This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of productive zakat to mustahiq’s business performance and economic welfare at National Amil Zakat Institution Nurul Hayat in Bojonegoro. LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Bojonegoro is one of amil zakat institutions that can develop programs in managing the largest zakat in Bojonegoro. Population in this research is all mustahiqs who received zakat from Amil Zakat Institution Nurul Hayat Bojonegoro. Sampling technique used is non-probability sampling by using purposive sampling method. There are 156 mustahik obtained that received productive zakat.The type of data used is primary data, while data collection method is questionnaire.Keywords: productive zakat, mustahiq’sbusiness performance, mustahiq’s economic welfare

This study aims to see the effect of branchless banking on financial inclusion. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques using primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data. This study uses a regression test to test the hypothesis. This study found that branchless banking has a positive effect on the financial inclusion of the people of Kampar Regency, Riau.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of competence, training, and motivation on employee performance (a case study of a Surakarta municipal water company). This type of research is quantitative. This research uses primary data. The sample in this study were 112 respondents taken from Surakarta regional water company (PDAM) employees who had competence in their fields, and had received training and motivation from the company. The sampling technique uses simple purposive. Data collection method using a questionnaire. The results showed that competency had a significant effect on the performance as evidenced by the t value of 4.381; a significance value of 0,000 <0.05. The training did not significantly influence the performance as evidenced by the t value of 1.232; a significance value of 0.221> 0.05. Motivation has a significant effect on the performance as evidenced by the t value of 3.074; significance value 0.003 <0.05.

The purpose of this study is to find out whether Entrepreneurship Skills, Market Orientation, Sales Orientation, and Entrepreneurship Competence have an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field. The population in this study is SMEs in the culinary sector. The sample used in this study were 50 respondens who owned MSMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire. Overall the results of this study are that Entrepreneurship Skills have an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic, Market Orientation has no effect on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. 19, Sales Orientation has an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic, Entrepreneurship Competence has an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The high interest of Grab users can be seen from the success of a UX Writer in creating User Experience. User Experience assesses how satisfied someone is with products, systems and services. This research has a purpose to find out the effect of UX Writing that has been done by the UX Writer in Grab application to the User Experience. The theories that are used such as Brand, Branding, User Experience, and UX Writing. The method that is used is quantitative research with the survey method. The sampling technique that is used by the authors is the Non-probability Sampling with the Purposive Sampling. The total of samples is 100 respondents. Data collection method that is used is a questionnaire of Google forms that are distributed directly or online. The research phase was carried out by using a pre-test to 30 respondents, then doing a post-test to 100 respondents. The results of data processing indicate that there is an influence of the UX Writing (X) on the User Experience (Y). The most influential dimension on UX Writing (X) is visual, while the most influential dimension on User Experience (Y) is branding. Tingginya minat pengguna Grab terlihat dari keberhasilan seorang UX Writer dalam menciptakan User Experience. User Experience menilai seberapa puas seseorang terhadap produk, sistem, dan jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari UX Writing yang dilakukan oleh UX Writer aplikasi Grab terhadap User Experience kepada pengguna aplikasi Grab. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Brand, Branding, User Experience, dan UX Writing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Non-probability Sampling dengan pendekatan Purposive Sampling. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menetapkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Tahap penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan pre-test kepada 30 responden, kemudian melakukan post-test kepada 100 responden. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari variabel UX Writing (X) terhadap variabel User Experience (Y) pada pengguna aplikasi Grab. Dimensi yang paling berpengaruh pada variabel UX Writing (X) adalah visual, sedangkan dimensi yang paling berpengaruh pada variabel User Experience (Y) adalah branding.

