of the consumer's response by calculating the strength of the response and stimuli as well as the sensitivity analysis of the response. The results showed that (1) The sensitivity of the response of UNP students from bar soap to lifebuoy shampoo was 2.41. because the size of this sensitivity is greater than 1, the sensitivity is considered a sensitive measure. (2) the response strength of UNP students from Lifebuoy bath soap to Lifebuoy brand shampoo is negative 157. Keywords : brand extension, sensitivity, direction of response

This study aims to know and prove how much the effect of Price and Word Of Mouth On The Purchase Intention Toshiba Brand Laptops Among Students From Padang State University. This type of research is causative. The population in this Students from Padang State University. The samples were taken using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique is based on non- probability sampling method. The type of data used in this study primary data. Data analysis technique using SPSS version 21.00. the result of this study indicate that: 1) Price has a positive significant effect on purchase intention, 2) Word of Mouth has a positive significant effect on purchase intention.Keywords: Price, Word of Mouth, Purchase Intention

To know the effect of cupping therapy to decrease cholesterol levels in patients at Home Healthy hiperkolestrolemia Al-hijamaah in the year 2014/2015. Research observational analytic-numerical categorical pairs. Samples were hypercholesterolemic patients at Home Healthy Al-hijamaah in 2014/2015. Taken by using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The primary data obtained directly from respondents, and analyzed by paired T test. The number of samples involved in this study were 45 respondents. Most of the samples were aged 20-45 years were 28 respondents (62.2%), female 27 respondents (60%), and average cholesterol levels before cupping therapy of 262.84 mg / dl and the average after cupping therapy 239.53 mg / dl. In this study, the results of Test Independent t test t test = 2.64 with p = 0,010 (p 0.05) which means that there are significant differences in cholesterol levels before and after cupping therapy

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of a healthy lifestyle and brand image on consumer preferences for ready-to-drink among students at State University of Surabaya on the Ketintang campus. The categories of ready-to-drink that became the object of the research were Coca-Cola Zero Sugar and The Botol Sosro Tawar. This study is using a quantitative approach with a sampling technique using a non-probability sampling method. The population for this research is ready-to-drink (RTD) consumers, which are students from the State University of Surabaya on the Ketintang campus. Number of samples that used by researchers in this study were 116 samples according to the formula of Machin and Champbell (1987). The statistic used is multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0. The results show that a healthy lifestyle and.brand image.have a positive and significant effect on consumer preferences.

This study uses quantitative research using primary data obtained from questionnaires. The population in this study is the individual taxpayer registered at the Palembang Ilir Timur Tax Office Pratama. In this study the sampling using the Non Probability Sampling method and sampling technique using the Slovin method, with a population of 156,145 people and a minimum sample of 100 respondents can be taken.

This study aims to find out how to increase trust and security of online purchasing decisions through shopee applications at Padang State University Student. This type of research is causative. Padang State University students who have used the Shopee aplication are the population in this study. Samples were taken using the Cochran formula with 100 respondents. Sampling using nonprability sampling method, namely purposive sampling technique. primary data used in this study. Multiple regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 20 is the data analysis technique in the study. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Trust and Security are positive and significant for online purchasing decisions through Shopee applications in Padang State University students (0.002 < 0.05), 2) Trust has a significant effect on online purchasing decisions through the Shopee application on Padang State University student (0.000 < 0.05), 3) Security has a significant effect on online purchasing decisions through the Shopee applications on Padang State University students (0.000 < 0.05).Keywords : trust, security, purchasing decision

This study aims to determine what factors are considered by Lampung University students by choosing boarding houses. The data used are primary data obtained from the questionnaires' results, which are data on students' perceptions by choosing boarding homes. The sampling technique used was the Non-Probability Sampling method with the type of Convenience Sampling. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. This study concludes that factors are considered students to a selection of boarding houses in Kampung Baru and GedungMeneng Bandar Lampung: variable with average, reference, rental price, location excellence, and facilities completeness.

LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Bojonegoro is one of amil zakat institutions that can develop programs in managing the largest zakat in Bojonegoro. Population in this research is all mustahiqs who received zakat from Amil Zakat Institution Nurul Hayat Bojonegoro. <p>Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh <em>teamwork</em> terhadap kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja SDM, untuk menguji <em>perceived organizational support</em> dalam memoderasi pengaruh <em>teamwork</em> terhadap kinerja SDM, serta untuk menguji <em>perceived organizational support</em> dalam memoderasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja SDM. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah <em>non probability sampling</em> dengan metode <em>purposive sampling</em> terhadap 46 pegawai/SDM pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Semarang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah <em>Partial Least Square</em> (PLS) yaitu SEM yang berbasis <em>variance</em>. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa <em>teamwork</em> berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM. Begitu pula dengan disiplin kerja yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM. Sementara itu, <em>perceived organizational support</em> tidak terbukti sebagai variabel moderating antara <em>teamwork</em> terhadap kinerja SDM maupun disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja SDM.</p><p><em>The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of teamwork on the performance of Human Resources (HR), to examine the effect of work discipline on HR performance, to test perceived organizational support in moderating the effect of teamwork on HR performance, and to test perceived organizational support in moderating the influence of discipline work on HR performance. Source of data used in this study are primary data. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method for 46 employees/HR at the Office of State Assets and Auction Services (KPKNL) Semarang. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS), which is SEM based on variance.The results showed that teamwork had a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Similarly, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Meanwhile, perceived organizational support is not proven as a moderating variable between teamwork on HR performance and work discipline on HR performance.</em></p>

Good service quality in public services will give an impetus to the user community to give a good assessment. Good service by the State Civil Servants (ASN) in the Transportation Obligatory Licensing Unit (UPAKWU) in the Karanganyar District Transportation Department was apparently still receiving complaints from the service user community. This shows that there are still some shortcomings in the implementation of the service system in the office. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling method. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents by providing a list of questions or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) are used to measure the level of satisfaction of someone over the performance of other parties, and Cartesian Diagrams to determine service indicators that satisfy or do not satisfy consumers. The results showed that: Service quality in UPAKWU Karanganyar Regency according to customer perceptions has not been satisfactory, despite having good service performance / above average. This research aims to determine the effect of product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand trust on customer retention. The sample in this research was 116 respondents of Wardah Cosmetics customers from Klaten Regency. This research used one of non probability sampling technique which is purposive sampling method. This study is also using multiple linear regression to analyze the collected data. The results in this research are product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand influence customer retention both partially and simultaneously.