This quantitative study aims to find out the development of MSMEs in the Madura region which is based on financial inclusion. The data collection method used a purposive sampling technique in determining the number of samples of MSMEs in the Madura region, especially Bangkalan and Pamekasan regencies. Based on the results of the study which were analyzed using multiple linear regression, it showed that financial inclusion in Madura, which was measured based on the service variables, access to capital, and mentoring, had an impact on the development of MSME businesses in Madura.”,,,

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of revitalization and awareness of tourist preferences. Data collection is done by questionnaire using purposive sampling method. Respondents in this study were tourists who made tourist preferences to Bukit Pentulu Indah totaling 100 people. The variable in this study is revitalization, awareness of tourist preferences. The sampling technique used is the Nonprobability Sampling technique so that the selection of sample members takes into account the conditions set. The data used in this study are primary data and sequential data. The results of this study indicate that the revitalization variable does not affect tourist preferences, awareness has a positive and significant effect on tourist preferences.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerimaan diri dan dukungan sosial terhadap adaptasi sosial anak yang menjadi korban perceraian orang tua. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang, yang dipilih menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala adaptasi sosial, penerimaan diri, dan dukungan sosial. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan uji analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala adaptasi sosial, penerimaan diri dan dukungan sosial. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan uji analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh signifikan penerimaan diri terhadap adaptasi sosial dengan koefisien nilai beta (β) = 0.579, serta nilai t hitung > t tabel ( 4.332 > 2.002) dan nilai p = 0.000 (p < 0.05); (2) ada pengaruh signifikan dukungan sosial terhadap adaptasi sosial dengan memperoleh koefisien nilai beta (β) = 0.272; t hitung > t tabel (2.261 > 2.002) dan nilai p = 0.027 (p < 0.05); (3) ada pengaruh signifikan penerimaan diri dan dukungan sosial terhadap adaptasi sosial dengan koefisien nilai beta (β) = 0.575, serta nilai f hitung > f tabel (38.535 > 2.76) dan nilai p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). This study aims to determine the effect of self-acceptance and social support on the social adaptation of children who are victims of parental divorce. This study uses a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 60 people, who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used is the scale of social adaptation, self-acceptance, and social support. The collected data were analyzed by multiple regression. By using purposive sampling method, data collection in this study used a scale of social adaptation, self-acceptance and social support. The data collected was analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant effect of self-acceptance on social adaptation with a coefficient of beta value (β) = 0.579, and t count > t table ( 4.332 > 2.002) and p value = 0.000 (p < 0.05); (2) there is a significant effect of social support on social adaptation by obtaining a beta value coefficient (β) = 0.272; t count > t table (2.261 > 2.002) and p value = 0.027 (p < 0.05); (3) there is a significant effect of self-acceptance and social support on social adaptation with a coefficient of beta (β) = 0.575, and the value of f count > f table (38,535 > 2.76) and p value = 0.000 (p < 0.05)

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of shopping experience on buying interest, and to know the role of satisfaction in mediating the effect of shopping experience and on the interest in buying back. The study was conducted at Zara Beachwalk with a sample of 95 people who are consumers of Zara's fashion products. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to consumers of Zara fashion products at Beachwalk. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that shopping experience and satisfaction variables had a positive and significant effect on interest in repurchasing. The results of this study also indicate that the satisfaction variable mediates the influence of shopping experience on partial repurchase interests. The advice that can be given to the management of Zara's fashion products at Beachwalk is that management must be able to create a good shopping experience for consumers so that the satisfaction felt when shopping will increase and consumer buying interest will be high. This study aims to determine the existence of a significant influence between takahyul on business names; there is a significant influence between business names on marketing performance; there is a significant influence between superstition on marketing performance; and the existence of a significant influence of superstition influences marketing performance by moderating business names.This type of research uses quantitative and descriptive, the aim is to provide or describe a situation or phenomenon that is happening now by using scientific procedures to answer the problem in actual terms. The population is a business name superstitious trust entrepreneur. The total sample of 200 respondents was taken by purposive sampling technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The sample analysis method uses purpose sampling with business criteria having a business name and extending the business name in front of its business location and having an average turnover from 0 to Rp. 3,000,000. per day.The results of this study are that there is a significant influence of business name variables on marketing performance, except superstition on marketing performance
